Great staff very clean and nicely located

A mix of anciet and modern property, a good atmosphere, the Staff was amazing, the food was mesmerizing.

Great high end hotel in a beautiful historic building right across from the famous jaffa clock tower. Lush rooms and great staff! Probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever seen. (Very very pricey if not includded)

Amazing place and service

Hotel closed for the Holliday’s no warning

I went to the hotel and it was closed didn’t get any notice or nothing and Yan kippor weekend at 4:30 pm is not the time to find out that you don’t have a place to stay.

Love the Mamilla!

It’s a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location if you want to walk to the Old City and great shopping, etc. The staff were sweet, the rooms clean and hip and comfortable. Everything about the hotel is 5 star. But I was on the street and it is a bit noisy at times. Not enough to ruin sleep or not stay there but just had to let people know.

This is one of the bad hotel and Tel Aviv stay away a lot of issues and the problem with this hotel there is aunt and animals inside the room save your money and go choose another hotel

Loved the pool and hotel itself. The rooms are very nice and a cool mixture of old and new city.

The room is too hot and AC is bad. They didn’t want to help me find a taxi to go to the airport even if I don’t speak the language and the deposit still has not been refunded after many trials

Every single member of the staff was professional, courteous, helpful, and warm. The facilities are maintained on a high level. Best massage at a spa ever received. Food at breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious

Beautiful property with alot of history. Rooms were beautifully presented. Large and sensational view. Well located but on the Jaffa side not close to Allenby but still great loaction. Staff were fantatstic and would def stay again.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location

The Setai is conveniently located in old town Jaffa right on the beach. It’s a beautiful hotel with history and amazing architecture. The food was great and the bartenders Victoria and Hanna were brilliant. Our only compliant is with the concierge. There was confusion that turned to hostility. And now we have a concierge in Jerusalem to compare them too and I’d rate Setai zero in this area.

Everything from the rooms to the service was amazing!!!

The architecture and design of the hotel property/ building is very well appointed. The staff was very friendly, especially Alex Amram Arfi Director of Rooms and Quality was simply excellent.

Not worth the money

Hotel was OK, location was great but very expensive for what you got. A tiny room no view and it had a very strong incense smell.

Nice building

Great staff. Naomi and Yosef were top notch. They did everything to make our stay great. Naomi was so great with helping us get a room with a double bed at the last minute. When we needed help with a privacy issue in our room. Yosef was very helpful in getting it taken care of. Awesome place to stay,

location location location

The Setai Tel Aviv is a beautiful historic hotel that has been renovated to preserve its history while offering beautiful, modern spaces to guests. It’s conveniently located for walking to restaurants in Jaffa, Florentin and Neve Tzedek. The staff are professional and go out of their way to provide excellent service on every dimension. We relied heavily on Elizabeth in the concierge to help us with excursions with private guides and she went out of her way to help us. Our stay at The Setai was amazing!

The property was in great condition and all of the staff was extremely friendly. Elizabeth the concierge was amazing and really made a good stay into a great one. We will definitely come back.

Such a beautiful hotel with all the right amenities! The bar and sushi restaurant was great, the breakfast buffet and service was wonderful, the music in the garden on Tues night was perfect, the pool was stunning…the list goes on and on. The one thing that stands out the most, however, was the exceptional customer service! The front desk and concierge are beyond kind and helpful along with the entire hotel staff. Alex (manager), Rachel (front desk), Elizabeth (concierge), Vincent (valet), Maya (hostess) and Ziad (breakfast dining and outdoor bar) made me feel extra special and went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing stay, which I did. I didn’t want to leave. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and give it 10/10!

Incredible stay!

Spectacular customer service and a wonderful stay. Only staying at Setai when we come to Tel Aviv from now on.

Liked location. Disliked mold in shower, dried blood stains on sheets and access to the pool which is difficult. Also disliked how room was maintained. Glasses had to be washed by us and we had to “steal” toilet paper from the carts in the hallway. On the last day had to use tissues to go to the bathroom.

Great hotel, wonderful room, staff was amazing!

The Setai was one of the most beautiful hotels i have ever stayed in. The old ottoman building is preserved in a stunning way. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful the service was beyond excellent. They upgraded our room and service and could not have been nicer. The location cannot be beat. Right by the sea and next to old jaffa. We lived every minute. Thank you to all the Setai staff for such a wonderful weekend.

