Very close to downtown and underground

Everything was as advertised and then some. The room was great, small by design but it didn't feel cramped. The room layout made it feel bigger than it was. Everything was clean, the staff were wonderful, the breakfast was all that I could ask for and then some. This is my second CitizenM visit. This one being the best to date.

We are family of 4, stayed for 2 nights. Pleasant stay, close to all transportation. Will stay here again on my next trip.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is quiet and room was very comfortable. Area and hotel felt very secure. Plenty of restaurants in the area and location was convenient for transportation.

Absolutely loved this hotel - we upgraded to a slightly bigger room with extra large beds. The room had a small kitchenette which was really handy and a complimentary mini bar with juice, soft drinks and water. Lovely comfortable beds, modern, very friendly staff. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Staff is the best I have ever seen. They go so far out of the way for you. The convenience of having the train station 1 block from suites is amazing

This property was by far our favorite hotel in London! The central community room with complimentary coffee made this property feel like home. The free in room snacks were a bonus, and the easy walk to the Eurostar made this hotel our favorite!

Could not be happier. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was small but extremely clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. I recommend.

This is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had as a family of 5!! The customer service was impeccable. They stored our bags early while we were sightseeing and brought them to our rooms while we were away. There’s a lounge you can hang out in if you need a hot cup of coffee or tea before your room is ready. The room has a mini bar and they offered many complimentary items. We loved the extra beds in the room so each kid had their own spot. Extremely convenient to Kings Cross/St Pancreas to get anywhere you need to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Conveniently located minutes from Kings Cross Station. Friendly welcome, we were able to leave luggage while we went out exploring. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Rooms were typical London sized. Fully stocked mini fridge with drinks and snacks. Coffee machine and microwave in room. There’s also a communal dining room with coffee machine if you ordered in.

The room is quite small for 4 of us to put our luggages but the room is well equipped with basic facilities coffee maker fridge utencils , dishwasher shampoo bathsoap handwash and fantastic complimentary .. thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable

One night stay in London ,travelling with my son for half term trip . Location is fantastic 5 mins from King’s Cross station 2 stops on the Tube -10 mins from all central London attractions. Very clean , nice shower comfy bed , quiet , got a good night’s rest , free mini bar snacks and drinks, coffee machine provided.It was a small room - the suites -right next to reception but sound proof. It is expensive but I did book just a day before.Check in time is 3 pm which is v late, would prefer 12 noon check in, Dale at reception was polite and helpful .

This was 1 of 3 hotels that we stayed in during our time in London and Scotland and was our least favorite. The area is not my favorite. Covent Garden and Westminster would be where we would stay next time. We had Suite 2 which is just adjacent to the lobby. It made for a lot of noise both with guests in the lobby and the trains. The wi-fi was terrible and we could never get reception for any of the tv channels. The bathroom is tiny, though that’s common for Europe, but the room had a weird layout whereas it felt like we were staying in a basement and the bathroom was outside the room. We could also never get the heating or cooling units to work, so the temperatures fluctuated greatly. I chose this hotel based on all the great reviews, but our experience was less than stellar and it was likely due to our suite. If you do stay here, don’t get Suite 2.

Unfortunately lift was broken so we ended staying in basement two bedroom which was a bit like a dungeon. But rooms were clean, beds comfortable and bathroom modern. Even had a selection of items for free in minibar. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Area was great, short walk to Kings Cross.

Ridiculous amount of money to spend for tiny tiny room, bath and no breakfast. Hate hotels that demand you pay in advance. Will never rebook or recommend. Your competitors offer much more.

In a quieter road. 5mins walk from kings cross/St Pancras station. Plenty of food options walking distance. Double bed was rather small. Thankfully a portable fan was provided for circulation. Otherwise, it's rather hot.

The staff are amazing and very accomodating! It is one block from the St. Pancreas and King Cross train stations which is great because we used the Eurostar train. Rooms were clean and spacious. The showers were normal size as compared to smaller showers in Europe. I was so impressed at how friendly and professional the staff were. They accomodated a special request for me as I had a last minute interview come up after checkout. You should definitely stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed. This is coming from someone who doesn't usually leave reviews 😀

Excellent experience all around

Very nice hotel with a brilliant location a single block from the Kings Cross tube station. Room in excellent condition top-to-bottom. A nice touch is that they provided a fully-stocked mini-fridge with many different drinks and snacks: ALL FREE. I haven't seen that in a very long time. There was also a microwave, a kitchenette sink, some clean dishes and utensils. There is air conditioning in the room, and it worked fine. There were three beds in my room (one queen, two singles)--more than enough for myself ;-) The linens and cleanliness were good. I would call the mattress itself only average in comfort, but that's probably the only ding I'd give the room. In the shower you have squeeze bottles for shampoo+conditioner and for shampoo+body soap. Next to the bathroom sink, there's a squeeze bottle for hand soap. There is ample storage in the bathroom, including a ledge for your stuff. There's also a partitioned closet to hang your clothes. Given the price and location, this is a winner.

