Luxury at its finest, staff are very accommodating and eager to please we managed to get a reservation last minute thanks to the concierge Spa was empty other than the two of us and rooms were very comfortable Hotel messaged prior asking for any individual preferences which were all accommodated before our arrival Definitely will stay here again

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel with a historical feel to it. The Vault, a bar in the hotel, had great music and atmosphere, though it was a bit pricey, and we enjoyed going there for a drink at night to just enjoy the music. If i had one complaint, it would be that the painting in the room was a bit creepy…it reminded me of clowns.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was lovely, it you want to visit the ‘vault’ i would recommend pre-booking During out visit it was fully booked so we couldn’t visit, we weren’t aware we should of pre-booked. It was hard to get seats in the main bar, as non-guests took a lot of the bar area seats Guests were not made a priority Breakfast was great with lots if choices Staff were not that friendly and were not that attentive.

Luxury hotel in centre of old town.

Overall, exceptional hotel in a great location. Vault bar was fantastic - but must book. Removed one stat as hotel were not super responsive to email requests ahead of stay (had to be chased) and whilst they added my Bonvoy number, they wouldn’t allow me any of the perks (at other hotels I’ve not been able to collect points, but they’ve honoured room upgrades etc).

Very nice and very well done

The staff is friendly and professional. The food is terrific and the menu varied. I appreciated having bottles of water in the room upon arrival. The Old Town is very close by and an easy walk to restaurants, bars, clubs, and coffee house.

Super Hotel !

Front desk staff, room service , restaurant staff esp Rupesh were superb! At the Bar which is exotic and one of a kind I had great service from Michaela. Kudos to all the staff . It is a historic building and awesome location. It has the antique feel but nee & well maintained. I could walk to most restaurants and places- Bucharest is a very walkable city.

We had a lovely stay and Mara the front house manager made it special by offering a complimentary massage for my wife and a bottle of Prosecco. Rupesh who served us for breakfast each morning was awesome!!

Luxury hotel with all the usual amenities. The building is absolutely magnificent. Restaurant was a little disappointing for one of the dishes we ordered only (a very bland pasta dish not half as good as what I cook at home as an amateur - the rest, however, being very good) but still worth the detour if only for the beautiful room it is located in. Overall, everything you would expect from a luxury hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, it is a historic building that was remodeled. Staff is very helpful and courteous. It is an oasis in the middle of the bustle of Bucharest center. Walk to everything. Close to the subway station as well. Plenty restaurants in the area, crazy night life when we arrived on Saturday night though the room was very quiet.

Enjoyable stay to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Received a bottle of Prosecco in the room to help us celebrate.Hotel has magnificent features in the lounge, reception area. We had a meal with the the other couple celebrating with us in the Blank restaurant on our anniversary evening, this was a little disappointing as there were very few people there reducing the atmosphere. Also the service was slow and the food quality for the price paid wasn’t 5star standard.

Excellent location with a lot of dinning options. Staff very polite and accommodating. Definitely recommended.

Amazing hotel

Amazing historical building but very modern.

The hotel is elegant and luxurious, and its location is very convenient to walk to the Old Town. The staff is courteous from the front office to valet to housekeeping and the restaurant service staff. The food in the all-day restaurant and the French fine-dining restaurant, called Blank, is high quality. A shout-out to the excellent service at Blank restaurant, in particular to Ravi! Would highly recommend the hotel to any new and returning visitor to Bucharest.

Liked everything about my stay at the property especially the breakfast.

Fantastic hotel. Staff at reception were very polite and helpful. Loved the Prosecco on arrival. Room was great and had a beautiful nights sleep. Breakfast had a great selection with the option of mimosas available. Only disappointment was we were not approached by waiters to see if we wanted to order from the al a carte breakfast menu. Other than that cannot fault the hotel. Right in the heart of the old town with easy access to sights and restaurants

Lovely Hotel, Perfect Location

Hotel was lovely. Room was fresh and impeccable. Hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Bar was gorgeous and food excellent. Location in Old Town was perfect for visiting key museums and meeting up with our full-day tour.

The best hotel you could possibly stay in. The service, amenities, location and bar was incredible. Also highly recommend a massage at their spa.

Lovely hotel!

Amazing hotel, only issue was our room was on the 1st floor so was woken up during the night multiple times in the early hours by people leaving the nightclub nearby. Hotel moved them on when I called reception. Would 100% go back but ask to be on a higher floor or other side of the hotel. Beautiful other than that

Wonderful hotel with lovely staff in the perfect location, quiet but steps away from the old town and all the sights. We didn’t try breakfast or any spa treatments, but the small spa area was a peaceful haven when I went at 9am.

This is a luxurious magnificent hotel in a beautifully restored buildind. Tha location, in the old historic section of town could not be better. The staff were professional and courteous. I highly recommend!!

