I really enjoyed how close it was to the JR station.
The room was a bit tight which can be expected in a budget hotel and in this area. It was very clean and have all the amenities we needed. The front desk spoke decent English and all staff were friendly. The location was convenient too. 5 minute from the Kanda station.
Nice simple accommodation just what you need. Room was hot during winter and the only way to cool it down was to open the window. Close to station and really nice room.
Great location. The room is very clean, just be aware the space is small like everywhere in Tokyo.
Was used as a quick overnight stop near the train station - served its purpose
Safe and clean. No frills, you get what you pay for and it’s good for what it is. Best for a one night stopover, wouldn’t want to spend a few days - small space (though, that’s not uncommon in Japan). It’s perfectly fine.
Good option near the Tokyo station.
Nice staff!
Best welcome to Japan
Perfect ambassador of the best of the Japanese politness, care for detail and cleanliness. The hotel is superclean, conveniently located close to Kanda and Tokyo station. The staff is very professional and prompt. Free coffee for guests. Nice rooms, not too big but enough for a comfortable short stay. A shelf in the lobby with curated collection of comucs adds a nice touch and feeling of being in the right place. I had booked the hotel both for my arrival to and departure from Japan. I took a risk. They didn't make me regret it. Definitely reconnend it. Enjoy
Pretty average.
Place was incredibly small. Room was ok, but I guess that’s how places are in Tokyo. If it was the cheapest option in the area, I’d stay there again but wouldn’t rush back to do so.
This stay was great, just happened to require a ton of additional walking to and from train stations. There was also a bit more limited places to dine as the area felt more business heavy. It was however a nice quiet getaway from the crowded parts of Tokyo when traveling to and from. Staff was extremely friendly and greeted you when entering and leaving the building. They also allow you to grab additional pillows which was a life saver. Overall had a great experiences.
Hotel was clean and staff is very accomodating. Close to kanda station too
โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานี kanda เดินทางสะดวก ร้านอาหารเยอะ
near the station, many restaurants near by, free coffee and tea. i didn’t like the bedsheet stain. need to throw away and get a new one. disgusting
Great Biz Hotel
A well executed business hotel. As one would expect for a business hotel, the room is small. But it is clean and very functionally laid out. Plenty of outlets for charging my electronic devices, good wi-fi, and within walking distance to a subway/metro station and the iconic Tokyo Station.
Very easy to find coming off the Kanda Station. Many restaurants and convenience stores around the location along with no shortage of vending machines in general. Staff was very friendly and provided clean towels and water every day. Microwaves located on the first and fourth floor and laundry on the second floor. Will book again in the future.
It was close to Kanda station to access the train and not much traffic in the area.
My room was an amazing tiny room with everything I needed plus more. It was a fair walking distance to Tokyo Train Station and even closer to Kanda Station and to lots of small shops and restaurants. I was really comfortable as a single traveler but it would have been a tight fit for two. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. All you could drink coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby but precious little seating. Tons of anime books for reading. They offer a women only floor which I hadn't known about.
Great location. Close to Tokyo station, subway lines and JR lines. Best value for the price.
Quiet neighbourhood, convenient location and friendly staffs. Would stay again
Very nice hotel
Just a few minutes walk from Kanda station yet in a serene area for a good rest. Room are clean and cosy but pretty small Very accessible to get around Tokyo from JR Kanda station. Quite a lot of places to eat around here too.
Great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful area to stay in Tokyo.
We had a great stay.
The room we stayed was really spacious, we had a comfortable stay :)
O hotel deveria disponibilizar mais máquinas de lavar roupas.
Property is around 5 minutes walk to train station. Room is very small but very clean.
Very convinient
the hotel is located in the chiyoda area, metro and JR are closeby so you are well connected. it was a pleasant nice stay, it was also really quiet in the night! no disturbing noises. we liked it because the staff was always very friendly, helpful and patient with all the questions we had. be aware, rooms are really small if you have a lot of luggage! we enjoyed our stay and will come again if you are back in tokyo.
