Easy check-in, clean rooms and great location close to Stockholm Central Station. The brrakfast buffet was very good. They also will store your luggage.

Brief stay before going to the airport.

One night stay…excellent!

This hotel is located near the central station very well connected to any transit you may need and restaurants, shops, everything. You will never have a better breakfast buffet! Top shelf. I had a very small room but since I just needed a place to sleep for one night it was no big deal. The room still had everything I needed, bed was super comfy. Staff very friendly! You can’t beat it for the price.

Value for price level

I paid £67 per night for a single room with window. Considering the price level, this hotel gives you value for money. It’s not fancy and has nothing extra but it’s definitely worth £67. The bed was soft and comfy. The breakfast was actually very good with a wide selection of cooked food in addition to cold cuts and cheese. I think they had herring too. Nice bread, croissants and freshly made pancakes. The location is of course very convenient next to the central station.

Comfortable stay, below average hygiene

This was my second stay at one of the business rooms. The room is very spacious, has a comfortably soft bed and excellent air circulation/air conditioning. Compared to my first stay however the room was not completely clean upon arrival (i. e. hair in the shower drain, nail polish marks & empty desinfection tank in the hot tub) which was really a gross experience. When I put on the “please clean the room” sign the next day the room was tidied, but again the bathroom only got a quick swipe on the surface, with all the mentioned observations still remaining. There is a lot more room for improvement here. Another thing that kept bothering me, but this is more of an architectual flaw, are the incredibly high and large windows. They are a beautiful touch to the room and offer a high class experience, if it weren’t for the even-leveled office building right in front of them with people being able to watch you move around the room. It is quite sad that those curtains are best kept closed durimg the whole stay. Just adding a net curtain would be much of an improvement. The breakfast buffet offers great options for cold and warm dishes. The breakfast area is designed very cosy and stylish. The staff is really nice and tries its best to restock everything and clean up after guests leave.

Nice and quiet location, even though it’s very close to Central Station. Excellent breakfast and staff. We’ll be back next time.

I love the black out rooms. Most people would not. most people would prefer a window. The breakfast ALONE is worth the stay. The staff are impeccibly mannered. For the first time in my life as a globe-trotter, I give a hotel a perfect 10. A

It had everything you need in the hotel, or within walking distance. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant with loads of options. Rooms can get pretty hot and stuffy but everything else is perfect.

Cute hotel but housekeeping ok. Had to ask for clean coffee cups, creamers etc. Bed not always made.

Great Staff and some annoying deficiencies

First of all the staff was very good and our bartender Ed was fantastic. The room was small OK for a single male (double bed in an alcove) but very cramped for two people. Linens and bed and small refrigerator were good. Lack of wash clothes, house phone and clock were not. Needed a couple shelves in bathroom over toilet tank and to side of the sink. No electric outlet in bathroom. TV confusing with no directions, no menues or any other list of amenities in the room. Photo to the left is very deceiving. Breakfast buffet is really good.. Overall with minor improvements this could be a 5. They cheaped out in all the wrong purposes. Definitely check the size of your room their were other rooms smaller than ours.

Staff were nice and friendly. We arrived little earlier than check-in time. Staff provided room since room was ready. Also, even hotel did not provide laundry service, staff expressed they could provide laundry information nearby.

Central, hip & budget hotel near Arlanda Express

Lovely, lively & friendly foyer area with people relaxing on the sofas, drinking from the bar area and reading. Interesting windowless and lower level rooms which were cosy and comfortable with wet room style showers. The breakfast was fab: great choice for all tastes.

Windowless rooms are the first we experience in our lifetime. Don’t recommend , claustrophobic feeling..

Great location, within walking distances to museums and shopping. The staff was great and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection but would have liked to see more coffee options (latte, cappuccino, etc).

The breakfast is really good, lots of choices. The room is kinda small. 15-20 mins walk from tourist attractions. 4 mins walk from Central Train station.

Very friendly staff and in a great location for touring Stockholm. Despite it being next to the railway station you couldn’t hear any noise from inside the hotel. Be aware a number of rooms don’t have windows as the layout is similar to a cruise ship. We did have a window and this helped with us not feeling cramped in the room. The free breakfast was very good

The hotel is conveniently located at the Central Station for trains, metro and other local transport. The lobby and the room are good. However, the sign of the hotel was so small that even finding it from the station was extremely difficult. The staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Very convenient location, across from bus and train station yet very quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. Standard room with queen bed and window was just as pictured on web site. Nice bathroom.

Bed size too small

We found that the queen size bed was much smaller than in North America – it was really just a double bed and the room was very small.

The rooms were very smakk

Location is great and super close to everything, the breakfast is excellent and the service overall is great. The only 2 things is that the first morning the room was not cleaned very well they left the bed cover on the floor and the trash in the bathroom was not emptied. And the second thing is that the hotel is underground so all the rooms are on the lower level and it has a smell, not unpleasant like food, but still smells not clean.

The hotel is close to most activities we wanted to do, it’s very central in the city

Location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to Central Station and 6 minute walk from the Arlanda Express station. Easy to get around the city from here. Staff are friendly and helpful and my room was perfect for what I needed!

Good hotel for the price and location. Check in and out was really easy. Breakfast and breakfast options were great! Only issue is the fridge in the room can get quite loud

Very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with large selection of foods. Stairs and lift available. Rooms are below ground with good ventilation and clean. Central location across from both city bus terminal and central train station. 5 min walk to Stromma's City Sightseeing hop on hop off bus stop #21 and 10 min walk to Stromma's City Hall office for boat cruise ticket purchases. Easy walk from hotel to Palace and old town Gamala Stan in 25 min.

