The golf area and pool table could use some updating but over all was a good place to stay
The staff was great. Everything we needed was provided. Loved the atmosphere.
Very clean
Clean rooms; great staff. I would recommend for families.
The last two times we visited this place is always clean and comfy.
Nice
Very nice clean spacious was a overnight stay with family. Will be back.
It’s okay

IF YOU ARE A LARGE FAMILY PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW We had a total of 6 people in our condo here and it was so pleasant. Our children (ages 10-1) enjoyed the stay and had plenty of room to hang out and relax after a long day of activities. The staff were super friendly at check in. It was still early in the season so the pool wasnt open or anything but we will definitely be staying here in the future. We absolutely loved the room. The only critique we can offer is that the unit we stayed in seems like it could be modernized just slightly. However, that is being super picky.
very good, room was like an apartment.
Smelly room
We got here pretty late and was very tired, the room itself was nice however the smell when we walked in was horrible. It smelled like nasty smelly feet and worst in the bedroom. We were to tired to complain and move to new room and in reality it shouldn't even have a smell. Im a house cleaner of 30plus years the smell is a dirty mop they head needs to be changed if it isnt often that nasty smell will occur.
.
This is a no frills facility but was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The unit we stayed in was a king size bedroom with fold out sofa sleeper and full kitchen. The shower was accommodating for tall people.
This is a good set up when you have a small group (4-6) and want to be able to stay together. It is nothing fancy but provides a nice space to gather around the table. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We had a great time.
We needed a 1 night stay, this was the only property that could accommodate the 6 of us last minute. The guy at the counter could use a lesson in hospitality and just being a little more kind.
It was an ehh stay :/
We arrived few hours early before check in time but the gentlemen in the front desk is nice enough to check us in early. When we get to the room we were disappointed because it was dirty, it hasn't been vacuum and tables and chairs looks dirty with icing around the chairs and floor and hasn't been wiped down. Tried to ask one of the house keeper if we can borrow the vacuum so we can vacuum the floors but was told we have to ask the front desk first, which is inconvenience given that we are on the top floor and had to go to the front desk just to ask permission when the house keeper could have just had me the vacuum that they were using while using the 2nd floor room.. There was even a pair of socks stuck on the side on the chair, the bedroom and bed was ok, bathroom is ok too, good water pressure though. Pretty spacious room though. Room was provided with pots and dishes, but the dishes looks like it hasn't been washed when we tried to use it so we decided to rewash it. Kitchen and bathroom has supplies that we needed. For the amount of money that we paid for it, i don't think its worth it.
I like the quiet location. It’s really close to the sight and sound theater and just a short drive to everywhere else I like to go in Branson
This place is amazing!! Very spacious and homey. Fits our family of 5 easily and has all kinds of fun activities right there on site! Best place to stay at affordable rates.
Wonderful
Wonderful place with wonderful staff members!
One room ac keeps turning off middle night. I have to turn it back on. There is no window curtain. Yes, they have blinds but the sun rises in the morning and makes the room bright. Also, I can see the windows from the outside too. The carpet was torn up and not cleaned very well.
Compared to other hotels we’ve been, it was ok. The sheets are for sure clean and new but the feeling that they are like other hotels was different. The 2 bedroom was spacious enough, the place, equipments toilets are a little old. My wife said she didn’t like the smell. It was ok for that one night stay. The price was not too bad. Overall it was still a fair to good experience.
My husband is disabled and we had parking right I'm fromt of our door. The room was plenty big enough for the 4 of us
Vacaciones familiares
Me gustó mucho el lugar, estaba equipado con lo necesario, buen espacio para todos, tranquilo y bien ubicado.
Family of 7
We had a party of 7 and the 2 bedroom was great for us. It was like an apartment inside. The only thing I have negative about our stay is they should purchase new mattresses for the beds and pull out sofa bed. They weren’t horrible but defiantly needs replaced.
