We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. There is a comprehensive store onsite. The transportation to the hotel from the airport is excellent as well as to the parks. The buffet is great with lots of options.

Family friendly hotel. Pretty convenient to Disneyland.

Fantastic location and amenities for a visit to Tokyo Disney Resort. Staff were exceptional and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Must try hotel!

Excellent hotel to stay at if you're doing Disney theme parks. Hotel offers a shuttle to train station and theme parks at multiple times during the hour. I also recommend to take advantage of the buffet during the morning. Has every food item to start the day before you hit the parks.

Loved this resort it was spacious for 3 girls sharing a room. It was close to Disney in walkable distance. Breakfast was free and goo. They were very helpful with luggage transfer and getting a taxi.

Though not an actual Disney property, the hotel and decorations were tangentially related. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially since i do not speak Japanese.

Clean and quiet. Room was a bit small but fit our needs. Staff was courteous and helpful. I liked that they had a service to transport our luggage to the next hotel.

It’s an older hotel but met our needs fair enough. The first room we stayed in was to be for 4 people and the 2 beds were so small..hardly fit 2 people on there. We moved rooms after 2 nights and had a much more spacious room the 3rd night. The staff moved our luggage for us to our new room while we were at Disneyland which was great. Front staff is very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have microwaves available.

The lobby and property is nice except the actual rooms are very dated and old. The free transpo is very convenient. Overall it's overpriced for the value.

The themed castle room was cute. We could see the fireworks from Disneyland from our room. The staff were nice, but when I asked if they could help me book the airport limo bus, they took out a sheet and told me to scan the QR code and book it myself. There were extra pull out beds under our beds, so you can check and see if you have that and then just set it up yourself if you need.

If we go back, this is where we will stay

It was a great location for a stay by Disney parks. They have a free bus to for the parks, but we chose to walk to the monorail (5-7 minute walk) The staff was very attentive and helpful. They answered questions and call a taxi for us when we needed an early ride to the train station. We had a cute "cruise ship" room in the annex. It was just like it was pictured. It had a couch,a refrigerator, and nicely decorated. If you have a lot of luggage, you may want to upgrade to a larger room. We had 3 carry on size bags with us and managed just fine. We also appreciated using their laundry area to wash clothes. (we were on a 3 week trip).

Great for Tokyo Disney Resort.

The hotel was a nice hotel however it was quite dusty. The room had 4 beds for the 4 of us (2A, 2C) which meant it felt a little cramped. There was no cupboard space meaning we had to live out of our suitcases for 6 nights! This is the 2nd hotel in Japan we had this experience with! But the biggest issue was the dust in the room, we had left glasses cases on the counter and after 2 days they were covered in dust. Our booking had breakfast included, which was good on the days we used it. We couldn't use it for 3 of our 6 days because we left the hotel before breakfast started. The hotel has a free shuttle bus service for Disneyland and Bayside station to take the monorail to DisneySea. You could also walk to Disneyland/Maihama station, which was about 20 minutes. Transport links were good, which meant getting into Tokyo was easy enough. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a small Disney shop as well as a little convenience store.

Great Hotel

Great hotel location for people looking to go to Disney. Complementary shuttle service, great customer service.

Very nice hotel close to Disney. The hotel has convenient shuttles but is also walking distance from the Bay Station. Staff was nice and friendly and the food onsite is really good. I would recommend for anyone wanting to do a Disney trip.

The beds were very firm and two pillows on the bed would have made things more comfortable

Nice location

First Time Travel!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! I recommend all first time travelers to Japan that are going to Tokyo Disney to stay here! The buses go straight to the monorail, and made it easy to get back and forth from the parks, to the hotel, and the nearby shopping mall.

We were very excited for our stay, we stayed on the “western” floor. Unfortunately it made the hotel come off as older and cheaper and although it’s an amazing hotel the theme just didn’t land for us. There was an amazing selection for breakfast and the stores were amazing. The staff was top tier as well! Very much enjoyed our stay minus the western theme.

I thought the idea of the cruise ship was fun and it also was done well. The rooms were quite comfortable and large enough for the average person.

Easy and convenient transportation for the Disney Parks and the breakfast was fantastic!

The staff was very friendly

This is our second stay at this hotel and we are very pleased. We took the train in, and rode the shuttle to our hotel. Check in was easy. They serve breakfast at different locations but all with same items. We prefer going to first floor for it. Getting to parks was easy... shuttle to Disney or Shuttle to station for Disney Sea. Not too long of a wait for shuttles. They kept our bags for free on our last day when we checked out to go to the park. Staff is nice, room is clean. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Exceptionally clean, friendly and good value for m

Choose this hotel as it was close to Disney. Very warm and genuine welcome. Spotlessly clean. Our room had 3 single beds, as a couple we used the 3rd bed to lay out suitcases. Breakfast good choices. Evenin g buffet meal great fresh salads and good quality and choice of mains. Deserts were works of art that tasted amazing.

