Limiting to 1500 characters, To put it simply, the own of this property no longer has the "hospitality gene" and was in a different continent while were were there. Every problem we encountered with the apartment was met with denial and then apology. For most things a photo/movie or an in-person visit from a "friend" was required before any remedy was made. This is NOT a 3-star accommodation. 2 star at best.
