Tokyu Stay always gave me good experiences. I like the washer and dryer inside the room.
Great stay! I was there twice during my trip to Japan and I am glad I did!
The hotel was great even though the rooms are very tiny. The service staff was just amazing! They take care of little details. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is conveniently close to two train stations. I was really glad I made the choice to stay at this hotel twice! A for the luggage keep and delivery system!! they were great
Very Quiet and Relaxing No continental breakfast
The hotel is located in a quiet, non-touristy part of town, a short walk from Suidobashi station on the JR Sobu line and close to Tokyo Dome City. It seems to cater mainly to salarymen, which honestly is sometimes preferable to the alternative. It was great being able to return to a quieter area after battling throngs of tourists during the day. The rooms are old and worn, though tidy enough. Having our own washer/dryer was great. Staff are friendly and obliging and helped us out several times. Only complaint is that the property claims to be smoke-free but the smoking room is located right behind the reception/lounge area and is not adequately ventilated, so often the entire first floor smells of cigarette smoke. It's not a major problem, and didn't negatively affect our stay.
Convenient
This hotel was very close to Suidobashi Station; like a 4 minute walk close. The hosts were very nice, spoke great English and helped us out with some local dining spots. The room had a washer and dryer- combined into 1- in the room, which was nice so we didn't have to bring as much clothing with us, which gave us more space for souveneirs!! The AC was a life saver in the humid heat at night. Plus the room acutally had a nice enough hallway to open our luggage up. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
Ver close to many dining and evening options. Room was average size for tokyo but the laundry made staying very convenient.
Let’s start with the positive, we were close to a train station, family mart, Starbucks, McDonald’s, and several restaurants all within about a five minute walk. We had a washing machine as well as a little kitchen complete with a sink, single burner stove top, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, kettle and a few dishes. All amazing to have in room! However this was one of 5 hotels we stay at during our trip to Japan and by far the dirtiest room we stayed in. The blanket on the bed was stained and dirty. The front staff was willing to give us a new blanket that was thankfully much cleaner after they had a chance to come in and look at the dirty blanket. The kitchen area where the washing machine was located was not cleaned. Sticky countertops, water mildew around the faucet, the walls/ floor within the room had several different spills/ stains, floors were not vacuumed very well with lots of crumbs. Overall all room needed a good thorough cleaning! I ended up buying cleaning wipes and cleaning the room myself as housekeeping will only come and empt garbage and give fresh towels. They do not change bedding, make the bed, clean the bathroom/room, vacuum or do anything else even though we had a 4 night stay. Overall I unfortunately would not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness and housekeeping is just not up to standard, which is unfortunate as the in-room amenities are great!
Great location close to multiple subway stations all within walking distance, and plenty of convenience stores and shops nearby. Small room but that was expected for the price and location of Tokyo. Washer/dryer combo in the room was very useful for doing laundry. Would stay again.
Hotel is closed to JR and subway station, about 5 mins walk. The room equipped with a washer/dryer all-in-one unit and a kitchenette. No daily housekeeping service and fresh towels can be provided on request. Garbage and dirty towels can be placed outside the room in the morning and they will collect them in the morning. Convenient stores like 7-11, Lawson or Family Mart are also nearby and within 5-8 mins walk.
Staff are super helpful, especially for shipping luggage. Full-sized bathtub was great, decent-sized room for Tokyo though bed is a bit firm. Our room had in-suite laundry which is very convenient for longer stays. Close enough to a few different stations depending on where you're going. Clean and affordable.
Very clean. Close to the station and services
A quiet stay in Tokyo
Great hotel! If you're looking for something a bit on the quieter side, this hotel is for you. The room accommodated the 3 of us very snugly. Just know that if you have lots of luggage, there isn't really much space as is the case for most Japanese hotel rooms. We had to move some of the furniture around just to adjust our luggage comfortably. The space between the beds is very small but understandably so. The hotel is located near some convenient food spots in all directions and even has a Don Quijote about 8 mins away by foot. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby too if you need something quick. With Suidobashi Station super close by and Jimbocho Station in the south, your transportation options to the rest of Tokyo are there. Unlike other hotels in the Tokyu lineup, this hotel does allow you to leave your luggage with them after check out which is a nice amenity. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again!
The bathroom smelt bad. I told the staff about it nothing was done. Otherwise basic.
Wonderful!