Great option for Disney stay

Stayed here seven nights for a Disneyland vacation. Very happy with the state of the room itself (beds were surprisingly comfortable) and the closeness to the resort. Easy walking distance to Bayside Station for the Disney monorail but they also have free bus service to the station as well. The restaurant was just okay (wouldn’t eat there again) and the selection in the hotel convenience store was limited but there is a 24 hour Lawsons in the Hilton within easy walking distance which we made frequent use of.

Close to Disney. Buffet breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Gift shop open late with lots of food items. Convenient shuttle to Disneyland.

Service was excelent. My only suggestion would be for the food, more variaty for the bufetts and also hot or warmer dishes!

Resort was fine. Breakfast buffet was really good. The only real problem we had was the room was incredibly hot. Even with air conditioning full on, window open, humidifier ruuning and door propped open, it was almost impossible to sleep.

Stayed for two nights , room small but adequate Decor really good as designed to be a cabin on a ship so very compact . Staff excellent and a good choice of food in all restaurants.

Nix property but staff has limited knowledge about traveling to airport or transferring luggage. Also they want you to send smaller packages only and will charge you for each small package instead of transferring regular sized suitcase.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, but my favorite part was the seamless transportation! The shuttles run constantly throughout the day, making it so convenient to get around. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. I’m definitely coming back!

Excellent excellent property with three restaurants and a convenience store as well as a laundry facility for public use, staff was extremely helpful and courteous, there was a language barrier which made checking in a bit of a hassle but being in Japan that was more my fault than theirs. The staff was very helpful and the hotel very clean, they also have a shuttle to Disney as the Disney monorail stop is a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes by foot. We found it easy to just uber around and usually was about $7-$12 USD per trip for a group of 4.

Hotel has unique style that has a traditional look and its own personality. Great value. Housekeeping exceptional. Well maintained. Only 5 minute walk from resort train. Two stops to Mihama station Kaiyo line.

It very close to Disneyland and DisneySea and they provide the shuttle bus to get there. There is also a limousine bus available to the airport. Breakfast buffet are good.

Great stay for tokyo disneyland and Disney sea. They have shuttle bus service that picks you up from both location and at miahama Station. Thats a plus

The rooms were small and all doubles. I had two twin beds and they were both really small and uncomfortable. However, it is close to Disney if that’s your goal so it served my purpose. There was no bar or place to hang out after Disney so we had to go to other places to chill after a long day at Disney.

Most courteous and patient staff ever!

This was one of the best stays we've ever had. Everyone was so kind, courteous, and patient with us. This was our very first trip to Japan, and the hotel staff made us feel so tremendously welcome. We will definitely consider going again, and recommend to any friends and relatives.

Amazing lovation and shuttle services but they do jot have AC/heat it is centralized in the hotel.

Awful

It is close to Disneyland and that's it. The hotel room had chipped paint and rock hard beds. We tried to check in early, but they told us to come back at 3p, which is totally fine. We came back at 3:30p soaking wet and freezing from the rain, and were told our room still wasn't ready. I asked if there was a room available that was ready and the lady said "yes" and put us in another room. It wasn't until we got to the room I found out we were downgraded. The check in person didn’t even mention that we would be downgraded. By that point, I had just gotten out of a 12 hours flight, and was exhausted and wanted to shower, so I just accepted the downgrade. Also all of the hotels have the same name and even taxis can't figure out which one is which. There are a bunch of hotels right next to this one that would probably be better (and also have the same name).

Good alternative

Near Disney resort and DisneySea. Very clean room and delicious variety of breakfast. The bed and pillow a bit hard and tiny. But overall a good place to stay.

Huge common areas. Breakfast is included, with a variety of choices. Rooms are small like you’re in a cruise ship.

We stayed here for one night after our Disney trip. We loved the ability to leave our luggage at the Disney Welcome Center and have it transported to the hotel. There's also a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to Maihama station, and one that runs to the parks. I loved the nautical theming of the room, and the view of Fantasy Springs was lovely. The Starlight night light was my favourite feature. We didn't realise we had breakfast included! It was a great breakfast with so many options and lots of seating.

Very clean hotel, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The shuttle busses were on time and very convenient to take. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The staff were very kind and we were able to leave out luggage before check in and they even took our luggage to our room. Highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly! They allowed us to leave our bags there when we arrived early and gave us directions on how to get to DisneySea. When we checked in later that day, they had already brought our luggage up to our room. It is good for people on a budget and they have a free shuttle to Disneyland and the JR line.

Very nice common areas, has a Disney store and convenience store inside. Free busses to monorail station for DisneySea and directly to Tokyo Disneyland. Rooms were quite dated and showing their age but were clean and suitable.

Front desk people were ok. Property is decent considering it is next to Disney. Poor ventilation in rooms.

Best Bang for your Buck!

