Lovely stay lovely hotel friendly staff woukd stay again couple minor things but not enough to moan about
Across from the Titanic Hotel.
Perfect short break
Brilliant place to stay. Really friendly staff who were very helpful. Would definitely recommend
Apart from having to pay for parking each time you left the hotel everything was perfect.
Outstanding stay
This hotel is gorgeous! The many historical pictures throughout the building made it more like a museum. Lovely!
We loved our stay. The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Would highly recommended. It was amazing experience - the decor was both entertaining and educational .
A friend recommended the hotel and I’m happy I took the recommendation. I loved the historical ambiance of the hotel and rooms. Staff was extremely polite, friendly, accommodating and answered all my questions. It was also conveniently located next to the arena. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an elegant and welcoming hotel.
A great property to take in the history of the titanic
Everything, this is our 2nd stay this year
Always a delight to stay here. JB☘️
Last minute visit
Last minute overnight stay when my flight was cancelled. I always like this hotel. Staff rushed me in for a bar meal which was nice and a great bar atmosphere
Beautifully decorated hotel
Truly a beautifully presented hotel. Very sympathetic taste in decorations. Room not what expected - alot smaller than photos. Only downside was walking distance to our room (i have walking difficulties due to needing both knees replaced) was on third floor and away down end of corridor. Also breakfast was difficult for me as had to stand and wait over 5 minutes to be show to our seats. Found buffet breakfast to be basic (i have had better in other hotels). My husband ordered an omelette and had to wait 20 to 30 minutes before it was served. It wouldnt put me off staying again but i would ring to inform hotel of my walking difficulties prior to staying. Just put a bit of a damper on our visit.
Stunning hotel
The hotel is an absolutely amazing building with stunning architecture and decor from the buildings use as the offices of harland & Wolff, the historic pictures and styling make it a must for anyone with an interest in shipbuilding and the titanic story.
Staff so friendly and go the extra mile
Fantastic, Historic and Very Cool
One of the coolest hotels in our stay. We chose this place because it is owned by the same organization as Lough Eske Castle. Top drawer historic location. Breakfast and Dinner were awesome as well,
Management of the hotel bar was poor. Staff needs to be more attentive to bar patrons
Ok but would not return
A lovely stay however the room was very cold at night even with the heating on so for that reason I wouldn’t return
Always delivers!
Great experience again. Staff friendly and considerate, bar team make a fantastic cocktail which always make my visit that little bit better!
Nice hotel and staff. Lighting in the bedroom a bit too dark
Staff was excellent, choice of restaurants was limited
The only negative was room service, coffee and food was not warm enough. The food in the Wolff restaurant was 10/10 wine was perfect and steak cooked to perfection. Faultless, compliments to the kitchen staff and staff in restaurant were accommodating.
My husband and I chose to stay here for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, helpful and accessible. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We also had a beautiful view of the city from our window. The hotel has a great choice of dining options in the restaurants and for in room. The food was delicious and well presented. If we ever get the chance to visit Belfast again we will definitely be staying at the Titanic Hotel!
Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel, steeped in history. Decor was amazing, interior designers have ensured every detail is in keeping with history of building, creating a lovely ambiance. Breakfast was very good providing a good selection of both hot and cold foods. A few negatives to stay, (although it wouldn’t put me off going again, it just wouldn’t be my first preference in Belfast), I felt room could have been cleaner, the room smelled of dirty socks when we first entered. We were asked at booking if we wanted a bath which we asked for, but when we arrived there were no rooms with bath left. Also at 9am we were having a lie on and cleaner walked in, checkout’s not until 11am!
Very friendly staff great building for a hotel nice and quiet great location just a bit too expensive for eating though for us lovely rooms
This hotel was just perfect especially if you are visiting the Titanic museum just so close
Needed more eating options around the area but it does look like that places are being built would like to visit in a few years time
The concierge did a free tour of the hotel, telling the history of what was once Harland and Wolff shipbuilders. It was very enjoyable and informative. The staff were friendly and attentive.
This is a unique hotel in the Harland & Wolf old head office - restaurants in the old drawing rooms - staff attentive - would highly recommend the Hotel Tour by the Concierge William which was so informative and free but it is so good we mad a donation / tip.
