Very nice place, great staff and an awesome breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent every morning and staff is friendly. Need to speak their native tongue or arm yourself with a translator though…few, in the hotel, spoke English.

The building is very nice and the location is very good. The rooms are fine but they need change the silicone at the shower. Looks bad"!!' The breakfast is very delicious!

Mid Grade for a Mid Hotel

The stay was pretty mid. The photos that they showed are not the reality of the place. The staff sometimes was rude, but its something that you can expect when you pay $600 for a 4 day stay at Sao Paulo. I think the best feature from the Hotel was its location, its basically nearby everything important in Sao Paulo, and its pretty safe to go around at any time nearby the Hotel.

Excellent hotel. Staff friendly and installations comfortable. Very complete breakfast. 3 minutes walking from train station Trianon masp and Avenida Paulista. Will return for sure.

The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. I think the location is good as there are multiple restaurants at a walking distance. The property looks nice but the couch and chair in my room had stains on them.

the best job references are incredibly well-organized and delicious meals. If you are looking for a reasonably priced lunch or dinner I would also recommend the restaurant hotel as well as their prime rib is incredibly delicious. their menus are in brazilian portuguese and english and they are very friendly with the american actor, many of the signs, in fact, all the signs are bilingual, english and religion, portuguese, so they are really trying to accommodate to bomb the Taurus who speaks Portuguese. Police Avenue is about half a mile away and is an amazing sight to behold on New Year's Eve!!!!

Highly recommended

I liked the nearby Malls. I don't like the slow services for getting clean utensils in the room. Service can be done with more efficiency. Breakfast was nice, could be better with more variety and less bread.

Good option

It was pretty good. I’d say the breakfast used to be better and could improve though. Also when I arrived at my room there were some items missing like one pillow and the tv remote. All around it’s a good choice, well located and fair price.

Update hotel please

I have stayed at this hotel every time I stay in São Paulo and have dealt with the same people every time I stay. I can tell you I’m finished. The rooms are spacious but the service is very bad. The restaurant is the worse especially from the manager. His attitude has been bad since the first visit. The hotel needs work. My sofa in room had cigarette burns snd same with bed sheets and the sitting chair looked like it was stained for years. There was flooding broken and small things the tv didn’t work after 4 calls to reception someone finally came to fix after 3.5 hours waiting on a rainy São Paulo day.

Clean hotel with great amenities. Great location only around the corner from Avenue Paulista. Great pizzeria a few minutes walk from the hotel. Only issue was that my key card for our room door stopped working a number of times during my stay - it seemed normal that the card just stops working and you have to go to reception to sort it

What a Nice Place to Stay!

Well-located hotel, walking distance to shopping malls, Museum of Art of Sao Paulo, and etc, on Paulista Avenue, the heart of Sao Paulo City. Clean, comfortable, and spacious apartments that even include a small, functional kitchen. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I'll stay here again and recommend it.

Great Apartment Hotel

Excellent apartment hotel, spacious rooms. Small shower but adequate. I did expect To see cooking utensils sucks as pots and pans as it is an apartment with a dual hot plat but none were provided. The front desk did advise that there was not e out room to store theses items but there were many empt drawers u fees the sink and adjacent. Anyway I would stay there again, close to paulista street and a good grocery store.

The hotel is well located easy access to main attraction areas in SP. The rooms are very comfortable the bathroom is a bit dated. The staff was very courteous.

Better elsewhere

Overall the hotel lacks maintance. Breakfast is boring, particularly for vegans and vegetarians, and the coffee is terrible. The room has a good size but the bed arrangement was terrible. Requested a double or queen bed, got two single beds which they put together. Very uncomfortable.

I didn’t like restaurant’s food (dinner), but breakfast is Very good.

Great reception staff, very nice room.

Amazing reception staff. We were a big group of 20 people, they made check in fast and efficient and helped us with local transport as well. Room was very spacious, looked more like a small apartment. Nice pool. Hotel is on a quiet street about 10 minutes walk from the main shopping avenue. Area felt safe enough.

Nice Hotel close to Paulista and the subway. There is a close mall and nice restaurants around . The hotel have a pool but was not heated at my stay. Got room at 13 floor 2103 . The breakfast was great. The staff friendly . The room was big and nice bed. coffee maker free at the room. Bathroom was clean. R$20 by day to park car at hotel. I like the hotel nice and quite neighborhood .

It is located near Avenida Paulista, just a short 4 block walk, and has a great price-value ratio. This was the second time I stayed there, and I think there will be a third one next time I'm visiting the city.

Nice hotel, great location

Comfy hotel with great breakfast. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner though.

Don't bother with the suites.

Whilst it maybe a convenient location the hotel is one of the worst I have stayed in for its price bracket. Don't bother with the rooms with kitchen suites unless you bring your own pots, plates, knives, forks etc. whilst they did find me a plate and cutlery NO pans are available for the hot plates making them useless. Incredibly expensive laundry that takes two days to come back and then half is missing. I accept I don't speak Portuguese but no one in the restaurant spoke any English which made ordering anything a joke. I tried three times to order a glass of wine and in the end had to order a beer by pointing to a bottle. Service was slow and the only person appearing to work from the myriad of people behind the counter was some poor soul who had to run around everyone. For the price really not worth the hassle.

Overall Good place

Problem exist with the booking and thought I was booking for 2 people and had a limit of 1 and the hotel charged me more for 2 people. This despite the fact the cost was the same on expedia when booking for 1 or 2 people. But you have to pay close attention in Brazil on this fact. Because they charge more despite offering no real additional value.

Pleasant surprise

The hotel is located on the less prestigious "Bela Vista" side of the Paulista avenue (although it's technically Jardim Paulista) but don't let that fool you: It's a fairly new building with an amazing breakfast, swimming pool, gym, spacious and well decorated room and a fantastic staff! Just 3 blocks away from the Paulista avenue but almost half the price of staying on the "Jardins" side of it.

