Dirty/ Horrid but good location

Great location - very central Hotel rooms dirty Reported and lacked follow up Reception seemed distracted a lot of the time Staff walk past rubbish on the floor.

Quiet, elegant, Five Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff was very helpful! The location was practically right in Time Square, 5 min walk to Rockefeller, 15 min walk to Central Park, and 5 to 10 min to most theaters. I will go again and stay there again. The restaurant and food is fantastic too! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Not a 5* hotel experience at all. Small rooms, bathroom is just a glass divider in the room. Prior to arrival staff did not reply to emails nor return phone calls.

Staff was very attentive. We felt safe do to security and area is great to walking distance to everything. If i had one complain was the food menue i wiah they had more choices. However what they did have it was really good!

Great service and clean, modern room.

I stay at a lot of hotels. This one, the service and the catering to your needs is impeccable. This would be the hotel for Miranda Presley on Devels wear Prada. Tip the staff and they will take care of your every need. The room service is on point and the rooms come with a room service credit. Doesn't hurt that they also give you free tickets to the MOMA. The vibe is modern luxury. The hotel is very well kept and doesn’t have any damage visible anywhere. The AC/Heaters work well in the rooms and the rainfall shower doesn’t feel duct taped like some luxury hotels - super nice.

This stylish hotel has charm, class and great bar and restaurants. Rooms are tidy and have all amenities. Could do with more hanging wardrobes, but bathroom facilities are good. Mini bar is extortionate.

Staff was excellent and hotel was clean. Hotel did not produce pictured views as advertised from my city view room on the 20th floor. I called the front desk on night 1 asking about the views, the young man stated “we are aware of our views and they are up for interpretation”. I was offered another room with the same view. Hotel was very close to the Thanksgiving parade which we loved. Close to good food Try the melt shop the burgers are top tier. Times Square diner was great as well. 3 out of 5 due to poor views and misleading photos of the property. I would’ve chosen another property had I known the views were not accurate.

Good Location, clean rooms friendly staff downside we was constantly queuing for the lift as only ever seemed to be one working at a time.

Beautiful, smells nice, clean, safe, but the rooms are small… like, small small, not worth the $1000 price tag in my opinion but I slept good so I guess there’s that! Bedding was great and pillows are amazing.

The hotel staff are so friendly and the services are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only down side is the room door and walls are not sound proof so we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. The room is also very small.

We changed the room 3 times. The very first room had the terrible view. The heater in second room didn’t work! Finally the third room was ok.

Hotel in a great location

Good location. We stayed in a deluxe room with city view for 5 nights. The room was very small and not enough space for clothes or luggage. Only one single wardrobe for hanging items and two drawers, no space or hooks for wet towels after shower! Bar staff not very professional, kept arguing amongst themselves and not acknowledging customers

The property was what we needed for a night.

Up on the 26th floor, it was very quiet, even when the noise on the street was extreme. The restaurant was excellent, but the best part was the highly accommodating, friendly, and helpful staff. Also, fresh towels and maid service every day, and they came in to turn down the beds every evening while we were out. We had three rooms in the hotel and all were excellent, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, stylish property. Excellent food, great service. However the area on Times Square is very loud, so make sure to ask for ear plugs at reception if you are a light sleeper

The entrance is not on 7th Ave as suggested but around the corner so difficult to find. Lots of construction also around the area. Once inside the hotel is very nice... clean, professional staff, and well appointed modern and comfortable room.

The staff was great! My only con is I couldn’t get proper sleep due to the noise from other rooms as walls are thin.

It was great. The staff was excellent. The room was cute and beautiful. Really enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Plus: it’s close to everything in Times Square.

All staff very friendly. The hotel provides tickets for free entry into MoMA and each day's 35 USD destination tax can be used as credit against food / drink that day in their bar which was a nice bonus.

The rooms are nice. The views are great. The employees are friendly and go out of their way to help you. The ambiance of the property is stylish and elegant. The bathrooms are weird and we didn’t like them. We had two different rooms. Everything about the place is perfect except for the bathrooms. Put shower doors that close on the shower. Put real closing doors on the bathrooms so that they close. Have a ventilation fan that turns on in the bathroom.

