VERY HARD WORKING STAFF, ESPECIALLY CLEANERS, HOTEL IS BASIC BUT VERY CLEAN, IS LOCATED IN A VERY QUIET LOCATION..AROUND 500 METRES FROM THE BEACH...WOULD I VISIT AGAIN....YES I WOULD...MY VISIT WAS 12 NOVEMBER 2024 TO 18 NOVEMBER 2024.

First I stayed room 406 there is no wifi signal second breakfast need to improve taste good but need to add more food otherwise everything is fine staff also very nice

Hotel was sufficient for the short stay. Bedrooms clean and tidy- bed cover very hard and rough uncomfortable to sleep with. Pool had a lot of green around edges staining sons swimwear. Staff helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast was good

Nice location

We booked a triple room for the price of £150!!! per night so when we arrived at the hotel we were suprised by the state of the room and not in a good way. The room had a broken door frame, like a corner of the frame just hanging there, half broken curtain that was just hanging in a corner, windows that would not close fully and were hard to slide open and shut, ripped bed sheets and although the room was booked for 3 person, we were only left 2 towels and were unable to obtain more from the reception as they said they don't have any, we were offered on the second night a pool towel to use instead. The pool is small and the water was cloudy and the kids pool was full of sand and small stones. The private beach doesn't look like in the pictures and had no signage that belongs to the hotel, we actually wandered around for a while until we stumbled across it as we were actually asking for directions but other than that is was ok. The good bits were the breakfast buffet which actually had a decent selection and was tasty; the hotel lobby and ouside area looked nice and was clean; there was a bus station only 5 min away which had plenty of busses going into Lara area where the shops and restaurants were. Around the hotel not really any options for eating out, there was a pizza place and a restaurant next to the beach but other than that the closest place to eat that we have found was a 20 min walk away which can be a fit annoying to walk to in the heat. Not a good experience!!!

Well the staff there doesn’t understand English and I told them to call me room when the taxi come they told me ok will do but the taxi was waiting for long time nobody called me at the reception Very bad customer service not happy at all very rude staff

Otelin biraz bakıma ihtiyaç duyması haricinde misafirperverliği, kahvaltısı çok iyi bir otel.

Llegamos con temor porque sabemos que aún no era temporada de playa, y el trato desde el comienzo fue muy bueno, tuvimos un problema con la habitación pero la solucionaron rápidamente, nos dejaron hacer el check in antes y usar la piscina luego del check out, el desayuno bueno y variado, en la playa también la atención fue buena, el personal atento y con ganas de ayudar, solo dos cosas: debería haber restaurant dentro del hotel eso sería genial, y en una de las dos habitaciones no había Internet en la TV😔, por lo demás volvería a quedarme allí, un hotel con 3B bueno bonito y barato, Limpieza todos los días, útiles de aseo, agua embotellada, lindas vistas, camas cómodas, instalaciones limpias, la piscina bien cuidada, PERSONAL AMABLE , gracias

Week long stay near the beach

Hotel near the beach. Worst part was the WiFi in the room I couldn’t even do my office work because the WiFi was so bad. Good for a beach vacation, breakfast was decent.

Avoid this property at any cost! Staff isnt helpful at all. They won’t provide room services in the evenings. Only one lift between 10 floors. Food options are limited with cold juices. I would definitely would not recommend this to anyone who is visiting aantalya. There are plenty of other hotels around this area which would be great choice. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms at all. Bedding can be upgraded and air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough for small room. Overall, extremely disappointed with services and facilities. Good items aren’t tagged up on breakfast and dinner buffets so you would not know what are you about to eat. Strong advise is to avoid this hotel and book other hotels around this hotel.

