TO hotel review

Location was good, room was generally clean. The hot shower wasn't working too well and there were night works on the building next to us throughout the night. All the grinding, knocking and sawing was a little too much to bear.

Good for only BAG PACKERS ! not for family/couple

Staff: The staffs are not friendly and do not smile. Feels we are not in Thailand where people smile and greet. Price: In compare to price,the hotel is not good as in the same price we get far better hotel in PATONG. Family/Couple? Not good for family or couples. AIRCON: The condition of AIR CONs not good.

It's simple but quiet and clean! Staff was very kind. It's in a convenient place!

Multiple things made me change hotels after just one night. First, they have the normal very firm Thailand bed (to be expected everywhere so didn’t bother me too much). But on top of that they have easily the hardest pillows I’ve ever used at any hotel anywhere (ok, so hard bed and pillows, not a deal breaker) Next, yes, they do have air conditioners, however the air conditioner seems like it was made for a closet, and I’m not talking about a walk-in-closet. On the air conditioner it says “do not set the air conditioner below 20 C”, well I could not handle this since the room was blazing hot and would not cool. I put it down to 18 C (the lowest it would go), but NO WAY the room got below 27 C (80 F), and that was after having the air conditioner on from 2am when I got in, until 8am when I awoke.... covered in sweat (and the air conditioner is directly next to the bed and couldn’t cool me down). I actually took a shower, and while getting ready I literally started sweating already before leaving the room. Also, the air conditioner shuts off when you leave (pretty normal in Thailand, but this place was always hotter than outside when I got back so that’s what made this a bigger deal) If this wasn’t bad enough, I was woken up at exactly 8am because right next door (no joke, maybe 20 feet away, or 6ish meters for the rest of the world) they were doing construction on the next building (jackhammer, drilling,etc).

Location is right in front of the beach and Rooms are very spacious, that's about it. Hotel, rooms, furniture, bed... everything is very old. This place need a refurbish for sure.

Perfect Location

Very close to the beach but the water tempersture in the shower is really bad.

Not like the pictures

Only good thing is the location. Rude lady at front desk. Room not cleaned for the duration of stay. Water not replaced daily only when asked. Damp smelling room. No lift. No hairdryer or safe as stated. Not like the pictures.

Don’t book this place. Not well maintained, not clean, terrible old mattress that hurt my back and sore all body. I have to leave before my paid period. Also the receptionist is helpless, rude. When I left, because I was leaving before I had an driver booked to pick me up there the day after, I asked the receptionist to tell the driver when he ask for me at reception to go pick me up in the other hotel but she ignored me and said will not do that and more stupid things. I did not ask for refund for leaving earlier, the driver was coming to pick me up on a day that I was supposed to stay there and paid for that. The hotel has some potential to be a good place to stay, just do a better cleaning and upgrade some furniture specially the mattresses which are so old and terrible, but that old mentality I experienced at reception explains the reason it is like that. Look for something else and you will find many better options with even a better price.

Average hotel, close to the beach

This hotel is average. It's good if your on a budget! The hotel is across the beach which is great. Subway and this amazing gelato place is underneath the hotel. Walking distance to everything (markets, restaurants, etc). The condition of the hotel is not the greatest. It could use some upgrades! Some things were worn out and falling apart (like the ceiling). Otherwise the room is clean and does it job. Also, the staff are friendly.

I not sure maybe due to Songkran festival there is no water supply in the hotel

We go for Songkran but then on the Songkran actual day there is no water supply and we also can't get our refund

Fantastic Stay

Hotels biggest asset its Beach Front location & Cleanliness. We enjoyed the neighborhood Subway,Shopping,Restaurants & Bangla road. Clean rooms with aircon cooling good. Thai staff was polite and speaks good English.

Awesome stay at beach front hotel

Enjoyed the beach front location. Hotel location is surrounded by Restaurants,Shopping, Massage and Clubs so no need of Transportation. Rooms were comfortable with Coffee maker and Staff was very cooperative.

