Not expected

The first night we were set on a room right next to the DJ . So it was so loud we couldn’t sleep until like midnight . The. They were kind enough for the next day to put us in another room . However the bedsheets were so dirty that we couldn’t go to bed until they came back to change them at 11pm . They gave us a bottle of wine for the issue , that was nice but I really didn’t expect this from this price of hotel .

Great hotel and what you expect for the price

Very nice modern hotel, can find any faults but I wouldn’t expect any for the price they charge. Sometimes the English language skill was a problem but was able to find a way round this.

Amazing Views

Check in/check out was amazing - the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and we had a fabulous view of the ocean. The pools were clean and looked just like the photos. The Chinese restaurant was our favourite during our whole Sanya trip. The food was so flavourful and fresh.

Beautifully designed hotel in a quiet spot at the end of Dadonghai Bay.

Great hotel will definitely go back

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food in the local restaurant was great with many western and Chinese options. The hotel was close to the local because and many places to eat. The hotel property was spacious and beautiful. They had three pools that were beautiful and clean.

Great hotel within walking distance of the beach

This resort was absolutely beautiful and deserves the 5 star rating. Though most employees spoke Mandarin only, I was able to get by. The amenities were great as well as the food and services. My room smelled a bit like smoke - that was my only complaint as the concierge did not ask me whether I preferred a non-smoking room or a smoking room. The views were amazing from my 18th floor room of the JW Mariott hotel across the way and the ocean to the left of Dadonghai. The actual beach was just a five minute walk from the hotel and water sports were plenty on that beach.

The room and bathroom was nice. The ocean view we paid for was not that great, could have been due to us being put in a corner room farthest from the ocean, I believe they should advertise it as a 'partial ocean view' instead. Food was fine. Not that many choices, it was difficult communicating with room service as they only speak chinese.

The air con is not cold enough and maybe the room too big and outside too hot.

A short breakaway

Room and services were excellent. The shower room had a big rain shower head, the flow of the water was fine and the pressure was great. Everything was perfect. The only minus point, if you are staying for more than 2 nights and having breakfast there, it may be bored and no much changes to the food.

Beautiful property with good food

The hotel is a bit secluded but it is good since the property is quiet. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. I was pretty pleased about the property everything is really beautiful and well keep. The food is also delicious. A bit expensive but i really loved it. The food the buffet is average but the have some western options which are OK. The bad: Unless you speak Chinese you are pretty much out of luck. The staff English is almost non-existent. The check in was slow, money exchange was slow too. Three people at the counter all of them busy with the same guest. Ordering room service is also a hassle. I would say it is not an English friendly property. Worth to mention that they have Russian speaking staff so maybe this property is good for Russian speaking people too. PS. Always book the rooms facing the sea. The view is totally worth it. Room 716 has an amazing view.

Great hotel, great service.

Great (new) hotel, fantastic service from the staff. Even with language issues they really try hard...and always smiling! Really nice rooms, awesome view to the sea, 4(!) swimming pools, good restaurants with nice breakfast buffet. Would come back! PS. Only drawback is extremely slow WIFI! Not good enough.

Nicest hotel to date for the price.

If you enjoy new and cutting edge design, this is the place to stay. Food to out of this world for selection and presentation. A must stay. I cant wait to go back.

舒服和悠閒嘅度假酒店

有免費車去鹿回頭、大東海灘和免稅城。如唔去，酒店亦都有多個泳池游水同埋有緩跑徑跑步，或者喺個酒店裏面望住個海灘Hea都可以，裏便啲餐廳啲食物質素都唔差，如果去第一海鮮市場，call車方便都係10分鐘之內，下次都會入住。

Beatiful location. Very nice view. Most of the staff was very nice. Eventhough most of them didn't speak english, they were carrying the device to translate. Good food. Just inform properly about amount of spicy. Very good breakfast, several options. Western and asian style.

Perfection /Совершенство!

The hotel is amazing with awesome service!!! Everything looks just as on pictures and experiencing even better! I’m too sensitive to smell in the room- they washed my carpet and brought me air purifier, so it became perfect! OMG! it’s really decent place to stay in!!

とても綺麗で快適な滞在でした。欧米人が多く高級感があります。食事も美味しいです。特にお風呂が大きくて、入りながら景色を楽しめて最高です。

180 ocean view, good size room and great bathroom with Bath tub facing the ocean view. It also come with a shower room. I love the walk in closet and the Espresso machine also. Customer service with a smile and restaurants with great food varieties.