We had a nice time at this hotel we stayed on the ninth floor and we had a fabulous view of the city and the sea Room had a fridge no kettle for teacoffee… if you wanted a drink you had to go during restaurant hourshelp yourself from the machine where they had coffee etc.there was several times when we wanted to drink and the restaurant wasn’t open, we had to pay… In this day & age why don’t hotels just put a kettle in the room!? The cleaning girls were lovely & worked hard to keep our room clean -the shower was fabulous. The beds very comfortable. The pool area is very nice - the kiddie area is just basically a triangle off the pool Lots of lounges & shade. Ziya the food manager was lovely always making sure we had what we wanted the food was delicious - nice selection of salads & hot foods also served. Breakfast was fabulous we also signed for dinner, some nights it was great, others maybe a little more variety would’ve been nice but overall we were happy. You can walk to the beach and beach clubs from the hotel there’s also restaurants & markets close to the beach. The hotel does provide a beach club shuttle to a beach club a mile or so away Larena Beach… I went once- I think the only problem were the guys who served just couldn’t be bothered to take your order or see if you wanted anything. when you walk in They ask you what hotel you’re staying at and show you free loungers.

This was the worst start of our holiday, the place is awful and the pics don’t do any justice. The area was so bad it wouldn’t even be safe to walk around after dark, we only stayed for 6 hours and we had to organise another hotel ..Falcon hotel! Trust me save yourself and pay the little extra to have a decent and safe holiday Falcon or Akra hotels are by far the best ones and the area is so much better.

I liked the pool , hotel wasn’t full with tourists ,nice lokeded dundan waterfall, bed was oke and the view was nice , the hotel workers are not nice and helpless , no warm water 3 days en de key to open the door problems. Hotel is cheap but not whort it more than 2/3 days enough

Great stay for family holidays

Hotel is very nice and clean and pool and palm trees views are eye pleasing. Very quiet place to stay for your holidays. Breakfast buffet was great fry eggs, omelet and nice milk coffee delicious. Staff was very helpful too.

Our stay was amazing at tourist hotel, staff was very friendly and copertive specially hoyir may be I m spelling wrong but both receptionist were very nice and friendly and helpful, hotel was nice just have 1 miner complain about lights, lights in coridoor and in the rooms were very low, hopefully will be bk again in the same hotel

There was no water bottles in room. There was no hot water in bath. Room service was pathetic.

I love this place, you cannot beat the value for money. Breakfast is outstanding. It is a little out of the way but everything you need is within walking distance.

The hotel is truly a gem, specially at the price! ($20/night). The view is good, location is good. Amenities are limited and almost no restaurants nearby, but at this price you cannot beat it.

Property was nice, rooms very nice, great breakfast, a month in Turkey this was the best.

There ws very cold in december, they vere not heating and the bed sheet was dirty, it seems that the hotel has not changed them after previous guests

Шумоизоляции нет никакой, слышно все что происходит в соседней комнате, это очень доставляет дискомфорт!!! Wi-Fi на 8 этаже работал с перебоями, в большинстве случаев вообще не работал, персонал обуславливал это тем, что проходят ремонтные работы!!! Приходилось спускаться в лобби, чтобы подключиться к Wi-Fi. Плюс в том, что близко к морю, но очень далеко от центра. Приходилось добираться до центра более часа в час пик. Подумайте 10 раз прежде чем остановится в этом отеле!!!

Very good

Very nice although you gotta be careful. Make sure you tell the receptionist not to allow anyone in with your room number without first hearing from you. I had a terrible situation where a girl knocked at my door and gallantly jumped into my room. I was shocked and it was hard to drive her out and I couldn’t know why. I called the receptionist and he already added her document to my folder as if she was supposed to be in my room! Bad! Area is cool and beautiful, lots of clubs for real tourist fun!

