Costly and great breakfast (I like local meal)

Cost effective and very good for free breakfast. I think the cost compare with experience is very good. Also, it is very nice in breakfast esp in Sticky rice with fried chicken.

Great Customer Service

Great location, great customer service. The best thing was we can have unlimited free water and fresh coffee. However, the wall of the room is very thin. We could hear kids crying and people being loud from other rooms all night.

Good location,OK hotel condition but lots of nois

Stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants, bars, cafes and night life though it's a little off the main street. The breakfast is pretty good and the service is nice. The hotel condition is little outdated. We stayed on the first floor and we heard people walking in and out all night that might be the price we paid for staying at the hotel next to the most famous club in Chiangmai and the night life area.

convenient and relaxing

I stay at this hotel yearly and still rate it highly. Only issue this time was lots of mold in the bathroom and room. Bought some bleach and a brush and tackled it myself. The location and hotel staff outweigh the issue which I took care of.

Great budget hotel in a convenient location

We are pleased with our stay in one of the single room for 5 nights. We received great service from several helpful staff. Clear instructions and suffice info were provided to us as we asked for directions to a nearby flower shop and info on Northern style Lanna dancing performances. For this price, you can find similar boutique hotels around the area but Nimman was definitely a good deal for us as it had a thai style tied along with it. The only thing I found unsatisfied was that the WiFI was not consistent in our room. I had to use the Lobby wifi to reply to emails. Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel for those who are searching for a place with a cheap price around Nimman.

You can do better and worse

The hotel was average at best, felt like the entrance was in An alley. Internet was choppy and no pool available in the sweltering chiang mai heat made for not a great stay. The rooms are dated and breakfast is sad.

Simple n complete stay with affordable budget

Second stay. Still very clean n comfortable. Anyway, mosquito still a fuzzy issue. But the whole Chiangmai is full with it. Cannot avoid.

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai

We loved this place! Very reasonably priced for the area! A nice walk into the old part of Chiang Mai (or you could jump in a red truck on your way) and very close to the hustle and bustle near the university. It was very quiet in the room, they give you two free bottles of water a day. We would definitely return to stay here when in Chiang Mai again.

Good location , Cheap Price, very value for money

It was good to stay at Nimman Boutique resort, the location is great near pubs and night life very convenience. There is not much in hotel services but this is a budget hotel in this Nimman area for the price of under 1,000THB a night. I am more than happy to stay here, the staffs were very warm and helpful. This resort is one of my favorite resorts in Chiang Mai. I definitely recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

Accessibility and budget!

The best thing about this hotel is its location; it's right in the middle of very popular Nimmanhemin Rd. You have everything within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I only stayed one night, but it was fine. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and clean. Everything worked - no broken fixtures, etc. Bicycle hire was about twice the price of everywhere else but the bikes are good quality and in very good condition.

Young, lively and versatile area

Best location and neighborhood. The rooms were somewhat small but adequate if you do not spend much time in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful and it is very easy walking to all kinds of food venues, restaurants, two malls and one of the best coffee houses in the world. Coffee of the Chiang Mai region are excellent quality beans and incredible flavor and taste

Friendly staff except one. But overall, I had a good time there because it's so close to everything, like massage parlor, chic and hip cafés and restaurants, Maya the big shopping mall, etc.

위치가 좋은 곳

방음이 정말 안돼요. 옆방에서 떠드는 소리와 멀리 있는 방에서 떠드는 소리까지 다 들립니다. 침대는 싱글 2개로 예약했는데 싱글이 정말 작고 물침대처럼 출렁거려요. 하루에 한 번씩 정리정돈을 해주시는데 아침 9-10시에 노크도 없이 문을 따고 들어오시더라고요..? 그래서 매번 불안해하면서 잤습니다. 침대에는 개미가 많아서 아침에 눈을 뜨면 개미와 눈이 마주칠 수 있는 경험을 하실 거예요^^ 숙소 근처 편의점도 있고 위치는 좋아요.

편한 호텔

님만해민에서 비교적 조용히 쉴 수 있는 아주 좋은 호텔이다. 우리가 잡은 방 두개 짜리는 가족이 쉬기 아주 좋은 방이었다. 깨끗하고 편히 쉴 수 있는 호텔이다. 주변도 걷기 딱 좋은 정도로 맛집들이 많다. 추천.

good retreat from tons of tourists at east part of old city

no lift

The stay was fairly good. The location is convenient as it is right at the nimmanhamin road. The only drawbacks of this hotel is first ants but this means theres no roaches :), so never leave a food unsealed on anywhere, and there is no lift.. The room was on the third floor it was very hard to carry our bags. there was no hand of help. :( Besides all of that, this hotel is good :)