The property is aged a bit and does not look like the photos. It will need a major renovation soon.

The view in the room was amazing. Food although was not good. Would highly recommend.

the staff was amazing they gave us an upgrade to superior room, the housekeeping staff was incredible as well. my only complain was the restaurant the staff is not friendly and they make different / strange plates, I just wanted plain pancakes they don't doit. John the concierge was also amazing , we will stay their again for sure.

Great property, but we encountered an issue with our reservation at check-in. The front desk staff immediately addressed the problem, and the manager promptly resolved it for us. To top it off, the manager treated my son to his first martini in celebration of his 21st birthday. Highly recommend

This hotel is located next to Times Square and Broadway, if your main objective visiting NY is being near all the Times Square area then this is your hotel. In my case we got a situation being in the 29th floor and even up there we had a construction next to us that had a very long working periods of work, like from 7am to 11pm. That was a problem!

Perfect location! Most attractions are in walking distance of the hotel. All the staff were so nice and friendly! Will definitely be back!

Nice hotel but I was surprised by a $36 service fee per day that I wasn’t expecting. We could use it in the bar but the hours for food was a little limited and for room service there was an additional fee. Overall a good hotel but the area is noisy

Friendly staff but long wait times in lobby. Great dining options and beautiful common spaces. Room had condition issues but great view and fabulous amenities. Room service order was bungled but overall would recommend as good value for money. Especially as it felt very cosy for such a busy location.

My second time at Times Square Edition, and the experiences are not that good in terms of a 5-star hotel and a well-known brand. The room is small since it’s at Times Square, however there’s only one chair in the room. Also, I went to the Sanya Edition in China this June. Very different layouts on rooms, and services. We still have to ask for more water which is limited to two bottles (150ml approximately). I chose Edition because of its brand. the services and the activities that can be provided to customers. However, I will not to choose this hotel again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing. Super clean. Food was great(dont miss the egg sandwich). The hotel restaurant is gorgeous. Ride to anywhere in the city for $65. 1 minute walk to times square. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hotel and guest room for two with separate beds. Quiet, convenient and comfortable. Time Square, hop-on/hop-off buses and subway within 5 minutes walk. Staff very professional. Late afternoon guest room refresher intuitive. Breakfast excellent. Dine-in option very good; recommend additional menu items for more variety, particularly vegetarian/vegan options. Additional storage space in guest rooms recommended for travel clothes. Highly recommended.

Stayed there a full week. I could not have picked a better place to stay. You are within walking distance to all the entertainment venues and sightseeing attractions. The hotel staff is so wonderful and I can't say enough about them. My flight arrived at 7am and they worked me into a room so that I can rest with the option of moving the next day to a different room. Who offers that??? THEY DID! That is how much consideration they pay to their patrons. After a long flight, I was glad to be able to rest so I could start exploring Manhattan. I would not stay anywhere else from here on out. The housekeeping staff is also the best! Even though I wasn't getting serviced on a day, they would still offer toiletries and fresh towels. Considerate... that is just so hard to find nowadays and you have a hotel full of people like this when you stay here. Absolutely LOVED IT! THANK YOU ALL!

Nice location near shows and restaurants we visited on a recent trip. Also a lovely breakfast on our last day.

I paid for 5 star service and received 3 star at best. For starters in the room there was only coffee provided but no tea bags. I had to call to ask to get tea brought up to my room and was charged for it as part of room service even though when I called I said that I needed tea and that there was only coffee in the room. What kind of five stat hotel charges their guest for tea that should have already been in the room? In addition, on our check out day I called the front desk to see if they had late check out available as our flight was later in the evening and they said that they were fully booked on a Monday and so our request could not be accommodated. However, my partner and I looked online and they had tons of rooms available. Lastly, as we are rushing to check out by 11am I went to blowdry my hair and the hairdryer was only sending out cold air so my hair was not drying. I called the front desk requesting another dryer that never came. Waited one hour and finally I was able to find a housekeeper in our hallway and asked her to please bring me a hair dryer that worked. The best part was that at check out no one cared to ask how our experience in the hotel was. Will never be back.

It was an outstanding experience during the stay. Staff are so friendly, location is easy to walk or take subway. The hotel feel secure and convenient for dining and drinks.
