True gem
Absolutely love the design of the resort. You can find the swimming pool and well maintained gardens, which are a true gem of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff make you feel like at home. Delicious breakfast and dinner served ever single day. Resort is located close by to the Sphinx airport and the Pyramids of Giza.Would definitely go back there again.
It’s average overall
Location is great as it is very close to the pyramids complex and Grand museum. Room are comfortable though bathrooms probably needs renovation .
The property was beautiful, staff was very friendly, services were great, food was delicious. The only down falls were the location is very far from many of the museums/places to visit and visitors are only allowed in lobby and maybe pool side. So if you are visiting friends or family keep that in mind if wanting to book here. You may have to go elsewhere to have visitors.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Pyramids and the Great Egyptian Museum. The staff was friendly and the premises was nice and in a garden like setting. The breakfast was excellent and had plenty of options. Since the hotel was out of the way near the Pyramids, the only dining choice was the hotel restaurant. There are no other restaurants nearby.
What a wonderful place! As a woman traveling alone in Egypt, it was so important to me to feel safe, not to mention pampered while I was there. The staff was exceptional, fabulous entertainment, delicious food, and a very accommodating spa to enjoy as well. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Egypt!
The front office was really helpful they was very nice people
Pool & leisure facilities excellent, wonderful massage service in the spa, genuine resort atmosphere. Service really good, rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok, nothing special but plentiful via the buffet facility and at the poolside. Prices seemed high for the food as they did for transport which is essential given that the one downside of the hotel is that it is isolated on a main road, you can't really walk anywhere. $28 plus tips to get to the nearby new museum and back seemed high. But $50 plus tips for a dedicated car and driver for 4 hours to go to the Giza plateau felt better. We would definitely stay again.
Thank you for a great stay !
This place might have been nice 20 years ago, but has deteriorated drastically since. No sauna or steam room or hot tub. They did exist, but the out of order sign looks like it's been on the door for years. There's these random security/ staff people hanging around every corner ostensibly to help, but they will try to fleece you at every opportunity. $46 to wash 4 tshirts and 2 pairs of underwear and socks to be washed. It took 2 days and I had to ask for them repeatedly. The pool advertised that it was open from 7am to 9pm, I turn up at 8:30 am and the staff chased me away by pretending to clean the pool with that long stick thing, saying it opens at 9am, I returned at 6pm and was chased out by pouring what looked like bleach or chemicals next to where I was trying to swim, now telling me that they closed at sunset and not at 9pm. They also fleece you on parking $3 a night might not sound like much, but when you consider the local economy and the lack of public parking you'll understand what a ripoff it is. All that is one thing but the state of the rooms and hallways is something else. There's dust in all the corners, chipped and pealing paint on every wall, toilet seats that won't stay open and slam shut so you have to hold it up while you go. It's just not up to the standard advertised. I'm not a snob. I have stayed in humbler accomodations and enjoyed them, heck I even enjoy camping and sleeping on the ground in the woods, but I don't enjoy being tricked.
It was sufficient for our 3 night stay
The rooms could use updating, but that stuff doesn’t bug me besides that staff was great. Food was good and location was great.

No vip treatment
The rooms are old; the bathrooms are in a terrible condition; faucets leak and not fixed right; mold on the tiles and bathtub. Overall the rooms need major updating.