הגענו למלון 2 זוגות חברים, ביקשנו חדרים קרובים ונאמר לנו שאין. לאחר פנייה לקבלה התברר שכן יש חדרים קרובים וסתם טרטרו אותנו. במסאז החדר היה קפוא ביקשנו לעבור חדר אך נאמר לנו שהוא יתחמם מה שלבסוף לא קרה , בנוסף החדר היה רועש סמוך לקבלת הספא ונשמעו צעקות לאורך המסאז, כל המסאז פנינו בבקשה לעבור חדר הפנייה כמובן שלא נענתה. יש לציין כי אנחנו עורכים מסאזים על בסיס קבוע וזה המסאז הכי לא מפנק שנתקלנו. לבסוף בצקאוואט לאחר שיחות רבות עם מנהל המשמרת ומנהלת הספא הוחלט לתת הנחה של 15 אחוז בלבד ללא התייחסות כלל לאורח. מאד מאוכזבים מצוות המלון והשירות בעיקר מהספא. המלון עצמו יפה ונקי

The best breakout for couples

We came for a 24 hours break from the day to day parental life and enjoyed every second of it, this hotel is very unique in its location and amenities The service is so nice and friendly, making you feel you are a true guest Will definitely come back for more special quality time with the wifey The pool on the 4th floor is amazing and the view wow speechless

Wow 👏 What a fabulous hotel! We spent two nights at the Satai hotel and enjoyed every minute. The pool is gorgeous, the staff is great, yhe rooms are super clean and the food was delicious. Perfect location, great restaurants around and wonderful atmosphere. Will definitely go back!!

Unique experience

One of the nicest and most unique stays as it’s an old medieval fort turned five star hotel. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

I liked everything. This place is amazing and also the staff. The guys in the pool needs to be more relaxed, less stressed and more patient, they need to smile and be nicer to the guests. Rene the girl who’s in charge in the pool is AMAZING!! So cool, always smiling and with good vibes. I did gave excellent for the staff earlier because most of the staff included the front desk are gorgeous and kind.

Amazing place best location ever, room service is little short on the menu and restaurant was only for breakfest overall amazing place and great hotel to stay. the suite with sea view is mind blowing.

We booked 1 night, when arrived the hotel (before the check in time), the room was ready and waiting for us, but the bigger surprise was we were upgraded to a dreamy room, with a lot of space and balcony, what made all our experience different , we were so lucky to meet Alex, a manager from the hotel team, that made everything and more to make us smile! We already knew the hotel, but his service made us just want to stay more!!! we booked another 2 nights and enjoyed every moment. The food, the breakfast and the gym&spa is in the highest level!! As a person that have been in many hotels, of course there is things that important in hotel that keeps the quality, (and in Setai everything in the highest quality) But more important than this is to feel welcome, feel home and feel like the staff really love what they doing, and we felt it every minute!!!

Beautiful hotel, well located in the entry to the port of Java, right on the border of TLV and Java and close to the flea market. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a suite, which was totally amazing. Overall a great experience

An oasis of calm !

This is the perfect location in Tel Aviv if you're looking for a combination of a luxury hotel that provides you peace and calm. With almost no children around, since it is an infinity pool it does not suit that much for children ,therefore you will not see families,but mainly couples or business people . infinity pool overlooking the whole coast of tel aviv and jaffa , I would call it the best spot in Tel Aviv.

The place is stunning! its so beautiful , and the service is great. the room is large and comfortable. We took a room with a view towards the sea of and it is definitely worth it. The pool is beautiful, the only thing is that its litle small and not to much chairs around. also we got the room almost one hour late after the chack in time which was annoying.. Besides thay, we enjoyed every moment

Value was not so great. 1. very hard to get parking 2. Pool was full and no place to sit 3. Room maintenance needs improvements 4. Service was only "ok" not great

The stay was good but a few points 1. Loud noise from the Musk

The pool is very small and we didnt have place to seat. No parking at all.

Everything was perfect 👌 clean and special. Very good service! Very nice people. Perfect location. Amazing spa and good food! Tomorrow im going for the fourth time. Im taking my family to enjoy this perfect place!!!

Wonderful place!

The entire experience was just wonderful. The staff was spectacular and incredibly friendly. They gave the feeling that they were really focused on making sure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend!