My family’s stay at The Suites - St. Pancras was an excellent experience. The room was in pristine condition and the staff was first class. We were greeted with kindness every day and our needs were attended to daily. There’s a shared pantry area which has tea, coffee, condiments, and other items to make a customer’s stay pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near Kings Cross Station and the St. Pancras International station making it easily accessible for travel and tourist activities. For added convenience, there are many restaurants within walking distance or will deliver, especially if you get in late. One thing I will mention, be sure to ask for wash/face cloths if you use them because they are not provided with towels. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fantastic and much better than others we have stayed at in London. I could not fault a thing.

Easily the best hotel we stayed at during our holiday. It was recently renovated through new ownership and it clearly shows. Upon arrival, we received a friendly greeting and were promptly shown to our room. The room has a stylish, modern and Scandinavian feel. There was plenty of room for our family - the only two issues were space for our larger cases (but that may only apply to larger groups with more luggage) and lack of counter space room for toiletries in the bathroom (a small annoyance). Otherwise, the amenities were great, with strong A/C, a fridge, closet storage and some complimentary food items. Overall, an excellent hotel - we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Central London

Very convenient to St. Pancras and Kings Cross stations. Close to British Museum. Small and personable hotel.

Stayed here for a week with our family. The accommodations were just what we hoped it to be. Staff was very helpful. Enjoyed going to the basement to have a cup of coffee. The only thing they may want to consider working on is the comfort of the beds. I realize this is a subjective comment, but for us, they were a little too firm. Perhaps an added cushion pad would have helped. However, the pillows were wonderful. It was clean, quiet, convenient location. I would consider returning to this property in the future!

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was smaller than I expected( think college dorm room) but was clean and well lit. Plenty of outlets for my various devices. Great fish&chips place around the corner. A couple of other restaurants and small market for snacks also close by.Great location across from Kings Cross Station/St Pancras.

Very friendly and helpful front desk team. I called a few minutes before checking in to ask about parking. The gentleman on the phone checked to seen if there was a spot out front for us and explained the parking. He generously waived the overnight fee because the car was being picked up within a few hours. When we arrived it was raining and a couple of the staff members came out to greet us and helped empty the car super quickly. They showed us to our room and brought down all of our bags. The accommodations aren’t over the top but they do the job. It is very clean and new which and served its purpose for what we needed. It’s walking distance to st pancras and kings cross making it extra convenient if you are travelling.

The Suites is very well located just 5 minutes from King’s Cross and St Pancras Station, which is great for travelers arriving at Heathrow Airport. The hotel looks new and cosy, and there are many restaurants located close by (we especially recommend North Sea Fish Restaurant for its fish n chips). The family suite which is located on the top floor has more than enough room for a family of four, quiet and well equipped with amenities including a small kitchenette. Perhaps a little pricier than other options nearby but well worth the price for its great location, quietness, well maintained facilities and convenient dining options. Highly recommended!

The room was appointed nicely with a refrigerator and a microwave. The king bed was very comfortable. It is very convenient to Kings Cross/St. Pancras. The staff was great. Only negative is that it is not very quiet.

So close to the station and any food places, well equipped, very clean and best of all it has a mini kitchen with its own filtered drinking water. Love this hotel!!

Nice place in Kings cross that is convenient to walk to and get around the city. Rooms are small. Not many amenities in the building. Can get loud at night.

Wonderful Stay and Great Location

We stayed in a 2 room suite. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. The location to St. Pancras / King's Cross was wonderful. Their payment policy is different than the States, but it was fine (I just wasn't expecting a hold until our arrival). A great place to stay and I highly recommend and I would stay there again.

This was the perfect nights stay while we were travelling from Paris to London through St Pancreas Station for our family of four. The front desk attendants and service were friendly and professional, helping us with our bags and small requests. The room was perfect for four adults (one separate bedroom and one room with 3 beds). The bed was so comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

This is not a four star hotel, this is more like a hostel. Some rooms have a shared restroom, ours included the restroom but was really small. Our room was noisy because it was very close to the laundry room. If you’re thinking this is a boutique hotel, you are wrong, even though the staff was friendly and very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Being so close to St Pancras and Kings Cross is a plus. In my opinion, it is also overpriced due to that is consider a four star hotel, which it isn’t. If you are more like a chain hotel traveler, definitely this is not your option. But if you are more like a hostel just for crashing a night, or having to take a train close to the station, then this is could be an option.

Very clean.

