This hotel is located near great restaurants and shopping.

Room: We stayed at 1015 with king bed for 6 nights. This is on the side facing the train track. We could hear trains but quickly became used to it. Could hear nothing from neighbours however. Room was well organized. New furnishings with overhead projector making for a fun movie night. Music in shower. Great shower head! Bed was hard for my taste but bearable if i slept on myside. Fun PJs provided. Large king bed by Japanese standards. As with most Japanese hotels you need to bring extra hangars. Wifi was 100 percent. There is a laundry room and ironing room. The lobby was cute. Food a bit basic and expensive but nothing more you can reasonably expect. Staff was great. DJ night was fun. I was not impressed by breakfast. LOCATION! Fantastic! Great places to eat close by. Check out ramen in alley ways. Subway was close. 7-11 across street. Shopping literally one block away. Loubiton, Gucci, Loewe, Falconeri, Intimissi… ginza six … the list goes on. Value for money proposition makes this place well worth it. I noticed doubles on my floor not so well laid out…. I’ll stay again

The Royal Park Canvas was in a great location next to the JR line so getting around was easy the hotel was clean and staff were very helpful would stay there again

Canvas Lounge, a bar that's at the same area with the hotel's reception provides a comfortable vibe, with refreshments and view that allowed us to enjoy the bustling nightlife of Ginza.

Great Efficient Hotel!

Very good hotel in a great location! It’s efficient in size (don’t expect luxury or romantic ambiance) but maintained perfectly. Our only issue is the projection tv, which requires a tedious setup to your smartphone. It works but only if the drapes are completely shut, and kind of inconvenient if you just want to turn on international news to make sure the world is still there.

This hotel is walkable to Ginza. The room is big and clean. Staffs are nice. But the lobby area is squeezed and very noisy. The reception desk is on the corner and is very small.

Hotel was clean and modern, close to Ginza 6 and luxury shopping areas and nice restaurants too! Would love to stay here again the next time we visit Tokyo!

This was a fabulous hotel, great vibe, great breakfast options in restaurant, great bar area, great service, we had an exceptional time at this location.

Very convenient location. Clean room and great service. If you have problem sleeping, you might want consult the front desk before they assign you a room because some rooms were right by the train tracks and it can bother you in the early morning.

Booked the hotel due to good reviews. Unfortunately we were assigned a room with a wall view from our window. The room was smaller than we thought. Breakfast disappointing as only 5 items available to order. Hotel and restaurant staff friendly professional. Good location

Enjoyed our hotel stay. The location was very convenient and we were able to walk everywhere in Ginza and some of Minato City. Will definitely stay here on our next trip.

Happening hotel

A happening hotel with bars on their level 1. Check-in is at level 2. Hotel amenities is self serve at counter, with laundry room. Convenient store just at opposite street.

Great location in the hear of Ginza

They offer great breakfast. Very convenient place to take a train to anywhere in Tokyo. Also they offered welcome drinks which O liked.

Functional and efficient, self serve check in and check out was great! The area is incredibly convenient and close to all the Ginza Corridor eats. Highly recommend if you want to be at the center of Ginza evening dining and quick walks to all the shopping!

Enjoyed my stay here! Definitely the biggest room I had in all of my Japan stay. Clean and easy access to everything we needed. My room had single beds placed in a weird L shaped configuration - I don’t understand why it would be set up this way and can’t imagine someone wanting that configuration. The other issue we had was that guests were often loud at late hours - not something the hotel can control but it’s probably the result of a lively crowd being attracted by the DJ nights. Other than that, our stay was great and I’d come back again (hopefully with beds set up a different way!).

It’s convenient to stay at this property as it’s close to shopping, restaurants, train stations, and some of the attractions.

A lovely stay

We stayed here when we arrived at Tokyo and also the last two nights of our 15-day trip. After experiencing various hotels in Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Nagoya, I must say that this is one of the nicer hotels within our budget. Room is clean and well laid out, and the welcome drink was much appreciated.

The property is no frill and the rooms is kind of small.

Excellent place to stay . Larger than normal rooms for Tokyo. Very modern with an excellent restaurant on the ground floor for all meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Noise is not a problem . Sound deadening and glazing dulled the train and street noise. Not a busy traffic or party street but all that was a short walk away if that is what you wank.