OK accommodations. Furniture is old and needs to be replaced. Hot water only lasted through 1 shower (& not that long of one either)! Kitchen looked nice -- we didn't need to use it. I'm not sure we'll go back.
The hotel itself was actually pretty good. What wasn't so great was that I paid for a "suite" that showed two bedrooms in the pictures. What it actually was was a one-bedroom with a fold out sofa in the living room area. Not sure I would've paid what I did for that.
Overall it was okay. But for $200 a night we expected the sheets to not be worn out and unraveling. Location was good
Cute room, reminds me of our apartment when my wife and I got together. Gym was awesome! Way better than expected!
The Staff was amazing Thank you Chris for making us feel so welcomed
We didn’t get to arrive till 11pm the staff was still amazing and friendly. Will for sure be staying here again! The room was amazing for the price beds were comfortable
Great hotel
Clean! Heat and air worked great. Our family enjoyed the stay. We plan to return for future stays.
It was perfect for our family!!
Not Hospitable
I stay in room 1122 over the Labor Day Weekend. As a trip for my wife for her birthday. We walked in the room. The living room was decent. The bedroom was the total opposite. The bed cover was super outdated. Felt like back in the 1980s. Didn't look clean at all. The bathroom tub was not clean. The dresser drawers had major scratches like some kids had did it previously before our stay. The nightstand on my side of the bed was crawling with ants. Definitely, not worth my 300 dollars spent for that weekend.
Great stay
I got foxed
I just chose to stay there for one night and changed hotels it just was not what it appeared to be in their ad decent hotel just not up to my expectations
Surprisingly quiet - I had a room next to the elevator and I didn't hear it at all! I would recommend curtains in at least the bedrooms though. The security lights are so bright (awesome!) but also shine in the windows (not ideal).
Terrible beds
The beds are horrible, I have had better beds in a 40.00 hotels and mgmt would not do anything about it🙁
OK place
OK place. Bed not very comfortable. Clean place. Early check out at 10am & cleaning people knocking on your door at 9:30 not good. Not sure will be back! Disappointing stay.
I like that they offer great rates for what you get.
Mostly great, just some minor inconveniences
Good overall, but the main building did not have an elevator. The climb to the 3rd floor was a bit difficult with a heavy cooler. The light switch in the bedroom was awkwardly placed, on the wall by the window, on the other side of the bed, away from the door. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/utensils, however, the pans were entirely metal (including handles), but no hot pads or tea towels or anything were available. I had to use washcloths from the bathroom while cooking. By the time I had realized there were no hot pads, I had already finished the meal, and got the washcloths, but I did not contact the front desk to see if they had any hot pads or kitchen linens. It just seemed odd that those weren't already included in the condo inventory. Overall, it's a pretty good place, but just had some minor inconveniences.
Older hotel converted into “condos”
Older hotel converted into “condos”. Shower head was ridiculously short. Bathroom wasn’t updated like living room And kitchen. Fold out couch was very uncomfortable. Bed was ok. Did have full kitchen and washer and dryer. Not the nicest place I’ve started but not the worst either. Staff was very friendly so that’s a great bonus.
Excellent
It was great
Very Nice Experience..
It was a little hard to find, but worth it. We will surely stay here again in the future!
Great Place for Kids
We took our kids and grandkids with us on this trip. We've stayed at a number of different resorts in Branson. This place was very kid-friendly. There wasn't a lot of nick-nacks that would be tempting to little hands. There were outdoor activities such as put put golf, bean bag throw, the pool, and a nice maintained nature trail that allowed the little ones to get out some wiggles. There was also an outside basketball court and an outside pool table. It was nice to have activities to do as a family considering social distancing recommendations.
Great for Family Vacation!
The check in process was super easy and the condo was exactly what the pictures depicted. Great for kids and adults alike!
Home away from home
Our stay was pleasant and the staff was really friendly. Lots of room for the two of us. There were only two issues for me and that was there wasn't a can opener to be found and the toilet rocked. Those are only little things and wouldn't bother a lot of people. Oberall we would definitely stay again.
