Beautiful hotel, nice rooms and comfy clean beds. I love this hotel and would stay here again next time. My mom loved it too, she lost her phone and one of the maintenance guy found it👍. My stay included a very nice buffett breakfast, all the foods were delicious. One thing though, this hotel has no wheelchair access to the lobby/ stairs are the only way, either you have to carry it all up by 2 people or through an employee entrance lift. Overall I would stay here again, hotel is very clean and love the rooms. Staffs are very friendly and very helpful as well👍

Overall it was a nice hotel and stay; since I stayed over the weekend it was extremely busy, especially during bfast time, the service was lacking, not attention to details

Nothing 5 star about it

Noisy room and uncomfortable bed. Room is quite small and dark. Customer service is not up to international 5 star hotel. Food is ok with limited options.

Very helping Staff. Wifi can be better. Wifi got disconnected over and over again in the room.

Good hotel to stay. Place is very convenient as it’s situated near to major shopping Malls.

The room services and staffs are excellent. One of the best I've experienced. The drainage system of the shower however could be better.

The staff at hotel is friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing, definitely I'll be back for my next trip. The gym needs more air conditioning, the rest is ok. The locations is not bad at all.

Generally good ! Staffs very polite - except my trip was interrupted with a short power breakdown almost 1 hour Long ! But staffs were very appologtic on this incident and keep appologsing for the happening ! But still I will retune on my next trip to same hotel

Great service and comfy beds

Travelled as a group of 4 adults and 1 baby. Hotel staff provided excellent service, helping us translate between our driver who could only speak Bahasa and us who spoke English. They also recommended places for us to dine at and we went to 2 of them and were well pleased. Hotel beds are nice and comfy.

Quick escape from Jakarta

It's quite convenient to travel over weekend for some hopping and sightseeing. The hotel location is good and staff is very hospital it's been a while since I visited a hotel in Asia without seeing any insects in the room. The place is perfect and relaxing.

Great food and hidden gem..

Great honeymoon stay, was amazed with the many type of food avaliabe at breakfirst. A hidden garden below the main lobby take you to another world with birds singing their way. the rainbow cake was superb from their bakery. 5 star service with friendly staff.

Not value for money!

Enjoyable hotel. Service downstairs was vert attentive though there were obviously some problems about keeping the full complement of towels available in the room.

This Hotel surely has a chop on the ambassador club. It serves you on the highest level. It's really nice one. Yet not every room can access this facility. Well... Not everyone can access this world's chateau....

Away from Factory Outlets

Nice hotel, well maintained, and clean room; breakfast is good and well presented; location is bit out of the town centre and factory outlets; there is nothing much to see in the surroundings of the hotel. But the staff are courteous and helpful, e.g. the hotel sent the IT personal to our room to fit the wifi connection even it was late in the night.

Great Hotel In Bandung

We moved here after an unsatisfactory night in another hotel and were blown away by how nice it was. The included breakfast was great, the staff was fantastic and everything at the hotel was very clean. We had a great week here. The only downside is that the Papandayan didn't seem to be very close to anything in Bandung that we wanted to see. It often took an hour to get over to the neighborhoods to see friends.

No regrets trust me, I was there.

Really enjoyed our stay in The Papandayan. Everyone had a ready smile on their faces. The services were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Pesan tempat tidur tidur king size, ternyata ditempatkan pada kamar yg double bed yg dijadikan satu, jadi tidur tdk nyaman. Semua service dari vallet, room boy, makanan, semuanya lama sekali.

편안한 시간을 보낼수 있는 좋은 호텔 조식도 넘 좋았습니다.

매우 만족했습니다. 와이파이 속도도 좋았고 침구 특히 베게가 편하고 좋았습니다. 룸서비스 음식이 조금 아쉬웠으나 커피도 맛나고 좋았습니다. 서비스도 좋았고 직원분들도 모두 친절하셨습니다. 스파도 매우 좋았습니다. 다음에 반둥을 가게 되면 다시 찾을 예정입니다. :-)

ツインベッドが小さい

良いホテルでしたが、ツインルームのベッドが小さく、子供と二人で寝るのがつらかったです。

Kamar bersih lokasi strategis dekat dengan trans studio juga atmosphere tapi saat breakfast crowded makanan habis tidak diisi ulang dan meminta sendok lama dilayani.. Pelayan tdk bisa mnghandle saat situasi crowded, kebetulan saya menginap saat imlek..

ツインサイズのベット２台のタイプの部屋とあったので予約したのですが、実際はシングルベット２台で、小さい子供連れで宿泊するには狭く、部屋の変更をしました。 室内は、あまり掃除が行き届いていないようでした。 チェックインの際に、ポーターに荷物と一緒に預けた本が紛失してしまうトラブルがあったのですが、ホテル側からは何の連絡もなく、こちらから問合せを何度かしましたが、特に連絡は頂けませんでした。

清潔感にあふれるロビー，部屋内

クラブルームに泊まり，ラウンジにて朝食やアフタヌーンティー，イブニングカクテルをいただいたが大変静かで落ち着いた環境で，満足度は高かった。ひとつ難点はもう少し食事のメニューが多いといいかなと感じた。市の中心部から少し離れているので，市内の観光にはタクシー他を使うなどしなければならないが，私は個人的に友達と会っただけなのでそれほど不自由は感じなかった。次にバンドゥンに行く際はまた滞在してみたい。
