You can hear the next rooms conversation which is very annoying. Crew can not speak english.

Location was on main street so busy and loud. Nothing special nearby. Hotel had no map or valuable advice from staff even though they tried. Breakfast was ordinary.

I used TripAdvisor to find this hotel which showed information for "Hanoi Pearl Hotel". Unfortunately the Expedia link actually referred to a similarly named hotel, "The Pearl Hotel". So while I though I was going to stay at a high-end hotel, I actually ended-up staying at this three-star hotel. It was fine however for a three-star hotel and prices quite well. The location isn't ideal for tourists.

Traveller低価格の割には良いホテルでした。スタッフの対応は良く、部屋もきれいでよかったです。ベトナムのホテルではよくあることですが、スタンドシャワールームから水が漏れて、トイレ、洗面所が水浸しになってしまいます。それ以外はとても満足です。ホテルの朝食は期待してなかったので、ホテル隣にあるレストランでフォーやバインミーを毎日食べました。おいしかったです。
Traveller日本の方も多く泊まるのでスタッフの方は、簡単な挨拶、日常会話が出来るともっとお客さんが来ると思います。
Travellerﾌﾛﾝﾄの対応やｻｰﾋﾞｽは良かったです。 清掃も綺麗でしたが、仕事をする机と椅子があれば長期滞在も出来るようになると思います。 近隣に飲食店が 少ないのが残念ですね~
Traveller仕事で利用しました。デラックスルームだったのでバスルームも結構広かったです。バスタブがとても高くまたぐのが大変でした。朝食はphoやパン、サンドウィッチなどから選ぶことができ、ちょっとしたフルーツのバイキングもありました。値段を考えるとまあまあ良いのではないでしょうか。私が宿泊した時、お客様は全員ベトナム人でした。ベトナム語、または英語ができ、ただ寝るだけと割り切るなら全く支障がないホテルです。
Travellerセキュリティボックスが設置されていないのが残念。

ホテルの立地も良く、設備もほどほどで値段相応なホテルです。
Traveller適合出差、無娛樂需求的人居住之飯店，價格低廉
房間內因無對外窗，故空氣及明亮程度較不佳，飯店附近不太方便，要走一陣子才有商店可供用餐或購物。飯店供應早餐，且現點現做，不限量，為其優點。本次住宿屬出差性質，在沒有太多的娛樂需求的前提下，考量其價格是為一個不錯的住宿選擇，但若非出差性質，建議可找比較熱鬧的區塊進行飯店選擇及預訂。
Traveller호텔은 가격에 비해 별로입니다.
현지 베트남 호텔 수준입니다. 창없는 방을 창있는 방으로 옳기는데 방 1개당 하루 20만동 추가로 지불했습니다. 매달 7일 이상 하노이 가는데 카운터 운영도 미숙합니다. 하노이 쭝화나 미딩에 있는 현지 호텔을 추가해주세요.
