Nice and clean
Good
Rooms are old and smelly. Toilets are old and dirty. Service is great but hotel needs major renovations.
Not perfect
Room is not perfect bed not comfortable toilet not clean and so old but
People are not friendly - they never smile - some of them are rude. I asked the lady in the front desk for a pen, she was upset and told me: “but you have to bring it back”.
The hotel is very good but it is situated next to very busy highway and it it is very noisy
When we first checked in we were upgraded from a standard room to a deluxe room in order to get a king bed and one not facing the freeway. The room was adequate but not clean with smudged glass, dirt in the corners, a dirty bedspread, thin bare sheets. Exhausted, we just crashed and tried to sleep. The noise from the road still penetrated. The next day my partner spoke with management who said they would have the room deep cleaned while we were away for the day. We returned and some improvement had been made it was still not acceptable. Mgmt came and inspected - agreed it was needing additional work and upgraded us again into a suite which was in fairly good shape and it was clean. So- a bit of perspective- this hotel is shabby from use but the staff does try to keep up with it. It just needs an update - toss out the tired furniture, new paint, deep cleaning, and get some fresh linens for the beds. Its primary customers seem to be Egyptians and not tourists so the standard may be different. We also had a soccer team there so that may set some of the level of comfort and accommodations. I cannot say enough how lovely the staff was to us and how much we enjoyed the breakfast. American coffee! Not a huge variety of hot food but plenty to eat overall and the chefs did make us omelets and falafel each morning fresh which was great...you do have to track them down a bit but after the first morning we were greeted like family. Easy to access most of Cairo easily via taxi
I always stay dame place because is very convenient and confortable
Pictures are misleading
The bathroom in my room needed work, the shower was spraying everywhere my hair got soaked every time. The hotel is also off a main highway so lots of traffic noise. It is convenient as far as accessibility to the airport but it is a good distance from the downtown area if you are doing any tours, most companies will charge extra for pickup services
Breakfast limited
Staff very bad service
All good.
Too old and not clean
Great choice for an airport hotel at an affordable price. Less than 15 mins to the airport for those early morning flights. Wonderful staff, very professional and helpful, I will definitely stay again. Very good breakfast buffet. It is on a busy road and the hotel advises guests not to cross it but to use the pedestrian bridge. Just get a taxi or uber to go anywhere. Close to Korba district, a vibrant area with loads of restaurants, cafes, shops. Close to Baron Palace. Surprisingly you don't hear traffic noise from your room. A very spacious room.
Thanks for all hotel staff.
PLEASANT STAY AT A HOTEL IN NEED OF SOME CARE
The Hotel is 15 minutes drive from the airport and convenient to get to nearby excellent Malls, but not easy to walk around in the immediate area. the decor of the Hotel is a little over the top and dated, but rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Cleanliness could be better and general upkeep. The swimming pools are a great - both of them and the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant.
Fair
Need some renovation but rooms are clean and super nice staff (special thanks to Ghada from housekeeping), they have separate pools, one for kids and another big one, the location tho wasn’t the best, far from downtown and all the touristic places.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is quiet and the staff is super nice and helpful.
It was ok. Nothing spectacular.
The staff at the front desk are horrible. Could barely find a way for us to pay because they couldn’t figure out the machines. Amenities were not as described
Nice breakfast and clean room and good workers
It was good
very helpful and friendly staff. Great location of the hotel, closer to Airport and on main highway was very helpful.
The facility is old and way overrated but the staff are amazing. The attitude was exceptional
Service it’s bad any orders coming after 2 our
A nice place to stay, quite area
Convenient
Service was perfect, everybodys was doiing his part in a professional matter, thabks to Hanaa too.
Access to Airport
Just a tremendously great place. I strongly recommend.
needs carpet and aicon replacement
I love staying here when I go to Cairo. The staff is very helpful and their English is good. The rooms are quite spacious, the food is excellent, the only drawback for me is it’s not a great place to explore by walking in the surrounding area. I will totally plan on staying here again
Needs some love
Truth some tender loving care this could be a good to excellent hotel. Maintenance needs to be done . No plug in the bathroom sink. Plugs falling off wall shower Brocken. The service needs to be looked at. No drinks offered during the evening meal. We waited over an hour for a sandwich at lunch. Plastic cups so flimsy I thought I was going to loose my drink . Paper cups for coffee. Really
Visiting friends.
Excellent from every point of view. Friendly stuff, all over.
They were very professional, I really recommended.
Center location nice place and staff
Close to the airport and clean, the WiFi wasn't working and the facility is small, it's kind of inn not a hotel
Its good for sleeping. No alcohol and no good pool bars
It’s clean and safe but limited transportation facilities to city centre
We got an upgrade on our room and it was beautiful and spacious. Room service took a little long, but staff was friendly and helpful. Don't use the taxi service in the hotel, they are overpriced.