Das Hotel ist aufjedenfall nicht Familientauglich. Was man leider auch sagen muss, dass 80% des gesamten Hotel betrunken ist. Leider auch der Hotelrezeptionist. Was keinen seriösen Einblick gibt. Zudem muss man auch mit kotzenden Menschen im Aufzug rechnen. Insgesamt war es eine Erfahrung die gerne nicht wiederholt werden sollte. Die oben genannten Sachen waren auch ein Grund für das sofortige auschecken

We have stayed here before and it meets all our needs, good value, nice buffet breakfast, friendly staff, walking distance to beach and free beach chairs. Lovely views of the mountains and the Duden waterfall. Very satisfied and recommended.

Tourist Hotel Antalya - disappointed

Not great... no sheets only a rough cover, no bedside lights, no tea/coffee making facility in the room, no fire instruction leaflet as we were on 6th floor, no insect net on window, shower wasnt very clean, came back to room to find door left wide open by cleaner and room unattended which is not acceptable, at breakfast had to wait for clean crockery, glasses were smeared and not very clean, restaurant wasn't open for dinner which we were only informed of on arrival, overall this hotel was only just suitable for the 2 nights we stayed, I'm glad we didnt stay longer

Cheap, but you don't even get what you pay for!!

Apon first impressions the hotel looked good, it was super clean and the cleaners were lovely and very understanding when we had the odd lie in and came back later. The breakfast was disappointing, not much choice at all. The spa is tiny and didn't look appealing. There was no hot water in our rooms at least half of our stay probably more and we had to shower in 20°c water which according to the staff is acceptable during winter because "its out of season" also the same reason there was a "routine power cut" which we was totally unaware of! The lights are hanging from the ceiling with all wires on show, the WiFi is rubbish probably because the modem was hanging from a ceiling in the hallway right next to the light that was flickering on and off although that was better then the lights that were not working at all. The light in our room blew and we was told at 7pm we would need to wait until the morning for someone to come and fix it, we sorted it ourselves because we couldn't sit in the dark all night. No tea or coffee in our room, then we found out you had to pay for it unless you get it during the breakfast period, something about it being different coffee (tasted the same)... Don't get me wrong the staff were all polite but never will I stay here again which is ashame because we are bringing all our family and friends to antalya for our wedding which was the only reason we stayed there out of season to save any disappointments with our close ones!

My paid reservation was for 2 panoramic rooms; they gave me one panoramic and another non-panoramic! They just said that only one is available with no apolopgy or a compensation of any sort!!

Choose carefully

Photos are misleading as the room, pool and bathroom is a lot smaller. Expect to hear your neighbours even on their toilet?! And constant music playing outside. Fridge and safe not working. Overall disappointing

An excellent hotel

A nice hotel in a quiet location near to beach. Good breakfast and staff very helpful and assisted us by booking us into there sister hotel when we required an extra night at short notice. The spa facility was excellent, super hamam and massage at a very reasonable cost. Good value and well recommended..

Great hotel. Stayed for one night. But staff helped with everything as we had a few problems (losing phone) They were fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

I had a great time while staying at tourist hotel the staff was super friendly and helpful especially the staff member named Bora was very cooperative and helpful.

It was not as expected, staff was very rude, breakfast wasnt proper!

The staff was excellent service and breakfast was fantastic and invirement was excellent quiet place near the sea Lara and buses easy to travel to shopping centre was good for me and my family , the only think I missed to have more service about tea or caffe in the hotel at evening was little bit Hurd to get hot water to make tea or caffe , over roll was fantastic , this was my second time .

Perhaps, the most delightful hotel experience ever received - from the moments in breakfast to our time of checking out. We spent about 6/7 days at Tourist, and honestly? Felt like home. So - a major thankyou to each and every member at the hotel. We hope to see you in the near future!

The hotel was good as compared to the price. They told me that they are closing the hotel after my stay for renovation, which is good as the things it lacked would be rectified. The lift was not working on one day (they had an alternative staff lift though). The bus stop is near, like 6-7 min walk. Lara beach is about 20 min walk which is the bigger plus. They did not have kettles in the room or even in the hotel so we had some issues with that. Also, they didn't have a microwave. But staff was cooperative and overall it was a good expereince.