Excellent choice

A gorgeous renovated bank building from the turn of the century. The rooms are slick and modern inside. The pool can get quite full, and the gym has decent equipment (full set of weights, basic treadmills, pull up bar and rack). The service is a let down. Simple requests for instance for a shaving kit, took well over 40 minutes; and there is generally on overall lack of polish.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Style, staff, rooms, decorations. Ps: i would say that for a hotel like this i was expecting to have a toothbrush.... I had to go out and buy one... And also the romanian staff at the kitchen is a bit rude to the foreign staff😬... I've seen several scenes while taking my breakfast. Other then that i would rate the experience-> above and beyond!!

Relaxing winter weekend

Had a wonderful winter stay at the hotel. Comfortably located close to many restaurants. Excellent service. Mice relaxing pool and sauna.

Great location. Great building

This historic building has been transformed into a hotel, offering a central location that is conveniently close to all key attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I even decided to extend my visit by half a day, and they were very accommodating to my request. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again when I return to Bucharest.

Highly recommend booking a spot in The Vault bar. Lovely setting for some cocktails and staff were brilliant. Check in and spa staff were also very helpful Only negative was the cleaners waking us up knocking on the door asking when we would check out prior to check out time

The front desk, including the concierge and check-in staff offer professional service. Housekeeping staff offers the same. Unfortunately, the lobby area, including the servers in the bar, are poorly trained. On my two occasions there during my recent stay, they didn’t know the menu, they didn’t know details about anything offered on the menu. It was the only disappointing part of the service.

My wife and I were so impressed by the friendliness of the entire staff there. Dogban was so helpful in getting us a wonderful tour in short notice and everyone there always greeted us and made us feel like our experience was important. We loved visiting the Vault and we have nothing but fond memories of our stay there.

My new favorite hotel in Bucharest

My Romanian wife and I, the American, have stayed at some of the nicest hotels in Bucharest. The Marmorosch was the best in my humble opinion. Nestled near Universitate metro station and the old centre (Centru Veche) so you can walk to the theater and its nice rooftop restaurant, Aria, for sunset. The staff all seemed very fluent in English. The spa & pool were gorgeous, but you can't swim laps; the pool is more for relaxing. There's a speakeasy called The Vault that was cool. Food and drink prices are commensurate with those of luxury hotel property.

Best hotel in Bucharest by far. Amazing staff and great value for the money.

Amazing and Beautiful

It was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed. Everyone was professional, kind and friendly, except this tall lady at the breakfast. I think she could have smiled or just be nice instead of frowning when asked for a seat at the table. Except her, it provided impeccable services.

We were able to park right in front of the hotel. Parking did seem a bit limited but it was very convenient for us and free. The hotel was Very nice and the location was basically in the old town. My only complaint is it is a bit expensive for romania. Also very new and clean. Bar very good to hang out and good service.

A lovely hotel for a treat

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! The room was lovely and comfortable, extremely clean. The spa facilities are lovely with a wet and dry sauna, as well as the pool. We had a drink in the bar as well as indulging in room service for breakfast. I loved this stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful hotel well located but rooms are small for the cost. Excellent fitness center. If you do not include breakfast with your room, cost is high.

I'll never forget how kind and helpful Vlad, the concierge was. During my stay at the Marmorosch, I sprained my ankle in the Bucharest Metro, and later in the evening it hurt so much I determined I had to go to the emergency room. Vlad arranged the whole thing, even coming in the hotel's car to pick me up when they were done with the x-rays. Truly above and beyond. I hope the hotel will recognize his excellent work and promote him! The general manager of the hotel was very kind as well, with a gracious personal touch. Everyone was wonderful, really.

This hotel was one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The architecture was amazing. The lobby with its high ceiling and openness was beautiful. The hotel was an old bank refurbished into a hotel. The only thing I can compare it with is Balboa Park in San Diego and the architecture there. My hotel room was also amazing. 102 with its height ceilings of 30’ and a hug king size bed. The two windows were about 25’ tall. The room service was also superb. They were the filet mignon and it was the one the best cuts of meats I’ve ever had. The morning buffet is also superb. I would give this hotel at least five stars.

Grand building, clean rooms with sparse cold decor. Lazy staff in the Tezaur Bar, routinely denying customer service 30 to 60 minutes before the published closing hours.

The hotel and staff is super and they go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one! Great staff .. I have not seen a hotel with such A service in a while!!

This hotel is stunning. Everywhere you look is visually glorious and glamorous. The staff and services are top notch and the hotel offers every comfort you need when traveling; the spa is fabulous. The hotel dining options are grand as well the hotel is also in the perfect area for local dining, shops, cafes, and sightseeing.