Great rooms!
Always enjoy staying here when we go to Branson!
I like the fact that it wasn't on the main strip but was still close to things. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The stay was very nice. Staff was friendly.
Satisfied
It was very relaxing. The room was very nice and it was nice to be able to cook our own meals. Home away from home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went a day early, the staff helped accommodate us to get a room. We would like to stay again in the future.
Nice place
The dvd player didn't work but otherwise a nice place to stay
A little difficult to find, no elevator. HVAC ratty and difficult to control. Stale smell in room. Very good refurbishment and spacious room. Great shower and tastefully decorated.
Adequate
Accommodations were fine. Older property. Here for a conference so didn't spend too much time at the room.
We rented a two bedroom with kitchen. It was clean. Lots of outside activity for kids.
I didn't like how I got charged an extra 150 dollars for no reason
Nice place to stay
There were 5 in our party, one of them a child. We got a 1 bedroom condo and it was just a little too small but that was our fault. We did ask for a roll-away bed but were told they didn’t provide those. The place was clean and adequate for our stay, which was just one night. The cooking area was ok, it would have been nice to have a cooking pan for inside the oven for the garlic bread we brought. Anyway, nice place to stay and will stay there again.
The two bedroom was a good size. Beds were not horrible, not fantastic. Property is older and needs updating. Overall clean, but baseboards and carpet looked dirty in areas. Needs paint and new furniture. The bedroom with the king bed did not have a temperature control air unit so I had to keep turning the heater on and off. The other two rooms were auto control. Overall, not worth the amount of money spent.
Good value for the money overall. Carpet dirty and no curtains over the windows.
Nice room since it had a kitchen. Pool a little too small.
Had a great time. Quick find on last minute decion to stay in branson overnight.
The Retreat at Foxborough
The layout of the room was perfect for my family. We liked that there was a kitchen and even a washer/dryer. However, we found the cleanliness of the room to be terrible to the point where we almost left. We were assured by staff that the cleaning crew (that they contract out) would be there the morning after checkin to clean the place up. The bed comforter had dried vomit on the under side and yet the bed was made with it in that condition. The sheets were covered with shed hair. The bed mattresses looked sunk in and the carpets and furniture upholstery were stained. We also found out that our door could not be closed from the outside so they had to completely change out the door lock. After raising these concerns to management we were given a few tickets to a magic show :( . Will not be staying here again.
Not one I would return to.
Rooms are very old, cracked and stained tile, carpets are dirty. Off the loop, not within walking distance of any attraction.
Great staff, but..
First off I want to say that the staff are very nice. I was expecting a normal condominium but it is actually a converted motel complex. Very nice interiors and appliances but still a converted motel. The bed was horrible! Very broke down and killer on the back. We have been coming to branson for over 25 years and this is on the bottom of places to stay.
Everything was great except our sleeper sofa was broken
Nice hotel clean, quite, beds to hard for me
I would stay there again, they're updateing the rooms. I wish beds were pillow top mattress. Our room had a kitchenette everything was nice and clean. We were in the back and it was very quiet.
Shower heads are way too short...also they have pots and skillets to cook with, but no pans...they should invest in some cookie sheets and a pizza pan...the beds are so uncomfortable!!
Great location and Family Friendly
Love our stay. 2 concerns-the wifi was very weak and kept going out. A quick clean of the kitchen chairs would be great-they are dirty and look terrible-I almost cleaned them myself. The rest of the property was very clean.
outdated
It was average. I stayed at Comfort Inn and it was so much cleaner and nicer than the foxborough.
Quiet location
Nice clean & quiet place. This was my second stay at Foxborough. I came back because of the quiet location. It's close to some of my favorite places & just a short drive to the main strip. Staff is always nice & both times my room was super clean. This place is a work in progress, but looking great!
Needed upgrades.
For the most part it was fine. We had issues with hot water almost every morning. The couch needed to be replaced and there was no other seating in the living area. WiFi very weak and sometimes didn't work. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer and dishwasher in the unit. It was very quiet area. I would probably stay again but ask for a different unit.
