The Style Hotel is more beautiful in person, very elegant and it’s also very clean!The staff is very friendly, professional and the food is beyond delicious! The hotel is 3 minutes away from the Trevi Fountain, shops, restaurants and other historical places! This was an unbelievable overall experience and will come back to this amazing Hotel and staff! Great hotel that’s convenient to get to popular attractions

I was so happily surprised with this hotel. This was my second time in Rome and my biggest concern was finding a hotel that had a large enough room to accommodate 3 adults. We had the largest room available with 2 Queen beds yes Queen not Full. The room was huge, bathroom great and location fantastic! The continental breakfast that was included was amazing and we throughly enjoyed it each morning before we started our day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Overall the hotel is nice - convenient to walk to most attractions. It is somewhat strange though, not having a door to the shower area. Or would be quite difficult if kids were in the room or even non family members sharing a room and there’s not privacy for the one taking or preparing to take a shower. It would be very easy and economical to put simple bifold doors or something similar up to offer some cover.

Great front desk service

We had a wonderful four night stay. We enjoyed the area, the restaurants, and the location. We simply loved it.

Amazing exceptional 5 star treatment by everyone- the doorman, the luggage help, the staff, etc . we got there so early & the staff let us hold our luggage in a locked room. Everything was clean, updated and chic.

Nice hotel. Very good location. Their concerige service was a no show. Never responded. Coffee is the worst. In Italy serving out of auto machine. The worst! Air conditioning was great in rooms.

Definitly is imperative to put a door for the bathroom in a room that is meant for four people. Everything else was good.

Modern Boutique Hotel

Nice boutique hotel in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. The A/C had issues one of the days but they fixed it promptly. The only negative was that some of the rooms were very dark in the entry way and bathroom which made it very difficult to see your way around.

The Style was very close to many of the tourist attractions in Rome and walking distance to many restaurants. We liked how clean and spacious the rooms were. Great room service!

Hotel is in a great location. Ideal for first time visitors to Rome. Walkable and lively area. Lobby is small. Rooms are good size and bathrooms are good size too. Clean facility.

The staff was so accommodating, helpful and friendly! We didn’t get in until 2am and they were so wonderful about checking us in quickly. They helped us get transportation to wherever we wanted to go and they gave advice about all of the sights and how best to see them. Such an amazing staff and such a great hotel.

Hotel vraiment surévalué....

Malheureusement cet endroit est vraiment surévalué, a 500 Euro par nuit nous voulions nous reposer de notre périple en Italie mais nous avons été très décu, le lit qui fait la banane car trop usé, chambre très petite comparativement aux photos, bouteille de savon pour le corps vide et ne la remplisse pas même si on laisse 5 euros par jour à la femme de chambre, une bouteille d'eau par jour pour 2 personnes, machine à café Nespresso qui ne fonctionne pas, heureusement il y a un café juste à coté de l'hôtel, le seul point positif de cet hôtel est l'emplacement qui est parfait, pour le reste allez ailleurs vous aurez la même gamme d'hôtels pour la moitié du prix, il y a aussi la taxe hôtelière de 45 Euro pour 3 nuits 2 personnes qui est tout à fait normal en Italie mais ailleurs il vous le dise au départ et non à la fin...

Our go to Rome hotel

Really great boutique hotel located about a 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is adequate. Only negative thing I can say is that the rooms are quite dark at night.

This is my 3rd time in this hotel, not just I don’t receive any VIP benefits, I was assigned to the worst room in the property,,and I was told it is a very nice room, room 110 is absolutely the worst Nowadays, Expedia is becoming a joke, most hotels don’t even care or don’t know what is VIP access Last but not the least, on the second night, I don’t even have bottled water, I went to the reception desk but no one was there, I went to the street and got my water

Central Location

We had a family room. We found that the lack of privacy was a bit of a concern as the shower and toilet were open plan. So we had to make sure we stayed around the corner to let everyone have time to do their ablutions and not get caught naked! The hairdryer needs replacing as the nozzle was too big to stay on and obviously wasn’t the one that went with the dryer, also it had no power. No dressing table so had to put stuff on the floor and use the mirror on the back of the front door. Someone had been sick in the lift and when the doors opened that is what we were faced with, so we used the stairs. Delightful day receptionist miserable evening receptionist! Breakfast room was cramped and badly laid out, the toaster was squeezed in a corner with everything around it which caused a bit of chaos. Food was adequate. We had a complimentary glass of wine in the bar which was lovely and the barman was excellent. The hotel was well placed so we could walk to most of the touristy attractions which was very nice… we enjoyed our time in Rome

