EXCELLENT!!!!
Close to nearby attractions. Staff was great from fromt desk to be cool restaurant
Great location..room was small and elevator was even smaller. No hand soap at the bathroom sink.High tech lighting was confusing.Hotel was comfortable but overpriced..but i get it..Location,location,location!
Staff are helpful, approachable and friendly. The place is convenient to everything such as shopping, dining and tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend to my friends this place.
Great locati
The service was excellent! Breakfast was great and convenient every day. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and so very helpful. This was our first trip to Rome and they helped us navigate our stay. Also the bed was super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to others. Thank you One Boutique for making our stay so wonderful!
Nicw hotel, bad shower stream
Great location, nice hotel, specious. Nice staff, great hospitality. The water stream is weak and the shower.conditiom was bad, as the.silicon was falling apart. I didn't like the shower so i wouldn't stay there again
Property is located perfectly in terms of sightseeing ancient Rome. Everything from Colosseum to Trajan column is within walking distance. We didn't need to use any kind of transportation.
Smokey, smelly, suitably unimpressed
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve endured. A non smoking hotel apparently, but in reality, this place smells of smoke. Of course this is down to the residents but it gives you an indication of the type of people this place attracts when the hotel stinks of smoke. When brought to the sole staff member on duty, I was originally questioned as to whether I could ‘really’ smell anything, before he eventually conceded there was a problem. A problem that neither he was uninterested in trying to address. I’ve left the property with a suitcase of clothes that now smell of smoke, and the after effects of having not managed to sleep properly for the duration of the three night stay.
Modern, unique hotel in a very convenient location. Close to major attractions. Best thing was the staff. They were very helpful whenever we needed help with something. Highly recommend.
Great!
This was a perfect location with tons of shopping and restaurants, very close to Trevi fountain, on a main bus route (although be VERY careful on busses in Rome - my phone was stolen). The room was amazing, breakfast was great. Current construction made it noisy during daytime. Only downside was 6 steps to get to a lift for your room.
Perfect central location, good access to restaurants and shopping. Newly renovated clean reasonable rooms . Pleasant and cooperative staff . It fulfills the requirements for a 3 day trip
While I started off in the wrong room, the staff remedied the situation.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
Renovated, clean & central boutique hotel. One of the best options in Rome.
Great hotel in a great location. Elevator was very small and could fit only 1-2 people (only 1 with luggage). Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was convenient. Didn’t like that you had to exit the hotel in order to get to the lobby and breakfast area though.
Cafe was nice and convenient and the staff was super friendly.
This was an unexpected treasure. The hotel was centrally located just 3 minutes to the Trevi and 5 minutes from the Pantheon. There was so much to do. The room was spotless and cleaned every day! The restaurant offered an included breakfast as well as other options. They served the best cappuccinos in town!!! Great service all around! Would definitely stay here again!
Property was in a desired location for this trip to Rome. It was directly across the street from the narrow laneway (with numerous bars, restaurants, shops, etc ) that leads 2 blocks away to the Trevi fountain and 5 blocks to the Patheon. Also very close to the Spanish Steps. Hotel check-in was fast and efficient and the room was modern and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was for one night prior to our cruise. Hotel is also relatively close to the Termini, where we caught a train to the Port.
Convenient and walkable area. Close to everything.
The staff was absolutely amazing! Extremely accommodating and super helpful.
Very walkable area. Safe and breakfast is good too.
Would stay there again or recommend others.
Great stay at the property that is located better than any marriott. Awesome stay and will be back. Breakfast is also good.
This property was beautiful and we felt very safe. They have a wonderful breakfast and a bar out front on the street with the most resonably priced drinks in town. The staff was wonderful in the hotel, cafe and bar. Centrally located, all major attractions are within a 30 min walk. We would recommend One Boutique to anyone!
Air conditioning was terrible as it was controlled by the hotel. Too many LEDs in the room for nighttime sleeping. Breakfast was not impressive
Wonderful updated rooms, the terrace off our room was a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the vibrant city. The included breakfast was excellent, coffee was amazing. Staff were extremely kind and helpful.