Lousy internet service. In need of a fresh up.
It was an okay room. ideal for families. having a full kitchen was great. If you stay here do not let them put you down pack in the "hole" as we called it. the internet reception here was lousy. Could only get on line from 1 of the bedrooms. They put us here so we would not have to do stairs. We had to walk for a long ways because we were literaly the las room on that floor. The rooms could use a little bit of a freshen up. The couch and chair in the living room were terrible to sit in. We ended up putting the bed cushions on them so we could get up. The kitchen was fully stocked so we saved a bit by having breakfast and lunch in our room.
Hotel staff were very accomodating and attentive! Close enough to everything but not in the middle of all the traffic. Would stay again.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved having a kitchen as we have family. The flaws were dirty floors, not enough kitchen equipment(pans, plates, etc) and no fan in the bathroom. Overall we had a good experience.
needs a little help
Appearance was beautiful. Beds & couch were very uncomfortable. Pool & staff was great. WiFi was too slow to connect the whole 6 days we were there. Air conditioning worked great.
Great stay!
We have stayed at many places in Branson and this one has been the best so far! Our room was newly renovated and appeared as if no one had ever stayed in it before. It was very clean, fresh, and the beds were very comfortable! Having a kitchen to cook in was a bonus for us. Awesome place, will definately stay here again!! Thanks for a great stay!
Not your nicest condo-
I like to give these reviews for families that are trying to get the same thing we are.. Something to accommodate a large family thats not nasty but not horrifyingly expensive. We have a "usual" condo in Branson but it was booked. So.. We booked a "condo" at this "resort". It is an older motel that has been refurbished into condos. The bathtub is an insert over an older tub so you need to bath unless you're under 4 foot tall. The shower head will be about mouth height. The sofa bed (which at our normal resort is great) is a nightmare. Please don't make your kids sleep on this! We had to have them sleep with head on the bottom of the bed because of the downhill slant -. The room WAS clean. They use TIDE for the washing machine which is nice.. BUT the washing machine/dryer are in the bedroom. I don't know about others, but I like to wash my laundry at night while I sleep and play (not in the motel) during the day. So kind of a catch there.. We did not use any of the outside facilities. We did not use any kitchen utensils- I purely rented this for the supposed extra bed and separate bedroom for us. The price difference to get a two bedroom was double the price. At our usual condo "Suites at Fall Creek" We do well with a one bedroom condo. Everything there has been wonderful- (and has an indoor pool) So if you want something super cheap- and back extra bedding/pads for the kids----
not quite getting what you pay for.
This is the first time that we stayed here since they were bought out by a time share. And just so that you know they no longer offer any breakfast like the description stated. They are under alot of remodeling so alot of things are half done. Our room had new carpet and smelled very fresh, however the door nobs on all the interier doors were loose. Not a big deal though...my husband had a screw driver and went ahead and tightened them. The comforter sets were new but we're very cheap. The air conditioner didn't cool well but luckily it wasn't very hot out so we were ok. What I was most upset about was at the end of the bed there was about 6-8 inches of the steel bedframe sticking out past the mattress and covered up by the bedskirt. Naturally as I was unpacking my bag my leg hit it and I had a 3 inch long gash on my leg. Luckily we had brought a first aid kit with us or I would've had to visit an urgent care due to all the bleeding. And when I informed the desk about said incident all I got was an I'm sorry...no offer of discounted stay no coupon for return visit...I don't think they care too much if you return. And as a side note there wasn't a single bible in any of the side tables like even the cheapest hotels have...they had them all at the front desk so that you had to ask to have one in your room. Overall it was ok but not worth the price.
Loved it except the hard beds
Rooms were nice and big. People were polite. Off the strip but very easy to get to everything. I wish there were curtains over the windows. The beds were hard. Would totally stay there again if they had better beds.