Convience, clean, fun! The two nights we stayed has party at night in Lobby. Location is perfect for shopping and food and transportation. Good for young person but not necessary for family with young kids. Also, separate toilet from shower, good for sharing the room.

Great location but basic rooms. Check in is very bizarre with a kiosk check in. What’s the point of reception staff? Breakfast was ok, options quite repetitive as we stayed for 5 nights. For the price, I would stay elsewhere in Ginza.

The Hotel is well located between Ginza and Marunouchi. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size for 2 people with 4 pieces of travel luggage.

This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are modern, spacious and are elegantly designed. What stands out most though is the amazing staff…the front desk, the room service,and the restaurant teams were all fantastic and went above and beyond to help whenever needed. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

Disappointed. Lot’s noise from the bar downstairs. Staff was oblivious and clueless in general. Room was not cleaned well. Overpriced. Good location

Rooms was very small for the price. The Breakfast menu only had 5 items to chose from daily.

good location, room was a good size and very close to tube. Rooms were lovely and clean. The only minor thing that we could maybe pick up on was that the staff were not as helpful compared to staff at our other stays in Japan. But this was very minor and did not ruin our stay at all.

The service and rooms were not what I am used to for the cost. Extremely small room and shower. No service but locker where you pick up extras that you need. Location good for eating and shopping.

Nice hotel with good location

3rd stay in this hotel. 1st time was May 2023 with family and was happy with the cleanliness, room size, location and good shower! But thought it wasn't great for business stay as it didn't have a proper work desk... ended up I still stayed in same hotel 2 more times for business trip as location and overall happy with the plus points stated above. only other small negative is baggage area isn't wide enough for my suitcase (76cm) so I had to put it near bed area.

Location was great - so many shopping and food options all around you, and train stops pretty much all within a 10 minute walk. Staff were very kind and helpful - they held onto our luggage for a couple of hours so we could go explore more of Tokyo until our transfer to the next hotel.

The staff was friendly, the room was quite modern and spacious. The hotel offered free toiletries, skin care and teas at the front desk. Our room had a protector for a TV with a Chromecast to connect. We really enjoyed the location as well, lots of restaurants and walking distance to shopping areas.

Small but well formed hotel.

Very well located hotel near Ginza corridor. Hotel was functional and well appointed. Very helpful staff and a nice bar for a drink that got buzzy later. Small but well appointed room. Modern decoration and well maintained. Lost a star as the breakfast was awful, one of the worst I’ve had in a hotel. Eggs were cooked at least a day before and literally like rubber. Poor selection and the quality, except for the bread, was not of a standard a hotel like this should be serving. Either do a breakfast well or don’t bother. I’d be disappointed as the staff to see the hotel fall down over something that is obviously not up to standard.

Clean and Comfortable in the Heart of Ginza

Our stay at the Royal Park Canvas Ginza was absolutely wonderful! We loved being in the heart of the city -- walking distance to the JR Line, great food spots, and high-end shopping. The hotel was clean and comfortable and we took full advantage of the shower room/soaking tub to unwind and tend to sore muschles each night after full days of walking, sightseeing, and souvenir hunting. Our room was equipped with a projector and drop screen --- in lieu of a television. The hotel does not provide TV channels - instead they offer the opportunity to mirror your smart phone to their projector so you can stream from your own device. They have a pouch of cables and attachments. But we were unable to get our phones to connect properly and opted instead to relax with music and watching directly on our phones instead of trying to use the projection system. This was the only disappointment as we were hoping to watch local television and see commercials and shows in Japanese. Nevertheless, we would definitely stay here again. It's a beautiful place!!!

New hotel with high quality decor.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with great, helpful staff. It was our first time traveling to Tokyo with a baby and they helped us greatly with booking a taxi, which made it a breeze getting us, and our bags, and baby gear to the airport easily. Loved the area too! Would stay again.

Good location, but rooms are small and there aren’t many facilities attached. The restaurant located downstairs is very expensive and the portion sizes are small. Cool features in the room such as the drop down projector TV.

The hotel is situated on Ginza. Lots of shopping and dining ground the hotel. Theres good transportation links. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Great selection of free toiletry products at front desk. Bar was ok music couldnt be heard on 5th floor. Rooms were.ok. great shower.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Close to shopping, restaurants and subways. My only complaint is the breakfast - same few choices every day. Could not get eggs scrambled, only fried. Staff was wonderful!

