A beautiful relaxing property with a staff that is exemplary. We didn’t want to leave!!

The property itself is simply stunning!! It is very relaxing and a beautiful atmosphere. The service provided by every staff member was one of the best I have received in my many travels over the years. The resort is highly recommended. I would stay here again in a drop of a hat. It is located within 4 miles of the cute town of Follonica where you can find lots of shopping and dining options.

Great location

Very clean and modern. Every single person was friendly and helpful. We mentioned it was our honeymoon while he walked to our room. The next day, we came back from lunch with a heart on our bed made out of roses. It was beautiful.

Amazing experience

Amazing resort!! Get the half board it was great food experience for the price. You get treated as a vip all the time. Get the florentine steak it is great ! You get 4 course meals. Clean, air condition is great, quality is amazing . Gps or apple map or google do not give accurate location, so you end up waisting 20 minuted going in circles. Put their restaurant address in apple or google and you will reach the hotel . The restaurant’s name is Eatè by pipero

We had such a wonderful 3-night stay at the Sense Experience Resort! The room was very comfortable and clean and the sea view from the balcony was gorgeous. The private beach as well as all the other facilities (swimming pool, tennis court, bikes, watersports) made the experience so relaxing and fun, especially as it was all included and very convenient. Breakfast buffet also had a wide range of options and tasted great! Staff were always so kind and helpful. The hotel itself is also a short 20-min cycle away from the main town with lots of nice restaurants, and even more beaches.

Everything was exactly as advertised: beautiful, comfortable, clean, updated, delicious food.

Everything was fantastic! Only reason I am not giving it a full 10/10 is the food. The Michelin restaurant on the beach that the hotel offers was horrible! It was minimum 140$ per person for 3 courses there were tons of bugs flying around and getting on the food and the food had no flavor, wasn’t properly cooked (the “al dente” pasta was crunchy), and anything with seafood tasted like fishy salt water and nothing else (only exception was the cuddlefish which was okay). The restaurant surrounded by glass was good the seafood however still consisted of that similar saltwater flavor and nothing else. Aside from that the hotel was fantastic! Clean, great service, and beautiful views!

Location was beautiful, exceptional facilities. Half the staff was phenomenal, the other half quite rude and condescending. Unfortunate, if not for a number of staff members, this place is perfect.

Taking a break before returning to Florence or Tuscany is a great resort.

Very relaxing and good offering of food and drinks. But very pricey. The hotel is very near Follonica and so would suggest eating out. Watersports hire is a huge bonus.

Beautiful property, modern, clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend the half-board. The dinner is gourmet and plated. There is a heated pool and the beach in front is beautiful!

Property is serene, beautiful & breathtaking. The staff provide 5 Star Quality Service that is efficient and attentive to care & detail. The property has all amenities & activities needed onsite & locally. Definitely meant for a longer stay.

We arrived at 1:30, had received two confirmation emails that the room would be ready by 2. We were told that the room was being prepared and would be ready by 2pm. We had a light lunch which was arguably the worst meal we had during a two week trip through Tuscany- no ingredients for the cocktails on their menu, ordered something else that never arrived. Atrocious service, and Servers over dressed for the excruciatingly hot weather, they were completely soaked through with sweat which was unappealing. Management in suits everywhere which made it feel like a corporate convention. Returned at 2:15, we were told that we would have to wait an additional hour to check in. No service on the very crowded beach. Room was fine but this is a completely unremarkable place with a stupid concept and poor service.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, direkt am Meer. Auch unser Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es stehen genügend Liegestühle für jeden Gast am Strand bereit, sehr gepflegt! Tolles Frühstücksbüffet! Einziger Minuspunkt: Beim Nachtessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist Preis-Leisungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt!

La piscine de l’hôtel est excellente. La propreté et les équipements sont très bien. Le petit déjeuner est très bons avec une variété de choix. La plage est belle. Toutefois, le prix des repas est très élevé! Par ailleurs, mon amie a été piquée par une grosse méduse! L’hôtel ne prévoit pas de mettre de panneau avertissant les clients de l’existence de méduses. Mon amie a presque failli y rester tant elle a souffert dans l’eau! Heureusement qu’elle est une excellente nageuse et une grande sportive! L’hôtel est conscient de cet état de fait mais ne fait pourtant rien pour avertir les clients. Très dommage!

