It was great place to stay

Great location, everything is walking distance. Lots of places to eat & shop. Nice hotel & clean. Customer service great very attentive. Would definitely stay here again. I came for the United States and I really love Istanbul a lot.

Very good hotel and service. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms always smell good. Daily cleaning as well and the rooms are warm in the winter. However, the rooms are small and the neighborhood can get noisy sometimes.

Worst room ever!

The room did not have twin beds as promised. There was no space to even put our luggage in the room and no storage for clothing at all. No way to get out of bed without crawling over the person. As seniors the room was not safe to maneuver and it was impossible to stay.

It was an excellent experience. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Istiklal Street and nearby attractions. The room was modern, spacious, and spotless, with a comfortable bed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend The Trinity Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and will definitely return!

It is a very small room no even room for a chair no night tables, but i dont care because i use the room to sleep and clean myself....the bed in very confi the lines is super...love the bathroom it is quiet and very close the action.....if you dont mind small room this hotel is great....i will use again if i return to istambul

Very comfortable area, very quiet at night even being in the very heart of taksim. The rooms are on the smaller side but very nice and cozy. Definitely recommend the stay

Rooms are too small. No closet to hang clothes. No restaurant. No ramp to wheel your suitcases into the hotel and has to carry the suitcases on the stairs. The front desk staff are great thou.

The front desk person denied our vip package and he said that is from Expedia not us,we didn’t offer you anything.the room we got was smallest hotel room I ever stayed in my life,the elevator is super tiny.after midnight the front desk person and some drunk people started screaming and talking very loud in the lobby,I was waiting for them to finish the party but unfortunately lasted until 3:40am,overall this place was super noisy.I don’t know why they call this place a hotel?is very small and basic,the front desk person is very unhelpful.is only one person working in this place.my was very scared of drunk people in lobby after midnight. I don’t know how they got good reviews.we travel to turkey 3 times a year.this was the worst experience.we had to check out next day to go another hotel. I don’t recommend it

Location is Perfect, however I should stay in a room 15 sq.m actually it was 6 sq.m

The hotel located close to shopping and restaurants. I specifically liked the bedding. Comfortable and clean.

Clean and renovated rooms. The reception staff were very nice and accommodating. It’s a small hotel but the location makes up for everything. They have a beautiful rooftop view of the city. I would rate it excellent for the price and would stay here again.

A great stay in Istanbul

The hotel was in such a convenient location. The bathroom is very modern with an amazing shower!! The staff are so lovely and welcoming. My partner got sick on the boat on our final night - as we came in the receptionist named Tager asked us how our day was, I explained the situation. A little while later, Tager called up to our room to ask if he was okay and if he needed anything. Tager kindly brought up some hot water and lemon. We are so grateful for his kindness - he is an asset to this hotel!

Very friendly and attentive staff, we had flight delay and they waited for us to check-in until 10 pm. The room is small but comfy. Our room was on the 6 floor so we had a view to the Orthodox Church (which was great!) on the top is a terrace where you can see everything around. It’s literally 2 min from Istiklal street where restaurants, bars and etc., are open until the morning. I will recommend this hotel for short stay and without kids.

Room was amazing! So clean and the bathroom is really nice. This hotel is close to everything but also tucked away in a quiet street. I also adored the rooftop area they had at the top that overlooks all of Taksim. It’s perfect for sunset. Everyone working at the hotel was also super friendly and helpful.

Nice little spot

The Hotel is in a great location, right at the top of Istiklal Cadesi (famous shopping street) and right next to Taksim Square. The desk staff are friendly and helpful and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. The room was tiny, a double bed and a mini fride with no space left around it, no storage etc. One window but with no voew so very dark. Bathroom was an okay size though. However, we only ised it to shower and sleep so I wouldn't say this was a big issue. Cleaning was adequate and air con was fine. One problem was that they only provided two small bottles of water which was never going to be enougj for 2 people in 24hours. When we requested more, they charged us for every single bottle. I would have expected at least one bug bottle of water per room before charging. I also asked for a plaster at reception where I thought a standard first aid kit would be, but they had nothing which was a little surprising. The terrace upstairs os beautiful, you get a great view of the city amd we spent a pleasant evening up there with some Efes. Overall, a good place to stay for a short stay.

The hotel is in the Taksim neighborhood at the top of the hill. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Many kitchy shops and eateries close by. The rooms are small, but elegantly equipped. As with most hotels in this neighborhood the steps are narrow. They do have an elevator and air conditioning and a small bar. If from America this experience is more of a bed and breakfast than hotel experience. The price is very reasonable for the money, but expect to pay market rates plus for extras (laundry, alcohol, etc.)

Disappointing stay at Trinity Hotel, Istanbul. The staff was unhelpful and disinterested, making it hard to address any concerns. The rooms were reasonably clean but incredibly cramped with barely any space to move around, and the expected upgrades were non-existent, leaving much to be desired in terms of comfort. Overall, not a great experience for the price paid.

location was very good for accessing Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, Taksim Square, and the walking and shopping streets, lots of restaurants and cafes. Rooms are small but clean, functional and daily cleaning service was great. Only upper floor rooms have views, but the rooftop which is open to all guests has great view and sunshine during daytime.

This is a jewel box of a hotel…like a mini W hotel… Upscale, comfortable, stylish and all this at a great value.

Super clean, staff friendly and professional

Iam very disappointed about my stay in trinity Taksim hotel . First of all the hotel was under renovation, painting near lift and everywhere , they never notify us about that , whenever i have to take the lift I become full of paint ,my clothes become very dirty white and i tried to wash it , it doesn’t go from it , I had to throw my clothes because it’s damaged at least they should write a peace of paper and notify the guest about that ) . Phone in the room wasn’t working , no table in the room . The receptionist Mohamed was very helpful and the lady natalie from house keeping was also amazing

Very good place and kind helpful staff. Take a big room. It’s a little extra but excellent. Shopping street is only 350-400 meters down the street and it’s not noisy.

Room was clean, comfy beds, coffee and tea with kettle. Location was perfect close to transportation and Istiklal street, many restaurants around and shops. Bathroom and amenities were excellent. Staff was very helpful. Only negative is the tiny room. No closet to hang your clothes but they have hangers behind the door. Otherwise the hotel is in great condition they also have a roof top but I barely used because it was chilly.

I took pictures from the room it was too small even for catching the phone i had to go over the bed until i can get it no closet, when enter the room h\i had to jump on the bed so i went the first night to another hotel and paid 130 euros i have the bill from second night i had a little bit bigger may be 50 centimeters only no breakfast i really had a hard time hotel ruined my vacation thank you

Lovely place with welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are small but perfect for a short stay in Istanbul. The roof terrace is great with a panoramic view of the city. Would thoroughly recommend.

Quaint hotel in a very convenient location. Person at reception was lovely. We would stay here again, but would opt for a bigger room (deluxe?) next time, especially if we were staying for more than one night. Our room was very small.

Awesome place near to the circle. Some. Nights might be getting more than usual noise but super clean and our choice every time we are passing through Istanbul without a car.

It was ok

Great location. When we booked, we knew the room was small but when we got there, it was even smaller than we thought. We had no room to open our luggage and had to put them on the bed. The shower was leaking water all over the floor in the washroom. The bed is very uncomfortable and the comforter did not fit the bed, it was way too small for 2 people. Other than that, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

The room was extremely clean and the location was unreal.

The space is cozy and every inch is used well. It was a great value. The location was great. The staff were all friendly. AbdullahRashid (Ras) was especially helpful and welcoming. Great place to stay if you’re headed to Istanbul. You won't be disappointed.
