The Ozarker had some amazing features, like the fireplace with seating in the lobby and firepits along the creek. My husband was freaked out by the bare concrete floor in the room. There was not a microwave in the room. The room was decorated really cut and the staff was friendly. I had the best iced chai tea with a shot of toasted marshmallow from the coffee shop/ bar.
Fun quick trip
Loved the coffee bar and game room. The kids loved the bunk beds and pool.
Nice staff and great pool and hottubs in the back.
unique place, I love that it has a creek in the back, and Jacuzzi area beautiful place! I love the reception area and the heated pool!
10/10. We will be returning for a longer stay.
Unidentified Charges
Overall the hotel is quite nice. Was unfortunately surprised by an amenity fee that Hotels.com nor the Ozarker Lodge identified, we become aware of this fee after we had received our final bill via email. This will likely be a game changer to our future consideration of this hotel.
It is a cute lodge, cozy and family-friendly
Branson
The room was nice and clean. Would definitely book again
The place is beautiful but the online pictures are very misleading. The rooms are incredibly small. They have a fridge that fit only 2 packs of juice, no microwave or storage. Breakfast is cereal or bagels and muffins. The rate is incredibly overpriced for how small and the walls are very thin. You can hear everything. The front desk clerk is the sweetest person! I had paid on Expedia but got charged again even higher price by the hotel and the my card shows purchased so I was charged over $500 for one night
Amazing place
The Staff was So Friendly and great. Great fun the kids had a blast.
Overall wonderful experience
It was a quiet location
The Ozarker Lodge
Very friendly, clean, and comfortable for the family!
I liked being able to reserve the hottubs and the cozy feeling of the bar
One night family stay
Our stay was nice. The hotel is just as pictured. It is a precious, recently renovated lodge with the cutest vintage lodge decor. We were located in the back next to the creek. It was a very lovely setting. The only drawbacks were that you could hear every step the people staying above us took until late in the evening/ morning hours and the continental breakfast was mediocre.
I loved the firepit areas by the creek!! And the hot tubs.
Fantastic
Fantastic Stay! We will be back!
Loved the soaking tubs, heated pool with poolside bar and fire pits. Having some music in the lobby on Saturday night was added bonus!
We very much enjoyed our stay at The Ozarker Lodge. The rooms were quaint and clean and comfortable. The property is fun and has plenty of things to do. The lobby bar and coffee shop are excellent. They had live music Saturday evening. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
I absolutely loved my stay at The Ozarker Lodge. The staff was friendly, it was clean and beautiful, and the atmosphere was amazing!
Loved our stay at the Ozarker! My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days and this place was updated, clean, cozy, and very comfortable! I like that it has spaces that work for both families and for couples. We also loved the amenities and the custom coffees and drinks we were able to order in the lobby/lounge. We will definitely be back!
My room was extremely clean and well-appointed. Last night after getting back from a meeting, I sat at the bar and worked while enjoying local beers on draft — all were great selections. This morning I enjoyed sitting by the creek while attending to emails. Notably, of all the complimentary hotel coffee I’ve EVER had, the Ozarker is presently in the pole position. It was delicious coffee. Also, high praise to whoever selected all the light fixtures throughout the facility. Just really well done. If I come back to Branson, whether for work or fun, this will be the spot.
Very dirty!!
Amazing amazing amazing
I have to say my family and I took a trip from Texas to Branson. An we decided to power through the day before check in. We arrived 6hrs before check in. An guess what they checked us in at 7am. Kindest staff I ever Had.
Exceptional
Exceptional from start to finish! This is a fantastic family hotel! The bunks were a big hit with the kids. Comfy and fun. The creek along the back was beautiful. The service was fantastic and the cleanliness was too notch.
This location is great. Loved the hot tubs that overlooked the river.
We found bedbugs and didn’t end up staying. My husband and I have never in our life seen a bedbug and we have stayed in hundreds of hotels! The manager has ignored all calls from Expedia and has not giving us a refund which she told us we were getting in an email.
