The beach is stunning, and the service was top-notch without feeling pushy. My room had incredible views of the ocean and mangroves. The food was also fantastic, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Riviera Maya.

Everything about this hotel was Incredible!!! It is build on mangroves and surrounded by them. One of the most beautiful hotels. Amazing service. They had activities for everyone in the family; various pools, restaurants, beach, spa, kid’s club, library, curated stores. We had a birthday party here and we had people of all ages and everyone left with a happy heart.

El hotel esta increible, las instalaciones muy bien. El servicio en albercas tiene que mejorar, se tardan mas de 1 hora en traer cualquier cosa. También la limpieza de los cuartos tienen que hacerla mejor

Beautiful new hotel

I Never write hotel reviews... but my stay this time was exceptional so here it goes. The hotel is new and well integrated into the mangroves by keeping a large portion of the forest intact. You can often see a wild animal walk by. The hotel itself was only open in 2022 and is beautiful in every way. Restaurants are great, and the beach and the pools are beautiful, warm, and pleasant. I will try to come back one day.

Lots of kids

Loved this hotel! But.. it’s not a romantic place for couples. There are ALOT of children.. there is an adult only beach club area which was great!! … you’ll be around lots of kids at the restaurants and shared spaces. Feedback: limit how many ppl per room allowed and a separate building for adults only. (My room was next to a large, super loud family with 3 kids, parents and a grandparent in normal room.. not a suite! Making it hard to enjoy outdoor area, thankfully only had 1 night with them… I would have left if it was longer) Service was great, food amazing. Hesitant to go back only based on spending as much as I did and it feeling like Disney, unable to relax.

Highly recommend the St Regis Kanai. Beautiful location, great service, amazing staff.

Just came back from the st regis kanai and already planning on coming back. I’ve stayed at many top resorts around the world and this was the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The service is unmatched here everyone is so kind and so accommodating. The food was amazing we enjoyed every meal we ate especially toro we went every night. Frank and victor at toro were so kind and took such great care of us. Antonio at the pool was amazing he went out of his way everyday to make sure we were happy thank you for making our vacation even more amazing. The housekeeping staff are the best I’ve seen 10/10. The spa was so beautiful and the staff were so kind and so helpful. Thank you st regis kanai for the most amazing experience we’ve ever had in Mexico.

bad experience by staff and Chaya restaurant food presentation not well trained staff

I received a welcome email from the St Regis. However, when I replied to indicate that this was a trip for our engagement, and to inquire about restaurant reservations, no one replied and I emailed the resort twice prior to arrival. Also, we paid an upgrade fee to have a room with a plunge pool. However, when the pool is running, there was a constant gurgling noise that was very distracting and I had to contact the front desk or our Butler on three different occasions to have maintenance come correct it. Lastly, we ordered two margaritas at the pool bar and the price quoted was $400 MXN (each); however, we were charged significantly more than the price on the menu. Overall, the resort is gorgeous there are still some kinks that need to be ironed out to receive a 10 out of 10.

A 5 Star Experience

The resort is wonderful! Very unique architecture, excellent service, amazing food. It truly is a 5 star property where you can relax and be pampered! Highlight was dinner at Toro and our tequila tasting experience with Mario at the St. Regis bar! Pool and beach area is perfection!

My wife and I stayed the weekend before Thanksgiving for a relaxing getaway. The property is essentially brand new and our suite was the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Pool service and butler were exceptional. The hotel is a little sleepy, but if your looking for a getaway to relax this is the hidden gem you've been looking for.

Not great for a St Regis; ok for a Marriott. Will not be back.

This place epitomizes quiet luxury. Great place to go and recharge with amazingly attentive service and delicious food. Not a party place at all.

Truly fantastic!

Hands down, the best resort I've ever stayed at in Mexico. Top 3 in my life. Service was incredible, facilities gorgeous (it's literally a Restoration Hardware catalog everywhere you turn), amenities pure luxury, and food out of this world. You won't regret visiting this place.

Pésimo servicio en general, la propiedad espectacular pero el servicio malo, el gerente general terrible casi nos atropella y ni disculparse, los restaurantes toro y chailla lo rescatable cero recomendable

Es una propiedad unica las mejor playa que he estado el servicio de todo el Personal es excelente y el sub chef Alberto Tirado es excelente El mejor hotel de playa de toda la República Mexicana

Increíble hotel, con espacios grandes, abiertos y llenos de vegetación. La construcción no daña nada del mangle y luce espectacular toda su arquitectura. Las habitaciones con vistas maravillosas y con muchos detalles de decoración. Los restaurantes y su comida muy rica y en especial Toro. Sin dudar, regresaría pronto !

Lugar excelente para relajarte

Es un hotel excepcional en todo.

Excelente hotel; si lo que buscas es descansar, este es el hotel indicado. Aunque no es un “solo adultos” tienen una sección aparte por si no vas con niños, que era mi caso. La playa es bastante amplia, los camastros son suficientes y hay mucho espacio entre unos y otros. Las albercas de primera, la playa muy buena, tiene un pequeño pero el hecho de que la superficie es rocosa en la parte ya del mar, pero bueno son cosas naturales y ello no demerita.. la comida muy buena. Se dieron a la tarea de cuidar desde su construcción el hábitat de la zona. Muy recomendable, el servicio de primera aunque bueno, creo que en general el servicio de hoteleria en México y más en esa zona es de los mejores del mundo, si no es que el mejor.

Le discours changeant d’une personne à l’autre, la piscine de notre chambre n’était pas propre, il semble y avoir un réseau de prostituées dans l’hôtel.

Todo divino!!

Nos encanto todo: Habitaciones, restaurantes y su comida, áreas comunes, todo impecable, pero lo mejor es el staff, sobre todo Mario en el bar y Joel en la cocina del restaurante del bar.
