One of the nicest places I have stayed highly recommend

It’s definitely one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed. All staff were very respectful and courteous. My stay was fabulous. The spa and hammam here is really amazing. I would highly recommend staying at Oberoi in Marrakech. I went to couple of other hotels for dinner too but I can certainly say that Oberoi was the best out of all.

Sublime hotel. One of the best ones in the world.

The hotel is a kind of Palace inspired in the Moroccan culture. Luxury, style, quietness, Mountain View, swimming pool indoor and outdoor, gym, restaurants and Breakfast. Everything is first class. Important. The hotel is located 20 minutes away from the Medina by taxi. If you are looking to visit the Medina and the surroundings and have a place to relax after your journey, this is the right choice by far.

What a splendid property ! We had a great three day stay at a villa that was extremely well appointed and well serviced. The restaurants (Rivayat, Tanzim) are excellent with great service and food. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Mattresses are old and no one is on duty 4am-6:45am. Restaurants and bars are stunning. Pools are fabulous as are the gardens.

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at, including multiple Four Seasons, Rosewoods, and Ritz Carltons. Unbelievable. I cannot imagine a better possible hotel experience. The service is phenomenal, the facility looks like a palace built for royalty, the food is delicious. 10/10. I could not recommend it higher.

Lovely hotel, great service

Absolutely amazing!! Our family felt so welcomed and looked after, the staff at the Oberoi are second to none, always going above and beyond with incredible attention to detail. The house keeping team added a little play tent and made cute little animals from the towels that my daughter loved. As lovely as the hotel is do keep in mind that the restaurants on site are very pricey for daily dining. We ventured out to the city a few times to try different cuisines (taxi fares are not metered and are a flat charge of minimum MAD 200 each way) just something to be mindful of.

This was hands down the best luxury hotel I have stayed in. From the moment they pick you up at the airport you know you are about to have a superior stay. The staff make it a truly "cant believe this is real life" experience. We explored every thing the Hotel had to offer from the 7 paintings dining to the spa, to riding bikes around the property line. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the pleasant stay we had. Thank you team Oberoi.

A lovely property with friendly and courteous staff. We stayed for 4 days and were very well looked after. The space, the greenery and the restaurants were all lovely.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oberoi Hotel in Marrakech, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were absolutely spotless—there was no dust in sight. The room supervisor's meticulous attention to detail was impressive; not a single hair strand or speck of dust escaped his notice. I've stayed at many hotels, but the cleanliness here was unparalleled. The hotel itself is one of the prettiest I’ve ever visited. The aesthetics are stunning, and every corner of the property exudes luxury and elegance. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of the Oberoi Hotel is their airport transfer service. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport with utmost ease. Our driver was not only courteous but also very informative, sharing interesting facts about Marrakech during the ride. It felt like we had our own little tour guide! World class luxury hotel and resort.

Absolutely world class and beautiful resort on the outskirts of Marrakesh. It is hard to compare it to anything else i have ever been to. I can find virtually no fault with this place. My only regret was that i did not stay longer. If you are reading this review, and are hesitating, dont. Just go.

My daughter and I stayed at the Oberoi for six days and had a fabulous experience. It is not inexpensive, but the service is world-class and the room was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Huge attention to detail at this hotel and excellent management. Staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and they were always trying to do something to make the stay memorable and wonderful. We were impressed and loved every minute. Definitely going back.

This is a truly outstanding hotel. The property has a beautiful setting - the grounds are exceptionally beautiful built on an old Olive tree plantation with immense aesthetic sensitivity - and this is complemented by the friendliest, most professional team we have ever experienced. Totally sensational.

An amazing, beautiful property offering impeccable service and tranquil, spotless accommodations. We felt like we stepped into the pages of a travel magazine ad for a dreamlike experience. We’ve stayed at many places, including several 5-star hotels around the world, but must say that the Oberoi Marrakech has been the best. The staff never missed a beat and were truly successful in their conscious efforts to create a truly luxurious experience. The location is about 20 minutes away from the Marrakech city center, yet so easy to access as the staff effortlessly arranged for convenient transportation each day. We also felt this offered a perfect, peaceful contrast after spending the day amid the hustle-and-bustle of the city. We absolutely recommend to anyone looking for the (literally) perfect place to stay in Marrakech.

Incredible views of snow top Atlas Mountains, beautiful property that makes you feel like royalty, rooms are spacious, food is delicious and the service is exceptional. It’s about 20 min drive to the Medina but they have shuttles to take you there and back. Best resort in Marrakech and Totally worth it!

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Great rooms, spacious luxurious and quiet. Spa and fitness space excellent. If you are vegetarians, make sure you mention it on arrival. They created a whole vegetarian menu just for us!

Surrounded by a lush expanse of over 2,000 olive trees and meticulously maintained grounds, not to mention a generously sized community pool, the visual appeal left us truly mesmerized. However, I'd like to divert your attention in this review towards the exceptional staff at the Oberoi. Right from the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, a refreshing drink, and cool towels to provide relief from the heat. Let me reiterate that the property itself is a sight to behold, evident from the intricate carvings adorning the walls of the hotel lobby. We were treated to a comprehensive tour of the estate and then whisked away to our villa, complete with a private pool. On the evening of our arrival, I was celebrating my birthday and had arranged for a private BBQ right in our villa. The staff set up tables, chairs, beverages (non-alcoholic), and the food was prepared to our exact preferences. Abdessamad was our designated host for the evening, ensuring that every aspect of our experience was flawless. I've had the privilege of staying at numerous 5-star luxury hotels, and it's common practice for them to provide water refills, offer guests a welcoming drink and cold towels, and the Oberoi certainly met these standards. However, what truly sets them apart is the staff's ability to anticipate guests' needs ahead of time, and Abdessamad excelled

Good secluded spot

Setting, rooms, the fact that it is quiet. The only remark that I can make is that there should be a seperate area for kids by the pool. No phones by the pool. People come here to rest...

Nirvana in Marrakech

I came shoulder season and was upgraded to a villa. The hotel manager personally greeted each guest, explained the facility. All the transit, restaurant, tours were booked by concierge efficiently. The service was top notch. Concierge scheduled and recommend the places, and he was right on the mark. The wine experience was a gift by the hotel teaching me the various local wines. The quiet and solace provided when you wanted, the friendliness when you wanted. The spa is inspirational. The hair stylist and mani/Pedi services was nice. Gym has a trainer, from kick boxing, yoga.. you feel cared for. The food from room service rivals many Michelins. There is also a cart service so one doesn't have to walk back and forth to the main building, spa, or any place in the resort. This is a resort, a bit out of the way, but very much worth the visit. There is nothing to complain about.

In over 40 years of travelling for Business and Pleasure, this is without doubt the best service I have ever received. The whole staff cannot do enough to make sure you enjoy you stay. Without being obsequious they are there for every moment. Match that will a stunning set of core buildings and superb food. At least Eleven out of Ten!

Impeccable

Impeccable service and amazing grounds and location.

The ambiance and space was fantastic. It was pollution free and extremely peaceful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was good but I wish there was more choice for vegetarians. The farm atmosphere combined with the hotel was great. oh yes the water feature were spectacular. The layout , design, and architecture gave it a royal feeling. I would highly recommend the Oberoi hotel to anyone going for holiday to Marrakech.
