Hold your reservations until check in. I selected the PAY ON PROPERTY option and there was no reservation when I arrived. I was informed by st Regis about everything except the charge … even though I check in on Marriott bonvoy

Stayed one night with 2 kids. Like: Butler service was a ring away and were very helpful and attentive to our needs. One of the best indoor pool with a view in Toronto. Could improve: they need attention to detail for taking extra efforts for some surprise or goodies or something for kids. I expect this from a 5 star hotel where we have received many surprise elements elsewhere.

Really beautiful, clean, and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. The butler service was a nice addition however we did not really use it. The rooms are gorgeous, beds comfortable. Everything you need to feel at home. We did have drinks at the lobby bar, Astor, which was nice. We ate at Louix Louis on the 31st floor. Would not actually recommend that unless you are into overpriced food and drinks and being up-charged for everything. Ambiance was nice though. This was our least favorite restaurant in Toronto. Right next door is The Rabbit Hole, way better. Best Haddock I have ever had and the drinks were absolutely artisan and delicious. We were avoiding an itinerary, but could have used a reservation for the spa. We did try to get bookings at the spa, same day, and none were available so we missed out on that. Overall, the hotel is perfect and would highly recommend.

Stay here and earn free mens dirty underwear.

We arrived to no bell man offering to carry luggage and escorting us to the desk. Then our room had some other guests dirty underwear in it and urine on the bathroom floor of the suite. I notified the asst. housekeeping manager, (even though I asked for the GM or Dir. of Rooms but that's who they sent), who had them head to my room and remove the bio hazard and reclean the room. Then they left an apology note and that was it. No other accommodation was provided not even a bowl of fruit for the inconvenience. If we return to Toronto we will definitely select an alternative location to stay. The customer care is definitely lacking in this location. I'm an elite member of the Four Seasons and should have stayed with them.

Excellent stay at the St Regis! I got a deal on Expedia so paid less than what I saw quoted other places. I think if I spent $500 I may have wanted more extras but since I paid much less than that, I found the experience to be perfect. High tea at the Astor Lounge followed by the 6:00 champagne saber was unique and fun. I loved that housekeeping genuinely kept your room up every single day. They even changed my sheets during a very short stay! I always had tons of towels and water and the attention to detail was pristine. Room itself was spacious, modern and had luxury touches. Small room for improvement was you had to order from their concierge to get basic mini bar items. I’d prefer to have it in my room but this is obviously not a dealbreaker. I ate room service 3 times and only 1 time did I think it was worth the price. But that can be expected at any upscale hotel. All in all - I had a wonderful experience and would stay again next time I’m in the area.

We had a 3 night stay at this hotel. Pros for me were: staff and service were very good. When we requested something to be brought to our room, they were quick to bring it; hotel hallways were well lit and clean; the room was quiet, the beds were very comfortable. Cons: the room itself had no lighting in the main area, just a few can lights over areas that really didn't help illuminate the room itself and it felt a little sparse; we had a room with two beds and there was a small three drawer unit in the closet and nowhere else to put your clothing, etc.; additionally, there was only one chair at the desk which wasn't convenient if you wanted to dine in the room; this is a pet friendly hotel, which is great, but there are very few places to take your pet to go potty - there is a greenspace a few minutes away, but nothing in the immediate vicinity to the hotel.

The staff at the St. Regis was exceptionally nice and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. The hotel is in an area convenient to all major activities downtown. We walked to all restaurants and hot spots. The food was excellent and wait staff was exceptionally attentive. The pool and fitness area were exceptional for a hotel. We were frustrated with the air flow in our suite. The main sleeping area was stuffy at night and ran warm no matter how low we set the thermostat. We loved our 3-nights at the St Regis and would recommend it for anyone looking for a special experience.

We stayed here for a quick anniversary overnight and it was the best hotel experience in Toronto we have had. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top notch with Nicholas being incredible. He greeted us right away and helped us to our room where he gave us a detailed tour. He invited us down to the lounge for 6pm where he surprised us with dedicating the Champagne sabering to us. The food at both the lounge and Louix Louis was amazing so we didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything.We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our quick getaway one to remember

Great hotel in downtown Toronto

Great all around hotel, fast and friendly check-in, very clean. Pool on top floor is extraordinary with very clean and warm water. Staff very accommodating with luggage storage after checking out. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed-anywhere.

If you have an important day like your 20th wedding anniversary, do not trust it with St Regis. What a waste of $1100 let me tell you. I was too upset to even spend on the night. We only booked for the spa. St Regis website did not mention spa was closed. Tried to cancel immediately multiple days in advance because we really wanted a spa. Hotel would not respond. Asked to speak to a manager, asked me to sit down to wait for them, said they would be a minute, too much time went by, said they got tied up on the way to see me with something else, that's understandable. Other simple things would even expect from a 3 star hotel weren't met. Decided not to stay the night, during checkout I spoke to a manager, explained what happened, said I didn't want a refund, I wanted an incentive to return some time in the future. Offered nothing but a call back today, but the call never came as expected. They dropped the ball in so many ways. C hospitality.

While I have loved staying at the Toronto St Regis in the past. This time there was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom of my first room. It was unsightly but I didn't mind it enough to want to move. I was informed on my second day (my only light work day) that I had to move rooms. I complied but I will say I was surprised that I was neither upgraded nor given something in return as it was the Hotel's decision to move my not mine.

The hotel and their staff were absolutely amazing. I would go back over and over again. Currently there is a lot of construction in the area and it makes catching an Uber or cab a little more difficult and also getting to the property was confusing because of street openings and closings. None of this is the hotels fault, the city needs better signage for people.

Only thing that made the stay not perfect was the construction around the hotel. It’s not the hotels fault, but it did make access to and from the hotel more difficult

St. Regis Toronto is exceptional. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences. The location is very convenient to all things downtown Toronto, but there is a lot of construction in the area around the hotel.

DONT DO IT

I've never stayed at a St Regis before. I always choose Four Seasons. I was excited and had high expectations and was completely let down. Not at all worth the money. Just stay at a Marriott for 1/3 of the price. The bathroom amenities were full size and were all filled about 1/4 of the bottle so everything just felt used and gross. When I called and asked for replenishment / new products, they brought up sample sizes of different brands of products. We ordered room service. The fries were so old.... they were hard. There was nothing special. No fresh flowers. Nothing in the room to signify this was a special hotel. The bed linens were average at best. Next morning I went to the gym which takes two elevators to get to. It's so small and with 5 people already in it, felt overcrowded. There were little tiny cups for water..... basically, this did not feel like a luxury hotel. It felt like very basic. I did speak to a front desk person about the experience and he did not make eye contact and mostly seemed annoyed. Just not at all worth the money.

Amazing hotel

We stay at St Regis every time we come to Toronto and it always exceeds our expectations. The rooms are super clean, luxurious and spacious. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive from start to finish. The location is perfect! Room service menu and restaurants on site have great options. We thoroughly enjoy staying there, it’s our favorite in hotel in toronto and we can’t wait to come back!

Hotel and staff were excellent. Fitness center is clean with a good combination of free weights, kettlebells, racks and cardio equipment. Lots of noise and construction in immediate vicinity. Few restaurant options nearby.

Area around the hotel is torn up and terrible, the bathroom sinks wouldn’t drain and the food in the hotel restaurant was disappointing. Room was nice and the staff was good for the most part.

The room was very cleanly and they added personal touches such as bringing water and tea to the bedside each night. Even having a floor mat with slippers was a nice touch.

Great hotel. We had an early flight and they allowed us to check in early when we both really needed a nap. The amenities were amazing and my wife really enjoyed the spa/massage facility.