The hotel is located very near the train station which makes it very convenient to go around Tokyo. It is also near many restaurants and convenience stores. It was a very pleasant community. We felt safe walking around late at night or very early in the morning. The rooms were very clean with useful amenities provided. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly.
The location was excellent with convenient train stations nearby, and the room was adequate with the added benefit of a microwave and laundry machine. However, the WiFi was awful. It constantly cutout and when you did have connection it was slow. The checkin was also accompanied by issues. The older gentlemen continued to insist he only had one room reserved for me despite showing him multiple sources that two rooms had been payed for. After him continually insisting there was only one room, and me being able to do nothing more than disagree, he proceeded to check us in to our two rooms. Overall I’d look for another hotel in the area.
Nice area
Very small, additional fees for cleaning. Close to Tokyo Dome.
The staff was immaculate but the WiFi at the hotel was horrendous. I had to ask the staff to repeatedly to reset the WiFi but it still was terrible connection or no connection at all. So I had to give it a 3 star because if a guest can’t use WiFi during their stay it is a terrible experience. Other than that the rest of the aspects were amazing. Great places around the stay and the metro was super close.
Overall a good place to stay if you want to stay away from the crows of Shinjuku Shibuya. It is located 5 minutes away from Suidobashi station and has Family mart near it. It is really easy to reach here from Tokyo station. The room photos are a little misleading as the room is a lot smaller than it looks. They also have limited housekeeping which is fine and common in Tokyo but was not mentioned when I booked and was told on the reception. Staff is polite and helpful. Overall a nice stay except a few unknowns
Convenient to train station and close to the Dome for dining options.
Bed and pillows quality were excellent!!! Only downside was that they did not provide bed making nor quick cleaning, but they replaced all towels and pjs daily. Super convenient and we used the laundry machine in the room daily. Great place to stay
Nice location
Clean and convenient location
Excellent business hotel
Excellent business hotel. While the rooms are a bit small, they are well maintained. If there is one small area for improvement then it is storage space is very limited. You’ll need to live out of your suitcase.
Clean, staff is very nice and helpful.
Great value room
Room size was surprisingly good for Tokyo. I loved having a mini fridge, microwave and even a washer/dryer combo in the room. 3 minute walk to the Suidobashi train station and food choices nearby. I’ll definitely stay there again
Very convenient with lots of restaurants and a subway station nearby.
Great place to stay!
Good hotel to go around the Tokyo area as the hotel is close to the railway. Easing macine is right in your room and you do tge laundry while sleeping. The only concern I have is the space as it is cramp and maybe we have 3 beds fitted in a room
Best services
What made it amazing in my opinion is how friendly the staff were to help out. I don’t speak any for of Japanese so it was a struggle for them to communicate with me but they tried their best to answer my questions or anything I would ask. The staff here have to be some of the best I have ever seen
Nice
It was nice but all the vents looked horrible. You could just see the dirt even in the shower I cleaned the vent while taking the shower
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and helpful even though we speak very little Japanese. They even called a store in Kyoto for us to confirm the days they would be open. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
Great hotel in a convenient location.
Hotel room is no frills. Close to Suidōbashi Station but not easy to find if you've never been there before. Pretty easy access and not a long train ride to get to Tokyo Station. I stayed there for a night before getting on flight from Narita. Took Narita Express from Tokyo Station. Liked the washer and dryer in room that was free of charge to use (detergent in a bottle included, so no need to pay for that). Also liked having the microwave. There wasn't any free coffee in the room though. I later discovered a machine in the lobby for that was working in the morning but I originally thought it was broken as there was sign saying it was down for maintenance when I arrived late at night. Hotels in the Tokyo area are usually tiny unless you really splurge. This one was actually larger than some I've been in.
Convenient for Multiple Day Stays
Great location, close to multiple train/subway stations. Washer/dryer in the room was very convenient. Rooms were clean and offered small amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the Tokyo Dome and eateries.
This was the perfect hotel to start our vacation. It was very clean and quiet and was close to anything you would need. The staff was lovely and helpful both morning and night.
My “go to” hotel
My “go to” hotel. Convenient and clean hotel. Rooms are a bit on the small side but we’re good for what I need.
Close to the train station, and Akihabara within walkable distance.
Great location and service. If you want to hang out in Akihabara, Shinjuku, or central Tokyo you have very walkable access and can get to any in 20 minutes. Rooms are clean and utilitarian with a desk and microwave. Wifi is on every floor, though it's only about 0.5mb/s download speed.