Visiting Kyoto and Tokyo with my adult daughter, we found these budget rooms economical enough that we didn't have to share rooms. This is a "Businessman's Room". The rooms are SMALL! The smallest I've seen, with a Queen Bed Desk, chair, bed, TV, Wifi, hair dryer, electric tea kettle, VAC outlets with USB ports for charging things. I bought a travel voltage converter, but to charge my phone, toothbrish and razor, I had no problem plugging straight in without it. To open my suitcase, I had to put it on my bed, but I had no problem with this since I was focussing on economy rather than luxury and planned to spend my time exploring. The hotel feels new and everything in the room was up to date and worked perfectly. Bathroom has a Japanese tub with a shower head, sink, Techno Toilet, is supplied with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. There's a microwave downstairs int he lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to the Kanda Station one stop away from the main Tokyo Station, on the Yamanote JR Line which gets you just about everywhere around Tokyo. I would stay here again.
The room is clean and cosy, location is convenient. But for room cleaning services, the staff put my pajama exactly on top of the bed throw, which is very dirty. What did the staff think?
Close to eating area and kanda station. Very clean
Hotel bien situé pres de la gare de Kanda. Tres grande chambre, propre et service impeccable.
Perfect for solo traveler
Great location a few minutes away from JR kanda station entrance or 13min walk to Tokyo station. Super convenient area to be able to get around Tokyo. Room was clean and new towels/robes were given daily. Definitely would recommend!
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location was close to the metro station, which was perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean however it was a little bit of tiny, and the smell of P in the bathroom ( we were very careful and we did not be on the floor by the way) . They provided us with free umbrellas that we could rent for the day And plenty of amenities. If I were to go back to Tokyo, I would definitely go back to this hotel and recommended to all of my friends and family.
Front desk was very helpful! Needed a taxi to Haneda. Sir at front desk called one for us and made sure we were safely on our way to the right destination when taxi showed up. Hotel is excellent for value and loved the sake bar next door. Great food and sake pairing!!
Great hotel at good location
Would totally stay here again
I was requested to accommodate one more guest instead charge me one more room with very high price. They are really not good. Specially stuffs are not kind, feel rude.
Foyer and room were in great condition. Thank you for the lovely stay.
Great location ! Walking distance to most everything or a train ride away.
Clean and staff are very helpful and friendly
Perfect stay
15minute walk from Tokyo station(though I did opt for a taxi 900yen) Staff very welcoming on check in. Plenty of toiletries at the front desk if you’ve forgotten anything. Room was clean though on the small side but it was big enough for 1. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Wonderful Hotel
Staff spoke excellent English making it easy for me to get directions to the train station, convenience stores etc. Room was very comfortable and I loved the Japanese tub. Toiletries were luxurious.
Room is clean and close to subway station.
Staff very polite and helpful. Room is clean.
This place was kind of hard to find; however, the staff were *amazing*. They helped me with my questions as best as they could, assisted me with shipping my luggage, and the check-in process was easy.
Good hotel, small rooms. Would stay again,
Very clean, close to Kanta station, and Kanta station is very close to Tokyo station. Room is big enough for three beds.
Nice hotel for a family
A good option for a family. Good location to explore the city by public transportation. A lot of food options nearby and a vibrant and less-crowded neighborhood than some other popular Tokyo areas.
Great service, very clean
Comfortable but very small room
convenient place.
Only a few minutes walk to Kanda Station and 12 minutes walk to Tokyo Station, I can avoid the crowds in the work days morning by walking directly to Tokyo Station to take the Shinkansen.
Okay for value but rooms are TINY. Barely any space to open even 1 suitcase
The only thing is that the rooms are really small. Book a months ahead as they have some bigger rooms. Room for “2 people” with only one bed are very very small. Other than that everything was very good and the front desk people and other staff speak very good English - and are very eager to help in any way requested. Transit metro and trains stations are very close and take you easy anywhere in Tokyo. Tokyo Central station is 1 stop by train (3 min) or 20 min walk
I've already reviewed this property prior, but it still is a nice and affordable location for those traveling solo. yes, you can get a slightly bigger spot as well, but honestly, this place was just perfect! very close to the trains and about a nice 15 minute walk from Akihabara or a literal one stop train ride.
Although rooms are small, they’re only for a base. This hotel is so convenient and great value. Staff were so helpful with luggage forwarding and greeted us every time.
Small but comfy room in a very convenient location - 4-5 minute walk to Kanda Station and 10-15 minutes on foot to Tokyo Station. Front desk staff were helpful, we liked having coffee and tea available 24 hrs/day in the lobby, and we’d definitely stay there again.
Very nice! Would stay there for longer states as well. Great food nearby and close to the Tokyo Station!
