Only thing wrong was we couldn’t use the fridge in our room it was locked

Our stay at the Weston was great! Very clean and the staff was great. The one thing I was surprised at was the lack of counter space in the bathroom. It ended up to be no big deal, but I usually bring a lot of toiletries and I like to have a place to put them near the bathroom sink. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Westin Times Square served my travel needs. Convenient location close to subway station. Everything was in close walking distance. The room and amenities were acceptable and what I needed.

The property is in excellent condition. The attention and service of the staff are excellent and wonderful.

Great place in the center of the action

Stayed at The Westin New York at Times Square with friends to enjoy Christmas-time in NYC. The hotel was very clean, staff were courteous, and the breakfast was great. I paid extra to have the daily breakfast included in my stay, and it was well worth the expense. There is also a really nice cafe just around the corner from the entrance, for those who want options for breakfast.

Good location to walk down 42nd St and be at the southern tip of Times Square or along 8th Ave for great theater. Front desk was solid, in hotel store was really well stocked. In house restaurants were closed from 10:00 ish to 5:00 ish. I loved the in room water bottles supplied daily.

It was our daughter’s tenth birthday and they gave us a free upgrade to the 43rd floor. Gorgeous view! It was our first time in NYC and we can’t wait to go back. Beautifully located in the middle of time square. Subway access right at the corner. Times eatery across the street was delicious. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do.

We always enjoy staying at The Westin. This was our first time in NyC. Loved the area (if you don’t mind a few honking horns ☺️). Short walking distance to the main area of Times Square. Great food! Thank you for a great experience!

The water was very hot no matter what faucet you used. The fees associated with the room were very high and the fee to park $165 was outrageous. Not sure if I will be going back next year! The rooms are supposed to be smoke free but all you can smell is pot coming from the different rooms, not everyone is into that and some people get sick from the smell !!!

Great stay at Westin Times Square

The bed was so comfortable. The rooms were large. The best thing is that the front desk lady who checked us in gave us an early check in. Plus, she gave us connecting rooms. We were told that the hotel couldn't make any of that happen at the time we made our reservation, so we weren't expecting it. But the early check in and connecting rooms is just what we wanted and that wonderful agent at the front desk made it happen.

I loved the location. It is so convenient for all of the theaters as well as anything else you may wish to visit.

Nice property, easy access and parking garage is very close to hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. First time in New York and I was able to drive and park and find the hotel easily.

Rooms are nice and large for New York, convenient location, great service and a really nice bar/ dining area. Parking is expensive, I recommend self parking vs the valet as the lot is right next to the hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. The restaurant staff was not friendly or attentive but the hotel was wonderful.

The property was excellent and convenient based on the location. I would like to acknowledge Luis at the check in desk. We had a red eyed flight and arrived at the hotel by 7:30 am. Luis was very understanding and was able to get us a room within the hour. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at The Westin! The hotel was clean, friendly staff, nice views, great breakfast option, and you’re in the middle of the city when you walk out the front doors!!! We’d definitely recommend this hotel for trips to NYC!!!

We loved our stay at the hotel! The staff were attentive and great attitude. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice as well. The only thing that really bothered us though was the surrounding area as you step out smelled of marijuana very badly. I don’t mind that others do it but we were contact high basically every time we left the hotel

The hotel was clean & classy. Elevators were very efficient. We never had to wait. There was always one ready when we walked up! Housekeeping did a good job keeping beds made & towels restocked. The view from our room was not great. But the hotel location was pretty convenient.

Our room smelled very strongly of smoke upon check in. I went to the front desk and requested a non-smoking room and they informed me the entire hotel was non-smoking. It was very apparent the people in the rooms next to us were smoking and propping their doors open, but the front desk would not address the issue with them and told us to open the window in our room (in January in NYC). The staff came in and sprayed an air freshener in the room, which only masked the smell briefly. I asked to be moved, but they told us they were full. The room continued to smell like smoke until the room next to us checked out. The staff was not helpful or apologetic with this situation. All of our clothes now smell strongly of smoke and we had a cold, loud room due to having to open the window to vent the smoke. We did enjoy the location, but I would pick another hotel in the same area.

The rooms are very old and dusty. One of the front desk staff members was not helpful at all.

Our stay was for 6 nights , the first 2 nights were not good because we had a room next to a staff room and there was a lot of commotion, noise , door slamming . Room service is very expensive and food average at best. The floor was stained from the shower water running out of the bathroom. I spoke to many staff members before a manager took my complaints and moved us to a beautiful room with the view of Empire State Building . The location of the hotel is great with access to pizza places, diner, coffee shops AMC theater and easy walk into epicenter of time square.

We had two rooms and both rooms did not have the same basic stuff in it. The check in process was long. It appeared that some people got their rooms before us but also checked in early like us. We waited 4 plus hours for our room after check in. The beds were not heavenly beds as advertised.

Family of 4 Christmas stay. Perfect. Comfy beds. So close to Times Square. Right on E subway line to Jamaica Station for Air Train access to JFK. It’s not quiet - but that’s normal in this area. Close to theatre district. Lots of good eats nearby. Nice lobby area for lounging or even grabbing a breakfast at nearby deli to go. Would stay here again.

The rooms were a bit small and slightly dated but we were only in them for a limited time. The service exceeded my expectations and the central location was divine!

This hotel was close to time square it steps away. The hotel management was good. The rooms were average nothing special. The restroom needs updating the sink had wood on the sides that were rotting with water . Besides that it was a good location it was convenient to walk to time square, Bryant part, Central Park and Rockefeller

The location was very convenient and we were allowed early check in at 11 which was great. Only issue is the $35 service fee charged daily. The front desk man said we can use it for room service, the hotel’s restaurant etc, when I tried to use my $35 and order some wings and fries through room service we were told they’re be an additional delivery fee. The total ended up being like $45 for some wings, me still having to pay for the delivery fee. I ended up not ordering. What I did was every night I would just order some waters up to the room but I wish the front desk would mention that for room service they charge a delivery fee(pretty dumb ). Also no fridges in rooms which kind of sucks. The bell men are very nice though.

The staff were all friendly and attentive. We had dinner for NYE at The Foundry Restaurant... They were short staffed and absolutely killed it! They all pulled together and worked it out. This was a Bucket List trip for my Mom and myself... The Westin made it nice for us. Thank You!