Great hotel in a great location for our trip to Disney. All the same service at a better rate that a hotel on Disney property. The breakfast was amazing too. Friendly staff, comfortable, spacious rooms with lots of amenities. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo Disney!

Excellent Resort Wonderful Experience

Was visiting Tokyo Disneyland for a few days. This resort is perfectly located near the monorail station. Wonderful Staff excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable room. Overall fantastic stay, hope to be back for another visit soon.

Breakfast was great and staff very friendly and trying to help whenever we asked. But with limited English, it was very difficult to get sufficient help in terms of getting information about transportation outside of Tokyo to areas further out. Room was very very tight also but overall we enjoyed our stay being convenient to be near Disneyland and Disneysea.

It was nice stay. Room was quit small but it was ok. I just noticed that curtain of shower smelled… Otherwise hotel is old but they clean well.

Overall good hotel. A little dated but cheapest in the area at short notice. I don't think the breakfast was worth it if you are going to Disney

Clean, convenient and well priced. Just wish we had a bit more control with the in room thermostat and temp. We also notice the trash can near the vending area overflowing over our entire 3 night stay.

I enjoyed staying here for the convenience of getting to and from the Disney parks. The staff were amazing, the room was well decorated with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The convenience store was a real bonus. I have no complaints at all.

We selected this hotel because it’s proximity to Disney Resort/Park. The hotel offers free shuttle pick up from/to Maihama train station and to the Disney train station ( you then need to buy a train ticket ~300yen). The hotel room is very clean. Buffet breakfast has a great selection of Western and Japanese food. We really like the three separate twin beds instead of sharing a bed. We can see Mount Fuji from our hotel window.

You can walk to Disneyland in about 15 minutes. It also has free shuttle buses running between hotel-Disneyland&Maihama station and hote-Bayside station. My room included buffet breakfast, which was nice to have a nice meal before going to Disney. Internet is a bit dated tho, each room has its router. We stayed in a economy room which feels like an ocean cabin on a cruise.

This place is perfect to visit Disneyland and Disney sea! The room was bright and clean- 2 single beds plus a small sofa so plenty of place for our bags. Nice clean bathroom. The hotel itself is great - convenience store downstairs open until 11pm. Disney store inside the hotel. Friendly staff at check in and at restaurant. Breakfast was lovely - we had a slightly better experience in the California restaurant than the Hamakase for breakfast but still enjoyed both. The free shuttles to the train station and parks were amazing - so happy with the service and can’t recommend this place enough!

Stayed for one night with a focus on going to Tokyo Disneyland. The hotel was alright; it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient. It offers basic amenities.

We stayed here to visit Tokyo Disney and we really enjoyed the hotel. The resort buses take you to and from the parks and the subway station which is very convenient. Our room looked out on Space Mountain and the Disneyland Castle which was lit up at night! Breakfast was a buffet option which was fine. Overall a great hotel for Disney trips.

I regret not staying here on my entire Disney portion of my trip. They were extremely helpful with every aspect, had round the clock shuttles to multiple areas of the Disney Resort, and when I dropped my bags before check in, they put them up in my room so I did not have to worry about them when I returned. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a convenient option to other expensive Disney hotels.

This hotel is great for those wanting to visit Disneyland Tokyo. The staff were very helpful and it even has its own convenience store and loads of vending machines which we loved! Bag storage was also an added bonus!

We liked the convenience of getting to Tokyo Disney & Disneysea! The room was small but we didn’t stay in the room much. The pajamas, the view of the bay, and the breakfast was yummy! We were able to fill up our bellies, so when we hit the park, we didn’t need to stop to eat until well into the afternoon! The staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus is adorable! The towels were rough, the tv had not English options, and the shower was an odd set up for a westerner. But I would stay there again!

Hotel is less expensive than other Disney hotels. Staff are very friendly, hotel is well maintained. Breakfast was decent. Hotel is further away from Monorail station than others and shuttle bus can be busy. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Property is in a great location to Disney and easy to get to. Breakfast was enjoyable and good variety. Everyone was nice and it was clean. They had vending machine options and one store open with food but not a big selection. We had taxi and went to Disney but didn't see any close options for other restaurants. The one inside closed and we had a later flight in. Overall we were happy and would stay again.

Great for Disney parks

Enjoyed pur stay at the hotel. We loved the theming and little features in the room. The night light ceiling was cool. We visted Disneysea and it was essy to travel there from the hotel. lots of choice at breakfast buffet. I would definately stay again. Disney shop was a nice feature.

Nice location, not so great service

The hotel was clean and the location was great. We had a great meal in the hotel restaurant. However front desk service was not so good. We had trouble finding our room and the front desk did not seem to care. We walked around a while and finally found someone that sent us in the wrong direction. We went back to the front desk and they pointed in a different direction. Not the typical service we received while traveling throughout Japan.

They don’t clean the rooms, the food included in the breakfast is not good. For being a Disney hotel it is tertible
