It was one of the best experience I had

The breakfast was good. The suite was spacious and clean.

Over all quite good super close to the airport, for transit or finishing travelling returning home last stop is perfect.

Very spacious and luxurious. Beautiful. only drawback, far from town

Only stayed for one night with a friend as we had a flight transfer. (Location is very convenient) My friend forgot her sweater and the hotel staff was very nice, they helped her locate it and we got it back.

Poor check in

We booked this hotel as it says check in at noon and we were landing into Shanghai after a 15 hour flight. Prior to arriving we requested if we could have our rooms early if possible. We arrived and were told check in was at 2pm. I explained that I had messaged and if possible we could have our rooms as we booked this hotel knowing it was a 12pm check in. . We felt they were very rude and not accommodating and we had to wait a long time for our room.

The room is clean and staffs are friendly, 10 mins walking to the subway. Some restaurants nearby but open late.

Conveniently located relative to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, Hongqiao Train Station, NECC, and the Xujing East metro station. Many food options within walking distance. Great breakfast options! However, traffic jams and long lines will develop during conventions. Visitors - and car services - are likely to confuse this hotel with its similarly-named 5-star sister hotel and/or the (also similarly-named) condos in the same complex.

Excellent service wnd accomodations. Close to hitel and Convention center. Highly, highly recommend. Comparable to a Hyatt Regency. The breakfast is more chinese centric but do offer some western style pastries juice and coffee. Anthony Shan, the hotel concierge was very helpful and can speak some english. Very accomodating. Would definitely stay here again.

First time to Shanghai for business, Qube hotel was the perfect location. Hotel was modern, clean and staff very helpfully. Anthony, Ada, Kent and Lisa were very helpful and assisting with getting me bookings for taxi and dinning options. Would definitely recommend here

A Perfect Stay

Perfect location for attending any events at the exhibition and expo site across the street. The front desk staff was amazingly helpful arranging taxis. When one taxi driver didn't know where to take me and returned me to the Qube, the staff immediately arranged to take me there with the hotel vehicle. I was so impressed by their sincere desire to help me even after having checked out. In every way, I had a perfect stay!

Very clean, quiet & top quality property. Breakfast was reasonable for western travellers. Great location to exhibition centre being an easy 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants just a couple of minutes walk from hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great in genaral but with one condition to improve

one condition is not good: the glass is too transparent between the bathroom and bedroom. This is a private problem for a family with kid.

Comfortable Stay

Dear Team, we have booked a King Size Bedroom, but looking for 02 Twin bedroom they have done it without any cost with Smiling Response, Hotel was Clean & Good & it was near to our Business Fair Ground

The hotel is good but morning breakfast time need to wait for table.

Very modern brand new hotel. Very comfortable room. Good food.

Location was a bit hard for the driver to find. Thought this was close to Hongqiao railway and airport but you actually need to walk around 5-10 minutes to the subway station and take the subway one stop. Hotel was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Convenient and adjacent to the Exhibition Centre

Upon checking in I was upgraded to their sister hotel Primus, and had a fabulous stay.

Very good hotel, very nice amenities but entire are under construction and no restaurants around besides the Hotel. It's a 4.5 star hotel but is a 3 star area due to constructiin

收費標準搬龍門、不要入住這個爛酒店

爛、被安排而且免費升級PRIMUS的房間、原來一切都是騙局、當時入住時付的五百按金在退房時候全給扣光了、原因是因為我第一天沒入住所以扣的手續費和room service charge、而且先前也沒有事先告知我、完全就是故意收我的錢。 我以後去上海也不會選這個酒店。而且在沒有得到合理的回覆我會索求應得的賠償 在酒店裡面丟失了東西也打不了電話去詢問令我更加失望。

It’s my second home.

The hotel is next to my office in Shanghai. Very convenient to commute to other cities for it’s close the the airport and HSR station. Meanwhile, the 4 star hotels provide a very professional and considerate service. Very new hotel with good amenities and services.

This hotel is reasonably close to, but not within walking distance of, the Hongqiao transportation center. It is also, likely, very conveniently situated vis a vis the nearby convention center. I really enjoyed my brief stay here. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The facilities and room amenities were excellent as well.

Worst experience ever

The hotel room was in complete darkness when I arrived due to a 'power down'. I checked in at 11:30pm and was unable to see anything at all in the room. There was no security light or any sign of sprinklers working and no wall sockets working to power phones/lap tops. The power came back on at 3:30am with TV and lights activating without notice. For this standard of hotel this is totally unacceptable and the staff including the hotel manager were oblivious to the potential danger or discomfort this creates when arriving at a hotel.

Qube Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao... its a great hotel.

The hotel is great to stay in if you do not need to go around Shanghai. Great breakfast. Great service. I went to the sports fair to Shanghai. The exhibition center and the metro station was about 15 minutes walking. There is no option nearby the hotel to eat or go shopping. You have to take a taxi or metro to be able to go shopping or dining or to do sightseeing.

Good stay

Hotel is new and all aspect are tip top condition. Room is comfortable and staffs are professional. Breakfast have good spread of food. Hotel is within exhibition area and no eating place around. Subway is 10-15 min walk away.

An unexpected treat!

