Cheap and affordable. Good for one night stop over. Exhaust fan needs fixing with bathroom timer so it does not stay on all night.

The property is in an excellent location and the decor reflects the name of the property. Very 'New York'. The room we were in appeared to have a drainage problem as the drains in the bathroom were smelly. The tea and coffee had not been refilled and were sitting on a window sill in the sun so we gave them a miss. The soap containers in the bathroom were empty. Bed was comfortable and clean. Overall, would probably stay there again but make sure we had soap in luggage.

Terrible experience, this will be my second time staying at this hotel and here are my reviews and experience, on arrival the first turn off was the strong smell coming from the carpet, upon entering the bathroom the shower tape keep dripping like heavy rain, i contact the staff nothing can be done because it is weekend i was show the way out 😡 I book this room for 2 night, cups, cutlerries and plate are very dirty, only towels and shampo provided, i drop my airpod and tried to look for it under the bed oh my God am sure it has not been clean this year, there is beer bottles and dirt under the bed. The bathroom is so obvious someone has been doing basic cleaning, the wall you can see dirt even the shower tiles. To crown it all after check out Maxine one of the staff confirmed that they only wash the duve cover and never the actual duve and it the same for all the room, this is terrible am very sure they can do better. My advise if you ever make mistake of booking ths hotel pls bring your own stuff especially duve.

Dirty and stained furniture

Loved the self check-in Pricing was affordable. Quiet and dark which was great! Private. Not suitable for long stays but great for overnight stopovers, conferences, work travel etc. All amenities were as advertised. Cleanliness - sheets, bathroom and high use surfaces were good, but finer details were lacking. Location was great as was the fact that there was parking (not under cover but off street).

Convenient plenty of space in the room could have been better stocked with drinking water and maybe a snack but let’s face it the bed was crap, pillows were like tissues and the doona cover was ripped.

Generally great location and good space but it just felt a little grubby. My husband thought it may had been a brothel in a past life. That was the vibe we were getting.

The room itself was nice and spacious but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower taps leaked and we were met with cockroaches that seemed to multiply everyday over our 3 night stay. The toilet lid was also broken. To the motels credit, they did offer us a new room but that would have ment that our daughter would have had to sleep on a put out bed. I hope that the motel can get on top of the cockroach problem.

Very clean .even though we didnt meet any staffs but we managed to get in and stayed with easy codes we were given.

Needs sound proofing. Could hear ever sounds from the street.

Generally quite dirty - cobwebs on the windows - couldn't keep the windows open unless I put a chair in the window to hold them up. The room stank of really strong, cheap perfume/cleaner. The aircon spat out so much dust I had an allergic reaction on my skin. The bathroom had a sensor light which turned on the flourescent light and loud fan - I had no way of turning it off. All in all, not a nice place to stay in.

Needed a place to stay overnight during Melbourne to Sydney drive. The rooms seemed clean. I didn’t expect much as I did not pay much compared to other accommodations. It was stil good value. Important to know that there is no staff on site. Clear instructions sent via email regarding check in and parking. I wish there was lights on the foyer at al times. It was really dark in the foyer/hallway. I think they had sensor lights but didn’t activate because we entered through the backdoor. If you just need a bed overnight, this will serve the purpose very well. Location is the best. Opposite Myer.

Good clean room with cutlery and crockery enabling breakfast in room. Email containing room number & code for entry should be amended to have room by& code in enlarged font & at head of message to assist people requiring reading glasses to get into room easily after long drive.

Clean, big rooms, great facilities, great location

Well located in Wagga but when we moved a chair we found a hole that had been made in the plasterboard wall behind it! Entry code worked ok and we were able to use the rear parking.

Toilet too close to wall. Shower water pressure weak. No chair to sit at desk. Room was warm enough. Entry was easy.

Good location but was felt like you were not welcome as there is no human contact all done via a key pad or email certainty not for Baby Boomer generation I would not recommend this property particularly if you intended staying more than one night

The location is excellent. I didn't like that there was no bath mat, blow dryer, face cloth. Also, bathroom ceiling fan was filthy and the bedroom chair was grubby.

Really great stay, just would have been nice to have my room attended to more for cleaning. I did not have a single room clean during my weeks stay. Other than that was a great stay.

The rooms were quiet... The exhaust fan cover in the bathroom and the shampoo body wash dispenser needed a good clean. A bar of soap would have been nice. Sitting in a chair watching t.v wasnt easy due to the room design. Light fitting hanging from the room needs repairing as its nearly falling apart

the room was clean and very neat,but there was water all over the bathroom floor, it was hard to use the toilet without getting your feet wet the shower would not turn off properly and leaked all night ,and this was my own fault there was stairs both me and my partner are seniors, it was hard to get up the stairs and down. i should of put on the comments when i booked we can not do stairs very well.

