We stayed for one night en route to our final destination. It is bigger than a hotel room, and had a separate bedroom. The interior is dated, the bathroom was really small but had what we needed. It was quiet and really conveniently located near Stanley Park and had a Starbucks downstairs.

Our family spent March Break at the Times Square Suites and it was the perfect launching pad from which to explore Vancouver - walking distance to Stanley Park, downtown and Gastown, and buses availavbe on the corner to get elsewhere. Restaurants galore on both Denman and Robson also made it easy to grab a quick meal after a day out before retiring to the well-apportioned suite.

Great location and staff.

Wonderful stay. First time at these suites and will stsy again. Older units but just whst we needed with lots of room and the right price. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Easy walk to Stanley Park.

Delightful Stay

This was my first time staying at Times Square, but it certainly will not be my last. It exceeded expectations in all areas.

Service and communication with the front desk staff was fantastic. We chose this place for its location and it did not disappoint. Shopping on Robson for my wife, Stanley Park and the Aquarium for my kids, and eating on Denman (and surrounding area) for myself.

The location of this property is simply the best in the West End of Vancouver. For the price of a hotel room, I can have a condo - a much better idea. I give this property full marks for all the things a traveler needs and wants. I particularly appreciate the staff who are helpful and professional, and the cleanliness overall.

Great location near Stanley Park with great walking trails as well as restaurants, shops, and grocery. Spacious, clean one bedroom with kitchen. Easy parking. Excellent Italian restaurant on site. Not a 5 star hotel but very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Staying here again soon. We did two nights with children in a suite with a kitchen and it was fabulous. Wholefoods was two blocks up Robson. Close access to Stanley Park. Easy to park. Gas fireplace in the room was lovely. Super happy with our stay - see you soon again!

This is a nice, low-key place to stay in downtown Vancouver. If you want glitz, it's not for you. Our stay was quiet, great bed & bedding, clean, What isn't there to not to like?

Communication and service were excellent. Clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs- adult traveling with 3 teens. 2 separate rooms.

You can think of these apartments as a home away from home. The rooms are older but nicely decorated, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, great beds, and well stocked in the kitchen for utensils and the basics. The bathroom is very clear and in excellent working condition. The parking entrance is safe and convenient (not on the main street), and the staff is pleasant, well-informed, and helpful. The location could not be better - Stanley Park, the waterfront, Christmas Park, and Shopping are all within easy walking distance. This hotel is what I call a 'hidden gem.' They are rated a 3 star, but within this category, they are a 10 out of 10. Cheers

I’m really really grateful that I chose this place. It’s convenient for walking. The service was excellent. The staff are super helpful. I loved my room and it had a great kitchen, a really wonderful fireplace, 2 TVs and great amenities. Highly recommend.

A Weekend Getaway

Spent 2 nights with my family and noticed that the windows of my room face the back parking and construction site; it could be very noisy during weekdays (woke me up before 8am). Other than that condition, everything was good!!

Fantastic Stanley Park location

We loved this property. Checking was super easy and the building felt very secure. Our rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. It's in a great area, very close to Stanley Park, public transportation, coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Times Square Suites Hotel is in very good location, you can walk to thank you everything in the West End. The staff is excellent, check-in/out very quick and convenient. The room is very clean, spacious and have everything for your stay. We (2 couple travelling) was enjoying our 4 nights stay here very much.

Nice property and friendly staff!

Great location at the West end. Our family enjoyed our start at Times Square. Only minor issue we had that others mentioned is street noise which we heard in the morning but it wasn't that bad. Would stay there again if we come back.

Great location, everything we needed was walking distance. Hotel rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel itself is a bit dated but rooms have everything you need, they are basically little apartments. Would stay again 😊

Don’t hesitate, book!!

Loved the location and the accommodation. Easy to access and everything you could possibly need. You could easily stay here for an entire week or two. Comfortable beds and very clean. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spacious 1 bedroom self contained apartment. We were on the 4th floor corner room- very warm but fans and air conditioner available in room if needed. Lots of traffic noise however earplugs were provided. Amazing location close to shopping, restaurants and 5 minute walk to lake and Stanley Park. We would stay here again

This apartment was in a great location, exactly how it was described. However the main bedroom is a little small, but the bed is so comfortable. It was so clean, Starbucks underneath, a Safeway on the opposite corner as well as so many restaurants. Stanley Park just a short walk away. The staff were very helpful. No safe in the room, but reception had on.

We enjoyed staying here. It was very clean & nice & we enjoyed the places near the hotel!

Convenient location, clean and bright rooms with a ton of amenities with easy access to shopping, groceries and wonderful access to Stanley Park and all that the West End has to offer. The only difficulty we encountered was cooking in the rooms, the cookware was worn and very difficult to clean or use and knives were dull enough to be almost unusable. That being said; having a full kitchen that well stocked isn't easy to maintain and there was even a nice vase for us to have some flowers in the kitchen for our stay. Aside from issues making breakfast everything was very smooth. Trash collection was prompt and very well managed and the room was always very comfortable and clean. Best sleep we've had in a long time!