Loved this hotel! The people are fabulous. Rooms are a good size for Europe. And the breakfast was yummy!

Comfiest bed ever,, small but clean room

Convientantlly located however or map app took us a very random way through back streets that created an unease about location which we quickly realised we unfounded. Lovely open comfortable communal lounge bar seating area with plenty of comfy chairs. Rooms we down stairs, below ground corridors felt like been on a cruise ships. Room decorated brightly very compact room. View of train tracks over looking platform. Windows Triple glazed so only occasionally sound from passing train these could be sometimes felt in the room..beds very narrow but possibly were the comfiest hotel bed every slept on. Breakfast very good plenty of choice.

4 stars because all of the rooms lack windows as they are below street level. Having said that, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding with lots of hot and cold foods. Room has a mini-fridge but lacks a lot of outlets. Location is excellent as the hotel is located across from the train station, near the bus station and subway station. 15 minute walk to Gamla Stan, City Hall and major outdoor and indoor shopping malls.

Great location, next to the central station. 10 mins walking distance to the city hall, 20 mins walking to the royal palace and old town. Breakfast is very good, so many choices and taste great. However the room is too small. and rooms are in basement no window.

Amazing stay

My family and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Budget friendly, clean rooms, might I add an amazing breakfast. We even left super early in the morning our last day and they prepared a to-go bag for us. All in all, it was close to Stockholm Central, in walking proximity to many food and shop options. We would stay here again if given the opportunity :)

Not like a regular hotel but all clean. Small tiny rooms without windows and limited amounts of el. outlets to satisfy hookup of our electrical equipment. Breakfast was great which offered a rich verity of everything. Five star!

Window Cleaning at 1 am... go on then!

Windows were cleaned at 1am! Completely unacceptable, hotel admitted no responsibilitiy and it cost me almost £800 for 2 nights!

Nice stay

The location is great next to the train station. I was in a basement room with no windows and it was quiet. The room had high ceilings which made it less claustrophobic. The breakfast buffet spread was awesome .

Hostel not a hotel

This hotel should not be classed as a hotel. It is more like a hostel. Very tiny rooms nowhere to put anything. No ventilation. We had a window that didnt open and we looked out onto the railway station. Some rooms have no windows.Good breakfast. Beds comfy but would never stay here again.

Great location with very friendly staff. I love the wallpaper in the rooms and hallway too. Good price for what you got and it included an incredible breakfast! They even packed me one to go my last morning since I left before they started serving.

Great for access to the Arlanda Express

We were staying for one night with an early flight as the hotel is a 5 min walk from the Arlanda express. The staff were very friendly and a packed breakfast was provided for our early start. The room was clean, had everything you’d need at a budget level. The free hot drinks available in the lounge are great for a bit of a relax

No Privacy at this Hotel

Do not stay here if you value your privacy! If you value your privacy do not stay at this hotel. My wife and I stayed at this hotel and one of the staff used her keys to enter our room (101) while I was naked. There was a do not disturb sign outside the door when this happened. The staff didn’t knock or announce themselves in any way. Any responsible establishment will take responsibility and deal with it but they obviously don’t care. They acted like it was not a big deal. We asked for compensation for the intrusion and they refused. United Hotels Care have also contacted the hotel several times and they refused to offer compensation for the flight intrusion. A responsible hotel will not allow its customers to be treated this way.

Really nice staff, and functional rooms. The only thing I would say is add cream rinse in the restroom. Excellent otherwise!

The staff were all very kind and friendly. Especially Anna at the front reception. She was very knowledgeable about places to eat or things to see or do.

El hotel es un poco justito. Tiene la ventaja de que está cerca de la estación central de Estocolmo y que no es muy caro, pero las habitaciones son sin ventana y viejillas. La zona de relax y de bar está muy bien y el desayuno es muy completo.

Convenient location, good price, fabulous breakfast

Great value for money, used as a 1 night stop to stay right next to the Arlanda Express to catch an early morning flight. Only needed clean comfortable and affordable accommodation near transport but got so much more - friendly staff, free coffee and water, and breakfast packed up to go for me ahead of my early checkout.

It is a cheap motel

It is like a motel, underground motel. The bed is not comfortable. bed linens and towels are very thin and cheaply made. It is not worth the money We Paid.

We arrived there very early in the morning after we got off a cruise ship. The young lady on the front desk got us into a room right away without any extra charge. Very helpful. We were able to rest for a while before going out to see old Stockholm. It was within walking distance of the old town plus the train station especially the Arlanda Express. Plus the breakfast buffet was included and had everything you could possibly want. Highly recommend for value!

Very nice hotel, staff were friendly and the room I stayed in was very nice. The only thing I would suggest improving is having a window that works in the room.

Very conveniently located, 5 minutes walk to Central train station, bus terminal and Arlanda express terminal. The staff are friendly, able to request for breakfast bag packed for early morning checkout. Room was a bit small but clean and comfortable for a 3 night stay.

This was a great place for us to stay. It's right next to the major transportation train and bus hubs of Stockholm, so very convenient, but still quiet. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The lobby area was bright and was welcoming. Room clean, bed comfortable. What more could you want. Find the room that is right for you and book it!

I would recommend to any a traveler!

I liked the quietness of the place even though it is in the heart of the city and next to a busy hub, the T-Central. Very friendly reception. Oh, and the breakfast is wonderful.

Having read some negative reviews I was concerned, but there was no need to be. Slept well, really good breakfast, excellent location, friendly staff, nice reception area. Would stay again.

Warm welcome, Comfortable Stay

Cute hotel with good food and a decent stay. Spent a night here when I was in the city traveling solo. It is close to the T-centralen station, and the Arlanda Express stop so was an ideal, value-for-money hotel.
