Great staff and a comfortable place to stay

A great place to stay for a few days while I explored the city. The staff is some of the nicest I've experienced when staying in Tokyo.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I was on the latter half of my trip, and I was going to be solo after spending the first half with family. It was nice to have small conversations here and there with the hosts during my stay, as it made me feel less lonely. The location is great, with a Don Quiote right down the road and various good food options nearby. Nishi Kasai station is also a quick walk away, and you're right by Disneyland! Breakfast was simple, but it was convenient! Next time I'm back, I'll definitely be staying there! Thanks again!

Great staying. The rooms are small, but charming and with all the needed service for a 2-3 day visit. Although isn't in downtown, it allows a full experience of what living in Tokyo means. Great neighborhood, easy access to public transportation. Great and kind staff with tasty continental breakfast included.

For Me Hotel was Clean and Perfect Thank you for good Memories in Tokyo. Hotel is family business and very nice people. If i come again here is the only one. Thank you all.

a quiet, warm little house two supermarket nearby, convenient to get fresh fruits 10-15mins far away from train, you could also take bus going to train station or city center, it’s easy to get the bus schedule through Google map Highly recommended going to Heisei Garden to have a walk, which just 5mins walk far away here Love the daily breakfast here so much, full of owners love and greet Room is tidy, clean and comfortable

Yayoi and her husband were very kind and helped out with whatever issue I had. I would highly recommend!

Great small mom and pop hotel. Quiet, clean, walking distance from the train and from a number of restaurants.

Great help from our host going above and beyond by picking up our laundry from the laundromat while we weren’t able to and on top of that never charged extra- wonderful friendly hospitality:)

A simple mistake that unfortunately turned into staying an extra day in Japan due to me missing my flight, the staff of Tokyo Stay Hut Sari made the situation better. I will not speak about the details, but I will say that the staff at Tokyo Stay Hut Sari are very kind, good hearted, & accommodating. They deeply understood the situation, took extra steps to correct the situation, and made the situation a better & pleasant stay. I stayed for 2 nights, and on each night I stayed in 2 different rooms. Both rooms I stayed in was very clean, quiet, & spacious for 1 traveler. The rooms are traditional Japanese ryokan style, which felt very comfortable like a home you would stay at a family member. So overall I would highly recommended staying at this hotel, as the service & rooms is what makes this property special.

The room was a bit tight,but overall was very clean and tidy.

スタッフさんの対応も良く、部屋の感じも良く、朝食もイメージ以上に良く、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 また利用と思いました。

スタッフの対応、部屋の清潔さとても良かったです。ただ、シャワールームが狭かったのと外観が少し分かりづらかったです。 今回は時間なかったのでバタバタしてしまいましたが次回はゆっくりと利用したいと思います。朝早かったのにチェックアウトの対応していただきありがとう御座いました。

清潔で､周辺治安良く静かで､オーナー優しく､とても快適に過ごせました。毎朝の朝食もとても嬉しかったです。

部屋は清潔感がありとても良かったが、一点だけお風呂が浴槽とか無いため狭く感じた。

不満と言うのか？駅から少し離れてることくらいですが分かって宿泊してるのでタクシーで対応しました。スタッフの対応は◎朝の軽食も◎清潔な宿です◎イオン、コンビニが近く便利でした。リーズナブルだと思います◎

アットホームな雰囲気がグッドです。 ホッと落ち着ける空間でした。

地図アプリを見ながら行ったので迷っていないが、わかりづらいところにあるのかもしれない。 看板はあるので、ああここなのかぁという印象を受けた。薄暗かったので看板に灯りがついてればなお良いのかなぁと思った 一軒家の玄関があり、インターホンで声を掛けようとする、どうぞ！と即案内された。 開けると狭い廊下にフロントがある。 とても丁寧に説明をしてくれる。 カギをもらい3階の部屋へ。 一軒家の階段をとことこ上っていく、知らないひとのうちに来たみたいでワクワクする。 開けるとカラフルで女の子受けしそうな可愛い印象、とても清潔で掃除が行き届いていた。 狭いながらも、トイレにシャワールーム、ベッドがあり、洗面もあるし、エアコンもある。 テレビのリモコンを見つけたが、はて？と思っていると天井付近に吊るされていることに気がついた。なるほどスペースを活かしている。 少し歩けばイオンがあるし、コンビニもある、中華屋もある。僕には申し分なし。 車で行ったが、徒歩2分くらいのところにNTTの有料(24時間上限あり)駐車場もあり便利。 機会があればまた利用したい。

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ruhig und freundlich. Wenn ich eine Gelegenheit hätte,möchte ich dort übernachten.

初めて宿泊させていただきました！ 1歳の子どもがぐずり始めると手作りおもちゃを貸していただきご機嫌に。 シャワーのみだったのですが2人で入るには少し狭かったところだけ気になりました。 朝食も子どもの分までありがとうございました。

防音性はないので、あまり大きな声で話せないかも…あと、シャワーが狭い…少し残念。 だか、オーナー様の対応がとてもいいです。

2人で宿泊したが、清潔でとても良かった。

東京都心と駅から少し距離はありますが、 とてもきれいで清潔な部屋でした。 周囲は静かな住宅地といった感じで落ち着きがあります。 ベッドはふかふかで 朝日の当たりがとても良い部屋ということもあり、 朝の目覚め方が家と次元が違うぐらい 気持ち良かったです。

フロントの方の対応がとても感じがよく丁寧で、ビジネスホテル相当の設備が揃っており、アットホームでありプライベートは守られる環境です。 ぜひまた利用させて頂きたいです。

服務親切 屬於住宅區內的民宿~可以感受到當地日常生活

とてもゆっくり過ごせました。女一人旅でも安心です。新しく、清潔な建物でした。軽めの朝ごはんもついていたので、朝ごはんの心配をすることがなくてよかったです。朝ごはんは希望の時間に部屋に運んでくれました。 場所は迷いそうでしたが、角のバイク屋さんを目印に来て、その後ろだったのですぐ見つけられました。 東京旅行の際にはまた利用したいと思える宿でした！

表の通りに面しておらず、佇まいも一見普通の一軒家のため少し戸惑ってしまうが、しっかりとした宿泊施設だった。 内装、水回りも清潔で、過ごしやすい。 都心部から少し離れたエリアだが、安さを求めて都心部のカプセルホテル等に泊まるより、快適で価格も手頃のため、おすすめできる。

部屋はホテル並みの設備なのに、家の自分の部屋に帰ってきたような気分になれます。部屋に入るとお茶菓子があったり、朝食を部屋まで届けてくれたり、アットホームな対応に心が和みました。

ミニマムに必要なものが揃っていて不満のない部屋。新しくて清潔。
