Truly amazing property with great restaurant, caring and helpful staff and all the amenities include beach transport, help with excursion bookings. Boutique feel while enjoying the best T&C has to offer…. We will be back!

STAY HERE. I cannot recommend this place enough. The villa and accommodations are fantastic but what really makes this place shine is the service. Everyone is helpful and has a good attitude. The beach shuttle is very easy - feels like you are staying on the beach. Walkable to amazing restaurants.

Too far from the beach

Some staff were professional and helpful. Most were impersonal and seemed annoyed at being asked for anything. Also they were not very knowledgeable about booking activities and provided some inaccurate information.

The Oasis is very clean, the staff is awesome especially Ruth and Ben in the restaurant. This place is your very best value in Grace Bay. I was very impressed. The food was great!

The Oasis at Grace Bay was a really good property close to all the main attractions in Grace Bay. The property is very nice add the staff is excellent. Oasis didn't have direct beach access, but it's a shirt walk to the beach. They also offer a quick store throughout the day to the dedicated beach area. Highly recommended!

Love the Oasis

The location of the resort is amazing. It’s very chic and the staff is amazing. The resort is walking distance to Aziza which is a popular and extremely nice restaurant and lounge. The pools are very nice. I would recommend bringing off because the mosquitoes will enter through the balcony sort of left open. I would give the resort a 10/10.

It was a great experience to sleep and be close to the beach.

Make sure to have transportation ahead of time

Exquisitely maintained property and nice rooms with new amenities. Food was excellent at the restaurant. Short shuttle to a nice beach area maintained by the hotel. Highly recommend.

Clean and friendly staff

The hotel has a private beach with sunbeds, which is a great addition. However, there were a few issues during our stay. We received bills for items we never ordered, which was frustrating. Additionally, the coffee cups in our room were not replaced daily, and we had to request replacements multiple times. The rooms also lacked soundproofing, allowing us to hear our neighbors' conversations clearly, not the most relaxing experience.

The hotel has its own private beach with sunbeds, which is a lovely feature. However, we experienced some significant inconveniences, including no hot water for two nights. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear your neighbors even when they are whispering, definitely not ideal for a relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay - great room, staff very friendly and restaurant food good. Easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach - lots of sun shakes and umbrellas. Great location to walk to restaurants and ‘in town’. Pool area really nice to lay early in the morning, surrounded by trees and greenery. Outside is always very clean. A bonus would be if the added a gym. Bikes were great to use to explore close by - there are e-bikes too. Would recommend to save a bit but very close to the beach.

The hotel is clean and safe. Staff wasn’t as friendly or informed as I would have liked.

Couple vacation

Amazing property and very conveniently located to the downtown area and beach. The room and living area is tastefully done. The restaurant was also amazing. Loved everything we had there for breakfast. The staff were great and also loved the welcome drink of rum punch. We were also able to utilize the free bicycles to explore around. Definitely worth staying at for the price point

Very clean and beautiful property. Staff were amazing, helpful and everyone was so kind . The welcome drink and rum punches from the restaurant on the property were delicious ! Wish the pools were bigger, deeper and had longer hours .

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The room was a great size and spotless. The transformation of the restaurant from day to evening, as well as the lighting on the property, was amazing. All meals at the restaurant were phenomenal. The staff could not be any nicer. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and terrific, attentive and friendly staff. About a 10-15 min walk to town and 5 min walk to beach.

Widest time guests and we will be returning. It was a perfect boutique hotel for our stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

We had a great stay at the oasis for our first time in turks! The location is perfect! They have bikes for guests to use which was nice to ride into the main strip of Grace Bay and provide transportation to and from the beach which was only 1 minute down the road! If you need any ride out of Grace Bay, they have taxi drivers a phone call away. The restaurant on the property was also amazing, we ate breakfast there everyday! Overall, great stay for a reasonable price.

I’ve stayed at The Oasis at Grace Bay twice now, and I absolutely love it! The rooms are always spotless, and every member of the staff is so friendly and welcoming—it feels like a home away from home. The restaurant downstairs is a great addition too; the food is delicious and makes it so convenient to grab a bite without needing to go far. One of my favorite perks is the golf cart service that takes you straight to the beach. No need to walk in the sun, and it also drops you at the entrance to the strip so you can explore the area. Plus, if you’re looking for some nightlife, Aziza, one of the best nightclubs around, is close by. This hotel really has it all, and I can’t wait to come back again!

Our 2nd time staying at the Oasis, never disappoints!! Looking forward to visiting again next year.

Our second stay here this year - love it here when need r&r Would be great to have black out blinds in the bedroom though The cab to the airport was late but thankfully there was no line to check in. We will be back soon 😀😀

Loved it and will return

I’ve been to the Oasis three times in one year and I must say it’s the greatest hotel on the island. The staff are very attentive, nice, and provide exceptional hospitality. They have two pools, a nice restaurant, lots of areas for you to sit down and relax, the ambiance is beautiful and the rooms are perfect, and have everything you need to have a wonderful stay. I always feel welcomed and comfortable when I stay here. The location is perfect it’s right next to major clubs, restaurants, and certain places are walking distance but if not you can just take a cab. Anytime I come to Turks this will always be my number one place to stay. They know me by name now, because well it has been my third time staying here lol. If you have any hesitations on booking please don’t, this is your sign book and have an amazing relaxing time at the oasis ❤️ I also felt very safe, if you need to park they do have parking available.

The property is small but perfect. There’s a shuttle that takes you to the beach and you’re there in less than 3 minutes. You can also walk as well. The staff are so friendly and always ensure you have everything you need. The food options are also so good, the pizza was amazing!