Beautiful hotel.
Beautiful hotel with lots of history. Excellent service, breakfast. Room very clean, spacious and well equipped
Great location, lots of history, friendly & helpful staff.
Beautiful property with a great history. Staff were attentive. The parking was somewhat complicated.
A really lovely stay’ staff where brilliant, breakfast really nice , a great hotel.
Beautiful right beside Titanic exhibition walkable to town or Glider bus there
Accommodating Allergies needs work
The location and grandeur of the hotel was so appropriate next to the Titanic Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful was such a pity they are not setup for all children with Allergies. I informed the hotel by email on two occasions but nothing was ready which is disheartening and stressful when trying to secure a meal for my Son. Lunch was a no go, nothing on the menu. Dinner was pitiful and stressful however they did go out of their way for Breakfast but it did take a late night chat to the duty Manager to put things right. I’d love to return to this hotel if their standards for accommodating allergies is a high as everything else which I said was very Grand. Thanks to the general Manager who came to sit with us at Breakfast to apologise, that was appreciated and professional.
We just stayed one night to catch an early flight the next morning. Couldn’t have been more convenient for us and the front desk and bar staff were great. With a quick walk across the street to visit the Titanic Museum, it made it a great stop over in Belfast. We would highly recommend the hotel.
Outstanding history and theming!
Great location; lovely furnishings
A lovely hotel in a great location - in the middle of the historic docks. Everything was in great condition. Service could do with improving. Our room wasn't ready at check-in time and service in the restaurant was consistently slow.
It was so cool! Will be back.
It was a nice hotel and in a good location.
Loved this hotel. It was really nicely done and convenient to the Titanic Museum.
Great atmosphere, great service, nice cozy rooms.
The hotel was beautiful something to see & enjoy on its own . The parking is across the way under the museum which no terrible but should be marked signage when arriving by car . Staff were wonderful, room was exceptional everything was extraordinary!
I loved the size of the room. I wasn't happy with the cleaning of the bathroom when I arrived but for the rest of the stay (4 nights in all) everything was good 😊
Overall a great place to stay with beautiful rooms and public areas oozing with history. The only criticism for the room (Deluxe)is that it needed a fridge, a mirror with a plug socket nearby and a little more lighting. The bed and furniture were excellent and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. Public areas were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a buffet style and was fine. The staff were excellent and friendly, as is the Irish way. Would I stay again? Most definitely.
The service from all staff and beautiful hotel
Lovely hotel, and staff were so helpful. Would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Belfast
Was an overpriced average hotel.
Staff was extremely welcoming and could not wait to talk about the Hotel as well as the ship building enterprise! Very enjoyable
Staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble and always with a smile. The location of the hotel is excellent if you’re visiting Belfast the Titanic Museum is opposite the hotel and the city centre is a pleasant short walk away along the river. All in all a very pleasant stay.
Beautiful hotel with fantastic customer service throughout our stay
.
Beautiful hotel next to where Titanic was built. Room was perfect and very spacious with perfect view of where titanic was built and water. Walking to lots of shopping and dinner. Make sure to research restaurant as several need reservations.
Outstanding hotel. Room, staff and service 1st class.
Weekend break
Fantastic hotel, room was beautifully furnished, we had a corner room with gorgeous big windows plenty of light & felt so airy. had the most relaxing time, woukd highly recommend this hotel
The hotel was very lovely and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and very nicely decorated, although there was no where for a lady to sit and do their hair and makeup with access to a plug socket and a mirror. The breakfast was very lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay.
A truly unique experience....a beautiful hotel with all of the Titanic touches. Staff were very helpful, dining options excellent.
Beautiful facility
.
Nice place to stay near Titanic Museum. The desk clerks were very helpful with transports.
Very nice place
Stunning!! What a cool hotel and placed in a perfect location for Belfast. Staff were great and everything in the hotel adds to the Titanic atmosphere including decor and wee exhibits in the hotel down to the dress and feel of the staff. Couldn’t have felt more welcome and all the history out round the hotel is very cool. Will definitely stay here again… for me, one of the best hotels around 👍
Loved this hotel! Would go back again if I ever am in Belfast again!
