The apartment itself is not bad. Good location. Plenty of grocery stores and the beach is a short walk away. So is fifth avenue, the Shopping district. It is self check-in, But I didn't receive any instruction Until I got there and called them. The amenities are severly lacking. Barely any utensils and pots and pans for cooking. Not enough hangera Or towels. No beach towels. No place to do laundry and nowhere to hang laundry Either. The pool is not cleaned regularly. And there are only two chairs by the pool. Overall, the property needs better maintenance. If you are looking for a more luxury stay or a longer term stay (more Than a couple nights), I would not recommend staying here.

The suits are very nice and clean . Not suitable for long term stays . Very poor equipped kitchen . Stayed for three weeks and rooftop pool had only one lounger . Location was excellent and staff also is excellent. One towel per guest per week .

Better cheaper options available

1. Communications regarding checking came after 3 pm on day of checking in. Correspondence during day of check in was not answered. 2.WIFI was weak and unresponsive at times. Attempts with whoever I was communicating with were unsuccessful. 3. Pool area was not user friendly, only three lounge chairs and all three were broken. Pool deck has potential to be outstanding spot but the lack of chairs and umbrellas make it undesirable. 4. Sewer gas small in bathroom. 5.TV in bedroom should be in living area so you can sit and watch. 6. Location is good, walking distance to most amenities. 5. Kitchen amenities not suitable for long term stay. 6. Two towels suppled, nothing for pool or beach. 7. Window in unit all frosted over, felt like living in a dungeon. 8.One roll of toilet paper supplied. I have stayed in better units in PDC, I would not stay here again.

High recommendations, some small non important issues with apartment inventories. Safe and great location.

The unit we stayed in needed some cleaning. The windows were filthy, the baseboards in the bathrooms needed a good scrubbing and our towels were very stained. We did not have a coffee maker and the kettle was broken. The pool was full of leaves and there was green algae on the walls of the pool. The bar b q was unusable. Two of The lounge chairs on the roof top were broken. We voiced our concerns and no one reached out to us to address them. Unfortunately I will not return to this property nor will I recommend it.

The delay on sending the code for the room and no internet at all. We could not watch tv the whole week.

The 1 bedroom apartment itself was very nice and spacious but seating was a little worn and walls a bit dirty. Kitchen cookware was in bad shape. But overall, for the price it was good. Nice deck and pool on the roof but all the loungers were broken. Water and elevator broke down when we were there. Upon arrival the water was off and the cleaners left the tap on and plug in the sink when they were preparing the apartment so it flooded with 2 inches of water when it came back on. We spent 3 hours helping the handyman clean it up because all he had was a few brooms to push the water into the shower drain. The cleaners would not clean until exit so if you are there longer than a week you don’t get any cleaning, but you can ask for clean sheets and towels and garbage bags. Construction noise during the day from the apartment next door, but quiet at night. Location was excellent, close shopping and restaurants.

We did not receive any check in instructions from Toh House. When we arrived at 930pm, we called the # to ask how to get in and were told they had messaged through the Expedia app. We received no messages so asked for an email to which we were told they don't email due to safety. After a lot of trying to get the message through Expedia, we finally got them to send us an email. When we got to the suite, it was unlocked. There is no staff or security of site so we called the Property manager again and let them know. Then we discovered the lock was not working and suite could only be locked from the inside. I told the Prop Manager that we would be out all the next day and I did not feel safe leaving the suite unlocked with all my belongings inside. I was assured they would come and fix the lock at 9am. I had to carry our passports and cash with me all day because the suite door did not lock and the safe was already locked and we could not get into it. There was also NO hot water! we ran the shower for 30 mins and took freezing showers and were told both things would be fixed in the morning. I sent an email and a message on Expedia app to remind them that we would be out and they could go in an fix both issues. When we returned at 11pm, again the suite door was unlocked. No one came to fix the door (Just change the batteries in the lock) or the hot water issue. When I called to question, I was told the manager didn't want to enter the suite while we were out. Horrible service!

Really amzing place very clean my family loved it definitely a place to stay next time we go.

El lugar es bueno , la ubicación muy buena a 4 cuadras de la playa , sin embargo , las construcciones de los alrededores no dejaban dormir, la gente de limpieza y trabajo inicia a las 6 o 7 am lo cual estuvo despertándome todo el tiempo de mi estancia , estuve en el PH , sin embargo, carecía de comodidad, desde una cafetera hasta utensilios de limpieza, higiene y agua que por el precio debería de haber disponible, creo que mejorará con el tiempo

Very good.

Area was very nice and clean. We had the penthouse for a family of 4. Worth all the money. When you want a rest day you can just go to the 6 floor and chill. But a very very good place to stay.

