Nice

All staffs are very attentive and helpful. The room we stayed at was bit warned out and bathtub was bit dusty. However overall our stay was pleasant and would like to return to stay again in the future.

Excellent service. Whenever I requested perks as VIP they immediately arrange for me. I enjoyed early check in, late check out and even room upgrade. Love it!

Overall the hotel is good. Can be better tho. Need better maintenance. As a Premium VIP member, i have stayed here many times and often on long stays however not even once hotel provided me an upgrade which is very very disappointing.

The stay average overall . But I would have not bothered to review if it was not for one shocking incident that really left a bad taste for me regarding this hotel's staff customer service acumen. During my stay, one of the hotel reception staff took it upon themselves to come to my room at 8.45am (mind you, checkout is at 12pm), and open the door (yes, without my consent) to ask whether or not I'm checking out or extending? Luckily, I got up from sleep and was near the door when that happened and pushed the door shut - as I wasn't even dressed to answer the door. But still, I chose to stay at the hotel because my elderly parents were checked in there, along with many other family members of mine. Will I come back? I doubt it.

Nice resort.

A beautiful oasis in the city! Very nice dining options. Some venues were a bit pricey, and there could be a few more vegetarian options, but overall very, very good. The staff were amazing. Warm, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended property for a romantic couple getaway.

Old, nkt refreshed. Pool was closed for repair and looked like nonwork had been done forba while.

Had a great time for our anniversary at Saujana. Staff were friendly and the room was beautiful (they even decorate the room for us which was a special touch). Overall building is a little outdated but the size of the rooms are bigger than most hotels in KL area. Breakfast spread was good too.

Fantastic Resort Hotel

The hotel is perfectly located in the Klang valley. The hotel ground is allowing for a relaxing atmosphere even when working. The onsite restaurants and pub is great. Staff helpful & curtious. Overall a great place to stay !

Bed very comfortable and staffs very friendly

It’s at a nice resort, but not at walking distance to shopping or anywhere.

Booked deluxe room, checked in at 0100hrs. Staff was ready for check in. Came with breakfast for 2A 2C for deluxe room. But staff insists 2 C not inclusive for breakfast. Have to paid 78rm/pax for breakfast.

Loved everything about this place. The free breakfast spread was to die for.

worth for money. But, not convenience for Traveller without own transport.

The front desk service and room are just awesome! Will be back on my next business trip.

The place needs a bit of sprucing up. Not much staff on hand. Food is definitely overpriced. What little staff there was was friendly and helpful.

Overall hotel/resort was not quite as l expected. Rooms need to be refurbished and upgraded, there were bugs crawling around desk and bench,eg ants & spider. Services were slow,location was also a bit inconvenience to transport

Didnt indicate I have breakfast included before I purchased this trip and no shuttle service..Need call cab every time.

The humps on the road outside the hotel need to be painted. Terrible for cars whenever we entering and leaving the hotel.

Room smells unpleasant.

Place is old and poorly maintained. Service is sub par. Amenities is worse than a 3 star hotel. No bottled shower gel. Small bottle of mineral water cost 5RM per bottle. You will need to go out to buy your own drinking water if you dont want to pay super overpriced drinking water.

The scenery at the hotel is very nice, more like a resort and not suitable for a business trip. Staff is not well trained, my room had many many problems! This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel unless you room is in the club house. No air con in the lobby... my room had spider webs, terrible smell, moved me to a new room but air con not controllable and temp was so cold I couldn't sleep... hotel technician couldn't solve the problem, door lock was malfunctioning and I stayed half an hour until it was fixed... no apology from hotel not even a gesture of offering something to drink while they solve the problem. Toilet seat looks old and always dirty... very poor bathroom amenities... NOT a 5 start hotel for sure. I requested that I get upgraded especially that I have an Expedia VIP reservation... promised to do so and it never happened and hotel did not even reach out to me to explain why!! Overall VERY VERY disappointing, not worth the money... you are not close to anything if you need to buy a quick snack or something to drink. Not the place for a business trip for sure.

Would not stay here again

Rooms were shabby. Surroundings great. Service from reception poor. Said they wouldnt issue a receipt because i booked through Hotels.com. quality of cocktails in the bar poor. Not a great hotel.

It is a super average hotel, doesn't represent any 5 star qualities. Don't be fooled by the photos. There is an abandon counter in the swimming pool, almost decaying pool bridge (safety concering). Room corridors filled with dust and litter, out of service lift, stained coffee mugs, basic amenities like disposable slippers weren't provided too, insipid breakfast, pool attendant missing from sight. The list goes on. Not worth a dime! Totally disappointed.