I've stayed there five times over five years. Perfect location for book fans.
Convenient locatio, great service
Good property for a reasonable price in central tokyo, close to the station and Tokyo dome.
Great Hotel !
The hotel is in the mid of Tokyo, and coveniently located nearby two railway stations; JR-Suidobashi and Subway-Suidobashi. The area as many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable even with a automated laundry machine ! Above all, all the staff I met were excellently professional ! Thank you !
Comfortable!
It is a typical Japanese hotel. Very small. But it has a washing machine, bath and shower. The location is great! Really close to the Tokyo Dome hotel where my business meetings were conducted.
Excellent location. Room was well equipped for a short visit.
Good practical hotel
Good location, decent size of room, comfy bed. Also a washer and dryer was in my room, which means less stuff to carry for my 2weeks trip. If you are looking for a practical, and reasonable hotel, and single, this hotel fits your needs.
Good 3 star hotel near Tokyo Dome
Location pretty nice, close to Tokyo Dome and at a walking distance from Electric Town with department stores open until late hours. Rooms small but well equipped. Buffet breakfast is the same every morning but with satisfactory choice of food. Poor selection of ftee tv channels. Room service (change of towels and garbage takeaway) could take place earlier and not in afternoon hours. Free coffee all day in the lobby. Overall, my wife and I recommend this hotel to future visitors to the Japanese capital.
Hotel is great, room enough for 2 people comfortably. Luggage room is no issue. Hotel staff is great. 100% would stay here again if future plans permit it.
Great location easy to get anywhere in Tokyo. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was average.
Great place in a quiet neighborhood
Great place near both the JR station and subway with a pretty quiet neighborhood. The place is neatly maintained with staff capable of speaking in English. Limited but good breakfast food. The only concern that I have is that they have a cleaning policy which differs for short stay (1-6 days) and long stay (>6 days).
Hotel is in a great location; a short walk to Suidobashi station and with many restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and the private washing machine is a nice feature for longer trips. Staff were polite and very accommodating.
First time in Tokyo (as Canadians) and I must say I am very impressed. Being overwhelmed with such a big city, there were many options but this one sold me as it had laundry INSIDE our room! How awesome! Mind you, I only used it once but it was still convenient that it was there. Location is great, 5-10 walk to each station, and walking distance to Tokyo Dome. It was also much bigger than all of the other hotels I've done research on. My boyfriend and I stayed for 7 nights and the staff were very friendly - from the moments we stepped in to the day we left. They have a vending machine across the front desk near the washrooms and breakfast for around 1,000 yen. I can't comment on that as we've never tried but it was buffet style. Bathroom was clean - provided a big tub of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that smelt amazing! OH! I almost forgot - they are FANTASTIC at replying to their emails. Very fast response rate (1-3 hours instead of a few days)! Please don't hesitate to book here! Thank you Tokyu Stay Suidobashi for a wonderful experience. :) Lots of love from Vancouver, BC, Canada!
Excellent location near Suidobashi station and a short walk to Jimbocho station. Easy to access any part of the city from this hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and polite! The room itself is very small, it would be difficult if not impossible to completely open large sized luggage in the room. Bathroom was spacious and the room was very clean. The washer in the room was an excellent feature that we used several times during our short term stay. Overall I recommend this hotel!
Short business stay; breakfast area crowded between 7:15 and 7:30
It's okay; temperature is practically un-adjustable, too warm in the room; can not open window to let cold air in.
Great hotel
Typical Japanese business hotel but nicer than most. The room seemed to be just a little bit bigger so you weren't bashing into things all the time. Really clean and great staff.
Nice hotel close to train station Neat room and good service
Perfect place for budget travellers
Very clean rooms, you've got all the amenities that need. Relative to Tokyo standards pretty spacious room.
Tokyu stay suidobashi.
Very happy with my stay at this hotel, will stay there again.
Good Room Size, Washer/Dryer, Good Breakfast
Having stayed at this hotel numerous times, I appreciate how they keep it so clean so it seems brand new. Excellent breakfast served from 07:00 to 09:30. Washer/Dryer in your "Standard" room and they even give you the soap. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are larger than most in Japan. The Suidobashi Station (Sobu Line} is a 10 minute walk. You can quickly access Tokyo Station (via Chuo Line) or Shinjuku Station from Suidobashi. My favorite hotel when staying in Tokyo.