Perfect place for tourist attractions and shopping

This nice looking, clean and modern hotel was perfectly situated between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Check in was really smooth and they looked after our luggage until our room was ready so we could explore Rome in the meantime. After a long day walking around it was really nice to have a complimentary welcome drink. The room was really comfortable for a family of four, traveling with a 9 year old and 13 year old and the breakfast set us up nicely for the day ahead. The room was clean and the staff were really pleasant and ensured we had a comfortable stay in Rome. I would definitely recommend and would most certainly stay here again.

Great location, better than expected!

Location: easy (<10 min) walk to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, multiple restaurants and Metro (though Metro up steep hill). Staff on site helpful, friendly and courteous. Concierge service off site. We tried to use them to book tickets, but despite chasing by reception they never came back to us. Room dark and not well lit. My wife couldn't sit anywhere to apply make up. Nowhere to open suitcase except on bed. Supplied slippers were black - not a practical choice as difficult to find at night in a dark room with a black floor. Only two hooks in bathroom so limited options for drying two bath towels and towelling dressing gowns. Disappointed by the room. Not the best 4 star we've stayed in. Felt expensive for what was on offer.

Nice Hotel , Everything was within walking distance. The rooms were a little bit on the small side and a bit dark, washroom was upstairs from where the bed was which makes it a little bit tough in the middle of the night. Otherwise 5 stars.

The Front Desk ‘concierge’ both nights of our stay in June was very helpful!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was extremely disappointing. One of the major issues we encountered was the lack of privacy in the room. The design flaw of having an open toilet and a visible shower was not only uncomfortable but also highly inconvenient, especially for families. In addition, the sound insulation within the hotel was inadequate. We could hear the loud flush sounds coming from the upper floor, which was not only disturbing but also disrupted our sleep. The bed mattress was another disappointment. It was excessively stiff and hard, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, I must highlight the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the bell boy named Tarek. When we approached him with our concerns, he responded rudely, stating that if we were not satisfied, we should find another hotel. Such an attitude is completely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the hotel. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families. The open toilet and visible shower in the room, the loud flush sounds, uncomfortable mattress, and the unhelpful behavior of the staff, particularly Tarek, were major disappointments. I believe there are far better options available that prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Because we were on the street it was a little noisy in the morning with trucks going by on the empty street. The staff was not especially helpful but our room was ready early which was fantastic having just flown in from a long trip.

Harrowing Experience

We rented a van from Florence to Rome but we were not allowed to just drop off our luggage in the hotel because it is in the ZTL area so we were instructed to park in a public parking area. The hotel called us when we arrived in the parking area and offered more than a 100 Euros van to pick us up except we already searched UBER which showed a 20 Euros fare so we used the van. We really found it weird because we also stayed in a ZTL area in Florence and our hotel even had a valet service. At any rate, the UBER driver also said that a driver of a rented car is allowed to drop off the passengers in the ZTL area. So, were no longer sure what was going on. At any rate, it was such a hassle for us to transfer our luggages in the parking garage to an UBER van.

Nice clear comfortable, close to the major atractions in Rome, felt very safe. Nice beds and bathroom. The entire building feels very well taken care of.

We stayed for 6 night. We got a family room which was pretty big for European properties. Location is excellent just 2 minutes walking to Fontana di treví, staff was friendly and breakfast was good and there ir a local bakery just next door that’s excellent. We had a couple of issues. 1. Windows were not sound proof, since we were on the first floor we heard all of the street noise Including garbage trucks in the middle of the night. 2. They didn’t have laundry service. They told us we had to do it by ourselves. This was terrible because we organized our trip to wash clothes there. 3. The light in the room is super dim. We needed our cel phone lanterns to look for things in our bags.

