Nice Independent Hotel - A Little Pricey

This was a nice little hotel. Large room and comfortable bed. A little expensive but this is typical of Thompson hotels in general.

Normal motel with normal rooms. Stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Not dirty, quiet. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, bagel, etc

We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. A normal, even average motel. Not dirty but not crazy clean either. The outside area immediately around the motel had all kinds of homeless people gathering, but did not feel unsafe. Rooms were OK. Breakfast was good (eggs, bacon, bagels, cereal, milk, juices, coffee and tea). Walking distance to shops.

Staff super friendly! Some things slightly dated but in good condition. Overall very happy.

Carpet in room was stained badly and needs replacing. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Cheap but old, comfy mattress, area felt sketchy

Hotel was ok, Room was cute, but everything seemed pretty old. Mattress very comfortable. We arrived in the evening and when we unloaded our personal stuff, we noticed quite a few personalities hanging around the parking lot/Hotel, watching us. We didn’t feel like this was a safe place to park a fully loaded truck for moving so we found a different spot in town.

Didn’t like the sofa bed. Mattress was too hard. Maybe upgrade. Other than that it was quiet and our room was clean when we got back the next day.

It was quiet and peaceful except for the people standing outside waiting to ask you for a smoke

Spacious

Completely I unsatisfactory. Beds could not be slept in with by anyone with any kind of back problem. Very, very dirty and completely shabby…rugs filthy,holes in walls, drapes ready to fall off of windows would have had to sleep in my clothes!

Disappointed… paid the hotel room as it was too late to cancel and checked in and paid for another hotel room

Hotel looks very old and worn. Furnishings are very old and worn. Breakfast is very limited. No fitness room. No pool. Wifi is poor.

We had an excellent stay at your hotel. We were there for a conference…so love that there was a separate bedroom. Nice and quiet too.

Was the only room available in town so I grabbed it. After booking it said they had a fitness area and free breakfast. None of these are true the fitness area is not there and they only serve coffee. In fairness probably due to post Covid. Bed was comfortable and it was an ok stay

Room was horrible, dirty. Beds completely sunk in. I had two employees spend 6 days here for work and not once was the room cleaned or beds made or bathrooms cleaned. Upon arrival, there were piles of hairs in the bathroom along the walls and around and on the toilet, the floors were gross and dirty. I would never stay here or recommend it. I've seen shelters in better shape than this. Campground bathrooms are cleaner than this... Certainly need a disinfecting shower after staying here.

Waste of time booking here

Booked a pet friendly room. After over 8 hours of driving to get there, they said there’s no way I could’ve booked a pet friendly room… because they’re sold out. So we stayed at Quality inn and it was cleaner and nicer and friendlier staff

i liked that it is the cheapest hotel that meets our standards. i didn't like the price even though it was the cheapest.

everything was staff were very nice!! but the carpet in the rooms could use a good steam cleaning every now and then! other then the carpet looking stained and the drunks wondering around it was a very nice stay!! was sad to leave! <3

Great management went above and beyond with a problem on my end. Would recommend this hotel. Clean quiet comfy beds.

There was a sex toy in the closet left from the previous guest. Pretty disturbing.

This hotel felt like a prison cause of Covid, you couldn’t get visitors

The staff was nice but when I needed to check in, the door was locked and there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for another patron to exit so I could enter and had to call the staff to come check me in. I had my two sons with me and was told that there was a $15 charge for an extra child. The room is spacious but it was not very clean. The walls are dirty and the pullout couch had crumbs on it and had no blanket. We went to Walmart to buy an extra blanket. There was no breakfast as advertised. There was a fight outside the front door at 6:30 am (I went out to take a load to the vehicle for departure). There is many homeless people that frequent the area outside of the hotel. They were friendly, but it was uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.

Air conditioning did not work in room

The room and furniture was dirty and stained. I will not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone. Over priced for the condition it is in.