Execellent hotel and staff, great place to stay when visit Vancouver

Excellent location, lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Our apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed (plus extras). Wish we could have stayed more than one night!

Vancouver pre Cruise

Excellent location. Large suite with everything you needed. Washer and Dryer. Plenty of hot water. Well stocked kitchen.

Great place to stay before our cruise. We arrived a couple days before our cruise, and I was able to do my laundry in suite to make sure everything was all fresh and ready to go! Lots of dining options nearby. It's a bit of a trek, but we opted to walk to the port through the scenic harbor. Loved the chromecast option on the tv!

Best hotel we've ever stayed in. Great neighbourhood (so close to Stanley Park yet walkable to downtown). This is more like an apartment than a hotel room. Full kitchen and huge supermarket right across the road. We stayed 3 nights and will be back!

It's a one bedroom suite with a fully stocked kitchen, good coffee, nicely decorated unit and very clean, comfy beds. I also like that they provide adequate garbage disposal with organics, paper, cans, other plastics etc. air con in the bedroom where you need it most. If you get a unit with a princess balcony it's fun to people watch. I've stayed here a few times and I've never had a poor customer service experience. Very central location with Safeway and Whole Foods nearby, LCBO, and many MANY options for bike hires. I'ts on the door step to Stanley Park and English Bay. I typically use the kitchen and make my own dinners so can't say what the local restaurants are like but I do like having a lunch at Carderos, also within walking distance. Delaney's coffee house on Denman is a local institution.

The staff was so nice to let us check in earlier when a room was done cleaning since we arrived early. The location was the best to close to Stanley park, English Bay, restaurants and cafes. I will stay there again when we come back to Vancouver! The room was spacious for a short visit and clean.

I only stayed one night but it was a perfect location. The room was really perfect and well equipped. The front desk was very helpful when I checked in.

Highly recommend

I highly recommend this hotel. I wanted to take my two kids to see the 'Celebration of Light' fireworks held at English Bay beach, and I booked this hotel so that we could walk to a nearby accommodation right after the festival ends at 10:30 PM, bathe the children, and put them to bed. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, close to everything, and the parking lot secured with steel fencing. But what impressed me even more was the kindness and consideration of the staff. The official check-in time is 4 PM, but I wanted to park my car at the hotel at 11:30 AM and go play in Stanley Park. The hotel gladly accommodated this and even informed me that my room was ready early, allowing me to check in immediately. When we opened the balcony, the lively Denman Street was right in front of us. After walking around Stanley Park for about 4-5 hours, my legs felt very heavy. So I returned to the hotel, lay down on the bed, and was able to refresh my legs. We were able to buy fruits and drinks from the grocery store right in front of the hotel, and the room was equipped with all the tableware. We also used the washer and dryer. The staff kindly allowed me to park my car even after I checked out, so I could fully enjoy Vancouver without worrying about parking next day. Lastly, when I was leaving the hotel and forgot my coffee on the car roof, a staff member ran out and handed me the coffee through the window, leaving me deeply touched till the end. I will visit again.

Our stay here was only overnight but I would recommend this for those wanting to stay for an extended vacation. The suites are very roomy and have a small kitchen area and living area as well as the bedroom. What we appreciated more than anything was the location and friendliness of the staff. We were close enough to everything we wanted to see that we could easily walk. They also have a secure parking area. If I ever have the pleasure of returning to Vancouver I would choose to stay here again.

This property was close to a lot of shopping. It was close to Stanley Park. It was convenient for our day in the city. Having a washer and dryer helped us as well in our travels. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff and experience during our stay. Staff was courteous and extremely helpful with setting up our transportation to our cruise port. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable!! Hotel was in close walking distance from many attractions in the west end and downtown Vancouver area, including Stanley Park.

Love this property. Close to everything, safe and convenient. Very clean. Rooms are a little dated but impeccably clean and comfortable.

Rugs/flooring a bit tired. Building next door demolished and noisy clean-up. That said, loved the hotel and location.

Room was good, I just wish they would have informed us that that rooms didn’t have air conditioning.

Great location.

As parents of two loud and active toddlers, hotel visits feel like a crap shoot. Will it actually be a vacation or just a relocation of a bunch of toddler items?? This was a great option for our family. We were able to safely park the car, and walk everywhere we wanted to go with the kids (Stanley Park, English Bay, and downtown.) The kitchenette was great, the rooftop eating area a lovely bonus, and the ability to shut the door between us and the kids at night was fantastic. There were even fans and a window AC unit. We had no idea that an in-unit washer and dryer would come in clutch, but again- toddlers. 🙂 Staff were super friendly. You could occasionally hear other families running around, but we didn't mind, since it meant we weren't the only ones with legs making noise.