Add this to your travel bucket list. It is a fantastic place.
Best lodging in Branson!
After staying 3 nights at a sub-par hotel, we had to stay an extra night due to weather. I found The Ozarker Lodge on hotels.com and we decided to give it a shot. Honestly, from now on when we go to Branson, that is where we will stay. Front desk associates were all more than friendly, it felt like talking to old friends. And the outdoor hot tubs in view of the woods and a mini-waterfall was so serene!
Neat property
What a cool property! My family loved the decor in the lobby, the games and just all the little details that made it unique! My only frustration is that although the site advertises that there are EV charging stations-they are only TESLA compatible. So, if your vehicle uses the other charging connection, you're out of luck.
Loved the creek that ran at the back of the property!
Great cabin feel place beautiful and cozy perfect for the fall weather and time with family
The Ozarker was a wonderful place to stay! The lobby/lounge area was very inviting and welcoming. They have a simple breakfast- cereals, muffins, bagels, etc which is perfect for days you don’t want to rush out to grab breakfast. The soaking tubs and heated pool are awesome features. We enjoyed cocktails and a charcuterie board one night as well. The one thing we noticed that could streamline things a little, is that most of the time there was only one employee at the front desk managing the bar, coffee, and everything guest related- so there was a wait quite a few times. Overall- we can’t wait to come back again and bring family and friends.
This is my favorite place to stay in Branson. It’s clean and quiet. It’s a great place for family! I can’t wait to come back in summer and use the outside facilities!
They had reservations messed up and they tired to put me on 3rd with a. Ad back and no elevator
Excellent quick stay. I am VERY picky when it comes to hotels. I am a light sleeper and I would consider myself a germaphobe. It was nice and quiet with the fan going at night and the room was very clean. Beds were comfy too! The hotel was hip and trendy with a super cozy vibe in the lobby. Loved the decor. Breakfast left a lot to be desired but I guess pretty standard. Would definitely love to come back and use the soaking tubs/explore the creek next time we are in Branson. Thank you so much Ozarker!
Breakfast sucks
Recommended Branson Hotel
Clean hotel with nice lobby and bar. Fire pits are a nice touch. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean and roomy.
Warm and Cozy Lodge Hotel. Impressive!
Very nicely renovation to make a classic Lodge type atmosphere. Rooms are outfitted with quality fixtures and furniture. Lobby is warm and welcoming. Very cool place!
Christmas trip
We chose this place as we usually stay at Hampton but they were booked up on this weekend. Beds are comfortable. Staff is excellent. Away from the strip noise and traffic.
Enjoyed the quaint lodge feel of this place during the Christmas season!
We had a great time per usual. This was the second year in a row staying there for the holidays and we loved it. Can’t wait to stay there again next year !
Beds were awful.
Property was very cute and quaint. We enjoyed the live music Friday night and the atmosphere in the lobby! The biggest complaints we had was 1. the parking could be an issue at times, 2. the hot water wasn't great mid-morning (guessing lots of people using it at that time), 3. the coffee in the lobby during breakfast hours was not good :(, and 3. the window shade for each room was not long enough so you could see inside the rooms. I ended up rolling up my hoodie and putting that in the window and that worked. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again. These issues we had could be easily addressed (other than the parking and it wasn't horrible)
It was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and it was clean and so cute!
Room was small!! Bed was not comfortable, breakfast was nothing hot! Front lobby cute. Pool outside heated, hot tubs great but out doors
Outstanding staff
Upon check in the staff was to busy making drinking and etc at the bar to help with check in and any questions we had. We checked out the next morning and the lady was to busy again that morning doing the same things to listen to my concerns about our room and all the noise and cold air coming in under the door cause you could see outside under the door cause the gap was huge the air was blowing underneath.
Very nice property
Beautiful hotel above all the rest in Branson
I really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property. I loved the faucets, design, firepits, coffee, the staff were great, parking was good. Overall i loved it and will always stay here now.
Great property
The Ozarker Lounge had a nice, cozy atmosphere. Our room was a bit small and kinda musty. It was noisy, but it died down by midnight. Staff was very friendly.
