Well located close to city and easy parking.
Close to town, spacious, reasonably priced
Location was perfect! Easy access to park, botanical gardens and tram. Short drive to Antarctica experience and the airport.
Great location
The stay was great. The shower over bath is very slippery. Non slip mats would be a great addition.
I feel happy with our stay in the hotel. It was clean and staffs are nice. We will come back for sure.
We have stayed at The Towers once a year for the past few years We do think it is becoming a little tired. The paintwork in places needs repainting. if it continues to deteriorate, we will probably look at going elsewere. It is a very handy location which we like, so would like to continue to stay here.
No breakfast facilities
Great stay as usual !! Thank you
An easy stay
Very accommodating staff Allowed for a very late check in
Location was great
Location to CBD
Immediately adjacent to Christchurch park which contains the Botanical gardens and via them the town centre which is walkable in 25 minutes. Also on a main bus route. Motel type rooms are very comfortable with a separate kitchen and bedroom - open plan with sliding doors. Well equipped. Friendly staff, quiet and with good parking adjacent to the units.
Good value for money stay in Christchurch. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Cooking utensils a bit limited but several restaurants walkable distance. On site parking.
polite staff, very clean excellent location near park and restaurants
Perfect for short stay. Bed a bit worse for wear.
Great stay - and we were upgraded - thank you
The room smelled stale & awful when I first entered & I needed to air it out. Provisions were very sparse compared to other motels across the city & country. Don’t think I’ll be back. Staff were friendly and the housekeeping staff were lovely.
Good
This is a well kept clean motel not a hotel in excellent location and staff! just be aware it is motel not hotel but is opposite a lovely garden Hilton for lunch dinner etc and beside beautiful Hagley park
We had a good stay
Clean tidy and up to date
Handy location
3rd time staying here when in Christchurch for business. Such a convenient location and lovely spacious rooms
Nice buildings and nice staff. However the cleaners might need to do a better job, which is disappointing because the cleanliness of a motel/hotel room is crucial to the quality of your stay. There was pink mould on the bottom of the shower curtain, someone else’s hair in the bathroom and in the bed. There shouldn’t be health hazards or any bodily evidence of any guests before you. There’s a smokers area right outside our room, so I got woken very early in the morning by some guys sitting and talking at the table directly outside my window. Nice enough room though.
Love the location and peace and quiet but hate the TV choices.
We found it simple affordable and comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again
Will stay again
A quiet convenient spot for getting to the hospital to visit family. Near to local eaties and shops.
Great location, well maintained unit, no problems
Great staff
From the moment that we entered the building, we were treated as royalty
.
Very comfortable clean and tidy.
Great property, room was nicely appointed, spare bedding to help with colder nights would be nice touch.
Out dated bathroom shower over bath, no expell air so bathroom got very foggy. No channels expect Freeview. Oldest looking fridge i have ever seen.
Good spacious room
Fabulous location with friendly staff and lovely room
Great location, quite considering busy location. But very dated interior. Wall Heating didn’t work.
Great service and great location. Always clean but does need a makeover.
Lovely lady on reception upgraded us on arrival, fabulous room with disability park right nxt door. Our 3rd stay at Towers, will certainly stay again.Thank you.
close to city
Nice clean and handy
highly recommended
I like the room all good no need maintenance ,things completed.i dont like the lights its too dark
no shampoo, limited to 3 teabags per day and no variety of teas. Television channels very poor with basically tv 1 2 and 3 plus a couple of Chinese channels and absolutely no movie channels at all
good staff
good staff
It was good value for the money. Clean and tidy but we wouldn't the password when we returned back to the unit after9pm.
Was in need of a renovation the bathroom was quite literally wet after a shower dispite the fan being on and the massive spiderwebs coated in dust on the ceiling.