很符合星级酒店服务

酒店員工非常有禮貌，酒店房間又大又舒適，浸泡浴缸還附有浴鹽及絲瓜絡，很貼心，一般的洗盥用品都有提供。食物方面酒店的自助晚餐一般，中菜廳的火鍋有驚喜。如果要到外面吃飯，往春日百貨方向大約步行15分鐘左右，附近有各式各樣的小舖可供選擇，大部分都乾淨整潔。還有坐出租車都是看錶計費的，酒店也有人會代叫，十分方便又便宜。

호텔 및 싼야에 대한 전반적인 후기

숙박시설은 전반적으로 최신식에 편리했고, 3층 수영장에서 바라보는 바다의 풍경이 아름다웠습니다. 호텔 밑에 연결된 산책로 따라, 15~20분정도 걷다보면 대동해 해수욕장이 나오고 중간중간마다 야외식당이 많아 볼거리가 많았습니다. 다만, 아쉬운 점은 하이난 자체가 중국어/러시아어를 선호하고, 숙소이외 지역에서는 영어가 통하지않아 불편했습니다.

房間內wifi訊號比想像中差 入住禁煙樓層期間發現附近有人在吸煙，致電前枱投訴，職員親自到來客房了解事情，態度認真 早餐選擇豐富，值得一讚

超级好，这次旅行住的最满意的地方，服务好，早餐棒在市区去第一市场10块的专车费用，晚上旁边的海边很多酒吧，走十分钟就到了很多小吃酒吧有很多乐队，但是酒店是很安静的听不到一点声音的，喝喝酒吹吹海风在海边走走安逸得很，服务员颜值很高热情，早上下午有很多娱乐项目摩托艇呀香蕉船等等很多，价格不是特别贵可以讲价。

酒店房间很大，很愿意待在房里看着海景发呆，吃的就不是特别丰盛了，不过性价比还是不错的。

入住三亚的第一个酒店，后面还住过红树林和亚特兰蒂斯，这是性价比和房间环境最好的酒店，好评，晚上的自助餐也不错，离海边也很近，地理位置很好，喜欢酒店的内设，好评

호텔의 청결도 및 서비스는 최상입니다. 단, 호텔에서 바닷가로 나오면 해변가에 식당가가 있는데, 식당가가 지저분합니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 시내와의 근접성 등으로 아주 좋습니다.

New Hotel in Sanya

The suite is clean and tidy. Staff are nice. Location of the hotel is convenient to travel to scenic spots. The breakfast despite with varieties, are not as tasty as expected. Improvement in this area will make the stay more appealing. Too bad that with effect from 1 June 2018, hotel guests are not allowed to use the facilities of the Marriott Hotel adjacent to Autograph Collection.

Fantastiskt fint hotell! Rekommenderar verkligen att bo här. Restaurangen hade västerlänsk frukost vilket höjde betyget.

老少咸宜

一家三代入住 都很满意！酒店设施先进，服务生有良好的素质 早餐不错 大东海比较好的选择！

ビーチも近く客室も広くてキレイで、おしゃれ。 設備も非常に使いやすいです。 バルコニーでゆっくり過ごせるのも快適です。 大通りに面してない分、騒音などもなく静かで快適です。 朝食も種類が豊富でとても美味しいです。

到大菠蘿、第一市場逛街食飯很近，酒店內中餐廳味道不錯，早餐款式很多，但CHECK IN手續辦得很慢。

Beautiful sea view hotel

This is a new hotel with great sea view room. Room is clean and comfort unexpected. Staff is nice and telling us the most best trip plan during stay. The hotel is also very close to the seafood restaurants. Prefect for holiday and willing to stay again for sure.

非常好的酒店，由機場打的六十多元不算貴，check in 快，有禮貌，住的是海景房，景觀一流，房間大，還有一個向海大浴缸，泳池水質清澈，兩個都是無邊際向海，早餐食物豐富味道好，第一晚在西餐廳食燒海鮮自助餐，雖然食物種類不多，但以二百元一位價錢算不錯，第二晚到中餐廳食二人火鍋餐，二百元兩位，食物新鮮，但如果食量大就不夠，第三日到西餐廳食埋個午餐，這個午餐算豐富，有沙律，美味椰子雞湯，有三款大盆選擇，甜品及果盆，兩個人二百元以這級數酒店可算是扺食，總體來說這間酒店是值得入住

A really nice hotel wanna go there again

They don't have the private beach but walk to the beach is only 5 to 10 mins. Less than 13 dollars from bar street to the hotel it so convinced.

Worth visiting

Absolutely brilliant. For the price of 4000hkd person, my friend and I had enjoyed six-stars services, living in one of the most luxurious room we have ever had.