Beautiful! Will be back!
Absolutely love this hotel. It’s beautiful inside and out. My kids loved the heated pool and hot tubs. We got in them in November and stayed comfortable. Our next trip we will definitely be staying here again!
Beautiful stay for a small vacation.
Limited breakfast options.
Our stay was amazing! Everyone there was so helpful and nice. Ryan was so helpful with our fire!! The hot tubs were so clean and sitting there over looking the river was so relaxing! Definitely recommend!
3nights
Room was okay. It was small and they need more lite over the vanity.
This was a wonderful place and we'll absolutely come back over and over again. Great bar, cozy firepits, nice rooms, and very friendly staff. Super nice and warm atmosphere. Fantastic!! Ken in Grove, OK
Nice place, but the front desk girl was not very nice. They need to advertise not handicap accessibly unless I paid extra money for a 1st floor room. Also, no elevator so if it’s on 2nd or 3rd floor plan on carrying your luggage up the stairs!
Trendy but small rooms.
We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at The Ozarker Lodge! From check-in to check-out and in-between, we had a wonderful experience. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and extremely helpful. The lodge is absolutely beautiful and our room was great. We enjoyed the outdoor area highly, using the fire pits, heated pool, and play area. There were events offered (movie night by the pool, yoga, and live music), which we enjoyed so much. The bar was fantastic with both their drink choices for evening and the coffee bar was delicious. We can’t wait for our next stay and can’t imagine staying anywhere else except The Ozarker Lodge on future trips to Branson!
Will be back
Beautiful property with thoughtful touches. Our speaker didn't work which was disappointing. Loved the hot tubs. Breakfast sub par and totally unexpected, honestly we thought the breakfast would be a little boujie, but it wasn't.
We had a nice stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Facing the creek side of the property is a plus. Hot tubs, pool, fires, all were nice. The lobby is cozy and beautifully decorated and the breakfast is good. Love the modern look and colors. Definitely recommended!
We enjoyed the outsude area, very nice! Clean and comfortable.
We really liked the Ozarker lodge. The rooms and lobby are unique and decorated very nice The coffee we had was delicious made by the barista and we enjoyed the BBQ restaurant right next door Danna’s we were able to walk to
Our first room was on the lower level with no carpet just cement floors, felt like being in someone's garage. Asked for room change only to find out that this rooms heater was not working and temperature was going to be in the 30s that night. After checking for some time able to get us another room but on the 3rd floor and hotel has no elevator, my husband and I are 65 and 62 years old, this was difficult for us to climb but we managed. We probably will not stay here again.
We loved all the little details, the coffee and the room was cozy. Firepits were nice to sit around at night to relax. We will definitely stay again!
Landskeepers are amazing. They deserve a raise!
We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The lobby didn’t feel like a hotel lobby, but rather an inviting space to spend time with family over a cup of hot cocoa/coffee. The surrounding amenities were nice too with the heated pool, hot tubs, and abundance of fire pit areas. The only things we didn’t like were the quality of the mattresses and that you could hear everything going on outside of our room as if it was in our room.
Room was too pricey and small.
It was a beautiful place! Friendly staff. However, we were charged way too much for what the room was, definitely too small for a family of four. Beds were not comfortable.
Love the hotel. Love the concrete floor on first level. My bed was a bit hard, would like a microwave and coffee pot, but otherwise everything was unique and great! I would visit again. Didn’t bring kids, but kids would love it. The front check in area is great with lots of fun things. Cookies were great!
Birthday Trip
Super cute lodge in Branson. I’ve stayed in some very high end hotels in the past and The Ozarker blew all of those out of the water! It’s very quant but the decor was outstanding. Stayed here for a short weekend trip to celebrate my birthday, but I will book at the Ozarker when coming to Branson from here on out!
Enjoyed our stay! Loved that the Staff is visible and walking around just to help. The fire pits and soaker tubs are a plus! We did have a small issue with our refrigerator making a loud clicking noise but when we reported it we had a new one in minutes. Just an FYI the beds are firm and the showers are small. If the showers had a curved rod it would make them better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Pet friendly
Property is in a good location to all attractions in Branson.