Fin beliggenhet, fint å kunne låne sykler, fint tennisbane, gratis lån av utstyr noe som godt med da baggasjen vår ikke kom frem. Fint rom med alt du trenger så selve rommet i seg selv var helt supert, men veldig nærmt veien. En del biler, tog og gjester til og fra parkeringsplass. Rommet vårt lå nærmest veien og det var til tider en del støy. Vil ikke anbefale noe annet her enn rom med havutsikt. Menneskene veldig hyggelig og serviceminded. God mat

Mehrheitlich sehr gepflegte Anlage, viel Personal, das sehr freundlich (Putzfrau, Servicepersonal am Abend) bis wenig zugewandt war (Dame beim Check out, Servierboy beim Frühstück). Das Frühstückbuffet war grosszügig und auch das Abendessen gut. Für Vegetarier/Veganer gibt‘s eher wenig Auswahl. Toll: Es gab gemischten Salat zur Vorspeise, obschon der nicht auf der Karte stand. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt waren die Tücher am Strand und Pool, sowie die fix zugewiesenen Strandliegen. Der Platz am Strand war grosszügig. Optimierungsbedarf herrscht bei der Kommunikation: Das Tages-Menu konnte oft nicht abgerufen werden, die Infos waren online/vor Ort unterschiedlich (z.B. Fahrradverleih gratis/kostet, Zeiten fürs Frühstück)… und als der Frühstücksraum erst um 7.45 Uhr geöffnet wurde, folgte weder eine Entschuldigung noch Erklärung. Naja… Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, die Anlage und die Abendstimmung am Strand waren trotzdem wunderbar.

Fantastisk resort. Väldigt service minded. Det finns alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig. Snygga och rymliga rum. Reserverade solstolar hela vistelsen. Bra menyer. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera denna resort.

Great resort with a fantastic setup for bathing and sunbathing by the beach. Amazing breakfast and really great rooms. We were only a bit disappointed by the service during the lunches we had at the hotel. Would definitely like to come back!

Super schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage.

Sehr modernes und schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personsl ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vorallem Allessandra von der Rezeption.

Bestens bis auf die Hunde

Wunderschöne Anlage mit eigenem Strand, tollem Essen und vielen Extras. Luxusferien, gestört einzig durch viel zu viele Hunde, die sich die ganze Zeit in den Zimmern mit Bellen totschlagen

Stannade tyvärr bara en natt. Om vi hade haft tid så hade vi gärna varit kvar längre. Ett fantastiskt hotell med utmärkt service

Overall good but expensive

Overall ok. Great cleaning and beach staff. The servants in the restaurant were a bit slow and some rud hut some were nice. The room was very nice except for the hand shower which had no pressure. Interesting detail; the water you flush is hot! Food in the restaurant ok but not as good as the prices would indicate. There are much better alternatives in nearby towns.

Mooie ligging, prachtig uitzicht. Aardig personeel. Veilig gevoel. Mooi strand en mogelijkheid voor bedje en parasol. Het assortiment ontbijt was minder, werd slecht bijgevuld. Geen variaties bij het ontbijt.

Underbart ställe! Trevlig hjälpsam personal. Fräscha rum, några med utsikt. Härlig frukostbuffé, men restaurangen var botten!!! Fick lämna middagen då den var så undermålig. Tur nog såfint det längs kusten många trevliga restauranger, med cykelavstånd!

Séjour au calme dans un cadre exceptionnel

Petit séjour très agréable dans ce complexe au calme. La saison n'ayant pas commencé, nous avons pu profiter de tous les équipements mis à disposition pour qu'on passe un bon moment ( tennis, vélo, plage privée,...) La chambre était très spacieuse et propre avec une bouteille à notre arrivée, nous étions très satisfaits. Personnel disponible et chaleureux