The hotel was a wonderful surprise - super modern, super clean, with a delicious buffet breakfast and kind and attentive staff. So here are the cons: it's a good way out of town, it's a 10-minute walk to the Metro and there's nothing in the way of nightlife. And here are the pros: it's a good way out of town - there's a feeling of "going home" at night, it's a 10-minute walk to the Metro which is great for the health and there's nothing in the way of nightlife which means a good night's sleep. We loved it - we didn't want to be in downtown Shanghai which after all is one of the five most populous cities in the world. We wanted something modern, affordable and clean. And we found it. A big shout out to 3 people - the chambermaid who indulged our requests for extra loo paper and extra towels, Bailey the concierge who took care of our train tickets - and over and above - the maitre d' in the restaurant who made sure we always had coffee (1 latte and 1 4xshots espresso) waiting for us moments after we sat down every morning. Jimmy Zhu, I salute you - and the superb team you have. You made a difference in our stay and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful hotel in a new development. Though being new and among many unoccupied buildings makes it feel a bit weird walking around. It is nice and convenient to the convention center and metro, though accessing both is challenging due to no direct, street-level routes. You generally have to walk through the hotel intercontinental to get in and out.

We were in Shanghai for the Chinaplus exhibition in NECC nearby. We were being upgraded to Primus Hotel under the same Greenland group which is adjacent to The Qube. Room is clean & spacious & the bed is very comfortable. We love the food, ambience & great service of the Italian restaurant BICE.

Bad hotel ever in Shanghai

I booked a room in this hotel and made payment via Expedia, however, the reception told me I need to repay the room just because she couldn’t find my reservation.

Great Stay

We stayed at the hotel to attend and Expo at the NECC. It is a quick walk to the NECC and the metro station is also very close. It does take about 50 minutes on the metro to get to the Shanghai CBD and tourist attractions using the metro but was ideal for our stay. The hotel is very new and the rooms are great. The room had everything we needed and very comfortable.

For a non smoking room, it stank of smoke

Very good second time around. Had a flight cancelled, had to return to the hotel. They were booked, but able to find an accommodation.....made a rough night much better

Food rip-off

Food was too expensive. More than RMB250 per buffet dinner? That's crazy for the quality of food. And there was no other restaurants near-by. Hotel check-in was super slow.

Close and Convenient to NECC

Hotel was in pristine condition as it was very newly built. It’s convenient and only a 5 minute walk to NECC and about an 8 minute walk to the Metro. Buffet was good in the morning for breakfast. This hotel is a little hard to find. It’s located behind The Primus (we walked in The Primus and the hostess lead us to Qube). Try to request a non-adjoining room, the noise level isn’t bad but I could hear our neighbor sometimes. The lights light switches must of been invented by a rocket scientist because they were incredibly complicated to get the correct lighting.

Wonderful Stay

Hotel room is very spaciou and clean. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Breakfast variety is good. Walking distance to MRT station. Front desk is very friendly with excellent service.

Good facilities hotel 4 people need quiet holiday

This hotel is good value hotel if you work in nearby office or convention center, room is good, staff is friendly. Design is a bit wried to have closet without door exact inside bathroom with a open toilet zone. Hotel provide airport drop off ( Hongqiao) and no pick up, although it is real close to airport but both me and our visitor face overcharged by taxi guy because of distance too close.

Clean rooms, Courteous and English Speaking staff

I stayed here for a business trip and trade show. This hotel is perfectly located if you want to visit the convention center. Only a 10 minute walk to the convention center (Note this is one of two convention centers in Shanghai). The staff was English speaking and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great WiFi signal. The breakfast was well planned with plenty of options for everyone. I have stayed at dozens of hotels in China but this one stands out for its service and cleanliness.

Great hotel and for the price ($100 includes breakfast) a steal. This is not quite five stars (no swimming pool; breakfast buffet is excellent, but caters to Chinese clients), but it is definitely four stars and well managed. The main problem is the location; it is all he way out west and there is nothing much in the neighborhood. As such, great place to get from Hongqiao trainstation/airport if you have an early/late flight/train. For staying in Shanghai for a few nights, probably not that convenient. Right next to a big new conference center; if you have any business in Hongqiao, this is the place to stay.

I think it is a bit inconvenient compared to the city of Shanghai. But the facilities and staff are excellent. If there was a shower toilet, it would be 5 stars overall.

전시장 도보이동이 가능한 위치라 선택한호텔이었으나, 복도소음이 그대로 전달되고, 흡연룸이 같은층이라 간혹 담배냄새가 룸으로 넘어와서 불편함이 있었습니다. 시내하고도 상당히 먼 거리도 단점. 전시장에 볼일이 있는 경우가 아니라면 추천하지 않습니다

部屋もきれいで広く快適でした。個人的なことですが連泊だったのでコインランドリーがあったらよかったのにと思いました。近くにマートがないのも残念でしたが、ホテル自体は朝食もバラエティー豊富でおいしかったし部屋もとてもよかったです。

国家会展中心でのライブに参加するために宿泊しました。会場までは歩いて15分ほどで行けたし、ホテルはキレイだし、安いし良かったです。朝食付きにしたんですが、隣のPrimusホテルで食べるビュッフェは、広い場所に沢山の種類のある朝食で美味しかったです。

部屋もきれいで気持ちよく過ごせました。

호텔이 신축이라서 매우 깨끗했고 좋았습니다. 다만 주변에 볼거리가 너무 앖어사 조금 심심하기도 했어요