No towel no shampoo nothick in the room the house keeping only change garbage and arrange bed and remove old towels no changing pilot cover and bed cover and dont put towel for all the persons

Tourist hotel value for money

Good hotel, the WiFi is extremely poor. The breakfast is repetitive and so is lunch and dinner so I was told. The location is great 10min walk to the beach or 5mins by bus or you can use the hotels free bus service. I like the hotel in terms of its in a location were it’s residential so no noise at all. Buses are frequent if you want to go into the city and it’s 2 min walk from the hotel. The activities in the hotel are way to overpriced they even calculate it in Euro’s not Turkish lira we ended up doing activities from outside sources which were much cheaper.

The hotel food was good for the value but the corridors had a smell. The rooms was okay for the price. The pool was good as well however the hotel’s beach was slightly dirty.

The smell around the elavators is sometimes unbearable. Also, they charge 3 Lira for a bottle of water when received at the front desk, this shouldn’t be, at least not for customers with an all-inclusive package.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel however when we got to our hotel our room was not available as they had given it to other guests. This was rather dissapointing as we paid for the rooms and expected it to be ready. We had to be taken to another hotel for that night.

The hotel staff was nice there were two guys at the reception one short who was unfaithful and not telling the truth and the other tall guy was the complete opposite he was really good. The down side here will be the toilets where I can hear exactly what ppl in The next room were saying and doing. Other than that it was good.

Nice stay in Lara beach

The hotel has nice design. Glass elevator gives a good view. The shower was tiny, i mean really cramped, no shower gel. Great views from window! Staff helpful and decent quality english to help you. The bed was not comfortable and creaked really bad when you moved even a little...overused maybe. The breakfast was not very good, it was buffet but not to our taste, no scrambled eggs and not enough choice. No English TV channels. Not many shops etc.. in the area that we could see. Near to AYT and a beach. Worth it just for the sea view.

So much potential

The location is lovely next to the beach. But I was disappointed that I booked a double bed and ended up with twin beds that couldn't be pushed together. I asked if I could swap rooms and was told by the receptionist that I had to wait until 2pm for a room. I asked if I could wait in my room until that time and was told no so ended up taking the room because I was so tired. The room smelt bad like spice and the shower plug hole was blocked.

A great holiday in a quiet location

Absolutely fantastic service, staff speak English / Russian / Turkish. High-speed internet, very good in the room, on the beach. Great cafe on the beach with delicious and fresh food. A very personal approach to customers that makes it feel like I was a special guest in the hotel. The beach is very close, about 3 minutes walk. Beach clean and clear water. The perfect place for fishing. Bus stop about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Buses run regularly and directly to the city.

Not recommended

The room was old and needs renovation , the bathroom was a disaster very old and rusty with a tiny shower cabinet , small lobby , extra small swimming pool . The only plus of this hotel is the near beach.

Overall was good and comfortable.

The first room I was given had not has linen and towels changed following previous guests or been cleaned. The next one had no hot water and the bathroom was not clean. I was glad I was only staying one night.

When i arrived, shower was dirty. Room cleaning happened sometimes at 08:00, sometimes at 15:00. Sometimes sheets had holes and prices at bar varied depending on staff. Don't try to pay in larger bills as after 40 minutes no one will give you a change unless you will demand it. Air conditioner is just above the room, so you can't used it while in the room and it shuts down when you go out. Airport and muslim mosque is very close, so you can't get a good sleep.

