My stay at Tierra Viva Miraflores Centro was very enjoyable! The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The cleanliness was spotless, making the space feel fresh and inviting. The comfort and condition of the hotel were very good, though not perfect, with minor areas for improvement. Despite this, it’s a great option for anyone visiting Lima, and I would recommend it for its overall quality and value.

Excellent location. You are closed to coffre shops. bars, restaurants, pharmacys, shopping centers. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Front desk: Jennifer, Dante and Samantha, were geat. A big thank you to other staff, Benji, Diego and Victor. The cafeteria on the 9th floor is under the supervision of Miguel. He did a grrat job.

We had a wonderful stay at Tierra viva. Very clean and comfortable bed. The towels are a bit worn out. Loved the nice anniversary strawberries and beverages waiting for us in our room when we arrived. The concierge and everyone working at the hotel were very helpful and cordial. Loved our stay!

Very nice hotel clean and comfortable

This was our favorite hotel that we stayed in during our 2-week trip to Peru! Staff was friendly. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Would recommend this hotel, we wished we stayed in their chain during our entire trip!

Tierra Viva was by far the best hotel of our trip. The staff were friendly, kind, and very flexible when our flight got cancelled. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and it is conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shops. Loved staying here!

Perfect stay in Lima.

I travel quite a lot, and usually try to stay in different hotels when I go to a city, but this one is my official go to for Lima. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, situated close to Parque Kennedy and great restaurants, and the friendliest staff I've encountered just about anywhere. Highest recommendation.

The personnel were very friendly and helping out us with several things (Superb people). The breakfast was delicious with specialties to order included with then regular room price, Air Conditioner, I loved a cool room after walking around the city in summer. The location is near the Parque Kennedy, restaurants, Peruvian handcraft stores.

The staff went above and beyond to make this a great experience-changed our room when we requested one away from the elevator, helped us print and handoff important documents to a currier, chatted with us a breakfast. We had a simple king that was indeed simple, but really clean and comfortable. The room was also very quiet, which was amazing after a full day in the city. Neighborhood is safe and walkable. Would absolutely return.

This is a nice property amid the busy Miraflores area. The rooms are a bit cozy but understandable considering the location. Lots of dining options within walking distance.

My friend and I stayed there for 3 nights and no complaints. Nice staff, great breakfast and patio to dine in, hot tea in the lobby and fast wifi.

Avoid the room 804

The continuous noise of a water pump didn’t let me sleep, and we had to change to another hotel at 11pm. Staffs were helpful with all this process but it’s upsetting that I was assigned to this room when the hotel was aware of this problem beforehand. The hotel itself is simple and clean, located on a quite street.

Good hotel except the sound of the hot water system kept me up all night in room 705 , the system sounded like a printer going on and off non stop and it was like a sleeping next to an office

Amazing - best hotel chain in Peru

Amazing lodging. Convenient to restaurants and all attractions. Breakfast is good. Hotel staff goes above and beyond to make this stay fantastic. Shower pressure is perfect. Beds are bigger than a cal King. Definitely recommend!! More luxurious and cheaper than the Marriott.