We had to reserve last minute stay, due to cancellation of our flight because of hurricane , the penthouse was beautiful, spacious and modern, we felt safe and Mary the property keeper was so helpful and caring, we had a bit of water leaking because of the storm for hurricane Beryl and she cleaned everything , again it was a hurricane cat 3! So it was minimum obvious. We felt safe and we will definitely stay there from now on, we didn’t mind walking few blocks to the beach or to the quinta avenida. We moved from a resort on the beach to this property and stayed 3 days and we loved it.

Great place

We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse and could not have been happier. It was spacious and beautiful. Rooftop pool was nice and there were towels provided. Loved the area although it was a long walk to the main beach area of 5th (30 minutes). There was a closer beach and shopping along 5th about a 15 minute walk. Only negatives were the elevator was broken and we were on the 5th floor. It was extremely hot so carrying bags up and down was exhausting. Also, we booked last minute and did not receive information on how to access the property before the 3 pm check in time. We had to call and message the property to get this information. Once we had the information all was good. Wifi was not great and the hot water only lasted about 4 minutes but the apartment was so beautiful that those things were annoying but acceptable. We defiantly will stay again but hope the elevator will be fixed. Also, be prepared to leave no later than the 11pm check out time. The cleaning crew knocked at 9 am and sat outside our door until we checked out at 10:30.

No front desk assistance and the elevator was out for the entire week we were there. Imagine having to go up and down 4 flights of stairs for the entire week. Had a hard time checking in the first but eventually we were given the information to do so.

This hotel/STR in PDC had a strict cancellation policy, which was disappointing as I was unable to cancel hours after booking. Additionally, the location was quite far from the hotel/restaurant zone, making it feel a bit dead and uneventful. While the apartment itself was nice, it lacked the essential amenities (such as coffee & cooking stuff) that would have made it feel like a home away from home.

Pros: The accommodation is new, nice and walkable. The pool is good. The parking is empty and available. CONS: Very loud. Some construction going on during day time and loud neighbours at night. Difficulties with lock on my door and had to wait for an agent to come and open the door for me. Internet is not working at all areas of the condo but it probably depends if you get an apartment with WiFi router. I wouldn’t stay again but location is good.

Paper interior walls so you hear everything and vise versa. We stayed in main floor. You don't know what suite you are booking when you make a reservation , as we would prefer upper floor with balcony . Rooftop was excellent. overall good but pricey for what you get

The property was clean. However, when showering, the hot water takes a while to comes and runs out quick. No water at all on Wednesday nights. My husband could not take a shower. We call the property manager and he said the water was cut all over Playa Del Carmen. We verified it was not true. The building was still under construction, the elevator was not even installed and we we were on the 3rd floor. Our last day there Friday 17th, they shut down the water again around 10:40 am. Luckily we bought 2 gallons of drinking water. Cleaned the apartment before we left and video taped it.

Struttura ed organizzazione molto migliorabili!

Al mio arrivo non mi era stata ancora inviata la mail contenente tutte le informazioni con i codici per aprire il portone principale e la porta del mio appartamento La cassaforte di sicurezza non si è potuta usare in quanto trovata chiusa. Se arrivate con un auto a noleggio fate molta attenzione per scendere in garage(ma questo sulla mail è scritto) perché dopo essere scesi con l'auto, la stessa(in questo caso una Kia Rio)a metà comincia a toccare sotto e se non si fa immediatamente retromarcia si rischia di riportare seri danni al fondo dell' auto! Quando sono arrivato l'appartamento era tutto in ordine e pulito, dopodiché nessuno è più entrato a pulire per tutto il periodo(10 giorni!). Ogni giorno parlavo con il personale addetto alle pulizie che mi ripeteva che loro prendevano disposizioni solo dalla Responsabile(alla quale ho scritto tutti i giorni e non ho MAI ricevuto risposta, né si è fatta viva!). Solo al quinto giorno dopo varie insistenze sono riuscito ad ottenere almeno un cambio di biancheria ed asciugamani(dietro una piccola mancia). L'ascensore non funziona e stando al terzo piano con la piscina sita al quinto con la spesa e le valigie è un bel problema,specie se si ha un bambino piccolo. Unica nota positiva è la signora all' entrata del comprensorio molto simpatica,la quale ogni mi ha aiutato ad orientarmi.

Departamento

La verdad que el departamento es sumamente bonito muy cómodo muy cerca de la quinta avenida, el único inconveniente que le encuentro es que la comunicación con las personas encargadas debería mejorar ya que tuve que llamar yo para que me mandaran las instrucciones, pero realmente el departamento suspero mis expectativas.

Solo que las recamaristas no fueron muy amables y pidieron la propina apenas llegando es decir aún sin darnos ningún servicio