The room we were in was nice n quiet... couldn't hear the people in main St yahooing on their Saturday night adventures. Loved the sensor light/ fan in bathroom n toilet. Access through to elevator from car park at back of building would be a major advantage, especially for elderly n those with bad knees, feet etc like myself... didn't want to leave my car in main street overnight n is 1hr parking there through the day. Says there's a bar online but i don't know where that was. Compendium in room with info like that would be helpful especially with no reception on site.

This was good value for a night. E-reception (email posted exactly at 2pm with entry codes) didn’t work.

The room was extremely clean and fresh. Unfortunately I was unable to find the off street parking as it was dark when we arrived and not easy to find. I didn’t realise at the time of booking that there was no reception only code entry, my mistake. I would definitely stay again but only solo or with hubby

I loved how close to town it is and super easy to walk to all the close attractions, cafe's and restaurants. I enjoy the convenience and ease of faceless check in and out. Just wish it had double glazing in the windows over looking the main street for Friday and Saturday nights and easier/secure off street parking. But can't beat the reasonable price for the clean and tidy rooms!

Great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again. Clean comfy bed with everything you need. Even free netflix. Only issue was the A/C was not working properly, had the clean the A/C filters as they were blocked with dust, after that it worked great.

No bath mat, tiles in bathroom leaked, no tissues, only shampoo (no soap) in the shower.

Bed was comfortable,room was clean,easy access with all doors coded same,coffee sachets were stale,noisy air conditioner outside window,no bathroom floor mat or face washer or toilet soaps.

The room was good value, however the doona cover needed washing, and the shower leaked. The bathroom door had been jemmied open at some point and needed repairing. The room was good value but tired.

There was a hole in the wall being covered by a chair, a previous guest must have hit or kicked the wall. The repair would take about one hour. The shower was good, and the bathroom clean.

There was no bathmat or facewashers in either of the 2 bathrooms of the rooms we booked and the fridge had no small freezer section. In Room 6 the shower flooded the whole bathroom and we notified the Melba’s Cafe in front so hopefully it is fixed. Clean and excellent location, right in the Main Street. Comfortable beds and heating.

Located on the main street and within walking distance of shops, eating places etc Whilst there is no reception, it was easy to contact by phone the duty manager.

The property itself was great, great location very central and the manager was very proactive by calling me on the day I was due to check in. As for your Expedia experience that was terrible!! I am still to this day waiting for expedia to send me the check in details required as well as an explanation as to why my payment was taken on the day I booked? You people have let this property down in a big way.

This apartment was lovely, we wished we were staying longer than one night! Most hotels/motels etc offer free wifi which is slow and not worth it, The Manhatan had full signal and was super fast which pleased the kids. Down side - parking, microwave was quite hard to plug in, no cleaning clothes just a scourer, no tea towels to dry dishes, table top quite tacky feeling and hard to clean.

Unfortunately the room didn’t have any openable windows which meant that the bathroom fan ran for an extended time or you need to run the AirConditioner 24/7. The property is cheap to stay at, the location is ok so if you’re seeking a cheap option then this may suit. The bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned or moped so it all felt a bit grubby 😜

Could not find details of free wifi anywhere - no information folio in the room. Frustrating.

Clean and tidy

Centrally located but overall a disappointing stay for 2 nights. Parking is confusing and limited. Access into the building is difficult bordering impossible if not able bodied as lift was out of commission. Single rooms are quite small, but comfortable overall.

Location was good but that was about it .. when I first got to my room I went into the bathroom and the toilet was not cleaned and had paper stuffed in it the bathroom bin had not been empty and had old fruit which smelt! And also there was no iron I. The room but was an iron. I got to my room late so the next morning I rang the business hour numbers where I spoke to a girl and she said she was in the cafe but would pass on the message.. NO one ever called back and the room was not once cleaned I also had to get a iron from another room as I had a wedding ! I am definitely not someone to complain but to make management awear of the room not being clean and then nothing done about it was a pretty poor effort .I be interesting if I hear from anyone..

Bathroom sink was clogged

Good location, lack of communication after hours, no 2nd remote for the other tv, chairs were filthy & screws loose on the back. Fan in bathroom was disgusting.

Loved the location

Modern style and nice appearance overall. Initial cleanliness good but a lot of long term buildup of soap scum in shower grout and floor drain and stained chair upholstery when all seemed reasonably new. Floors extremely squeaky. No iron provided but an ironing board. Digital code and checkin was great and easy.

The shower cubicle glass was missing. Can you believe that? The whole washroom got flooded after the shower & I was lucky enough not to slip & fall coz of the water. Would never go back there & advise others not to as well. Disappointing & safety hazard 👎

The accommodation was nice and quiet, but the area was so noisy all night. It's convenient for shopping and close to restaurants though.

City accommodation, small but very comfortable and recent reno including the bathroom, smart TV, and new quiet aircon. Street sweepers and rubbish collection in the early morning. Stairs to accommodation and limited on-site parking but street parking (check signs) available. Close to shopping, Coles, eateries. Would stay again.

Property met expectations as did staff. Very convenient location.
