The hotel rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. All round this was a classy hotel. We will stay here again when in Delhi.

Very helpful staff

Coffee and Breakfast are great ! Customer service is good but feels staff is not well trained . Building looks old but the views from the room is excellent !! Did not like they gave us slow internet despite paying for premium room charges. At leela palace we got high speed internet , while at oberoi we had to pay extra if needed truly high speed ( free is slow like a turtle ) and nicke and dime us was not so appetising ! I may stay at Leela palace but may go for coffee at Oberoi

We used this Oberoi as our base in India coming back on 3 occasions. Everyone was friendly, very efficient and they do the best breakfasts! If I was being ultra critical I would say that the main dining room is a bit featureless and lacking in character, but having said that there are other restaurants.

Enjoyable and Relaxing

Rooms are super comfortable and have everything you would expect from this type of hotel. The Team could not have been anymore helpful. Dhilli restaurant was charming and food very enjoyable. We only stayed one night, as this hotel was really out of our budget.... great experience and a treat.

This is an extraordinary hotel. My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the Oberoi made it so special- greeting us with a bouquet of 18 red roses, sending a delicious chocolate cake - and then when we returned to our room that evening, we walked into a bathtub filled with rose petals, and petals, candles and more flowers. The food was exquisite, the service over-and-above what we could expect. The hotel made us feel like royalty.

Great hotel and, more importantly, great service from the dedicated staff. The hotel was recently renovated and the quality of facilities is superb.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in

Perfection. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Unbelievable value for money. The attention to detail is second to none. The staff are absolutely incredible. The restaurants on site are delicious. The rooms are so comfortable!! We also had an amazing driver call Pawan who went out of his way to make sure we were safe and comfortable on our excursions.

Cannot get better than this, best hospitality experienced so far. Such a welcoming & caring staff, lavish breakfast buffet with tons of variety, housekeeping was lightning fast whatever was needed was made available in couple minutes.

The most amazing hotel I ever stayed in, and I have seen the WORLD!! The front desk was incredible across the board! The housekeeping was the best I've ever encountered!! I was treated like royalty!!!! Oberoi CANNOT be beat. Thank you for everything, and when I'm in India this will always be my go to spot!

I stayed here with my family. My 9 year old daughter absolutely LOVED it !! They just pamper kids. The staff is so courteous, and the hotel is top notch. Do not think I will stay anywhere else going forward !

Quiet luxury with superlative service

A weeklong stay at The Oberoi was simply one of the best hotel stays I ever had in India. The property isn't brand new and flashy, but it's well-maintained and exudes class. It is conveniently located and surrounded by a lot of greenery. The restaurants are top-notch, and the rooftop bar is amazing. Service is where The Oberoi excels and sets itself apart from the competition. I felt really well taken care of right from check-in to using facilities such as the gym, pool, restaurants, etc. Every single employee I dealt with was willing to go the extra mile to make my stay memorable. The hotel discourages tips to individuals and suggests leaving your $ of appreciation in an envelope with the front desk at check-out. I liked the fact that bell boys etc. weren't hanging around expecting cash after doing their job. I will definitely return.

The staff and service at this hotel is just amazing and the rooms are so comfortable.

I like this property a lot. This is my second time stay. This time the WiFi had lot of issues. We have to call the IT person twice to connect our device. Second there was running water noise coming from the next door. The IT guy was in my room at the time noice was coming and he heard the noice and call the front desk. The person came to our room and said sorry nothing we can do because this is way hotel is built. I was disappointed with the answer.

Exceptional in every way. We stayed for four nights and the service and relaxing nature of the hotel is next level. Great rooms with all the amenities. Air filtration throughout the hotel is a huge plus; almost a necessity with air quality levels outside at over 500. Highly recommend.

The Oberoi in Delhi is a Truly amazing experience the staff and hotel are amazing . The food is fabulous with so much to choose from you won’t be disappointed with any of their dishes . The roof top bar is magical with great small plates , the spa has spa and steam room with two pools and the massage if just what’s needed after a long flight. Would definitely recommended the Oberoi 10/10

The most amazing breakfast and lunch buffets we've had in an upscale hotel. And the quality of service was next level - any request made, small or big, was taken seriously and followed up immediately with text messages and active intervention. After eating at a restaurant, one minor low score in the review received immediate attention from senior management with numerous follow-ups and apologies. Our family was very happy with the stay here!

Exceptional hotel with exceptional service. Particularly helpful concierge, and Mohit in the 360 restaurant was super helpful with a guest with some dietary requirements. The food was excellent too, if expensive.

Unbelievably great service. Have never felt so welcomed at a large hotel. They really went out of their way to provide personalized service. Beautiful view from top floor terrace restaurant. Pool and work out facilities are top notch. The Chinese restaurant is good but nothing special. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay for a couple of nights. Facilities are great and some nice touches at the pool and housekeeping. Airport transfer included was top notch as well. Check in a little underwhelming. Is it worth the premium versus other properties, I’m not 100% convinced, but I would be tempted to stay again just to be sure!

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From entry to exit, everything was smooth and service was beyond excellent. The hotel has some really good restaurants and the rooftop bar was beautiful. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. My only thing was that I wish there were more Indian movie channels offered. I loved the iPad with all the controls. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again someday.

First Impression

It was my first stay in this hotel, check in was super quick. Rooms facing Golf course have amazing green view. Breakfast service is excellent but need to improve on South Indian dishes…other dishes are good. Overall I was satisfied with the service and quality of maintenance. Good keep it up

At Oberois you get world best Hospitality. The rooms and amities are world class. Roof top bar have amazing views of city.

I stayed in this Hotel from Jun 14 till Jun 17. From the start, the arrival experience was quite nice, received with flowers and then guided directly into your room for check in from room. The service at this Hotel is at another Level completely and well deserved a 5 stars!

Incredible world class hospitality in the heart of

Stayed with my wife and two kids for 2 nights during the xmas holidays. The experience right from the start was exceptional with our kids being welcomed by some xmas goodies that the front office had prepared. The meals (both in-room dining and at their rooftop asian restaurant) were spectacular. The breakfast spread was lavish and service top notch. One of the best city hotels in Delhi!

one of the best hotel ever, i liked the iPad in the room, it's so convenient to control lights , TV and everything on iPad. you don't have to learn where the switch is. and also I liked the swimming pool, resultants &gym. everything was perfect.

Love the location. Very green outside, just next to a golf course. Full wall-to-wall windows. The staff was very friendly. They even packed breakfast for us as we had an early flight.

The best hotel in Delhi. Period.

Having stayed at many five star hotels in Delhi and around the world the Oberoi Delhi is hands down the best. Exceptional service, amazing property after the recent renovations. They make you feel like royalty.

The only place that even remotely captured the phrase “Indian hospitality” in my one month around India. The reception, staff, food servers, door staff, room service were all excellent. Food was decent, not mind blowing, although a croque madame in the basement cafe is excellent. To be fair, I really did not experience mind-blowing food in India. It’s probably my palate, not their food. Vinayek and his team are great. So were Ibrahim and the higher-ups. I was always dealt with graciously. Thank you for the amazing service!! Eloni and especially the young man whose name starts with a D. (Sorry I am blanking our on your name!) were complete gems.