So this hotel has 2 restaurants none was ever open my 2 nights I stayed here. They have a store it was open literally once and every other time I went it was closed literally went downstairs 5 times in 1 day. They said it will open at 4pm goes downstairs at 4 nothing. Asked the front desk they couldn’t give me a answer. Granted I know it’s Ramadan so in my head maybe that’s why the restaurants were closed but I am not Muslim nor is this a Muslim only hotel I expected or atleast if I come downstairs asking for food numerous of times I was hoping someone will be like let me find someone to open the store or cook you up something. The room service i ordered fries literally came up cold. Asked room service for soda they tell me their is none when the store downstairs literally has a full fridge of soda. I honestly just feel I wasn’t being catered to because I was not Muslim. But on the lighter note room as a upgrade from last location. There was no toilet tissue in the bathroom used the box of tissue. The room was clean. My only issue was every staff person I asked about food they did not know or was confused I’ll give the hotel a 7/10
nice hotel, friendly and helpful stuff and comfortable stay with good price. Excellent breakfast.
Reception employees are friendly
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was big, comfortable and clean. The staff was nice. The overall property was well-maintained. HOWEVER, the address to this hotel is incorrect. Their address, 40 El-Orouba, leads to a building down the block, across the street and around the corner. My Uber driver had to ask several people on the street how to get to this hotel. I thought that he didn't know what he was doing. When he finally found it, he charged me extra for the ride. After trying to get picked up and dropped off from and to this hotel, I realized that the address on the internet is wrong. This was SO annoying. Although the building/room was pleasing, I will never stay at this hotel again. It is not worth the hassle - especially as hectic as Cairo can be.
The customer service is terrible. Ahmed, the receptionist, was rude and asked too many questions. I had to provide every piece of ID I have to prove that my wife and I are married. I showed him our USA IDs with the same address, yet that was not convincing enough for him. After he was convicted that we are married, he wanted to charge me $25 to change the number of guests from 1 to 2. I had to contact Expedia to cancel the original booking and make a new booking with the number of guests set to 2 which ended up to be the same exact price!! Overall, I had a terrible experience. I would never come back here again nor recommend this place to anyone. After all of wait and the booking changes, he told us the room is not ready yet!! 2 hours to check in is TOO MUCH!
Bery Friendly staff
I like the room I don’t like the service too many suits and very less working Help very cheap never look for the customer all they look at his money
The receptionist was distracted by personal phone calls and no smiling or eye contact. The rooms are spacious but old. Breakfast is excellent.
The main lobby is very nice decorated, but the rooms are very dated and. Carpet in the rooms and the hallways are dirty and stained. Spoke to the manager and was informed that they are upgrading and renovating one floor at a time. The GM and the customer relations Ms. Yostina were very accommodating and changed our room to an executive suite.
The property is safe and quiet. Close to most areas and easy to get an Uber. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of variety
STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Expect the electricity to cut off suddenly for a few mins
Very nice hotel. It’s in the same lot as a military compound, so it’s very secure, which I liked. Staff was super helpful, though I did have a bad experience with one staff member being a bit creepy (I am a woman traveling alone, so it freaked me out a bit, but did not escalate at all and the stay ended up being fine). The one thing I would say is not to book this hotel via orbitz. They did not have my reservation in the system (odd) but were able to book me into a room on arrival, and it ended up being about $100 cheaper than online, as the taxes and fees didn’t apply when booking there in person. You can pay in cash, and it’s super easy. Would definitely recommend this. The hotel is definitely a nice place. I met the man who cleaned my room every day (did a phenomenal job by the way), his name was Ahmed and he was SO kind and wonderful. I went to breakfast once and it was also nice. Room service food isn’t phenomenal, but they did bring me coffee a couple of times that was great! The location is very decent but know that it isn’t walkable really since it’s on a major road, but Uber is SO cheap in Egypt so you won’t have any issues. Overall, good stay.
Not worth the risk
OK the hotel is fine for 37$a night but as good for 5 stars hotel far away even from 2 star. First u have to pay extra money for early check in if u arr 3 hours early they make pay like almost another night. Room is nice have 2 TV but unfortunately one of them didn't work stayed fir 5 night told them but no even bothered to come and checked no problems the other TV is working. THE BIG IS THE Elevator HEADS UP NOT SAFE YOU COULD STUCK IN BROOKEN ELEVATOR LUCKY FOR US NOTHING HAPPEND BUT NOT WORTH THE RISK FOR THE SAME RATE U COULD STAY IN A BETTER HOTEL
Excellent high-Quality service, special hospitality and Professional staff... I highly recommend it
It was awesome
Tolip El Galaa

Tolip El Galaa
Nice place and very quiet hotel
good
comfort & happy
Very comfortable & welcoming
Services are well organized and facilities are clean
Very nice and clean place not to far from the airport friendly staff and good service I will be their every time I am visiting Egypt Thanks
Close to airport with friendly staff. Facility is very secure.
