The hotel is near to everything. Definitely will comeback again and will highly recommended it to our families and friends.
The hotel is near to everything and the staff are kind and courteous. Highly recommended.
All was good, except the safe was not working and the shower floor was very slippery!
This is a review for the double. The Internet was fast 40 gbps down & 18 gbps up (bare minimum for zoom). The cleaning staff was impeccable & thorough. You have to indicate that you want your room cleaned with the door knob placard. The air conditioning worked great, but I can see its design struggling in the smallest rooms, so get a double. The walls are quite thin but if you bring ear plugs or have noise-cancelling it's not an issue. I stayed for two weeks & will be back again if I'm in Makati.
Nice place to stay, convenient and nearby to the mall.
It’s ok.
It’s cheap so I was not expecting much. Bathroom and toilet are adjacent to each other and it’s separated by frosted glass which is fine if solo but if you’re staying with someone not your significant other then there are privacy issues.
The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious!!10/10
Great location in Legaspi village, walkable to Greenbelt restaurants, Bars and shopping malls.
I would stay there again
I always stay in this hotel. Perfect location.
NOT recommended!! The rooms are small, very humid, and musty.. The queen bed is jammed in the end, and you have to crawl in from the bottom. The glass shower in the middle of the room allows all the humidity, and steam out into the room. It's an absolutely terrible design! The TV also wasn't working, and I asked about cleaning the air vent. His response was that they do it quarterly! Quarterly?! Monthly is far too long, quarterly is completely disgusting!!
Staffs welcoming! They recognize me since I’ve been staying there right after Covid frequently staying there
Good place
After being in the room for less then 5 minutes on the first day we got a noise complaint in which we hadnt even talked after entering. However the neighbor on the other side of us was extremely loud and banging in the wall. We did not get enough towels upon arrival & there were yellow spots on our pillow case. The location was very convenient.
Mini suites ud a good descriptiin
Small rooms but very economical. Probably should rethink the tv mount as it takes up too much of the limited space to get by. Pool is fantastic. Would stay again just for the pool.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
business trip
nice stay. comfortable, the only step back is the room is not soundproof and you can clearly heard the voice of adjacent room while they're talking.
Convenient
I didn't get a room with a view as depicted in the room I selected online. I had a small window and the bed was against a plain white wall.
Love the location
Walls are very thin, I could hear everything from the rooms next to mine
Great price for a great price everyone was so very friendly
Staff is very accommodating had good time extended family stayed at hotel as well.. Pool time was very relaxing it is removed from all the crowds. Thank you Eton mini stay for a great 7 days👍👍👍
Room smelled terrible like mildew. We left after the first night and booked a new hotel.
Great staff. Very clean
Walls too thin, could hear next door’s conversations. Sometimes they’re too loud that i can barely sleep.
Location was close to restaurants and malls. Easy parking as well.
Idea of toilet and shower inside the main room is acceptable, but not if the toilet is built using glass. This is strange and can not to accept this concept.
Amazing
Its a small unit, but its very convenient. Lots of good places around the area. Good staff, very attentive.
The room layout and design is not suitable for colleagues who travel for business. The room appears to be more appropriate for romantic couples. The sliding door of the shower does not close completely so water spills out of the bathroom into the bedroom floor.
The hotel is excellent. Near to everything. Definitely, will stay again in this hotel and we will recommend it to our relatives and friends.
Clean facility and very friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small, so there’s limited space for keeping your suitcases opened. If the guests in the next room are noisy, you can easily hear them. Close proximity to convenience stores and places to eat. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Green Belt. The pool is well maintained, however the gym is very basic, but in the same building is Any Time Fitness.
Comfort room but lack of basic facilities
Poor sound proof - can hear next rooms TV sound. Lack of the following basic stuff: 1. chair & table, 2. Stand support for luggage, 3. Cups & glasses, 4. Water kettle, 5. Hair dryer
Great services
Clean, quiet, safe and convenient to restaurants and shopping centers. Very friendly staff.
Very accessible and convenient.
Very convenient to the all.
Clean fresh white sheets, clean room amenities. No local street food vendors within a block radius if you’re looking for breakfast 100 PHP). Not all rooms include a free breakfast, because otherwise you’ll be paying the restaurant on the 2nd Floor around 300 PHP. If you’re a morning runner like I am, you can’t be shirtless in the lobby. Nearest worthy club is Bolthole Bar.
Disappointing hotel, very small and walks are paper thin, can hear conversations in rooms next door and hallway. Wont book there again, many better options available.