Great location, safe clean modern property

the room is nice designed but no place to seat down comfortably for a rest like good armchair the TV with no possibility to buy a movie not on italian also the choice very poor as long there is no lobby next time we will have to check this more carefully everything is not for elderly people recommend it for young that only need a good clean bed and a shower

Extremely small bathroom. No vanity. Nowhere to put your toiletries. Shower stall was the size of a matchbox. Room was small and dark. Entire hotel was dark. Breakfast was mediocre to poor. Good location. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean.

Spacious room and superb location

The Style hotel is a fashionable, modern hotel superbly located steps away from several main attractions such as The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and The Pantheon. Our room with a king bed was luxurious and much larger than most European hotels that I have visited. If we had any complaints it was the size of the bathroom which was comically small and tight, and the bed linens which were not changed during the full week that we stayed. These items aside, I would highly recommend this hotel and certainly will stay again during my next visit to the Eternal City.

Rome in Style

Stylish, modern hotel in a great location! Room was spacious and comfy. Service staff was super helpful. My only teensy complaints would be lack of AC in common rooms and breakfast was overly crowded.

Great hotel in a convenient area of Rome. Staff was friendly, room was spacious, shower and bathroom were big, close to the metro, and good breakfast. Breakfast room and elevator were too small for number of guests.

This property was centrally located and walking distance to everything and the train and main roman terminal. I liked the location.

Perfect location

Good location. It was ok however there was alot of dust in the room which messed up my sinuses. I was woken every morning with loud banging from hotel work i didnt know was going on. The staff were generally ok however they refused to accomodate a late check out even though it was clear the hotel was not busy. We had to wait in the tiny reception area for 3 hours as it was too hot to walk around outside with 2 kids after we had done everything we wanted to do in Rome. Overall the hotel was Ok but I would not stay there again.

Great location and comfortable hotel

I liked this hotel and would recommend it. Location is perfect for seeing all the sights, we walked everywhere from there and came back for a rest in the afternoon before going out again which was ideal. Our room was on the top floor but still very dark as other reviewers have mentioned. The room was a good size but due to the fact that the hotel is an old building, the bathroom area is very small. Clean and nice but small. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped us with restaurants etc. They booked us a cab one day but forgot to tell us that there is an extra 4 euros charge if the taxi comes to the hotel, but not a big deal. The breakfast is adequate with enough choice and the staff were very helpful. All in all, I liked it and would recommend it for a short stay in Rome.

Tired and not worth the price

The hotel is tired and worn. It worth the price at all. Our room was over the shops and they played loud music til midnight so not quite or good night sleep at all. Would never stay here again.

Booking early check-in was not possible to arrange with the hotel directly even after 2 emails and a phone call and saying clearly that I would pay for it. So, I had to book a separate night through Expedia. Great location. Nice breakfast, but the bacon and eggs were cold 2 days and the hot drinks machine didn’t work properly. Room is dark and the 2 twin beds are really close together. Not great for friends. The time for breakfast has to be arranged in advance which is not always convenient. The staff were helpful with booking a PCR test before our flight home. The clinic was close by. We went in the morning and they emailed us the results the same evening.

Beautiful, spacious room. Downside was very dim, insufficient lighting. Breakfast, although included, was deficient in choices and amounts comparable to other hotels. Very good location.

Beautiful room

This was a wonderful hotel. Modern upgrades, delicious breakfast every morning and extremely helpful and courteous staff. All this and within walking distance of all the beautiful sights in Rome.

Good location, bad quality, poor infrastructure

We had a Junior Suite with two double beds. Our room had a small balcony on the 4th floor. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning before heading out sight seeing for the day. You have to reserve a time for breakfast with front desk. Front desk arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport. The front desk also helped print out our Covid test results before heading to the airport. Overall very happy with our stay. Great location for walking to many popular attractions like Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.

The comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The staff were super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for local restaurants rather than tourist hotspots. Couldn’t fault the staff at all! The breakfast was disappointing so we only went on the first day - small, bland selection. My only fault is that the rooms are really really dark - I get that it’s the ‘style’ element but it was a tiny bit claustrophobic. Overall would recommend this hotel!

It was an amazing stay for me and my famil who were visiting Rome for the first time. Albeit being in difficult conditions, however the hospitality, the service, the assistance was great. Room spacious and very clean, walking distance from all sites and staff kind professional and extremely helpful