Not far from Tokyo Station, Tokyo Dome
Stayed at this remodeled hotel many times. Always clean. Breakfast is plentiful and the food is always hot. Tokyu Stay hotels offer microwaves, refrigerators, and washing machines in room. Hotels near Tokyo Station that offer similar size rooms and amenities cost twice as much. Taking the Chuo/Sobu Line (6 min) from Tokyo Station plus a 5-10 min level walk from the Suiidobashi Station and you can be at the hotel.
Good location, excellent service
My husband and I stayed in a junior suite for four nights. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable. Similar to a lot of Japanese hotel rooms, there was no room for suitcases. The main reason why I chose this hotel was it included a washer/dryer in the room, which was easy to use (directions in English provided). The service was excellent. We had heard about luggage delivery and decided to use this service in forwarding our luggage from the hotel to the airport. The hotel staff was very helpful in assisting me in measuring our suitcases and completing the necessary forms. They were kind enough to hold on to my yen to pay the luggage delivery person and then place the change in an envelope for us to pick up later. We did not have to worry about any of that as they took care of it. They also. Army shipping boxes and we ended up buying one since we bought too many gifts for back home. They gave us packing tape to use. The hotel staff does speak some English. There is a breakfast that they serve in the common area in the lobby. We didn’t end up trying it but it did look very tasty and it was reasonably priced at $10 per person. The neighborhood that the hotel is in seemed safe. We would walk back to the hotel at night and there were lots of people walking around. There are lots of eateries and bars in the area. The nearest train station is about a 5 min walk away.
房间内配有洗衣机,电磁炉,锅,盘,非常方便。 离车站不到500米
Great Hotel Near Tokyo Dome
Easily accessible on the Chuo/Sobu Line 7 min by train from Tokyo Station. Appears newly remodeled. Staff is great. Laundry machine in each room. They even give you powder for washing. Fridge and microwave available in most rooms. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast included with my rate. Good choices. Hours are short 07:30 - 09:30. Staff will store your luggage because no late checkout available unless you pay extra. High rated and reasonabily priced for an expensive like Tokyo.
Kind of small room but very efficient. Great value having a washer/drier inside!
Quiet and comfortable
Just stayed overnight on way from Kyoto to airport. Helpful staff. Enough space, comfortable. Fresh and bright and quiet. Access to transit and shopping.
Convenient location, en suite laundry is the best!
The hotel is located at a very convenient location. You can walk to the subway within few minutes. Our room for two people is small but has everything you need, including a laundry machine that does both washing and drying! If you staying in Tokyo for a while, having an laundry machine in the hotel is definitely a plus as we pretty much change clothes twice a day due to the heat here. They also provide you with one detergent sample. If you need more it's only 30yen per pack. Also clothes don't dry well due to the humidity here if you were planning to hand wash. The lobby has self serving tea bags and toiletowhere you can bring back to your room for use. Only thing is they have limited room cleaning, so they don't make your bed but does take our your trash and provide new towels on a daily basis. There is a kitchen cleaning supplies, stove, microwave and a small pot if you want to cook something in the morning. It is nice cause we would go to 7-11 and pick up bento box and heat it up in the next day morning. I would stay there again if I go to Tokyo again!
Very nice, newly renovated hotel. Clean and the breakfast buffet is very good for reasonable price.
Great location - good price
Great location to get on subway lines - JR station and metro are an easy walk. We also attended a baseball game at the Tokyo dome and this was a very easy walk to the hotel - even in the rain. Took a taxi from the airport so we didn't have to lug luggage on the subway..... took the limo bus back to the airport from the Tokyo Dome Hotel. This was easy to arrange a couple days before by just stopping in the hotel and making a reservation. (paid in cash) Rooms in this hotel were about the size of a cruise ship room . They were well organized with little kitchen and washer. Perfect if you are planning to be out in the city and not spending too much time in your room.
A good option based on price, location, and size.