Everything was great. Things to be aware of: low very firm bed, keycard needed for lights in room, 400-600m to any station you need, breakfast is ok, good service, would stay again.

Hard beds beautiful hotel

Great hotel. Great location. But their beds are hard as a rock. I know you can’t please everyone but then meet in the middle. When I say they are hard I mean the floor and it would have been the same.

Great location, five minute walk to the heart of Ginza. Lots of dining options on the doorstep. Rooms small, but not terribly so. Lively bar in the evenings.

I didn’t like the beds so close to the floor it’s hard to get up from down low otherwise great location

This hotel was everything we needed and more! I found this hotel on Expedia and wish we had known about it for our first stay in Tokyo. This hotel was well located in Ginza, super quick walk to the train and many stores/restaurants. The value for everything that was included was fantastic and the hotel staff were very accommodating. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. Pros: -Biggest room we experienced in all of our 3 hotels while in Japan -Unique projector in room, easy to hook up to your phone and project movies! -Many bathroom amenities -Great shower & Toto toilet -Robe slippers in room -Incredibly clean -Free welcome drink -Several bars and a restaurant in the hotel -Scale to weigh your suitcases prior to traveling! Cons: really not anything!

the location of the hotel is great, very convenient- many restaurants and bars but this also means that at night it can be a bit noisy. it’s 10-15 walking distance to the Ginza shopping area which is another plus in terms of staff attitude, there’s definitely room for improvement.

Photos on website is way better than reality, but still nice little hotel. We like that its clean, quiet and convenient to walk to near transportation. Staff is pleasant and friendly. I wish they would have a different option for breakfast. We stayed 5 nights and breakfast was the same. I asked to change sausages for piece of becon for my son, but they refused. Not nice and strange for customer service. Front desk was always very helpful. I like a landry option. Every night was a music party. Our room view was horrible, they said they dont have any other room (if I new this before), although it was nice view from hotel balcony. In general, because we came to the hotel late nights, it was a good stay. Most important that it was clean and quiet.

The hotel check-in area is actually a bar or lounge and there are sometimes lots of people hanging around there, which can be very noisy. The room is quite clean, but it is really small. There are lots of extra charges if you want to make your stay a bit more comfortable, such as early check-in or late check-out. There is a weird projector thing on the ceiling above the bed and I was told it's in every room, just kinda creepy.

The staff here are very good. They even got me in for breakfast even though i did not reserve it. My only knock on the property was the lobby and downstairs bar/restaurant had an odd smell. Wife said it was musty/waste water odor.

Second time staying here and no regrets. Room is spacious than most others in Tokyo without being overly expensive. Great location that is near a few stations and lots of places to dine at.

Location was excellent. Clean. Not very good with breakfasts portions and coffee maker “worked” whenever the staff had the will to operate the machine. Once we were told it was broken and 5 minutes later they were serving other people capuccinos. I would recommend other people to avoid eating at the property. There are plenty of choices around!

Hotel with character. Exceptionally clean with 3 bars. I loved how easy it was to connect your own video streaming devices to the projector (FireTV Stick in my case). Every shop imaginable is within walking distance.

The location was very central and close to train stations and restaurants. The beds were very firm. The room was a good size. It’s very odd to enter the hotel through a restaurant and often the entryway had a sewage like smell.

We had a good experience from check in to check out, the staff at The Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor went out of their way to make out stay a positive experience. Complimentary amenities were given ... Just select what you need. From the usual toothbrush, comb to even face masks and body scrub! One of the staff, Mao, helped us call a taxi for the airport and went out of her way to help us with the numerous luggages we had. We were very impressed with her helpfulness. There's a 7-11 around the corner and lots of eateries just across from the property. Everything was so convenient!. Plan to stay here again the next time we visit.

Good Hotel But No TV

The hotel is at a good location and convenient for everything. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The only thing unexpected is there is no TV in the room. They provides a projector which you could use to show anything in your iPhone on a screen . However, after we played the projector for about 30 minutes, the machine got so hot that we got a warning sign of danger. So, we had to shut down the projector immediately.

Room size is a little small. There is no gym, sauna or pools. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient - close to at least 3 different train stations and the Ginza shopping district. There are many bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. There is a 7-eleven store across the road from the hotel.