I recently stayed at a hotel that boasted an excellent location in a business-safe district, which I was initially excited about. Unfortunately, the reality of the hotel did not live up to the expectations set by its online images. Despite its prime location, I was disappointed to find that the hotel itself was quite old, with evident mold issues contributing to a constant, unpleasant humid smell throughout the premises. Additionally, I was taken aback by the hotel’s policy of charging a 3000 PHP deposit, a detail conspicuously absent from its Expedia listing. This lack of transparency regarding extra charges was frustrating and felt misleading. The design of the bathroom and toilet raised further concerns, as they were not only inconveniently located but also featured doors that did not close properly, compromising privacy and comfort. While the hotel’s location is undeniably advantageous, situated in a safe and business-friendly district, the overall experience was marred by the property’s outdated facilities and lack of upfront communication about additional fees. Future guests might want to consider these factors carefully when booking.
Nice hotel, but the room is too small
The room is a lot smaller than the picture, but it was okay, The breakfast was supposed to be included, but they charged me
Accessible to BGC and the airport and St. John Bosco Parish Church. One particular staff exudes very good customer handling.
Very disappointed, water pressure is bad, cleanliness in the room is not great (spider & smell), partitioning is bad.
Don’t rent the mini suites, they r very uncomfortable & really small.
Good service
The service was great but the room smaller than the picture but I enjoyed stayed there
It’s a pretty affordable place considering it’s close and to different establishments with varied dining options that’s very accessible.
good
The staff was friendly.
First of all if you get a queen bed there is no table other then an end table no chair or couch. No place to keep your clothes other then a hook that holds 4 hangers. if you need an electric kettle you have to ask for one. If your a light sleeper don't book the place, you can hear your neighbor sneeze. If you need a hairdryers go luck it took 4 days and it was unserviceable.what they do is every day after they makeup the room they give you a bar of soap, sleepers toothbrushes and toothpaste. Two bottles of water every day.a/c work well many plugs to charge your equipment, many English channels,so if your going for price book this place. Very safe. And has a great safe to store a laptop easy.Staff are too notch.
Small and basic accommodation as expected with the price. Desk attendant and doorman were helpful and well-mannered. Excellent location. I would book again.
will highly recommend Eton Mini suites!!!
great friendly staff! will highly recommend!
Very helpful and professional staff and good location.
Wala man lang bedside table and chair na mapagkakainan or kapehan. Hindi rin soundproof rinig yong kahit ubo orhikab ng nasa kabilang room. walang privacy rinig lahat. And mej attitude si ateng receptionist. Not recommended sa mga ayaw sa maingay at sa mga couple for honeymoon. Pero overall sa pag stay ko okay naman. Yun lang.
Dark spots on the towels and the body wash was not refilled , it was empty .
It's good for a transient stay. Nice city view on the 11th floor window specially at nightime. Bathroom is tight for a person of greater than average size. Would it be nice if there's TV / program manual operation.
Location is easy access to fast food places such Chowking, Jollibee, etc and some restaurants. The Greenbelt Mall is about 6 minute walk. The neighborhood is in the business area of Makati. It is a busy hotel. I booked the Smart Luxe-queen bed room. The space is maximized for its size. It is reasonable for the price. The front desk staff—nothing extraordinary. They did their job. Unusually cold by Filipino hospitality standard.
clean, friendly staff, very convenient
Wish there was a table or chair or something. Just a bed, shower, toilet, sink, in the same room. Couldn't get a refund, so I stayed for my remaining time. Very doubtful I'd ever book this place again
Needs an upgrade on linens. Bed sheets with stains, towels are torn. Very few tv channels. Good AC unit
Rooms don’t have table. Limited room space. Stayed for four days and housekeeper did not clean the room.
Easy to go around the area point of interest
It's really only good for one night, super small, paper thin wall you can hear your neighbors, good for a one night stay only, for a little bit more you can get a way better hotel room.
i always stay here when i have activities in makati. very convenient and walkable from malls and major establishments. many restaurants and stores nearby.
The room given to me immediately upon opening the door smelt like mold/mildew. The air quality was poor to the point where it was literally hard to breath. It was unbearable at best.
Great place and convenient but they lack a place to hang clothes and also to put the luggage. Also no teaspoon for the coffee, but everyone was polite and friendly.
Clean. quiet, near everything! very convenient. This is my choice everytime I travel to Philippines
value for money.. just the connecting door between the next room is too thin.... u can clearly listen what they are talking. apart from that.. good location, service is good. the amount u pay is worth the standard
Small room in a corporate building for a fair price. The pool was closed on mondays. Its a short ride to Greenbelt Mall in Makita. Where every type of food, bar or clothing store is.