Overrated

Hotel is just average. Only positives are the view and that is that the hotel is close to Paulista Ave. I would highly recommend staying at a better hotel in a suburb and taking Uber in for 5USD.

Great place to stay

We were there for just an overnight stay and the room was comfortable, clean, secure. Good breakfast buffet in the morning. Hotel is in a great place to walk for walking to various places to eat, shop or sightsee.

Quiet, nice neighbourhood. Comfortable, nicely furnished. Air conditioning and good wi-Fi. Helpful staff Very accessible to downtown. Great breakfast included.

Great location, spacious rooms.

The location is only a 10 min walk to the main Avenue Paulista. There is a shopping mall at the end of the street which is great for shopping & has a food court if you're looking for a cheap meal. The rooms are spacious - like a one bedroom apartment. Staff are friendly & most speak English. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The roads/paths are quite steep in this area so not great for disabled or elderly. Taxis are easy though. Metro stop only 5-10mins walk away from hotel. Worth noting that travel to International Airport (GRU) will take 1-2 hrs depending on traffic.

O hotel é muito bonito e bem cuidado. Tem um estilo clássico e uma boa localização. A área de lazer também é muito bonita. O quarto é amplo. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e educados. O café da manhã é variado, mas poderia melhorar a qualidade. As camas de solteiro são pequenas. No geral foi uma boa hospedagem, apesar de apenas um dia.

Surpreendeu positivamente! Gostei de tudo . Localização, estrutura, limpeza ,…aconchegante…. Para ficar perfeito, precisaria somente de uma cama maior… e as toalhas terem qualidade… fina , pequena, se rasgando, encardidas …

Bom, mas pode melhorar

O hotel é bom, mas alguns pontos foram ruins. O secador de cabelo não funcionava direito, ligava e logo em seguida desligava sozinho. Pedi um secador na portaria mas não tinham aparelho para emprestar e o técnico só estaria disponível para reparo no dia seguinte. As toalhas colocadas no dia que cheguei eram excelentes. Porém, mesmo sem solicitação, trocaram as toalhas por outras muito velhas. Muito ruins, com mal cheiro, bainhas rasgadas e desfiando. Era melhor que não tivessem trocado.

Atendimento do Estacionamento foi bagunçado. De resto excelente.

Quarto com bom tamanho, mini cozinha com frigobar, microondas, porém não tinha um único utensílio (pratos, talheres..). Café da manhã bom. Um único elevador insuficiente para o movimento do hotel. Sentimos falta de tomada dos dois lados da cama. Poderia ter um abajur na mesinha de cabeceira. Ou se ficava no escuro ou então com uma luz forte no teto. Staff pouco simpático.

Propriedade de excelente padrão com fácil acesso tanto à região da Avenida Paulista quanto a outros locais de São Paulo que demandam o uso da Av. 9 de Julho. Localizada a 600 metros da Avenida Paulista, próximo a shopping, restaurantes, mercado e outras comodidades. O hotel tem um restaurante que atende até 23h e apresenta boas opções.

O custo benefício é razoável. O tamanho do quarto é excelente e bem espaçoso. Note-se que foi reformado, mas o banheiro me pareceu mais antigo. O local do café da manhã é pequeno e estava lotado nesse dia. Oferta de várias opções de comida, mas as mesas não tinham reposição de louças e faltavam pratos e copos para se servir.

Ficamos neste hotel há bastante tempo! O que fica claro é a deterioração da qualidade do quarto ao longo do tempo, infelizmente... Detalhes como poltrona suja, interruptor sem funcionar, portas manchadas, controle da T.V. "confuso" para utilização... Enfim, é preciso maior atenção com a manutenção e intervenções preventivas para a continuidade da qualidade do empreendimento. Ainda assim, segue sendo nossa melhor escolha em São Paulo. A equipe é atenciosa, e a localização é fantástica.

Localização e custo-benefício valem o preço

O hotel continua muito bom. Quarto ok, com acomodação limpa e roupa de cama confortável. Café da manhã bom, com frutas, pães, sucos e alguns itens quentes. A localização é excelente, na Pamplona, com uma caminhada em pequeno aclive de cerca de 5 minutos para Av Paulista e shopping cidade SP. Há um Carrefour express bem próximo.

A localização do hotel era ótima, o quarto bem espaçoso, porém o banheiro precisa de algumas atualizações, mas nada que interferisse na estadia. O que nos decepcionou foi o café da manhã. Pouca variedade, sucos com gosto estranho e as panquecas estavam duras e frias, pelo nível do hotel esperávamos um café da manhã melhor.

Hotel bom, mas pelo preço que cobra poderia ser melhor. Os quartos sao confortaveis e grandes, mas um pouco antigos (no meu o piso tava saindo). Faltou sabonete para banho, tive que pedir no outro dia. Café da manhã fraco e os itens nao tinham calefação. A localização é ótima!

Hospedagem muito agradável

Já tive a oportunidade de me hospedar neste hotel ano passado, foi um achado! Então dessa vez me hospedei novamente. Foi uma excelente escolha. Uma recomendação seria uma melhor organização para o café da manhã apenas, para que a reposição dos itens seja mais ágil.

De forma geral a estadia foi agradável, os funcionários educados e de trato agradável, o que é bem importante. Apenas a estrutura do quarto me pareceu um tanto envelhecida, tinha furo e bastante poeira atrás da cabeceira da cama e a sanca da porta de correr estava também comprometida. O café da manhã deixou bastante a desejar, o café sempre estava frio e os bolos não eram frescos, estavam sempre secos e eram sempre os mesmos em todos os dias da hospedagem.