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday. The staff were all warm and welcoming. Check-in process was easy and smooth. The rooms were cleaned very well on a daily basis. There is a restaurant on site and several other eateries within walking distance. Popular lounge Aziza is literally 2 mins away walking. There is a shuttle on demand that takes you to the beach (4min drive) and picks you up. The pools were rather small, but there didn’t seem to be a lot of other guests there, so you didn’t feel crowded in it. Overall, we had a great stay and would return.

Upon arrival it was vey welcoming. The staff was vey friendly. The rooms was clean and nice.

This property was truly an oasis. It was very relaxing. The pools and beach were amazing! Free roundtrip airport transfer was included in my booking. I also got a free room upgrade and all I can say is wow! And I can't forget about the staff. They were all so friendly and welcoming.

My fiancé and I stayed at Oasis Grace Bay in September 2024 and from the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly & outgoing. The beach is very close and there’s a shuttle service to bring you back & forth whenever you wish. All requests were treated with care. Note: if you get the chance to book a villa, it’s worth your while - it’s spacious, the kitchen island has everything you need, the private pool is awesome and the outdoor layout is perfection. Thank you to the Oasis crew for exceeding our expectations. We loved every minute! Highly recommend - don’t think twice, just book it :)

The Oasis was really nice the staff was very nice, respectable, and helpful. My room was lovely and very clean. The food was also good I enjoyed every meal I ate there. I recommend anyone flying to Turks to stay here.

The Oasis at Grace Bay was a beautiful property close to everything. Easy, short shuttle ride to the most gorgeous beach! The use of the free bikes, especially the electric bikes made getting around super convenient and fun! There were plenty of food options nearby, a supermarket, & shops! The staff here were super friendly & helpful! My only suggestion would be to clean the Nespresso machine better. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like that they have the golf carts to take you to the road to crab a cab etc. The rooms are fairly smaller than how the pictures look. Also, in the bathroom, you can’t cover the other side so when you’re showering, water splashes out so much. This really was a bother. I hope they can renovate and change this. It is a good hotel tho

Unfortunately my room wasn’t properly cleaned, they never took my trash even though I placed it nicely together. The table in my room had sticky residue upon check in.

The property was nice and clean the staff was good the only thing I didn’t like is the restaurant was way over priced and the food was nasty, but I would come back is stay here again Also I didn’t know that I had to take a shuttle to and from the hotel to the beach every day that was not told to me until I got to the hotel. But the good thing it was like a 3 min ride to the beach, I would stay there again very nice place.

The photos don’t do it Justice it’s so beautiful, the staff were really nice and accommodating. There at any time of day or night for assistance with food, transportation, everything. My stay was 100/10

Beautiful property and welcoming staff

The pictures that were displayed online gave a false interpretation on the size of the space. The food was not appetizing for the most part. Lastly, the hotel was informed on our arrival time days before we landed. Yet we still had to wait 4 hours in the hot sun just to get checked in.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. They greeted us with a smile upon arrival. They gave us cold towels, a complimentary drink and carried our bags to the room. They were very helpful with arranging excursions, recommending dining options and calling taxis. 10/10 would come here again.

Nice and beautiful resort. Staff was friendly, the pool was never crowded and food was good. It’s more of a teenager/ adult resort not a lot of kids running around. Thanks for everything.

Very modern and very customer centric. They thought about every detail about what customers would need and it was provided for use if needed. Towels smell amazing and beds are so comfy!! Umbrellas and chairs were provided on the beach. Staff was so friendly and professional. Thank you for an amazing stay!

I did not receive timely communication for airport transfer or room upgrade availability. Stated would pay for another taxi ride into town and did not. Kamar was very helpful. Tried to get our cable up and working.

Everything about this property is spectacular! Nice, friendly and very accommodating staff. We didn’t have numbers for taxi services when we were away but we’re able to contact the property and they sent taxis to wherever we requested to be picked up from. Love this place! Very clean and everyone was very helpful. The only thing that would make this place better is a mini market.

Oasis at Grace Bay was as lovely as advertised. The shuttle service to/from the beach was perfect. Chose to walk to/from a couple of times and was less than 10 minutes. Staff was amazingly accommodating and responsive. The restaurant on property is very good for all three meals. One drawback was the unavailability of the VIP shuttle service from the aiport upon arrival. Transport back to hotel happened without incident. 10/10 recommend this property and location.

I absolutely loved this property. Staff members were warm and welcoming. Staff members were always ready to answer questions and help in any manner. The property was clean. They definitely put a lot of detail into amenities. My room was equipped with extra towels and toiletries making it easy to access in case of need. The property is located near many restaurants and a short walk distance to beach.

The property was beautiful and the staff were super nice! We had a water pipe burst in our room during the middle of the night while we were sleeping. It was an inconvenience but the staff were quick to get us moved into another room without delay.

I usually stay at 5 star resorts and the Oasis was the closest to 5 star without the price tag! I highly recommend! The entire staff was amazing from the front desk to the head of housekeeping!

This property is clean and beautiful. The staff is cordial accomadating and very friendly. The only issue I had was the fact that they do not offer free breakfast. However, the food at the in house restaurant is delicious! I will definitely revisit The Oasis over and over.

The place had everything we needed and close to the beach with shuttle use. Loved that it was small and quiet and not like the fancy large chain. Perfect for couple to enjoy… also the cold towel and rum punch on arrival, the best product to shower, and their towel smelt so good…. they were outstanding. Recommending to family and friends and hopefully another stay soon.