The rooms were great! Lots of space and newly renovated! The only thing is that we were told that we would get free wifi and every time we asked, they said they would fix it and never did! They offered to give us another room, but after we were all settled in for a day! Other than that though, it was a great hotel! We would definitely go there again!
lots of people + no way to get if trash = help!!!!
Lots of space for the price...but not very clean. The ad said there was daily housekeeping but there wasn't. We got this large room to fit lots of people for three nights. The first day we were shocked to find the maid didn't come, which means no clean towels or garbage removal. We asked the front desk only to be told there would be no service. We luckily got housekeeping to give us clean towels, but on vacation you make lots of trash. And there was only two small waste paper baskets. By the third day we had piles of wet towels, trash everywhere and we ran out of toilet paper and tissues. We aren't dirty people and I don't need a maid, but basic supplies and trash service would be great.
2015 Christmas weekend
We came with our two grandkids for we could come and see the Christmas parade at Silver Dollar City. The hotel was pretty good. We bought some food for wrestling cold eat breakfast the next morning before our departure. The only thing we could see was that they needed blackout curtains in all rooms. The lights out side was a little bright. The shades didn't help much. Over all we all had a great time and enjoyed the stay.
awesome for the price
Not fancy but very clean! All rooms have a full kitchen, living room and come with washer and dryer. Awesome for the price and we had no complaints!!! Can't wait to stay again!
Retreat at Foxborough is a wonderful place to stay
Our room was great, and it was a great deal. We met the owner, and he is a wonderful guy and a former body builder. He and my husband, who is also a body builder, immediately became friends. My husband said the fitness room at this hotel has machines that some gyms don't have. There is a breezeway with tables and chairs so you can sit outside and have two different views of Branson. There is also a picnic and grill area, putt putt golf, and a great swimming pool area. We highly recommend this hotel. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we visit Branson.
Close to Silver Dollar City.
The hotel staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They took care of all our needs. Our room was clean, quiet and comfy. We got way more for our money than we had hoped for.
The sheets had weird stains all over them the room in general was gross and the room smelt musty
Hard to find.
No elevator, no morning snacks. Rooms comfortable, but small.
I'm just glad they are remodeling filty carpet
I 'll do Branson again
room was better than expected arrived late in the evening to a cheerful and friendly host who is very happy to recommend local restaurants in the area and scenic things to do overall this stay was very very nice
Great getaway to Branson.
Nice pool & seating areas. Great staff. I would definitely stay here again.
The condo was very nice and clean. Staff at the hotel were very courteous. I would recommend this hotel to others.
Good
Need to work on drainage in bath tubs and stool no flushing right
Awesome staff & big rooms
We had a last minute rental in the condo's. We got a wonderful staff to answer all our questions and to help with our needs. The rooms were big and nice. The kids loved all the extras that you can do on the property.
Very quite area. I like the one bed room condo I got but did not know that I have to do my ow housekeeping. Other than taking the dirty sheets and towers to the front desk to get new ones, everything else was fine.
Getaway in Branson
Good place enjoyed the staff
Super nice one bedroom condo.
We stayed in a one bedroom Condo. It was very clean with a full up to date kitchen. It also had a dishwasher and washer and dryer. I went home with clean clothes and washed and dried our suits and towels daily. Everything was very nice. My only complaint was The bed was not very comfortable and same with couch. They would not stop me from renting again and would Gladly go back.
The bed was hard. The bathroom needed updated. Theres was no warm water.
Close to Branson
I'm not sorry, but... I use anot U.V. light. OMG, the bathroom walls were gross, spatter all overy up to the light switch and above. The coffee pot... we didn't even use because it glowed. Take a shower and wash your feet before getting in the bed, I'm not exaggerating, the carpet was that sticky. The toilet was clean as we're the door knobs. 1st vacation in 3 years The Radisson was perfect, that's where we moved to for only $10.00 more a night .

Our stay was just ok. The units are showing their age. They need updated with new beds & new sofas in the living room. The sheets all had a smell to them.
