Last LEG Holiday disappointment

We had to wait for half an hour before check in, with 2 other couples before us. The couch was absolutely dirty, resulting in us not using it. Bed and pillows very hard and uncomfortable. The guesthouse in Stellenbosch was of far superior quality than this accommodation

Very safe, very clean, and very beautiful. All the staff are also very kind. I'd like to choose the residences at crystal tower again when I get back this area.

Upmarket short stay option

Modern upmarket apartment with a great location and access to Marriott facilities next door. Rooms were clean, modern finishes with good amenities. Kitchen was convenient. Daily cleaning service. Would recommend for families and business traveler. Great location and within walking distance to Canal Walk.

The front desk was great and accommodated an early check in, it is in the same building as the Marriott hotel which needs to be stated on websites including Expedia. The apartment room was spacious but needed a hair dryer and coffee. Area is great and safe. I would easily stay there again!

Great location but poor communication and the Check in process is complicated with the parking. In addition you can see through the bathroom window so at night I used the facilities without the lights on so nobody could see me!!

Great location. less than 5 minutes walk to Canal Walk. Apartment was comfortable and clean and breakfast is small but good and was more than enough. Would stay there again.

I’ve had the pleasure of having your lovely bottles of water to now after a trip ( i consider this a business hotel) no water to drink at all. All over the world a complimentary bottle is standard.I mean even holiday inn now beats u guys! it could be cost saving then put water abd charge. Not having water in a hotel room is just not on.if i come next time and theres no water to drink that will be my last time👊

The Crystal surprise

Fabulous! We had a spacious studio unit , beautifully appointed with all facilities for self catering - everything you could possibly require and quality finishes, central for the highways and also the Canal walk shopping centre. large underground parking area plus some open parking for larger cars.

This place was AMAZING!!!! The staff was very friendly. Front desk team to security. Everyone was welcoming and willing to help with whatever assistance I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view. The heated bathroom floor was a nice surprise. Would have preferred king size bed. Will definitely make this our preferred place to stay next trip. Nice shopping, safe feeling.

13 Day Business Stay

Nice place to stay except the cleaning staff stopped doing their job after about the 3rd day. Bed sheets weren't changed, body wash/shampoo weren't replaced, etc.

Good Stay very smart and clean. Wi Fi was capped but did not affect us. Access to apartment by key is little old fashioned. Security access was exceptional. All mod cons fridge, Microwave , stove, washer and drier. Bulbs were out in bathroom but fixed promptly the next day

Great place, all 3 of us love it. Excellent location for going up the coast, or to wine route, or even out to Hermanus/Gansbaai. Good size apartments, bed folds up to create more space if you like. Restaurant in building is amazing if too busy to go out. WiFi is great, and one-time sign in from many devices. 1GB, the R50 per GB after that. Bed is really comfy and shower is good and strong.

Good property weird location

Great property with friendly efficient service. However neighborhood is a bit strange- like a business park. If you have a car then it's not a problem but there are some much cuter areas to stay in.

Fancy.......but no clue on service

These are good hotel apartments but service is sub-standard. I generally prefer hotel apartments for a good reason. Firstly, I have no problem with a firm bed but this was like sleeping on the floor. Apparently, I am the first guest to ever complain about the bed. Secondly, the kitchen did not have: enough cutlery, no drinking glasses when we checked in, no dishcloths/dish swaps, no emergency dish detergent. The staff's attitude was too laid back for my liking. Every time I asked for something it felt like they were doing me a favour. On the day the lifts did not work properly and the last one was my parking exit card did not work after having been assured that there shouldn't be any problems. I have no reason to go back nor to recommend this establishment to anybody. I have stayed in a few similar establishment(at a lower or equivalent charge) in this City and nothing was this was the worst experience. The towels issued on Sunday did not feel clean.

Everything perfect,wonderful modern apartment & nextdoor to upmarket shopping mall. 10 minutes by car into Cape Town.