Honestly one of the best hotels that I've stayed in Klang Valley. Its has such a serene environment. The Club rooms are exquisite and definitely a perfect choice for business travelers or couples who would like a little escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still stay in the city itself! Will definitely return here very soon.

Booked 3 king-size bed room but was given twin bed rooms instead.

rooms are just a bit tired but the amenities and grounds are great. Staff was a bit slow at check in.

I expected so much more from a five star rated hotel. I had to get my room changed once due to dust and cleanliness issues. Even the upgraded room change is also not that much better and the amenities are in serious need for upgrading, much room for improvement needed if this hotel is to retain their five star rating.

Nice hotel but dusty and less entertainment

A bit dusty. The breakfast not much choices. Anyway, got a complimentary upgrade to executive room and lower rstes for extra breakfast. Cafes only served buffet oj sat afternoon and not much ala carte /light food selections. Not much attractions in the evening. No digital tv for channels.

Although room appears slightly outdated, generally it's okay. Breakfast was normal with limited variety although staff were friendly. Saujana is far from KLIA and hotel is out of the way although they have shuttle service to nearby CITTA mall and a few other drop off points but CITTA is a small mall, has nothing much there. It will be helpful if hotel increases frequency to Sunway Pyramid instead and to provide pick up service at least once or twice.

An oasis in a very busy part of Klang Valley is always very refreshing

Quiet and pleasant scenery; Room is carpeted and seems perpetually 'wet' - maybe due to minimum fresh air circulation and past few days of rain did not help?

A very badly managed hotel.

Hotel was not accomating to us as I booked 4 room for 2 nights. I had an engagement reception that was held in your hotel the following day. Bathroom smelt of urine. Around the bathtub there was ring around that looked stained and was not cleaned properly. For a 5 star hotel, it was despicable. The other guest room had live roaches and a dead lizard on the curtain. The roaches were seen by your staff when they cane into the room at about 1.00am...sorry, gate to complain but management needs to know about this.

Have been staying in Saujana everytime we are in KL. A comfy stay with good breakfast

Great stay

We chose this for the location as it suited us this trip. There’s a great golf course which can be accessed so that was a highlight. It was not too busy and we got an upgrade which was very appreciated. The breakfast buffet is especially good. Service and staff on the whole good, though some waiting staff were fairly expressionless. Reception friendly and luggage storage facilities very good.

Wonderful Service and Top-Rate Staff

Service was excellent! The staff were friendly and accommodating and helped me to coordinate to plan a birthday surprise cake delivery for my fiance. They assisted to ensure delivery was on time and waited outside our door for exactly 12am to press the doorbell! They even provided candles and wrote a birthday message on the plate. The room was clean and comfortable, however as I have quite sensitive skin the bedsheet for the first night was a little itchy. On the 2nd day they changed the bedsheet and it felt clean and comfortable. The spa was an enjoyable experience but a little over priced. There were excellent gym and swimming pool facilities and we were a little sad as we didn't have time to use them.

Peaceful quiet which is I like most

Overall experience was good with friendly helpful staff with exception of 1 F&B staff at breakfast. Italian food at Senja was great. Property is very private and exclusive which i enjoyed... will recommend to friends!

Weak water pressure. Shower water some time very hot, and cold.

There is not hot water. And the water is rusty and as such cannot use the bathtub. Despite informing the staffers, nothing was done to rectify it. Only many apologies.

From the outside it look like school hostel, however the room is refurbished and look comfy and nice.

The room aminities not really up to 4.5 star level. The additional breakfast fee overprice! The room a bit smelly maybe because the carpet is wet. The pool is good, the lobby is nice.

The room is big and clean. The resort is big so had to walk a distant with luggage to room as nobody will help. Only stay one night so no time to experience all.

Saujana hotel

The hotel surrounding is cozy. But it is too dark with no signages around. Room number plates on the wall are on silver/gold plates and aren’t visible frm far. So we have walked quite a fair bit looking for our room and the lift. Of course we’ve walked many wrong ways. Bed n linens are comfy. Room n everything is clean. Bed headlamp is weird. We tried for so long to turn it off and it turned on automatically again when we are half way sleeping. Breakfast has quite a wide variety. But soup and porridge etc aren’t kept warm constantly. I drank a bowl of my favourite but cold soup. Will try not to stay here again unless we can’t find any other hotels for the same location etc factors of consideration.

Hotel and location very nice.

Room was damp, bed and lining damp. Room temperature unable to change from 22 deg C. Tourist tax of 10 RM per day is added to bill. Breakfast location "Carcoal" quite disappointing, staff inattentive, and selection of cereal, hot breakfast and fruit limited.