It's a good hotel with very friendly staff. They will only clean once per week, however, and not at all if staying less than that. They do provide fresh towels daily though. The hotel is five minutes (including waiting for the crosswalk lights), from the Suidobashi metro station and a few more minutes to the Jimbocho station. There is a JR station even closer but we didn't use it. We chose not to have their breakfast (1000 yen) as it didn't interest us; perhaps it's better suited to Eastern tastes than Western but we saw very little we could eat while justifying the price. The TV had numerous channels but only two orginally-English channels. Both had Japanese audio but you could select secondary audio for just English (note: on my remote, I believe the SAP button was up one from the very bottom-right button). I'm sure it's not the hotel's fault but, while having CNN International was nice, offering BBC World News as well would have been appreciated. Having in-room laundry was fantastic and, if I were a better packer, I could have brought less clothes with me for the vacation. Don't make my mistake by starting a load immediately before going to bed as the standard wash and dry cycle takes three or four hours to complete. There is no English on the machine but I found laminated English instructions in the room. The room is small but that's to be expected in Tokyo. The is a fridge, a powerful shower, very good wifi, a bidet toilet, and a safe.
The room was clean and comfortable with many amenities including a washer/dryer combo and humidifier which you won't find in many other hotels. The location was close to the train station and convenience stores & restaurants.
The Worst
Do not stay here! Just awful, staff very unfriendly! The worst place I've stayed in across the world and absolutely the worst in Japan!!! Not clean! Smelt awful! We left one night early - we couldn't stand it!!!
Central location, great staff, highly recommended
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room had many amenities. Location was excellent, in the centre of the city and right near a few different train stations.
pleasant experience
tucked in a quiet neighbourhood of toyko, this hotel is a great place to unwind from a busy day. a very short walk from suidobashi jr line, clean rooms, friendly staff. you even get your own washing machine and dryer in your room, which was very convenient for us. the room was tiny though, but is expected by japanese standards. overall great stay!
Clean, convenient, insuite laundry is awesome.
Great location, close to JR and metro stations. When exiting JR station leave from the east exit since that one is much closer to the hotel. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Hotel was nice and clean (albeit small but that is expected). We didn't think insuite laundry would be useful but ended up using it and loving it since you can dump laundry, leave, and it would be all dry and clean when you get back. Will stay here again!
Nice hotel with something to be solved.
Nice hotel near Suidobashi station (Toei line) and Jimbocho station (Tokyo metro line). Staff very kind but unable to help you in case of special requests if you don't speak japanese, they know just the vital words in english. Room clean but very small, difficult to open baggage inside. I got the residential room, that they sell as a bigger one, but it was very tight at all. Room cleaning is provided only for a stay of 7 days or longer, and just one time a week; nevertheless, they change bath towels everyday. Good breakfast with wide choice of japanese food and something for occidental people.
Perfect stay in Tokyo! Close to Suidobashi Station
The hotels service was nice, however it seemed that most of the staff did not speak English, with translate applications it wasn't so much of an issue. The room was very spacious with big comfortable beds and the room had good facilities, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists and would stay again! It is situated very well for train access however if you plan to rent a car there is no onsite parking.
Couldn't Sleep Well
Everything was great except for its pillows and comforter. Although each room had four pillows, one was too flat and two were too high for me! Could be ok for others. Comforter wasn't comforting at all. It was new but its coarse (polyester?) cover slides off easily from the cotton sheet. Much preferred a cotton duvet cover without the in-between sheet.
Great Business Hotel
Absolutely no problems with the hotel, though Expedia really should find a way of listing that the hotel will be undergoing renovations. I guess this is more of an issue with Expedia than the hotel, but it would have been nice if the hotel's restaurant/lobby wasn't being renovated.
Quiet and Affordable Hotel
My family of 4 stayed at the Tokyu Stay Suidobashi for 7 nights in August 2016. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood about 4 blocks from the Tokyo Dome, 2 blocks from the JR Station, and 3 blocks from the Suidobashi Metro Station. We reserved 2 semi-double rooms on the 8th floor (plan A). The rooms were a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Each room had a firm semi-double bed, 2 pillows and a comforter. The beds are adequate for 2 small to average sized adults. The rooms came equipped with a microwave, desk, safe, mini-fridge, 32” TV (Japanese stations only), and a washer (with one packet of detergent). The air-conditioning was quiet and worked flawlessly, as did the hotel Wi-Fi. The bathroom had a combination tub/shower. Water heated quickly and the pressure was excellent. The bathroom also had a standard bidet, and a hair dryer. Counter space was bit small. There is no closet, but there is a wall mounted rack with hangers to hang your clothes. Our reservations included a daily breakfast buffet, which was very good. The buffet consisted of miscellaneous Danish and breads, salad, rice, a main entree (that changes each day), soup (also changes daily), hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, and orange juice. Members of the staff speak some English and are very helpful.