Concrete floors in the room. No place to hang clothes if you are having an extended stay. Rooms are very small and the refrigerator was turned off on arrival. Continental breakfast was bad with frozen danishes and not much selection. Television never worked and would pop up errors about storage space and you could not clear the message. Informed staff about issues with TV and refrigerator and got a shrug from them as they said it wasn't their job.
I am pretty sure this property was once a road side motel. It has been very nicely renovated now with an Eddie Bauer vibe. It is clean and cozy. The lobby is very welcoming. The room was perfect for our need. We would stay here again.
We loved the uniqueness about this lodge and the family factor it had. Every single detail was tastefully done and planned. So much more of an experience than a regular hotel, well worth it! Only con for us was the really slow wifi, it kept dropping multiple times during our stay and wish the breakfast had more options.
Enjoyed the stay and the room we had worked out great.
Loved the old time feel but totally remodeled with perfection. Staff super friendly and helpful. No elevators and they offered to help us carry our belongings up to our room. Awesome hot tubs by the creek. Fully heated outdoor pool, several fire pits. Would only suggest softer sheets. A little uncomfortable. Bed was great other than that.
Ok. Room was musty and cold. Floors were concrete. Wont stay there again. Checkin was at the bar and they were more interested in serving bar customers than hotel checkins. Waited about 15 monutes before they checked us in.
Quiet get away with close access to the strip so that it is easy to get to activities.
Enjoyed the stay, staff was friendly,
I loved the vibe of this motel. It was Saturday night and guests were hanging out at the fire pits along Fall Creek. There was live music by the pool and kids were swimming. The beds were comfy. The lobby is super quaint and cozy. I would definitely stay here again while visiting Branson.
Small bed sticky rug
We payed for a queen size bed it was a full size bed the rug was sticky and there was no carpet just concrete floor with a sticky rug.
Very outdoorsy and
Quiet and close to the creek
A hidden gem!
This is the cutest hotel. A true step back in time family road trip. Fun for the whole family. The staff was very friendly.
very cute!! great for families. They offer a lot of entertainment on the weekends with live music and food trucks. Would recommend.
Everything was wonderful.
Cute, quiet and family friendly! Rooms are a little small, we had 4 adults, but we got cozy and had a great time!
Such a fun place. So many activities on site. Beautiful location.
The fire pit, hot tubs, pool with.different depths, and.nice breakfast area were fantastic! Ryan went above and behi⁰00⁰
We enjoyed the pool and the amenities! Beautiful outside area
There is nothing I would change about this property...wish all hotels were like this one! Easy check-in with tons of add-ons available like a charcuterie board. (which was amazing btw!) Heated pool was great and soaking tubs were so enjoyable..both open late until eleven-such a plus. Lobby and coffee bar open til midnight. We enjoyed playing board games in the lobby and roasting smores by one of several fires. Breakfast was wonderful and my smores latte was again...great! Slept so well here in super comfy beds. A experience.
It was the perfect amount out of the busy downtown without losing the quick commute to wherever. Amazing job of remodeling the hotel. Love the extras with the yoga, coffee and bar area, games, and fire pits.
Family friendly and easily accessible off the man drag. The front office was a little difficult to find as it wasn’t clearly mark. The rooms were clean and spacious but the AC was so cold we either froze or overheated. There was a musty smell and the blankets felt damp probably because of the cold AC. Otherwise our 1 night stop was a great experience and we will definitely plan on staying in the future.
Remodeled old school motel with no elevator so be ready. Nice place with modern amenities. Coffee shop, pool, hot tub and play area for kids. Its sets on the edge of a bluff line and has a creek running along the back area and has some very nice outdoor areas to hang out in. Wish they had a few more breakfast options but there is a restaurant across the parking lot. It’s off the strip out towards the lake. It gives you more of an outdoor lodge like vibe. Fun place.