Enjoyed the history of the area and building of the Titanic, with the museum just steps away. Also, an enjoyable walk to the city centre.
The Titanic museum is right next to it.
Location
Great hotel so emotional if you are interesting on the Titanic history. The room was wonderful. We will be back
Fantastic hotel
Lovely stay in a beautiful hotel filled with history and charm.
Nice place clean and new. Easy distance to walk down town
Iconic location in a great city.
It was a great location and had great feature rooms. The service was mostly good, although in Drawing Room bar - not great. With breakfast nor car parking included in the high cost, it wasn't good value for money.
I have an excellent stay in titanic hotel, and i would stay here again if i come back to belfast, and i highly recommend it,the experience is absolutely perfect!!!!
Spacious and comfortable
Spacious and comfortable room, even with the extra trundle bed. Beautiful and historically significant hotel.
Convenient for Titanic
The hotel was very convenient for the Titanic experience and the open top tour buses. These were both amazing. I personally was a bit disappointed with the quality of the food, otherwise very good.
Excellent!!
Had an amazing time, staff really friendly, rooms very cleans and the smell of reception is a never forgetting experience. Thank you all
Perfectly placed for Titanic Museum. Nice rooms and public spaces.
Lovely well positioned hotel. Service can be slow b
Great hotel, great food and great location.
Loved being able to walk round and explore the hotels history. Good cocktail menu and staff are excellent.
nice property and location
Staff is excellent, wonderful property and Titanic experience
Wished we could have stayed longer
Beautiful hotel and a great example of keeping the past and repurposing into a stunning building. Couldn’t fault our one night stay; wished we could have stayed longer.
The best hotel I’ve stayed in.
Good over all experience a bit expensive but great family break
Belfast Family Trip
Perfect location to enjoy the sights of Belfast. Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff
Great experience with fabulous rooms & dining options that cater for most dietary requirements. It was close enough to Belfast City Centre to walk & right on the doorstep of the Titanic Museum. Would highly recommend.
The staff and service were excellent.
Great property. All the Titanic-related touches were very well done. Fun atmosphere, and overall wonderful experience.
Very cool place to stay. Wonderful staff as well.
Noise. Remote. Great service.
Just back from a 3 night stay. The hotel is beautiful, immaculate & rich in history. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. A mini fridge would have been a great addition. The reception staff, especially Joanna, are fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble, they are so friendly and helpful. The food & drinks are delicious. We had a slight issue with being overcharged on the bar bill, but it was sorted quickly. My only complaint would be that the service could have been a bit quicker, we sat with empty glasses and dirty plates in front of us for a while, but it is a busy place at night. Overall we would recommend and would stay here again
It was a nice stay. Very clean and super friendly staff. The hotel itself is pretty cool. There are some shops walking distance but you do have to drive to most places.
No entrance from parking lot to hotel.
Great location directly opposite the Titanic Experience. Beautiful hotel with lots of period features and great selection of original photos of the original building
Area is very walkable. Loved the history in the hotel
Good position very clean friendly staff
More like a boiler room.
the rooms were in poorly lite corridors on the first floor The rooms were a bit dark as well ..The design using H&W rivets every where were reminiscent of a boiler room rather than a luxury liner First floor traffic noise woke us up the room. was quite noisy... 90% of the serving staff were fine but some of the younger ones (boys actually ) never smiled and were grumpy The white star theme of the hotel was excellent and the refurbishment of the buildings was outstanding except for the lightin in the guest rooms and access corridors ...
We loved the hotel and the treatment. The restaurants’ food was okay over all. Both restaurants had just about the same menus. The hotel has wonderful history behind. Very clean and classy.
I had reservations for months at this facility and when I arrived, they told me they did not have a room available. I would be careful with any reservations at this hotel.
What a unique experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and everything that paid homage to the Titanic and that time period. Wonderful!!!
Amazing historic stay
David the consierge went out of his way to show us around the hotel and tell us the history of this historic building. Beautifully restored, it has an amazing bar and an excellent restaurant too. Really loved it’s proximity to the Titanic museum