I loved everything about this hotel! We stayed here for 8 days. The breakfast was awesome. They even threw in an extra egg or two in my son's omelet because he was hungry. I loved the little designs that they would put in my cappuccino every day. My first Smart Room and it was really cool. Our room overlooked the street which is always filled with people. It was definitely loud when the window was open but absolutely silent when it wasn't. The location was perfect! The staff was amazing. There were a couple early mornings when we had tours and breakfast wasn't open. The staff made sure to give us coffee and croissants for the road. Book this hotel!! I will the next time I am in Rome! It made my first trip to Rome spectacular!
Amazing hotel. Room was beautiful and really comfortable. Staff could not have been more helpful. Only downside was the spa- we did not use it as it was very expensive which was a shame.
Location of this hotel is EVERYTHING!! So central with many landmarks and shops around. The room was very bright and clean. It was perfect for us. The lift is terrible! If someone doesn’t close it properly you can’t call it. So end up walking up lots of stairs. Breakfast was minimal and not a lot of options. Eggs with few meats and cheeses to choose from. Nothing special. It was included in our room price so I won’t complain about it. But not worth paying extra for. Would we stay here again? Absolutely.
Just across the street we had access to some great dining options. The hotel was very clean and secure with key card entrance.
What is there not to like about this hotel. Convenient location in the heart of Roma. Staff is outstanding in this hotel, from the front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning staff. All are friendly and very helpful for all of your needs. The rooms are very modern, clean and nicely appointed. Hotel entrance is next door to the front desk and the gentleman who helped with our luggage(who was also one of the cleaners) was overly helpful in a very good way. Greeted us every morning with a huge smile. Same applies for all of the staff. Location is outstanding a 2 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and very walk able to all you want to see in Roma. Breakfast was very good, the room is small but staff is accommodating. We were fortunate to have great weather so were able to dine out on the patio. Didn't have a chance to get to the spa, maybe our next trip. We will definitely stay again on our next rip to Roma.
Just a few blocks from Trevi Fountain, the hotel made access to most of the major sites in Rome a breeze. We opted for the included breakfast, and it was more than worth it - coffee/tea options, baked goods, cheeses, meats, yogurt - and a friendly staff. Comfortable bedding, great water pressure, reasonable mini fridge options, and decent storage. A chair would be helpful, but otherwise, could not really have asked for more.
nice rooms, great staff....always helping, great location, highly recommend
It was so close to the major attractions, shopping and dining. We would definitely stay there again.
Family trip to Italy
Beautifully renovated hotel in an older building. Great location. Walking distance to many sights. Definitely recommend!
Loved our room and balcony! The staff was fantastic too!
Nice property that is close to everything you want to see. Friendly staff and breakfast was included. Solid place to stay.
Unfortunately we were given a room next the lift on the first floor and overlooking the patio outside hotel bar with loud music booming away late into the night. This was supposed to be a special anniversary present spoilt by the late night booming music. I did request a quiet room when booking but obviously we didn’t get one! I usually never complain but I have to say this is the worst hotel I have stayed in for noise we have had 3 nights of sleep deprivation due to the noise. I would suggest the manager spends the night in the room and experiences the outside bar noises with a view to introducing improvements.i.e turning the sounds down after 10pm would be a start. Sorry for the bad report but I will not be returning to this hotel.
Perfect location. Clean modern rooms. That’s about it. Shower is terribly small. Don’t expect to ever turn around Brekky below average Tasteless eggs. Terrible croissant. Watery coffee.
Fantastic location, very close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Microscopically tiny rooms, early check out time and high prices mean I can’t give 5 star review, but worth considering as an option for central Rome.
I have stayed at this property in Rome, previously, and feel like I will always come back to this one. Location is super convenient to so many areas in the city. The guest rooms are fantastic. Great A/C in the summer months. Clean. Great bathrooms. Everything g is updated and modern and makes staying in Rome so easy. The staff is professional and friendly and so very helpful. Will definitely items stay again when I am back in Rome.
The room is too small for 2 people
Close to all dinning areas
Hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly. Air conditioning was amazing. Only complaint was the comfort of the single bed in our room. Definitely time for a new mattress!