Room was very cold. No sun but they had a good heater. Bathroom very cold but had heated towel rail.
stayed 4 nights. My expectations were basic - clean room, warm water, heater and kettle working . no microwave in basic room type. quiet area off main road but occasional loud siren at night on weekend. reception is polite and efficient
Our first choice when visiting Christchurch
Good staff
close to shops
Excellent and helpful reception.
Nothing
Great place to stay, it had everything I needed. Daily housekeeping. Warm and tidy. Only thing I would add to this room is a spare blanket for the bed. Will definitely stay again though.
Easy and comfortable
Very handy to Hagley Park. Easy to get in and out. Nice room
Great spot in central location
Great, safe and was reasonably clean. Enough parking and grest staff
Good place to stay
Good experience
will stay again
I like everything about the towers
Always come here, affordable and close to the city. Will keep coming service at desk is very polite
Convenient location - great staff
Dated and needs repair. Just bare minimum facilities and noisy traffics.
This has become our normal place to stay in Christchurch. It nice and clean and the staff are good. Only problem (and it’s a minor one for me) is that the traffic noise from the street can be quite annoying well into the night.
Clean , warm, friendly staff. Parking not always available on site.
.
I would highly recommend this motel it’s everything thing you need
Nice staff and a clean room. Bathroom had a cracked bath but other than that it’s was Great although quick stay.
It was a noisy & uncomfortable !!
Clean, central area, friendly staff, safe parking
Friendly, helpful staff when a request was made . Parking was very limited once the complex was "fully booked". Having to park down the road from the facility is not ideal.
.
As above
Value for money
When we checked in our room wasnt ready, so they offered an upgrade immediately. This room was fine and reasonably spacious, albeit a little dated.
Stayed at short notice for 2 night. Place is convenient and clean. Only issue rooms could do with an AC.
was only going to stay one night but because of very reasonable rates at that time i stayed 2 nights win win for everyone
I liked everything but not the fact it didnt have a kitchen sink.
Overall we were very pleased with the property. Only thing was there was a damp mill dew smell in the bathroom but not too over bearing We would stay again for sure.. very hand to everything... . I might add the Receptionist was very amenable, lovely and friendly, very helpful
The property is central so you can easily drive to get places and easy to get back to. Also walkable distance to Riccarton Mall. Clean and tidy, and quiet considering the locality.
Parking was easy, bed was comfortable and room was good size( enough space ) for two of us. Bathroom was very basic but clean. Curtains over the door were bit hard to get out and in. As well as we struggle to lock and unlock the door…
Good price
We would stay here again, though we didn’t use all the amenities and facilities available in the survey we found that it was easy to get around the city from this location
It was a peaceful stay.
An enjoyable stay.
I loved being central to Hagley and being able to walk Mona vale and into the city .
Comfortable & Clean, Great location
The shower was great. The bed & pillows was comfortable. There was plunger coffee available which was a nice surprise as well as the usual supplies of tea and instant coffee. I was in an upstairs spa room. I did not use the spa bath and that would be my only complaint that it was a bit old and tired looking but that was such a minor. I felt safe and the carparking was also a bonus right on your doorstep. Good location. Would definitely stay again. Local Korean restaurant Monstor Chicken was super close and delicious. Nando's is close and so fresh. Along with the Mall. I recommend but if you are after high end it is not that, but perfectly adequate ticking almost every box.
It was listed as a 4 star but this property is more like a 3 star.
Convenient
Room looked fine but very poor power outlets available no alarm clock, mini fridge was just a box with no shelves. Room 307 was very noisy and the window c could not be locked meaning anyone could get into the room. Heater was not controllable. No desk to work at. To plug in your computer you have to unplug the tv or the heater. Generally the place needs a simple upgrade after which it would be OKish.
The room had an awful smell, almost like the room had been repeatedly smoked in to the point where my clothing still smells after a couple of washes following my stay. The rooms are also far more dated than the pictures advertised. The only real positive was the friendly staff at the desk and the location.
Good location
very handy to everything
Convenient central location. Lovely modern spacious room

A shower over the bath. Not easy for older people.