Antalya ziyaretimde ilk bu oteli düşünmüştüm sonra negatif yorumlardan dolayı vazgeçmiştim. Tuttuğum diğer otelde başımıza talihsiz bir olay gelince bu oteli tuttum sonrasında. Genel olarak memnun kaldım otelden. Kahvaltısı muhteşem hergün ayrı çorba çeşidi, geniş menüsü ayrıca tatlı çeşidi bile vardı. İlk tuttuğum X otelin kahvaltısının yanında saray kahvaltısı gibiydi. Odalar günlük temizlendi söylememize bile gerek yoktu. Bazıları resepsiyondaki görevlinin asık suratlı olduğuyla ilgili yorumlar yapmıştı, bu oteli ilk başta tutmamamın bir nedeni de buydu. Yani eğer turizm sektöründeyseniz güler yüzlülük önemli bir faktör. Bu kişi hakkında benim yorum şöyle: yani profesyonel olarak işini yapıyor ama pek güler yüzlü olduğu söylenemez. Ben yinede sadece bir kişinin tavrı yüzünden düşük puan veremem. Hatta bu kişi bizim erken check in yapmamıza da yardımcı oldu. Havuzu yeterliydi çocuk baya bir yüzdü hatta çıkış yaptığımız akşamına kadar da havuzu kullandık birşey demediler. Zaten manzarası muhteşem öyle aşırı uçak sesi falan da gelmiyordu rahatça uyuduk. Tavsiye ederim.

Ekonomik ve keyifli bir deneyim

Otel uygun fiyata çok keyifli bir deneyim yaşattı. Özellikle kahvaltısı çok zengindi ve doyurucuydu. Deniz manzaralı odamızın manzarası şahaneydi, ayrıca odamız genişti. 300 metre ilerisindeki anlaşmalı plajında keyifle denize girdik. Düzeltilmesi gereken bazı hususları olmakla beraber uygun fiyata çok keyifli bir deneyim yaşadık, kahvaltı alanındaki iklimlendirmenin iyileştirilmesi ve duştaki sıcak soğuk su ayarının düzeltilmesi gerekiyor. Koridorlar çok sıcak ancak çözümü mümkün mü bilemiyorum Genel olarak tavsiye ederim.

Für das Geld kann man echt nicht meckern, es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück hat auch vollkommen gereicht und man hatte echt viel Auswahl. Das Personal ist Mega lieb gewesen. Handtücher für den Strand/Pool hat man auch bekommen. Gerne wieder

Das war das s hlimmste Hotel ,daß ich jeh gesehen habe,sind nach einer Nacht dann sofort abgereist in ein anderes Hotel.Sowas kann man nicht anbieten.

Man darf für diesen Preis nicht viel erwarten. Also das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Ralacion precio y calidad, cerca de playa Lara

El hotel esta a metros del mar, tiene playa privada y mantienen el hotel y la playa limpia, es el mas alto de la zona, con una vista panoramica al parque y cascada de Duden y al mar, esta ccerca de restaurantes y transporte publico. Para nosotros nos facilito nuestra estancia en Antalya, ya que por el dia disfrutamos del calor y mar, y por las tardes, disfrutamos con salidas al centro historico, parque de Duden y ruinas de Perge. Los taxis son sumamente baratos y la comida riquisima. Felicitaciones al restaurante y personal, que se esfuerzan por ofrecer lo mejor.

Fuite de la salle de bain du haut qui coulait dans la miennes. La piscine étai bien. Le personne ne s'intéresse pas a nos réclamation Je déconseille fortement cette établissement

Giris yaparken resepsiyondaki genç beyefendi baya güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ancak diger calisan beyefendi gayet lakayit ve ciddiyetsizdi. Yeterince rahatsiz edici bir durum olduğu kanaatindeyim. Onun dışında oda temizdi. Yatak rahattı. Ulasim otele kolay o bir artı. Kahvalti gayet yeterli bana kalirsa tek eksisi içecek yönünden çok fakir bir menü. Ayrıca olur da kalırsanız otel içinden herhangi bir yerden kesinlikle kahve içmeyin. İnsan bünyesine böyle bir hakaret yapılmaz. Şerefinizle suyunuzu içip hayata devam etmeniz tavsiye olunur.