This hotel was comfortable for our group of 4 with 1 double bed and 2 singles. There were minimal services offered other than luggage storage. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to St. Pancras and King's Cross Stations as well as fast food. This was helpful for us as it was easy to get to this hotel on the Piccadilly line from Heathrow. it was also helpful for us to take an early morning Eurostar train departure. However, the local area was otherwise a little too busy for me to be completely comfortable.

Room was too small to have a chair next to the table. You’d have to sit on the bed.

The property was highly modern with futuristic furnishings and fittings. I was very impressed with the location. It was close proximity to Kings Cross station which highlighted how popular it was with tourists. Thank you for letting me stay there. If I have the opportunity to stay there then again, I would greatly appreciate it.

The property was exceptional. Clear, quiet, comfortable, great location and very comfortable for two adults and two children. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay re again.

The space shown on the internet was a whole lot smaller than the reality when we showed up. Also the price I thought it was, was more. The staff however was very friendly.

Lovely clean hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect location for transport. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I wish the room was a little bit bigger and the shower was a power shower, having said that loved having a kitchenette. Will definitely be staying again.

What a lovely find! I felt totally safe in my upgraded room. Thanks for the upgrade. Everything had been thought and especially useful was the big area with further catering facilities on lower ground floor. My only tony complaint which i didnt mention at the time was variable tv reception.maybe as in the basement? Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Staff very welcoming and helped with my luggage. All in all a little gem for the price

The location was great. It was about a 3 min walk to king cross station. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel early in the morning and they held our luggage for us and even brought it up to our room. The room was very clean and quite large (we had the family suite). We will definitely stay here next time!

Cannot fault it! From the moment I walked through the door to check in, it was great. Staff are courteous and friendly. My room was ready within minutes, even though I was early. The room was spotless and comfortable. What more do you need!? As a single female I felt safe in the area, even at night

The staff were amazing they catered to us. Was very helpful to what we needed. We had an issue was very quick to respond and take care of it. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. The beds were very comfortable.

The suites in this location are great for families of 4. We had a great experience. The check in was pleasant. And the check out quick. They also left some treats and water which was great. The hotel is great and clean. Close to the train station.

Very clean, especially the bathroom! There was a lot of nice tile in the shower and it was spotlessly clean, I was impressed. The room was not huge, but was fine for our two day stay- the kitchenette was cute and had a mini fridge stocked with a few treats. There were a couple of plates, coffee mugs and utensils, which could come in handy. And there was a sink too, it was great! The bed was comfortable, and again, very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, we would stay at the hotel again any time.

We stayed in family room. Rooms are very thoughtful for families with young children. Things like design of lights/filter on the water tap/complementary snacks/beds etc are very convenient for young children. Location is right next to Kings cross which was prefect for traveling on Eurostar!! all sorts of dining in close proximity. Wife told me to give max rating as she very impressed!! We moved over to Hilton for the second part of the trip and that was disappointing in comparison.

well located hotel for Eurostar travel

This was the perfect spot to stay before an early morning Eurostar from St. Pancreas. Hotel staff were welcoming. Room comfortable, clean and well appointed. Only issue - and not any fault of the hotel - was a soccer match occurring at the same time as our arrival so lots of rowdy fans turning over dustbins as we tried to walk up the street.

Near Kings Cross. Cozy family suite

My two friends and I stayed in the family suite, which consisted of two twins and one double bed. Although the space was narrow, it was fine as a place to rest our heads before sightseeing. The decor felt new, updated, and modern. Plenty of outlets. They kept it clean at all times. The bathroom was very tiny and the shower got slippery if you weren't careful (definitely not for the mobile challenged), but other than that we loved the location which was convenient to Kings Cross since we were catching a train at the end of our stay. And it was very quiet in the area, despite such a bustling neighborhood. Staff was always friendly to us and responsive to all of our requests.

We arrived early left our luggage at the hotel whilst we went exploring. When we returned to the hotel we found we'd been upgraded to a two bedroom .The staff were really friendly and they couldnt do enough for us. Felt really safe and would definitely stay here again.

TV was broken but we were only there for two nights. Not really interested in watching TV anyway. Nice place and close to the Eurostar and St Pancras.

Perfect all the way

My mom and I stayed here for one night and it made such an impression. The staff let us check in 40 minutes early after we popped back in from wandering around a bit and it turns out they upgraded our room, free of charge, and moved our bags already to our room! It was so kind and done without us even asking, and it allowed us to get a good night sleep having two rooms for each of us to sleep in. The hotel is also so nice and clean. I definitely will be staying here in the future. Very kind staff in a wonderful location.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in London. Perfect for Kings Cross Station - just across the road Clean, the shower works really well which is often a downfall in other hotels - simple to use, hot water with good pressure. The bed was very comfy and the pillows were perfect. The lighting excellent. The temperature perfect. The gift snacks in the fridge were a lovely touch.Friendly staff on all shifts. Very relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
