The accommodation had been relatively recently renovated and done to a quality standard. Condition was excellent, and it was well equipped and comfortable. When we had a couple of minor issues the staff were very responsive. Highly recommended.

What an incredibly well equipped and clean property with updates amenities. Host was lovely and would recommend highly!

Great location, close to beaches, shops & walking trails. Comfortable clean apartment with access to pool, perfect for families. Friendly hosts and good communication.

Will definitely stay again

Great find amid a lot of mediocre motels in the area. Nicely renovated, King bed and the ensuite was a nice surprise. Very handy to cafes and RSL and riverfront walk. Parking was off street and great for a large vehicle. Ceiling fans were a bit noisy, but manager was going to sort out.

Good location, within walking distance of shops bars and restaurants. Very well managed, clean and quiet. Excellent 2 night stay. Will come back for a longer stay in the future

Was a great space for our family

Jo was very welcoming upon arrival. We were greeted with a smile after a 7 hour drive. Clean apartment and walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Nice place, easy to find. Great area to stay while exploring the south east coast. Undercover parking as well. Walking distance to diverse range of eateries.

Great stay

Location is great, close to everything. Newly renovated, Clean and lovely Hosts. Ensuit Shower a bit tight to get in if you are a bigger person but over all great place to stay.

a great place to stay, and the staff could not do enough for us after we had been evacuated with bush fires their service was outstanding

Great location, new owners

Very comfortable and well appointed units. We've stayed there once before and would return. The complex is under new management.

Disappointed with No View

Nice location, but our ground floor apartment had absolutely no view and the decor was quite outdated.

Lovely break

We had 5 great nights staying at The Palms. Keith was extremely accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The bed was comfy, the apartment light and airy with a lovely balcony. Everything you needed was there. All in all a wonderful break away.

Cooked a full Christmas dinner for the family here

We stayed in the penthouse and the views were exceptional. The deck was huge and the kitchen was fully equipped for almost everything we needed to do a full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. The only thing I brought myself were extra tea towels and baking trays. It was a great place, super close walking distance to everything. I have family nearby so am always staying in the area and this was one of our favourites - we'll be back for sure.

clean but definitely not luxury

too old to be advertised as luxury. old and out of date. In need of an upgrade. Not much has been added to this place since it was built and i would say the early 80s

short stay

short stay for relaxing break, shame about the weather for not being able to use the spacious outdoor area but still love coming to Merimbula.

In the heart of Merimbula

The place was fantastic and you were able to relax by the pool. The Manager was awesome and very helpful.

Comfortable stay

The Hotel made the trip very enjoyable, after all day at the beach, enjoyed coming back to our room to relax in the air-conditioning for the night. The location was in close proximity to the beach which was great and the staff were very helpful.

It was great, short walk to the shops.

We got to have one night in the penthouse, amazing and the view was spectacular, have booked in again. Thanks KW