Beautiful hotel great location close to train and lots of food..amazing staff
It was really clean and quiet. Very close to Tokyo station and there were so many options to rest in the are. I will absolutely stay here again.
Rooms and bathroom are very small In quiet area Train station close by Friendly staff
Staffs were very friendly. We really appreciated their help with luggage and getting the taxi to Tokyo taxi.
A disappointing experience
We were only offered a smoking room, though that was NOT what we requested originally. I have never smoked in my life and do not enjoy dealing with the leftover fumes from smokers. They tried to argue with us about the reservation. I do not know if this was the hotel's fault or Hotels.com's fault, but does it really matter? The hotel rooms are ridiculously small, which we expected, but this is smaller than most ship's staterooms! There is no closet, and a tiny, though efficient bathroom. The hotel is well located. The bed was moderately comfortable, but hardly what we are accustomed to. That is about the only real plus in this experience. There is no real lobby or seating when one arrives, and the restaurant selection in the neighborhood was rather sparse on a Sunday night. We will be back in Tokyo in a couple of weeks, and will stay elsewhere.
Very helpful staff, very nice and patient.
Great location, not a far travel to any of the major destinations. Price is really good for the location!
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and was located in a convenient and quiet area right on the Yamanote (JY) train line. We were given complimentary water everyday and it was helpful to have laundry machines available. While the rooms are small, which is common for Japan, they were a good place to rest and the amenities were much appreciated.
Room need to be cleaned thoroughly as we found a bra just at the back of the headboards that is very dusty too. Staff are very helpful and free coffee is a nice touch. The place is secure as you cannot enter without a key card which we like. The dryer however give us a hart time that we end up drying our clothes from midnight to early morning.
Good stay. Front desk staff were helpful
Convenient
All staffs are very friendly, and they give free hotel amenities & coffee machine on the lobby. The room is pretty small, but in Japan, they just make the most out of small size, so that is understandable. 5-10 minute walking distance from the 2 different stations, and many local restaurants are near the station. It was completely worth the price and I would book this hotel agin if I go to Tokyo next time.
Tiny but efficient rooms. Would recommend to single travelers :)
Does what it says on the tin, and did it well
For the price and location, it is understandably very small. But it is otherwise clean and the staff helpful. Once again, it is in a very good location and the price is exceptional.
The hotel is 1 station away from Tokyo station is an easy walking distance from Kanda station which has multiple train lines. The property and my room are new and clean. They provide a coffee machine and hot water for teas and microwave by the lobby. They also let guests borrow manga books. I stayed for 1 night but will stay longer in the future. I had a pleasant stay.
Loved it! Very family-friendly, we went with 2 under 2 and felt very comfortable inside and outside of this hotel.
Very nice
Really loved the stay here.
This is my second time staying this hotel because of convenient location and price. Free coffee and teas are at the lobby. 11th floor ladies only floor was very quiet.I call this hotel my Tokyo home. I will stay many more times. Thank you.
Highly recommend. Easy access to the train station.
Great location , friendly staff, all round excellent hotel
Excellent staff and nice simple rooms.
The hotel was close to the station for easy sightseeing.
The hotel had served its purpose for last night stay in Tokyo before leaving Japan. Rooms are small. The hotel feels dated a bit but the price was very reasonable.
Very close to kanda station and Tokyo station. Everything was clean. Let you store your luggage the day of checkin and check out which is very helpful!
Hotel was clean and service was good, but rooms are very small. Bed is hard and pillows left more to be desired.
Easy access to the train station.
Lovely service provided as I left some comments in Expedia on Day 1, the hotel replied immediately and changed the room for me.
Hotel was clean and the service was great. Amenities are complete as well.
Good and Convenience
Everything was great and as expected. Thankful for the close transportation and the Ramen place next to Kanda Station is delicious!
Excellent location. Walking distance to Akihabara and the Imperial Palace. Very close to a station as well.
Centrally located
The whole experience from check in to check out was super easy. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Very happy with our choice!
Great location between Tokyo Station and Kanda Station, friendly staff, very clean. Would definitely recommend
Very clean and kind staff
Room is pretty small, bed and pillow not comfortable Good side is not too far from Kanda station, just one stop after Tokyo station in Yamanote line
Close to akihabara and 1 stop from Tokyo station but it is very small area with a lot of construction around

Nice location, not on a main Street but close to Kanda and Tokyo station. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only downside, room was quite small, very hard to open two big luggages.
