Victorian in the East?
Really comfy bed. Odd decor. But very pleasant stay.
Terrific, classy and nice and quiet
Convenient location, quiet rooms, Clean and tidy
Not luxury at all. Outdated and not like the images. Staff were very helpful.
lovely property, beautiful rooms
Did not like that they wouldn’t allow cancelation for extraordinary situation.
It's a great property for families wanting to stay together and offering great space.
I like the style of the hotel. Very unique.
We thought this hotel was excellent. The room was well thought out. Fabulous amenities and a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Thoroughly recommend and will stay again next time we are in Christchurch.
This is a great hotel, you feel a little bit fancy and it is in a handy location to central Christchurch. The room was well appointed and the bed soo comfy. Will stay here again
Our stay here was excellent and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches in the room. The service was brilliant and we would stay here again.
It look nice . Saud when i booked that there was anytime check in but thay only check in till 10 and tryed to charge me more for late night thay didnt in the end and left room unlocked with key on it with detailed map of how to get in witch was great till we got there at mid night to find gate was locked (lucky we were both small so could crawl under the gate ) room was clean and well presented but bed was so hard i ended up lieing on the concreat floor witch was more comfortable the people were really nice but on top of my room charge thay took a $200.00 security deposit and ensured me it would be back in the next day the next day thay told me it would be back in on monday as it was the weekend i got it back on friday after having to message them about it not happy at all with this place do not recommend to anyone even my worse enemies.
I’m afraid the toiletries and amenities were far inferior to many other hotels in the area. For such a high price per night, you should provide much much higher quality. If you claim to be a luxury hotel, that is what you should provide. Luxury. What I got was a tiny room, that was not soundproofed in any way, toilet paper like sandpaper, limited television channels (many required personal accounts to access), no freezer, cooker, or washing machine, and cheap toiletries. Your atrium is lovely, but it does not justify the price per night.