Great stay, very modern and accommodating
We had a great stay. The staff were very friendly. The hotel and rooms are modern and clean. The location is great, walking distance to everything. When staying here you must do the Spa, it was very relaxing especially after a long flight. Ciao
Nice modern boutique hotel close to many of Romes attractions.
Loved the renovated rooms. The rooms faced the street close to getting to the Trevi. It is close to a few piazzas 10-20min walk. Close to great dining options and shopping.
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the hotel. We arrived before noon but were allowed to check in early. Service was excellent in all respects. The room was clean, chic and quiet despite having a nice street front view. We appreciated the complementary breakfast and fantastic location.
Great location, fantastic service, very safe location
This was the absolute best small hotel in Rome! The location was perfect. Only a few blocks from Trevi Fountain. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were quiet. Loved their cooked to order breakfast. The best added service was their spa which included a beautiful pool, sauna and steam rooms. We were able to reserve this area for our party only for 2 hours. Very special luxurious time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When in Rome again, this is where we will stay!
Very close to main attractions - trevi fountain, pantheon, and other areas worth seeing. Breakfast was decent too. Stayed 2 nights and was impressed.
The property is is the heart of Rome so easy to access the tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and serviced every day. The staff were friendly and helful. The only limitation was the breakfast was not that exciting.
I didn’t like hoe staff member Erjon treated us. He made us pay 40€ cash
Hotel staff was great
Great hotel Close to everywhere …. Excellent location
Excellent location, but to stay only once.
Location is good, but to get to your room you need to use the stairs because the elevator takes a long time to get to you and takes a lot of time getting in and out of it. Security is not top notch because the door going into the hallway to access the rooms was always open. There seems to be not only a hotel but apartments at the same time, the people above us make a lot of noise. We try the buffet but did not like it. We tried the bar at night, but the bartender was rude, so we spent our money next to the hotel, a pub (the albert).
Location A+
Location was superb. Cleaned every day. Room was big as was en-suite. Breakfast was limited and hard with kids. The pool is for users of the day spa and not the hotel. It is not accessible without payment.
The breakfast was average
We had a Very lovely stay here. The room was very small. But clean and ice cold. On a summer day with 36 degrees we loved popping back into our room to cool down. Spa wasn’t as good as expected and wasn’t hot but we made do. Staff were lovely and friendly. So so close to many shops and restaurants and Trevi Fountain! Would definitely stay again
Definitely would stay again
Great hotel close to all tourist attractions. The staff were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the hotel
Excellent location, clean and comfy
Fantastic location near Trevi Fountain and numerous good restaurants. All staff welcoming and friendly. Room cleaned to a good standard every day. Breakfast excellent.
Staff at Breakfast restaurant were fast, great chef, staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They all had smiles, great to see them performing their jobs with enthusiasm. Front check in desk staff was also very helpful welcoming and friendly. My room was cleaned spotless on a daily basis, very nice housekeeping ladies , hard working with a smiles and friendly. Overall a great experience. Loved the energetic good vibes from all staff encountered. The hotel is walking distance for most attractions, in a safe place with a lot of police presence because is near their government house. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and I will return.
A great little hotel right near to the Trevi Fountain. Super friendly staff and the room, although small, had everything you need and was very clean and contemporary in style. A fantastic stay, highly recommended.
The location was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. One area for improvement - the maids came into our room while we were there multiple times. It was uncomfortable and unacceptable. We tried using the light system because there are no do not disturb signs - but they kept opening the door and trying to come in.
Everything was great. Service was friendly and helpful. Location is a 3 minute walk to trevi fountain. Lots of shops aka places to eat in walking distance if less than 5 min. Grocery store right across the street.
This hotel is in a great location, friendly staff, has a nice modern decor and is very clean. The beds are super comfortable and It is in a perfect location, where the Trevi is a 5 minute walk opposite the hotel and most of the main attractions are up to 30 minute walks away or a short taxi ride. There’s a small supermarket across the street that we brought everything we needed. Only problem if you can call it that, is that the cleaners cleaned our room every day even when we pressed the button for it not to be and the towel rail was a bit rusty in the corners due to water in the bathroom I would definitely stay here if I visit Rome again in the future.