True value to money

Location if this hotel is superb. All the major attractions of the Potong are just in a walking distance. Lot of food of all verity is available at your door step. Near by streets are full of shopping options. My room was specious and clean and I found the hotel staff very friendly. I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. Down side is only one that is the absence of lift. Hotel does not have kitchen; but it is certainly not a negative point because with the kind of food option available in nearby area I would never like to have food in hotel. Great location and great comfort. True value to money.

Not like hotel!

Old and awful room, broke faucet and shower, no elevator where we stayed on four floors we carried heavy luggages. Unsafe tiles on stairs we had to be careful stairs like old. Staffes were unfriendly and unwelcome us. Cleaners were mean!!! The first arrived, we couldn't find hotel, asked people until hotel was inside Subway. We never come back again!

Hotel great location close to beach

First and foremost the hotel location very convenient as close to beach and market. Easy access to public transportation and food. However in terms of hotel facility the hotel really worse. You can't rest or sleep because of noise eg. drilling and room really dirty. The picture of the room really fake as you will really unhappy with the comport and cleanliness of the hotel. Price is not worth for the hotel. Basically the price mean for the location that about it. There is a lot hotel surrounded close to beach with reasonable price and really make you happy with the stay. I hope your end can do something about it. Make sure the hotel advertise the correct picture and what is there exact facility or else it will lead to misleading and dispute

Across the street from the beach

Time Out hotel is conveniently located across the street from the beach. It is a 5 minute walk from Bangla road, which is where all the craziness happens on Patong. We initially had one of the smaller rooms, but once we saw it, we decided to upgrade to one of the ocean front rooms with a balcony. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom could use a bit of updating, but no big deal. The hotel is quite strange, in that the reception desk is in the back of a gelato shop and subway sandwich restaurant. The other issue i had, was that wifi was down the entire stay. We could connect to the reception wifi, but had to sit in the stairway to do so. Quite inconvenient.

Loud, Walk Through Subway (The Restaurant)

The proximity to the beach really can't be beat. Besides that, this hotel was less than impressive to say the least. First thing, the lobby has been transformed into a Subway (the sandwich shop). No really. You have to walk to the back of Subway and oh, there is the reception desk. This made finding this place incredibly difficult. Second, this place is directly next door to a live music venue that plays until 1-2AM every night. It's absolutely brutal. If you need to sleep before then, I advise you to find another location. Also, there is no elevator, so if you have trouble climbing a couple of flights of stairs to your room, this place isn't for you. Also, there are no telephones in the room, so if you need to contact reception, it's down the flights of stairs and back into Subway if you you need another roll of toilet paper or another clean towel.

El hotel fue decepcionante, la entrada está al fondo de un Negocio de comida ligera, la habitación pequeñita, tenía que subir a la cama por los pies, ya que no había espacio a los lados, el inodoro perdía agua, así que era un charco el baño, y lo peor, las cucarachas rondando en el baño. La recepcionista con poca amabilidad. No recomendable, relación precio/calidad poco aceptable. Estuve un sólo día y me fui a otro.

Nobody can appreciate this hotel. No way.

The hotel is very very very bad. The bed was broken. The sheets were very dirty. We had two rooms booked for an unknown reason, but that is not an issue compared to how the hotel is terribly a big mistake.

ビーチが目の前でよかった

ビーチ沿いで買い物も近くで大変便利な位置にあるホテルでよかったです. ベランダからビーチが一望できる点がよかった。

Meget støj fra gaden

Hotelellet liger midt på meget trafikeret gade, forvent en del støj om aften og natten, selve værelset trængte til en renovering, malingen var faldet af flere steder på væggene.

Willkommen im Schimmel zoo

In unserem Zimmer gab es viele Krabbeltiere von kakalaken Käfer usw,Decke war voller Schimmel und Wasserflecken teilweise löste sie sich auch schon vorm Fenster standen die Klimaanlagen 6-8stück Von den Geschäften also immer brummen da die wohl ständig abwarten unsere Klimaanlage ist gelegentlich ausgefallen das Bad auch eine Katastrophe Duschkopf verkalkt und rostig es kann aber noch ein bisschen Wasser also im großen und ganzen nichts für Mimosen alles sehr herruntergekommen .

Worst accommodation ever.