Very good Japanese style business hotel.
Overall, a very good Japanese style business hotel. Rooms are small if you are used to 5-star types of hotels, but clean. Plenty of places to eat near by and convenient to major train and subway lines.
Nice hotel... 2-3 min walk to Suidobashi Station.
Had a pleasant stay here.. I had taken a single occupancy room, yet all the facilities were available.. Had washing machine, fridge, microwave oven additional to other hotels I have stayed with similar rating.. Food options were limited but not an issue at all. The guys at the reception were very helpful always. A good option to stay at Suidobashi, Tokyo.
Above & beyond expectations
Everything about this hotel was good. The staff were beyond courteous, the room was quite comfortable, and the location quite convenient. If I visit Tokyo again I shall make an effort to stay here again.
Great for the Tokyo dome
Right near the tokyo dome. If you stay more then 7 days in this hotel they wont clean your room
It's a practical hotel....
It's a small room, but I got all I need, there is a washing machine and dryer in my room so that I didn't need to bring a big luggage for a long stay. The only disappointment was their lack of hospitality... The price is right.
Great cheap Tokyo hotel!
It was our first night in Tokyo, we stayed at this hotel which we booked in advanced and weren't disappointed. It is not fancy but it is the definition of convenience. The Tokyu Stay franchise has a washer/dryer in the hotel room, the bathroom is pretty good and the location is great. Suidobashi is pretty centrally located, and this hotel is only 1-2 km away from Tokyo Dome City Attractions. The room isn't that big, don't try to fit more than 2 people.
Great up-to-date hotel with largish (for Tokyo) rooms and very helpful staff.
Liked it
Very well run. Clean. Modern. Good taste. Tucked into a quiet pocket of Central Tokyo but near a main subway. Breakfast good. Bed and bedding very nice. Never heard outide noise. No negatives. Excellent value for price.
Very nice
Clean, tidy, close to JR, the service counter can speak english and very helpful
Nice hotel
Hotel close to station very convenience. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast good.
Two Night Stay
The hotel is very nice. It felt like I was the first person to stay in the room. The complimentary breakfast was much more complete than anticipated. Highly recommend.
Can not ask for more
Looks like a brand new hotel with most welcoming staff. Perfectly clean, nice breakfast, 2-3 minutes walk from station.
Very pleasant experience!!
Great hospitality, access card to enter the elevator, very safe and secure, great friendly staff, close to JR station suidobashi. Amazing
Great hotel close to sights!
Arrived early, left my luggage, went for a walk and on my return found luggage had been taken to my room! A great start to a short but excellent stay. Handy to train station, shopping sights and meals, very comfortable room, excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. What a top way to end a wonderful holiday in Japan!!
Nice Hotel by Suidobashi Station
Nice hotel with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Like most hotels in Japan, the room was compact but had a place for everything! We had T.V., free wireless internet connection, fridge, microwave and even a compact washer/dryer unit in the room! The hotel is a very short walk to Suidobashi train station and from there to anywhere in Tokyo. Staff is great providing excellent service. Remember to use your security card to get in if you are coming back late. Complimentary breakfast was a great way to relax and plan the day. Highly recommended!!
Great hotel near train station
The hotel is great and is near the train station which is about 5-10 min walk away. I stayed for a night, check out and left my bigger luggage with the hotel while I travel to Kyoto with a smaller bag. When I was back in Tokyo and check in the second time, my luggage which I left with them earlier was already in my room. Was pleasantly surprise with the level of attentiveness which the staff provided even without me asking for my luggage.
Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel. About 3 blocks from the Tokyo Dome and Suidobashi subway station (exit 1 or 2) or 2 blocks from Suidobashi JR station. Lots of restaurants and entertainment around the Tokyo Dome. Staff understood English. Room was a decent size for a Japanese hotel and came equipped with it's own clothes washer/dryer machine. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel supplied one package of clothes detergent upon registration. Included a good breakfast in the morning.
Tokyu Stay Suidobashi | Hotel in Tokyo | Travala.com
Close proximity to train station. Friendly and helpful staff - staff helped with filling out luggage transport form (yamamoto). Rooms are small with no room to fully open luggage but this sounds typical of Tokyo hotels. First floor often smells of cigarettes (smoking room is on this floor). Overall had a good stay and wouldn’t mind staying here again.