I didn’t like the room’s floor, it had many dark splashes.
Great property at a reasonable price. The location is very good too. I got a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome. The one thing that could be better is the shower area needs to be lowered or the bathroom floor raised to keep the water from spilling. Otherwise, excellent hotel and I recommend it.
Lovely and impressive structure with welcoming staff
Great service, staff was super friendly. Good pool and the balcony was nice.
It should be considered 3 stars hotel, far away from being a 4 or 5 star hotel due to lack of cleanliness, buildings and reception area look very dull. Whole hotel looks like a school or a hospital .
The staff was incredible! They were very flexible and kind. Very helpful being American and not speaking any Arabic.
It was very clean and nice staff they did upgrade for me without asking
Tolip el galaa
It was amazing and clean hotel
Kids area
Internet was not good, no kids or playing areas.
Good Too busy I am. That is all I can This is it
This is an extremely kid-friendly place situated near the airport. Would recommend for families or those who don’t mind loud children running amok. It’s a convenient location for traveling if you want to stay near the airport
The carpet is very dirty in room, the accesories are not clean well,
it was great experience...great service
we had great experience and service
Rooms are bad such as showers are really small and in a bad condition, water not always hot, staff and room service are really slow
Good hotel
Excellent hotel wonderful location good price.very clean.
Good hotel
Very good hotel but receptionists and check-in clercks are not professional, very slow, non-complementary and lack the willing to help/ assist customers. Everything else is very good including the hotel geographical location.
Nice hotel Clean hotel I like it
Very good choice in Heliopolis, Cairo.
A clean and professional Hotel option in Heliopolis, Cairo; reasonable price, close to the airport area. We got satisfy in general for the facilities of the Hotel.
Won't go back
Bad service, no bar, terrible coffee, room was ok, spa not open, airport transfer pre-paid but driver didn't turn up
It was great!
Convenient and Friendly Hotel Near the Airport
The best reason to stay here is to be close to the airport which is only about 20 minutes away by taxi. The staff are friendly and helpful, but English is challenging for some of them. The room was clean except for some issues with the bathroom. The hose attachment to the toilet wasn't as clean as it should be and showering was quite challenging as the shower leaked all over the floor everytime I used it. Also, the toilet items were never replaced. You'd expect more than one tiny bar of soap for a five night stay. The breakfast buffet is good, but the almost the same items every day so a bit boring. I stayed here 5 nights and overall for the price it was a good choice, but I wouldn't pay more than $65-$75 US. This is more like a 3-4 star hotel.
Great Hotel & Stuff
I've stayed here for one night, hotel & stuff deserve the FIVE STARS , my 10 stars goes to the beautiful reception girl MARINA :) 👍🏼
Very nice stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The crew was so welcoming and helpful, espcially Youstina. The check in and check out were easy and smooth. The breakfast was free, It was really tasty and assorted. The room was very spacious and the pool view was stunning. Although they did not have a crib but they managed to solve the problem and made it easy on us. The lobby area and the pool area are amazing and comfy. We ordered the dinner at our room, it was tasty, well cooked and the price was good We would come again for sure
I don't recommend this hotel as five stars hotel
It was not easy especially with housekeeper , reception staff were very helpful but housekeepers not good at all , not professional.
Very good hotel for family I would recommend to my friends. Nice quiet and clean.
Good room
Never ever again
Stayed there with my wife & son for 1 night, checked in around 3 am.. No landline phone service no water to drink... External noise from car even if we locked the windows... Windows & sets full with dust, housekeeping left cold air conditioning open till 3am room was so cold!! Asked reception for car hire to Alexandria they brought me so old car it tooks 4 hours in the road & was so expensive L.E 575 Wifi was wo slow
I would recommend this hotel for the price.
nice hotel close to airport and city star mall
I reached the hotel at noon , the staff welcomed me and my family with a welcome drink and quickly gave me the key cards of my room . when I needed to change a room , they very fast accepted my request . really I enjoyed my stay at this hotel
Not bad for a short stay
I will recommend this hotel for a short business trip
Relaxing hotel
Overall the hotel seemed clean and tide, only thing we didn't appreciate was the hotels restaurant, which was very slow and quite frankly was subpar.
Recommend place
It was nice stay very nice staff and great location. I'll stay there again for sure.
Worth the money
had difficulty checking in since it was through a third party but once they were able to see my reservation, they were nice. They also let me check out at 2 for free which was nice of them. The area isn't bad if you have a car. I had a hard time catching a cab from the front of the hotel. Overall, it isn't bad for the price Abd the fact that it's a 5 star hotel.
Nice