Worst accommodation ever.On the first day, the sheets were so dirty that I asked for a replacement and got mad.Countless cockroasches will stay in the same room as your friends.The woman who is considered a manager has no sense of service whatsoever.I even entered the room while we were away and asked her why,and she lied that she had come to replace the towel.She really screwed up this trip.Finally, we had to book another hotel again.

Hotel aan het strand

Een hotel dat ik bij niemand zou aan bevelen. Het enige positieve punt is dat het aan het strand is. Straalt niets uit je moet door een ijssalon en de Subway tijdens het douchen is de hele ruimte nat...... geenstoelen op de kamer en bij zonder gehorig, zowel van buiten als binnen Zeker geen aanrader.

サブウェイ（サンドイッチ）と、ジェラートの併設店の一番奥にあるカウンターで、チェックイン。　 右側の扉から階段で上の階へ。　ベッド、設備等かなり古く、水回りも寿命。　エアコンは全く聞かない。　Wi-Fiはほとんどつながりません。　　パトンビーチのすぐ前というロケーションのみ有効。

Hotel básico con buena ubicación

es un hotel muy básico, las habitaciones son bastante más pequeñas que lo que se ve en las fotos. La cama era bastante cómoda. Si se quiere duchar va a ser muy difícil ya que dejara todo el piso mojado. Wifi era bueno aveces pero se cayo varías veces. La ubicación de este hotel es de lo mejor ya que esta alfrente de la playa y de noche está llena de gente

Simple, confortable, bien situé

Hotel minimaliste, la réception se résume à un bureau dans l arrière dans restaurant "Subway", hôtel de 4 étages SANS ascenseurs. Les chambres sont simples, mais confortables, les matelas sont confortables, frigo et airco fonctionne très bien, des bouteilles d eau sont donnés quotidiennement lors du nettoyage de la chambre. Le personnel est très gentil, parle anglais. Pour le nettoyage, il s adapte à vos horaires de sorties, même tardive. Au niveau situation, L hôtel est face à la plage de Patong qui était accueillante, ni bondée, ni sale comme décrit dans certaines critiques, nombreux restaurants, une petite supérette familymark pour acheter boissons et autres se trouve juste à côté de L hôtel , ainsi que de nombreuses boutiques, de même pas de problème pour trouver un taxi ou un tuk-tuk pour vous déplacer vers les lieux touristiques (big bouddha, wat chalong, safari, trekking, éléphant, ...)comptez +ou-900bath aller/retour pour vous déplacer entre les différents sites d excursions et 1200bath aller/retour entre L aéroport et L hôtel La Bangla street, lieu de sortie nocturne avec bars et discothèque se trouve à 500 M . Seul défaut, il N y a aucune vue sympa de L hôtel , de notre chambre vue sur des toits Personnellement j y ai passè de chouettes vacances

Timeout Hotel Patong Beach

Rezeption war in einem Subway. Hatten ein Delux Zimmer. Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Zimmer war Okay. Badezimmer könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Bei der Badewanne hat die irgendwie nur das heiß Wasser funktioniert. Ansonsten war alles okay

ビーチに近いが花火の騒音が激しいホテル。バングラ通りから徒歩５分程度。

４階に宿泊。滞在階までは階段だが、荷物の運搬等のサービスは無し。 宿泊時にWi-FiのIDとpassを渡されるが電波の影響か設備の影響か、滞在時に１度も接続できなかった。 ホテル側にクレームしたところ、日によって繋がったりダメだったりするとの事だが、Wi-Fiが必須だったので滞在予定を繰り上げ、他のホテルに移動しました。 内部は清潔でその他内装設備も問題ないが、ビーチの至近距離で深夜まで花火が打ち上げられており、大きな騒音となっている。

Stort værelse med fin altan(kun deluxe) meget tæt på strand og nattelivet.

Lidt for snusket hotel- vi fik et beskidt værelse og måtte bede om et nyt. Ellers lækker strand.

Bra beliggenhet

Bra beliggenhet med utsikt mot stranda. Helt ok i forhold til den rimelige prisen. Det eneste negative var naboens utescene hvor det ble spilt høy musikk til kl. 01:30 hver natt. Ikke safe på rommet, som beskrevet, men ok safe i gangen.
