Amazing property and service.

The rooms were large, beautiful and squeaky clean. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good and diverse. The only slight negative is that the hotel sits at the intersection of two very busy roads so you have to use overpasses to reach truly "walkable" areas or the MTR. I would definitely recommend staying at St. Regis.

The perfect getaway from home

Our stay in St Regis HK really exceeded our expectation. The room was spacious with ample space for our child to run around. Floor to ceiling windows and lots of natural daylight. Bed was a little soft to our preference but overall still very comfortable. Service is impeccable, thoughtful and very responsive especially the butler service which made things very convenient. The only thing is the room’s hairdryer is a little outdated and does take longer to dry one’s hair but otherwise really perfect stay.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at. No complaints. Above and beyond service.

The St. Regis Hong Kong is a wonderful property. It is in a great central location, close to the MTR station and the ferry to Kowloon. There's also a multitude of dining options located a few minutes away by foot. The most impressive part of our stay was the wonderful staff who went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. A special thank you to Angel Tam for her guest service and for going out of her way to make our stay special. Having Butler service was an extra treat. Lastly, the rooms were beyond comfortable and well appointed. We stayed in a corner suite and it was amazing to take in the view every day. We would absolutely stay at the St. Regis Hong Kong again!

It was amazing and wonderful the only thing I advice to change to this hotel is the shower head as it was too heavy otherwise it was a comfortable and friendly hotel to stay in.

I’m not happy with the policy of not allowing guests to adjust check in dates when they provide proper / ample notice and charging the entire fee. That’s a horrible policy.

Very nice place!

What a wonderful stay!! Joey, Coral, Max and Angel were all so welcoming to our family. I’m the end, they had a gift waiting for our 3 children: 3 St. Regis teddy bears with our children’s names embroidered on them. Yes, you read that correctly. Embroidered!! This place was the next level. Breakfast was extra special and the gym and pool were tranquil spaces. Only issue is that you might never ever want to leave the hotel. Thank you St. Regis. Obviously, we will be back and look forward to visiting your other hotels. The room was top notch as well. We could get used to this.

We have a fantastic stay! The service is OUTSTANDING! Front desk, concierge, and everyone is so helpful! We want to give special thanks to the room service attendant Joe who knew our breakfast preferences and gave us personalized service and made us feel very special always greeting us in a wonderful mood! My wife is vegan and he always included vegan bread and croissamts. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and great views. We totally recommend the hotel and we wouldn't go anywhere else if we come back to Hong Kong! Thank you for everything!

Overall excellent property and very nice rooms. The only issue is that the restaurants all closed very early and difficult to have a meal properly . The restaurants should really stay open later till say 10pm or 1030pm

Gorgeous hotel with wonderful views. Friendly and professional staffs in the front desk. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere, I enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will return to here again.

Check in 的時候，staff 沒有詳細講解早餐時間和地點，也沒有解釋住客的benefit, 也沒解釋游泳池的開放時間及安排，這也想不到這是五星酒店的服務。早餐到達餐廳，人很多及需要等候，接侍員工只説現在沒有位，可考慮上房叫room service, 其實哪員工是否可以安排客戶坐在大堂等候，有位時通知，另外，如果是否check in 時offer客戶早餐可能人多，或可以考慮room dining.

Excellent service and friendly staff speak for the merits of this hotel. It offered us a relaxing nice stay and an awesome dining experience.

The service of the staff is of top quality. We stayed with our 7 year old during the our 2 night stay. As a kid, she also loves the kindness of the people in the hotel. We also noted the hotel has staff with some diabilities, whose service is great. Really great to see the inclusive nature of the hotel's staff recruitment.

Everything is perfect especially the cleanliness. I wish hand wash (gel) can be provided When the hand soap is wet, it’s easily sticked on the plate so it’s hard to use.

AMAZING STAY WITH IMPECCABLE SERVICE. There is literally nothing to complain abt the trip but just reminisce what a great time i had! The deluxe room was more than spacious. The bathroom was super nice with a big tub that could fit two people in. We had dinner at the L'envol and the experience was incredible. Every dish was created with heart, service was on point. The pool was a bit small but good enough to chill and the gym was pretty big and empty . Machines very new also! The whole stay was just amazing. They even have a 24/7 butler on call which you can request/ ask questions.

Excellent and personal service. The building and rooms are only a year or two old, so everything feels new and pristine. Great staycation experience, and will try and visit again soon.

Out stay was amazing, it was such a wonderful stay! Excellent services.

I will say this is almost a perfect stay except the air condition is quite noisy. This shouldn’t be happened under a 5-stars new hotel. The staffs are super nice & friendly especially Joy who helped me on check in. Food quality is also beyond my expectation.

Anniversary Staycation

It was a amusing stay in the St Regis. The Butler Service team have done a great job. Especially Lydia's warmest services were appreciated.

2nd staycation here, still loving it!

Breakfast was awesome. My favourite will always been the abalone and chicken congee. If I recall correctly, the water provided in room has been downgraded from an imported spring water to Cool brand distilled water? Not as premium as the imported water but at the same time it's better for our planet to be drinking water sourced locally. Set dinner in the drawing room was alright, perhaps a bit plain. It was part of my package deal and originally priced at $380 per peson. For the money it was fine, although it didn't blow me away like the breakfast did. Top notch service from the hotel staff. Gym was nice, spacious, and well equipped compared to most hotels

Everything is very good. Very warm atmosphere. A good stay. This is my second staycation in this hotel. Breakfast is excellent, included dinner set in the Drawing Room is great.

Below standard

St. Regis HK definitely the worst 5 stars hotel that I’ve stated in. Cleaning is below standard as they were washing the eating utensils inside of my room’s toilet. After staying for 5 nights, I’ve been given a wrong payment receipt on 3 February 2021. Hotel staff promised to check with their accounts department but with no reply to me yet.

Good service and big room. In room dining due to Covid19 but earliest schedule is 7:45pm which is bit late to me.

Wonderful stay

We were there for my husbands birthday and upon arrival there was a nice gift. The hotel was beautiful our kids loved the room. And the GM came to greet us at breakfast along with other guests. We will be back.

Amazing hotel, great service, very positive

10/10 staycation. We were so impressed with our 1-night stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and we could not complain about anything. The hotel gave us the ‘St Regis’ suite for my girlfriends birthday and arranged some complementary balloons and and cake (which was delicious), and the room is beautiful with stunning interior design and views. We really enjoyed the selection of food for the in dining menu, and were sad when we had to leave. Thanks to all the staff we had an amazing experience and will coming back!

The unique characteristics of this hotel are 1) not easy to access, which makes less visitors and more privacy 2) butler service 3) limited choices for dinning but all are in good quality

Spectacular service

Good service and provided a cake for celebrating anniversary with my wife. Dinner and breakfast was very good. Environment is quite. We looking forward to stay at your hotel again for vacation.

The hotel is new and clean, and the quality of the butler service and the hospitality in Hong Kong is even better than St. Regis Macao! Good to know that there is a high quality hotel in Hong Kong.
