Very basic room. Beds were very uncomfortable. Staff were friendly. Location good. Breakfast average.

Kind service!

I stayed here only a night here. Staff's behaviour is kind. We had to be early at the airport so they prepared a breakfast box for us the evening before. Not commin in a hotel. The room were clean. Location is good, not in the real center but still within easy walking distance.

Simple but clean

It is a simple hostel. You get what you pay for. The staff is really nice and helpful. From the breakfast room you have Atlantic view.

Good Stay

We arrived after midnight, but the front desk was still open and had two very friendly clerks to check us in. The room was clean and had a private bathroom with a good shower. The bed was comfy, but the room was a little warm, so we opened the window which helped. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods. This was our first night on vacation after traveling for over 24 hours. We were pleased with this hotel and would stay there again.

Erittäin ystävällinen respan porukka, ruokalassa piikatyttöjä oli josta syystä aina rajuja, mutta palveli kunnollisesti. Huoneessamme siisteys ja hoito oli erinomainen. Ärsytti vähän teknillisiä juttuja kuten suihkun lautanen aina oli kiinitetty seinään , vesialtaan yllä oleva hylly oli vinossa seinästä päin ja osa vehkeistä putosi altaaseen ja lattialle.; eteisessä puuttuu valo : kaapissa on liian pimmeä. Ja pari asia tilausjärjestyksessä : tilasimme parisänkyä, saimme 2 erillistä, ja saapumispäivällä vastaanotonhenkilö sekoitti huoneita antaen meille avaimia varatusta huoneesta, mutta vika oli korjattu heti.

Hostel tranquilo con buena ubicación, cama cómoda y completo desayuno

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant.Bonne localisation. Par contre, le descriptif de la chambre n'est pas correct car il n'y a a pas de balcon dans aucune chambre. Il y a juste un balcon commun au 3ème étage.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Leider wurden wir jede Nacht teilweise mehrmals von Hundegebell geweckt - trotz geschlossenem Fenster. Das Frühstück war in Qualität und Auswahl eher überschaubar. Dafür gab die Möglichkeit das Auto für 4€ pro Tag hinter dem Haus zu parken.

Good value and very clean

Room was very clean, beds comfortable. Good wifi conection, breakfast was OK. No problem with early check-out and also ladies at the reception kindly print boarding passes for us. Only inconvenience was, that one day we return and our room was unlocked (most likely cleaning service leave it like that).

Un hostel con categoría de hotel

Estuvimos tres noches y fue estupendo. Habitaciones amplias y limpias, personal muy atento y amable y disponible las 24 horas, desayuno muy bueno y completo incluido en el precio en la sala que está en el último piso, por lo que se puede desayunar con vistas al mar. Alojamiento muy céntrico y fácil de aparcar sin pagar en la misma calle. Sin duda volvería a repetir. Muy recomendable!

Gepflegtes Hotel in super Lage

Das Hotel/Hostel sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Parkplatz raus, welches sehr ruhig war und sogar mit ein bisschen Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, ebenso das Bad. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr hübsch und man kann von dort aus ebenfalls auf das Meer gucken. Das Frühstück bestand wie in Portugal zu erwarten aus Toast und Weißbrötchen. Für eine Woche war es aber ok. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundliche! Praktisch war auch der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel, auf dem man für 4€ pro Tag parken konnte. So konnte man sich die Parkplatzsuche in den engen Gassen sparen. Insgesamt ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis super und wir können dieses Hotel nur jedem weiterempfehlen.

Frisch renoviertes Hostel direkt im geschehen

Die servicekräfte an der Rezeption sind super freundlich hilfsbereit und kompetent zu jeder Tageszeit! Riesen Lob! Ebenso an das reinigungsteam unser Zimmer und auch alle anderen Bereiche waren stets Blitz blank! Das Frühstück War leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und individuell, aber um satt zu werden reicht es. Das zimmer hatte leider keinen fön und es fehlten Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen. Nach einer guten dusche stand das Bad schnell unter Wasser und das Bett ist nicht sehr bequem, viel zu weich und quitscht. Die Belüftung in der Nacht War auch eher frieren durch den Ventilator oder schwitzen bei offener Tür. ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Outre un problème de réservation, l’hôtel est plutôt bien situé, très propre, dispose d'un wifi performant, un petit déjeuner correct (que l'on peut prendre sur la terrasse), personnel charmant. A savoir que l'on peut utiliser la salle de petit déjeuner pour y manger en journée.

Хороший отель за адекватные деньги. Очень приятные хостесс. Простые но, тем не менее, завтраки. Очень плохой кофе и соки разбавленные водой. По нашей просьбе нам зажаривали тосты с ветчиной и сыром. Номер компактный, ванная комната изначально попахивала сыростью, но на вторые сутки это прошло. Тихо. До центра Понта Дельгады 6 минут пешком. Из достопримечательностей рядом - английское кладбище, первая церковь на Сан Мигеле и основной музей острова.