.
Very clean and unique hotel that is in perfect location to see all of Rome
The property itself is beautiful in a very antique buikding. The hospitality was amazing, we got a complimentary upgrade and overall was extremely clean which we loved! Not to mention the Hotel has a bar and café attached withban amazibg breakfast. No complaints i would definitely look to stay here when returning to Rome especially because it was 6 movie to the Spanish steps, 5 to the trevi fountain and from there the Colloseum is about a 21 minute walk, which we needed due to all the eating.
The Friendly People throughout, clean rooms, convenient location
Honestly, this hotel was amazing and I'm pretty picky! First time to Europe and I did a lot of research on where to stay (bc I had no idea) and this hotel was perfect. You could not beat the location, the people watching was awesome. And, my 10-year old loved the cool lights in the room. Don't hesitate to book this hotel. Staff was very friendly. And the place was clean and felt safe.
Smart room was cool
Awesome hotel
Well appointed and a very helpful staff.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful to us on many occasions. The location was perfect for exploring Rome on foot. The added benefit was the breakfast. A real treat!
Excellent staff and the location could not be better. The staff wan friendly and went above na beyond to help
Hotel is well located a short walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and well designed in modern style, room was well equiped and comfortable. Staff were ultra efficient both in reception and cafe. Buffet breakfast good and eggs individually ordered were delivered quickly and hot! Also, I fell on the stairs at night and night manager handled the crisis well and para medics arrived very quickly. Only downside is street and hotel music noise if you go to bed before midnight, but it didn't trouble us though we were at the front on the 1st floor - fact of life in a city stay!
Very good service, reception at the front is very nice. It’s just a little loud near the hotel
The hotel room was unfit for a room. Every corner of the room was angled and not 90 degrees and very small. The receptionist was unfriendly and rude. She said the bed was king size but it was a double size bed. The bathroom was not equipped with things usually in a hotel bathroom such as soaps and tissues.
Great location, close to Trevi Fountain. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Would stay here again.
The elevator was so tiny that only one person with their suitcase can fit. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The workers there are all very good. The coffee choices were so great! I am not a fan of the 6 euros city tax per person. I don’t know why Rome does this but it’s an extra bill you have to pay when you checkout 😒
Excellent experience and location. We were able to walk everywhere. Room was clean and friendly staff.
Clean and very nice hotel, my room in particular was very nice with a lot of cool features.
Staff was great, location was great, room and view were not great. Not space for 2 people luggage, no shelves in shower….
Fantastic base to explore Rome. Most of the famous sites we wanted to see were a short walking distance for us. Really helpful friendly staff.
Staff was great. Room exceptional, clean, well stocked.
Ideally placed hotel that is super modern inside, the room was great and with doors and shutters closed you could hardly hear the road. Easy walk to trevi fountain past many restaurants and shops. Spa was excellent, absolutely loved our stay and would return.
Spot on Hotel
Great hotel in a great location between Trevi and the Spanish Steps. Second time we’ve stayed there.
Very clean and very close to a TON of great restaurants as well as the Trevi Fountain. The free breakfast was nice as well.
First the staff especially in the restaurant were amazing - friendly, prompt, even remembering how we liked our coffee. Second the location is perfect - 20 minute walk to Coliseum, 5 minutes to Trevi fountain, close to Pantheon and Spanish steps, dozens of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay there again!
Not what it advertises
The rooms are clean and modern. But it advertises as having a spa and a pool. Well it doesnt. So if you are wanting this then please book elsewhere. The other gueata were really noisy and the staff didn't want to know. I am a gold memebr and was entitled to a vottlw of prosecco. I had to go and ask for this as they didnt readily want to give this. All in all they are teading as something they are not
The property doesn’t have a spa but yet it’s in the name.
The Hotel was very close to the main attractions, just 5 mins walk from the Trevi fountain and walkable from the main train station.
Very Clean and excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay at The ONE, I chose this hotel for its location, the room we chose was pretty small but it had everything we needed for our stay. Very conveniently located as we had the Trevi Fountain 5 minutes walking and the coliseum was only 15 minutes away.
