Very disappointed

So i have been following the reviews on this hotel for quite some time now as my plan was to come here with a friend of mine for the weekend with the intention to come back in the summer with my three children and husband based on the ‘luxurious’ and ‘staff attentive’ hotel that this is percieved to be. I consider myself as well travelled and have stayed in various 5* hotel around the world. In my opinion this is certainly not five star hotel. The building is marvellous but some of the staff do not seem as if they want to be here. The food is average and nothing special but the deserts are fantastic. We have been to the aquamarine resturant tonight and the food was disappointing and bland. The spa massage, (i have had two in two days) were not delivered as requested and when asked twice for a relaxing massage ended up with a vigorous massage that was nothing to that which was described and ordered. Cocktails are nice….if you can get the attention of the staff. This time of year most things are closed, there is little entertainment and beach is like a building site with diggers and works happening meaning that everyone is crammed together on the adjacent side of the beach. The minibar isnot replenished daily. The ambiance of this hotel isnot what i expected. Three nights here already and ready to return home.

5* luxury in an amazing hotel

Overall this is an amazing hotel. The facilities are endless, the hotel is immaculate and the food was really good. Rooms Rooms are spacious, clean and in really good condition. Beds were so comfy! Daily top up of the mini fridge was a nice touch :) Restaurants Really good choice of restaurants with really good food. Lots of choice for all tastes, and well catered for children. We only visited the Aqua Marine restaurant as an extra, but it was excellent. Pools and beach Really good, but one complaint - the pools are all freezing! The kids pool as a minimum should be heated as our kids had to come out the water every 5 minutes to heat up. Loads of sun beds, absolutely no need to be fighting for them at sunrise which is a nice change. Towels are free to use, no hiring charges. Beach was clean and lifeguards where really friendly and present. Aside from the pool temperature, the only other complaint I have is the service, particularly for drinks. It was very hit and miss if you got served and seemed to be that unless you tipped in advance, you had no chance of getting drinks ordered. We used the qr code option several times to order to our sun beds and sometimes the drinks arrived really quickly and then other time it never arrived. It didn't ruin the stay as we could order from the bar, but if you advertise a 5*, then drinks service is expected. Other than that, amazing hotel and will definitely return.

This was our second time staying at his property. We upgraded this year to a villa, but unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working. They were not able to accommodate us for two nights and our unit was very hot. They did not offer any other solution other than to compensate us for two dinners on the premises. The facility is also pro tobacco but that may be typical for many businesses in this region.

Amazing property, best I’ve stayed at by far. Everything you can imagine and more. There is so much kids entertainment and adult entertainments and shows every night. Food is 10/10, amazing buffet work ample options. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, will definitely come back. My 4 children and my husband and I had a fabulous time here, could not fault a thing and the food and sweets were great. So many options and inclusions. Well worth the price tag.

Air conditioning in the room is super hot

pros: amazing customer service. We did early check-in and the staff was very accommodating. They had entertainment for all age groups and so much food variety. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Cons: Rooms need renovation as bathroom door was not closing properly. Bathroom sink leaked water for sometime after using. They should have a seperate aircon as the one in the room did not cool the room and we were swearting during night. Also we were told online about airport transfer charges but when asked at the reception, it was so much cheaper.

Everything was nice apart from the room it was quite small for four people, the room outside view wasn’t good. Requested to change the room but they didn’t change our room. Toilet have the glass door, all the light used to shine out, disturbing others sleeping in the room. They never refill our fridge with water or drinks. Room service was really slow, called few times to get something.

I’ve had an amazing experience at this resort. The staff are wonderful and this by far one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Highly recommended!!! You have loads for kids to do, amazing dining experiences and the beach is breathtaking. I will have to come back again!

Hotel feels tired and need upgrading. Many facilities were either closed or in poor condition. Staff service was poor but the food was good quality.

Excellent staff they make you feel comfortable and always willing to help. Big shout out to Vadet who worked at Bistro and Musut who worked at Bosphoros. My only recommendation is there should be more information about the hotel and activities should be given at checkin.

No good hotel

The hotel is dark and does not allow the sun to enter. I had a bed bug, which caused me great pain. This is due to the lack of sperm in the place. Also, the entertainment programs are weak.

Great atmosphere and service. Piano in the evening and violin mix was great. Created a great atmosphere.

Stayed with my family for a week and had a wonderful experience. Ambience is amazing and staff were very attentive. Only downside was room service is chargeable but apart from that we were very pleased and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

We've stayed here multiple times. This is one of the best all inclusive hotels at which I have stayed. It is a very enjoyable experience all around.

Generally, lack of English speaking staff was the main issue. The housing department were very inexperienced. They put the dirty sleep ware back on the bed and did not change the bed sheets, we had to call the reception to get those changed.

We loved it very much.

Overall great experience. Will be going back.

A very luxurious resort with nice facilities, wasn't crowded. Many available restaurants, half of them only were included in the original price. The main one serving breakfast lunch and dinner as an open buffet, food was clean and tasty, and they try to make differ different options every day. Check in was fast and smooth, we've got a free upgrade and we got our room in the 7th floor "highest" with a nice scene of the resort and the sea beyond. Water slides were humble and mainly in the kids' pool and open for only like 2 hours in the morning and alike in the evening. A little hit far from the city center, to get to Antalya with a taxi may cost like $20.

The resort has everything that one is looking for a vacation at a very high level. Beautifully decorated hotel, great food, an excellent working staff, a beautiful hotel lobby and lounge, amazing swimming pool. An excellent resort hotel that everyone should experience once in a life time or every year. Highly recommend this resort.

Had great time during the stay, staff is very friendly and they had great entertainment and food.

This place is huge with large section of pool sections and poolside service with skaters serving drinks are impeccable and timely. Ibrahim always checked on us for refill. Plenty of sun loungers and cabanas(chargeable). Main restaurant served a wide variety of different cuisines at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Main lobby bar is super and served all drinks, hot, cold, cocktails, mocktails and nuts and crisps. All drinks were top brand and none of the cheap stuff served at other hotel resorts. Yelda who served us is an amazing person with a warm heart and smile that made us all feel special and is a special friend for life and we all adore her. The only downside was the Premium room that we were in smelled a little damp and fishy. We complained about it and got an air freshener. The door to balcony wouldn't open but they fixed it. There was insufficient lighting in the bathroom or the room i.e. very dim warm lighting, for my wife to apply her makeup. But overall, it was a great experience. My wife is vegetarian so was limited for options but do speak to customer services and you can request for certain dishes and they will attempt to accommodate. The other downside is getting a table, there is no queuing you go into the dining area and look for an empty table or stand over someone who is about to leave to secure the table.
