The buffet breakfast is a little bit pricey.

The interior are ok and the exterior facade need a jet wash . Swimming pool toilet need cleaning and seat replaced

Staying for 1 night for business trip. Very clean hotel with nice staff. Food is also very good and fast preparation

Everything is went well. Check-in/out went smooth. I recommend you to stay here if you visit Surabaya. Or if you were there you can book for meeting or something correlated with bussines event.

All are in good condition in average.

The fridge not cold enough and may need more service on it..breakfast choicces may need more upgrade. So far everything was good. Thanks.

Its a new and clean hotel.

The hotel is new and I like the gym and the swimming pool, The operation manager, Mr. Kencana is also friendly. The only thing is they are lack of staff and only cover the basic operation. The staff that is in cafeteria also don't bother to greet or say thank you to you. Can not blame them because they are very busy.

Clean and modern hotel. Functional room, great shower and super comfortable bed. Delicious buffet breakfast with lots of variety to choose from. Smilling and helpful staff. Beautiful pool and gym. Strong WiFi and many international tv chanels. It has everything you need or want. Could be less expensive. I would stay again at a lower cost.

Valuable

Very affordable hotel which is really worth it. I get a good service and a delicious breakfast and yet I don’t have to pay so much for those! Water heater needs improvement, though. Hot water doesn’t flow steadily. But overall, I am a satisfied customer.

Good small budget friendly hotel

Cute hotel not too far from the airport. Room was small but the bed was super comfortable and the service was great. It's not the best area for walking around and getting stuff to eat etc

Overall, a good and friendly hotel.

Clean and cosy room, good breakfast and a nice pool (although small). However, high pillows, too-bright lighting above the washbasin and few gym equiments can be improved.

A nice hotel to stay in, with friendly staff. I left my luggage with them when I went to Jogja, and they were most willing to keep it for me. Breakfast was good with enough varieties for my palate. I will stay there again.

Great hotel outside of Surabaya city

This is the first time I am staying with Ibis Jemursari. Usually whenever I visit Surabaya, I will stay with a hotel which is near to Surabaya City, as it is more convenient. Ibis Jemursari really exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the Hotel is really clean overall. The hotel room is clean, except I find it a little dark at night due to the lack of a light bulb in the middle of the room. The breakfast was fantastic. The healthy variety of local Indonesian food and a few International cuisines. All laid out nicely and presented neatly. A Semi-professional coffee machine with several types of Latte and cappuccino was excellent. Something different from the regular coffee and tea. The swimming pool was nice, clean and low on chlorine (Much appreciated)

Thinnest walls ever!

Hotel room was fine given the reasonable price, and service from front desk staff was great. However, I didn't sleep well either night as rooms have such thin walls you can hear everything from other rooms and the corridors.

Hotel was clean, room size and food were ok. Plus, it has a pool for kids. However, sound were leaking from the next room, as we can hear noise (TV, people speaking) clearly.

A Business Hotel Worth Recommending!

The hotel is fairly new. I was told it is just around 3 months old, which is probably the reason why the rooms are in very good condition. The photos in the website do not lie. Everything was what I expected them to be. The room I booked was very spacious and it had very comfortable bed and pillows! Restroom was very clean and had working hot and cold shower, and a hairdryer. Wifi was very fast too! The hotel also has a pool overlooking the neighborhood. Unfortunately, i wasn't able to try it because of my tight schedule. But i went to see it and it looks very similar to that in the photo. Overall experience was excellent. A good value for money indeed!

Good business hotel for low budget travellers

Nice/cheap hotel near my office in Surabaya, have stayed before, will stay again...due to location and price. Room is very clean and well maintained, modern fittings/decent Wifi....the only thing I don't like here is the mosquitos in the restaurant and the vegetarian options on the menu. Service during dinner can be slow aswell if you want ala- carte (there is a dinner buffet every night)....but the breakfast is not too bad , I generally look just for toast/eggs/fruits...works fine

Kamarnya cukup luas dan bersih. Hanya lampu mejanya mati. Pilihan sarapan cukup bervariasi dan enak. Tapi kopinya kurang enak karena pakai yang instant dari vending machine.

The Greatest comes from The Small Things

We usually stay in various hotel in Surabaya or others city to spend our weekend with family and colleague. But when we checked in here we surprised with the towel color. it did not bright white. White but dull. Also with the key card. At that moment around 12.10 pm, we had problem to use the elevator and need to re-fresh again this card to the customer service in lobby. We noticed that time limit is 12.00 for check out, since we still had a gathering in the meeting room of this hotel, we need to finished several things in there. After everything done, we returned to our room, automatically we also need to used the elevator to picked up luggage from our rooms, returned the key card to the CS, etc...all the procedures of check out. On the beginning we thought only us that had an issue with this one since it was passing due check out time, so the card could not be used on the elevator and need to refresh again in CS. But our colleagues who stayed with us in the same hotel had same problems in the morning (before check out time). When we checked in we had informed the CS about our conditions that we had gathering in they ballroom ..etc..etc..and will be checked out around more than 12 and 1pm latest. By the way in other hotels that we ever stayed, they don't "banned the key card" like this to the guests. The Staff will call us on the mobile phone (if they could not find us is our room) to get confirmation to extend or not.

Goed hotel voor een weekendje

De kamer is klein maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Bad kamer is ook goed en schoon. Alleen de eetzaal is wat minder, het eten is ook niet zo bijzonder. De tafel kleed was vies, bestek zijn ook niet schoon. Personeel zijn heel erg aardig en behulpzaam.

l'accueil est médiocre. staff pas souriant . Pas accès à la piscine car souvent privatisée pour mariages et convention. odeur d'égouts même au 9 ème étage. petit déjeuner très bien.

今回、２回目滞在でした。前回は同クラスのホテルを現地スタッフが予約してくれましたが、そこのホテルより 格段に良いと思いました。 フロントスタッフも気さくに声をかけてくれてとても親切です。

日本からスラバヤへの初めての出張で約１週間このホテルに滞在した。 特に不便に感じたことはなかった。 インターネットwifi環境も問題なかった。 客室もちょっと狭いと感じたが許容範囲であった。 ホテルから徒歩圏内にピザハットがあったので、2，3度利用した。 ローカルのレストランは２，３軒あったが、利用していない。 また、小さめのスーパー（インドマート？）もあり、飲み物等は そこで調達出来た。

Goed hotel

We hebben hier 1 nacht verbleven op onze doorreis. Het hotel ziet er verzorgd en nieuw uit. De kamer is ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en het zwembad op de 3e verdieping geeft een mooi uitzicht over de stad.

隣の部屋の音がよく響くので、隣人に無神経な人が泊まると騒音のごとく音漏れがありうるさい。 レストランにはアルコール類は一切置いていないので、アルコールが飲みたくても飲めない。　 　

若者向きなオシャレなホテル

レストランの金額もリーズナブルで、品数もそれなりにあるので食べることに関しては不自由はない。　 ただ、アルコール類は一切おいていないので、ホテルの食事でアルコールが飲みたい方には向いていない。

Nice but overpriced.

You have to take a taxi to everywhere. No tourist atractions nearby. No sidewalks, and situated on busy road. Food in hotel restaurant was not up to the price. Not the local food or the western. Hotel gym is a joke, just hand weights and threadmill. Hotel was clean and in good condition. Interior was also good. Nice hotel but overpriced.