A quiet sanctuary from the busy city...

I love the ambiance of the hotel particularly with the greenery surrounding the area. It would be a perfect getaway for those who wants to get away from the busy and noisy city but still within 30 minutes drive to the city centre of KL.

Nice hotel with amazing view

Nice hotel with great view, room, and food. Only thing that i can say for no good is one of the staff who was in trainee. The male one. He does not look happy and not willing to keep my luggage. Every staff who are wearing black suite were all nice and kind. But the one who is wearing red ...he was no good

The Saujana KL

The Mrs and I enjoyed our wonderful stay at the Saujana. It was like living in nature's corridor.Loved the tall shady trees right in the middle of the compound with a squirrel or two skipping up and down the long branches and that serene looking lake with the tall gushing fountain was such a delight to behold. Kudos to all the wonderful staff who are so professional in the discharge of their duties and made our short stay so comfortable to the max. We will be back!

Pricy for what you get

Heaps of issues with the plug points in the room. Really warm, corridors walking to rooms have no airconds or fans

Overall fantastic but.....

All good. Very clean. Very comfort. Good and helpful staffs. But the pool needs to revive it. It is very dead and not appetizing for kids.

Environmental greenery place with birds chipping all day. Quiet and pleasant between hotel and staffs. Noted distance is quite away to center of downtown KCCL. Complimentary breakfast is much the same everyday but quite tasty.

One of the nearest from Subang Airport

Stayed for over night transit at the Subang Airport. Arrived the hotel at 24:30 and left at 05:45. Just took a shower and short sleep. Bed is comfortable and radio with I phone adaptor and speaker was convenient. Did not use other facilities and utilities and no chance to comment for them.

December break

Stayed here many times and it's an ideal choice for a family. Not too many people at the swimming pool, breakfast's good, the garden is clean. You want relaxation, this is the place. Area is not too far from shopping malls. And the nearest Citta Mall is less than 5mins drive to have meals and catch a movie.

Comfortable room

I last stayed at this hotel quite a few years back. I believed the hotel has done a recent asset enhancement to the room. This has tremendously improved the level of comfort to the room.

Bed is getting soft.

not so good

We checked-in on 20th Feb. 2017 and checked-out on 23th Feb. 2017. Our room no. was 1308. The water from shower room was flowing out of the room and it makes the bath room slippy. And we had booked twin beds but when we arrived there was only one king bed.

Great stay as always

We always book Saujana when we're in the area for work. This stay is as normal, consistently delightful. Upon check-in, we ordered for a morning cab to the airport and upon check-out, i was pleased that the receptionist could greet me by name and direct me to the cab before I said anything.

Amazing service and atmosphere

It was truly amazing experience staying at The Saujana hotel. Very impressive. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and lots of variety.

Oldies friendly!

I booked the room for my elderly parents who were attending a wedding dinner within the hotel. The front desk kindly arranged for someone to meet my parents in their room and bring them to dinner venue, which was really great since I was worried about them finding their way to restaurant. My parents also commented that the breakfast was with great variety and nice food. Thank you for going out of your way to look after my parents!

Updated rooms

I stayed here again for 5 nights. I stayed in a deluxe room. They are newly updated and offer all you need. Good service and close to my office. I will come again.

Really Worth 4 stars price Hotel. Worthy to stay.

Room is morden,young,Contemporary design. Value to stay. It is a 4 Stars Room. Simple and nice design make me want to visit again for my next trip in Subang.

They couldn't have done more for us

We got upgraded to the Club on arrival and this was welcome as we were weary from a very long day. The food in the restaurant was brilliant and the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. They made us a light breakfast to take to the airport as we had an early start and they even found us somewhere to take a shower when we came back later that day to collect our luggage. I will definately be staying here again.

Overall this hotel is bad yet collecting high rate! Breakfast also sucks! One word I can describe that is LOUSY!

The Club at The Saujana was excellent

Service from arrival to departure was prompt, friendly and accurate. All staff were truly interested in going out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant business trip. Food was great, serving staff friendly and attentive. Business centre has Mac and PC as well as printer, scanner and fax.... all with great desks, cool view and very effective air conditioning...... rooms clean and tidy; water hot; showers wonderful to stand under! Gym was also first rate! A definite "go-to" for me from now on.

Great stay

Had to attend a wedding reception at the Saujana, so I decided to stay over before returning to Singapore the next day. The place was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast by the lake was amazing too. I will definitely be returning here!

Best Hotel in KL

The Saujana is a regular feature for us as our client office is close by. Friendly staff, comfy beds, it's all there. The breakfast is good and you certainly get what you pay for - I can't fault it.