Satisfactory
It’s my 2nd time stay. Staff are helpful, cleanliness is up. The location is favorable to Malls, Banking, accessibility to transport & logistics are of ease. Tho amenities of the standard room is very basic. (You need to request for perculator)
Convenient
The staff for the most part was friendly even the security was nice and very respectful The property was located within 15 minutes walked to the mall. I've been to the Philippines multiple times it is my wife's home country, the Eton hotel do not use air conditioning for the lobby and no air conditioning for the elevators. Oftentimes it was hotter in the lobby than it was outside. The hotel provides no microwave or tea kettle nor does it have a ice machine located on the property. Your entry keycard is used to power each room by inserting the cart in a device upon entry. When you leave the room and take your key card with you the room loses all of its power including the air conditioning unit and anything plugged into the wall, so every time you return into the room it's very hot. I would not recommend the Eton mini tower to anyone.
This hotel needs full renovation. The shower really bad , no water pressure what so ever. Very noise in the floor.
such good service coming to the room when we needed it.
Had trouble entering room. Was told battery was low in smart card reader. Receptionist said it was our fault because of our cellphone. What? Room was too hot, and was told engineer set it and nothing they could do. After our reader was fixed the engineer entered the room and was cooler when we entered. Go to The Sphere's it is way better 10 minutes away.
Very minimal amenities in the resulting to inconvenience. You still have ask glasses, perculator, no chairs to sit & table,….
Good stay..ill recommend
Tv volume is locked and can not hear anything, water bottle not replaced, had to request toilet paper and room was not cleaned
It could be more
It used to be . Now, it's evident that the building and everything inside it is getting old. The sheets have stains. The refrigerator is still not that cold. Could use a chair inside the room.
The hotel is in a great location walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was personable and professional. Our room was kinda small and the towels need to be replaced as they were old.
A stay within the center of it all!
If you want to be in a very small room with a mattress that’s as hard as the floor and want to hear everything that’s going on in the room next to yours, than you are in the right place.
Provides very old towels. Rooms are not noise proof; you can hear banging from neighbors room. Not giving advance notice for alarm testing. No in room coffee provided
Friendly staff but room had no drinking glass, had old ripped bath towels, and air conditioning did not seem to be working at all.
The property is in a convenient location in the Makati Business District. Room was clean but very very small. There was even no desk to put a laptop on and work. No chair to sit on so we watched the TV sitting on the bed. The check-in took 30 minutes becuse passengers from Philippine Airline cancelled flights has to be checked-in individually. The worst thing was you were charged for $1,000.00 php deposit for each night you are staying in the hotel. If you were staying for 1 week, you have to pay $7,000.00 pesos deposit !!! The staff like all other hotels in the Phillipines are Superb !!!! Even budget hotels we stayed in we received excellent service from the staff.
property has deteriorated from previous stays Mirror in room is all stained AC outlet is directed towards bed should be deflected
The room was small, that was okay. The walls were thin and we had noisy neighbors. I did not complain, they were enjoying themselves. There was a door connecting the rooms so that was likely part of the issue. Anyway my point is we heard the neighbors. The room showed a little wear and the towels weren’t so white. But everything was clean. Not much for amenities, only a few tv channels but a couple were HBO. No glasses. No room coffee. No bar soap for the sink. Liquid soap mounted on shower wall, two toothbrush kits and two small waters. The location is great and the building is connected to an elevated walkway that goes for several blocks connecting several buildings including the Greenway Mall. All that said the price was decent for the location and nothing was really bad.
No hot water of shower, no table, no chair, small room, no glass, slow check out by one staff with no help.
clean and comfy, great access to all.
Walls are poorly isolated, the booking management not flexible. I would recommend to try other places in neighborhood.
The set up of their bathroom is terrible… too small and nothing to hang your towel and there’s no door lock even the toilet room no door lock.
The staff was so friendly from the security, to front desk to housekeeping. I'm just disappointed with the room, there's no table to eat, bedding was dirty, sink was dirty when I get there. and MAJOR ISSUE is the AC it feels like not working. I set the temp to the coldest and to my experience with those AC you have to wait 20-30mins, some hotels that I've stayed until 2 hours before the rooms gets cold. But I've stayed in my room for the whole night and tge LOBBY WAS COOLER THAN MY ROOM. I tried to use the phone to let the frontdesk know might they have engineering to check if my AC is acting weird but unfortunately their phone is not working. Pretty Place YES. But worth it? NO. Run!
Living up to its name, I enjoyed the peace and privacy of the single room and I highly recommend for those who are traveling alone to stay here. Walk-in shower and toilet are very clean as we expected. The AC makes the room very comfortable to relax that’s a plus. So far, there’s nothing bad about the room so I do highly recommend for those who are traveling alone as mentioned earlier.
Stayed 3 different occasions and for 2 of them, it took so long to check in because there was only 1 person checking in and we were like 5th in line.
Easy access to walk to the mall
Average. Accessibility of personal amenities eg towels, paper towels, toilet paper
Location
Everything is easy access. I don't like on hotel no cup, no iron for clothes, heater for drinking coffee in the room.
