Always nice professional staff at the reception, smooth check in and check out experience. So close to train station to quickly get into city centre. Very clean and cosy room at a great price! Loved the fun quirkiness of having the disco ball in the bedroom.

Solid option for its location and price. The hotel is clean and staff are nice. The disco balls in the room are fun but as the main source of light for the room they get old quick given you can’t turn them off and the one in our room was super noisy.

Nice hotel. Price was over expensive due to a trade show being in town. Not to much in walking distance. 20minute ride to down town. I’ve also never stayed at a place with a disco ball in the room. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and they have a fridge with beers in the lobby.

Great hotel with comfy beds and a 5 minute walk to the U Bahn station - you can get to Marienplatz quickly. There is nothing around the hotel dining wise. Price was great for such a clean, comfy hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Really nice hotel, good breakfasts, safe and easy parking. I’d stay here again. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to add some hooks in the bathroom. The design of the bathroom make it nearly impossible to keep any clothes dry after you shower.

Niu Loco in Munich Germany

Pretty, decorative room. Our beds were very comfortable but shower space was small but manageable. The bar stays open 24hrs and staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had a mini photobooth that we didn’t found out until the 2nd day of our stay but we will definitely book with Niu again!

Convenient location short walk to the subway, and lots of bus stops. A few fast food options across the street were also appreciated. Inside, the decor in the hotel room was also very unique, fun, and memorable! The staff was kind and everything was cleaned spotlessly every night.

Claudia and her front desk team were great! Room was clean, beds a little on the soft side but otherwise comfortable. Air conditioning did not seem to cool the room down at all so we had to keep the window open because it got warm at night. Breakfast buffet was excellent and decently priced at €18.50. Hotel has a nearby U-Bahn and bus stop right outside.

A fair bit out from the city centre but with u-bahn a 5 minute walk away it's super easy and quiet location to get into town. Very nice modern hotel with all the expected amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff and a nice bar/lounge area as well.

Terrible customer service

The property was very clean. It had air conditioning but it was very noisy. Not sure if this is common in Europe but there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room which was ok because it was hot but in cooler months not so good.

Approximately 7 minute walk to the Studentenstadt metro stop. Rooms are confortable and clean. Would recommend.

Staff was professional, due to some flight issues we ended up arriving much earlier than 3 pm check in time. We got there at 9 am, was greeted professionally and with a warm welcome by the gentleman. He was kind enough for making it work and accommodate an earlier check in than 3 pm. Rooms and our stay was exactly what we expected it to be and everything was just shown in pictures and mentioned online! Highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, and working AC. The best nights sleep I've gotten in Europe so far.

Having AC was a major plus especially for the handful of very hot days we experienced. In a quiet area but still very close to the nearby train stop that made going into the city center and coming back very easy.

Breakfast was large and had lots of options, staff was very nice. Only thing was my room had random stains on the wall, maybe it’s a part of the wall and can’t be cleaned and some spots in the bathroom looked not very well wiped down. That being said it’s in a nice area of the city and there’s a U-Bahn station 5 mins away.

Clean modern looking hotel with good facilities for the price. Good tasty breakfast with a variety of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful, felt safe here. The location is a little out of the centre but was a short walk to transport links, then not long at all to travel in, around 10 minutes. Would stay here again

If you open the window it gets really noisy . And a lot of doors banging all the time up.pillow are not good and Dover aswell. The rest isn’t nice. The staff fantastic really helpful and respectful

Clean accomodation, welcoming staff, walking distance to the subway (U-bahn). Unfortunately, no tea or coffee in the room and the wifi is also not very fast/reliable. Okay neighborhood but no grocery store or landry facilities nearby.

The style and administration of the niu Loco is a little bit different than most of the traditional hotels. It is designed and organized very efficiently, that is why the price service relation is excellent. The staff was well trained and very motivated. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The hotel is fine for a short stay and if you have ready access to your own car or other local transportation. It wasn't easy to get to by airport (cost was about seventy euros by taxi; no direct option by metro or public transportation). The closest metro is about a 10 minute walk through an isolated stretch that was dark at night. Ubers downtown is about twenty euros each way/15 minutes, and the metro is about 2 euros/30 minutes. Food/bar options are very lacking in walking distance, just a gas station convenience store across the street. We arrived early after an overnight flight and had to pay extra for early check-in (even though a room was ready). The room itself was nice and comfortable, and their efforts to be eco-friendly are top-notch (including a free drink at the bar if you don't take cleaning service). But, there is a light smoke smell that lingers everywhere.

Extremely unhelpful, unfriendly service. Hotel rented out the room I PAID FOR, and did not provide replacement, with "explanation" they are full. They also kept money I paid, claiming it is "non-refundable",

Hotel is very nice, everything is modern and it is well situated near metro station. Staff is quite friendly. Room is very small and bathroom amenities are quite poor, one cleaning liquid which is both shampoo and soap, also they did not have slippers.

Freundlich kompetenter Empfang, U-Bahn in 10 min erreichbar, schnell im Zentrum Zimmer trotz Schnellstraße sehr leise. englischer Garten und schönes Traditionelles Wirtshaus in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken in TG allerdings teuer.

Wir haben dort eine Nacht nach dem Besuch eines Fußballspiel verbracht und würden das jederzeit wieder tun. Top Lage, Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war super und die Auswahl zum Frühstück war spitze.

Sauberes Hotel mit leckeren Frühstück

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten und dafür hat es absolut gereicht. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Wir haben an einem Tag auch dort gefrühstückt, was zwar nicht ganz billig war, aber sehr lecker und vor allem viel und reichhaltig. Ist definitiv eine Empfehlung, auch wenn das Hotel etwas weiter von der Innenstadt entfernt ist.

Beim Frühstück hat Bacon gefehlt. Bei dieser Preis - Klasse ein no-go. Ansonsten wäre ich wieder gekommen.

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Rundherum hat alles gepasst. Super modern und top sauber. Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Eine tolle Auswahl und alles was man sich wünscht. Die U-Bahn ist zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass dieses Hotel eine top Lage hat um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Nice hotel with a decent location. A little outside of the city, but relatively close to the u-bahn and close to busses. Breakfast was very good, and fresh even when I arrived later during the breakfast hours. The one bad thing was on check-out day when the cleaning ladies kept trying to get me to vacate the room several times, starting 2.5hrs before check-out time. They even came in while I was still sleeping, and then 2 more times before I checked out 1hr before check-out time.

Hervorragende Unterkunft in der man täglich neue Bekanntschaften schließen kann. Das Personal ist exzellent und ausgesprochen freundlich. Heimische Atmosphäre. Tolle moderne Zimmer. Die U-Bahn und Bus sind 10 min Fußweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leider nur mc Donald und eine Tankstelle. Es gibt Pizza und Snacks und eine große Auswahl an Getränken.

Wenn man nicht gerade Tennis- oder Autofreund ist, wirkt das Hotel sehr sehr abgelegen. Iphitos München spielt Tennis um die Ecke, ansonsten sehr viele Straßen um das Hotel herum, wo man ewig schnell rasen kann. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück völlig ok und reichhaltig, die Zimmer sehr sauber und der 24-Stunden-Service klasse. Die Mitarbeiter sind durch die Bank super freundlich. Für den aus meiner Sicht nicht günstigen Standpunkt kann keiner was, daher 5 von 5 Sternen. Das beste draus gemacht würde ich sagen!

Das Zimmer ist sauber und modern. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet und generell sauber. Die Reinigungskräfte sind sehr freundlich, was man sich vom Empfang auch wünschen würde. Teilweise unfreundlich und manche sprechen anscheinend nur englisch oder wollten dadurch einfach nur „cool“ sein. Dies kam leider nicht ganz so toll bei mehreren Gästen an. Das Frühstück ist wirklich überragend, allerdings ist der Preis falsch angegeben. Das Frühstück kostet 18,50€ und nicht wie hier mit 14,50€ angegeben. Trotzdem darf man sagen, dass es sich lohnt das Frühstück im Hotel mitzunehmen ;-)

Tolles Zimmer, Check In viel zu langsam, unqualifiziertes Personal. Trotzdem zu empfehlen, wenn man nahe dem Englischen Garten sein will.
